I have deactivated auto-renewal of 2G internet pack of 175 but this is the 3rd time i have been charged or the same. i already have availed 3G/4G internet pack. i have already complaint 2 times and thy used to say we have cancelled the auto renewal process. i am sure started hating the customer service and i will look forward to complaint higher authority if this issue not resolved and the i should be refunded the balance.

    Hi' team airtel. I have faced a problem while recharging to my airtel mobile no through my airtel app. My bank account has been debited but i didn't received the recharge benefit yet. It showed and error.. Of technical problem. I also sent a repot feedback through the app.. But didn't get any response yet.

    This is the online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 299.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

      My number [protected] was disconnected on the 26th on june. Thereafter i had made immediate bill payment and received a sms as well for the same with the reference number [protected]. But my number has been disconnected still. Since my number is disconnected i am unable to call 121 from that number. I called[protected], [protected] and [protected]. However they did not give me an option to talk to customer care the only two options given were for sim lost and new connection request. I sent three different emails to [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@in. Aitel.com, ut recieved no response from the same (And airtel claims to give prompt reply to emails on these ids)
      Thereafter i went to lodge a complaint on the airtel website http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp however on submission i receive a call for new connection and were not able to help me.
      How exactly such a huge company work with such pathetic service. Absolutely horrible service is provided to customers. Now it is 24hrs since my bill has been cleared and my phone is still disconnected.

      And after repeated emails i get a call saying it takes 48hrs for updating the system.

          My digital tv account number is [protected]. My set top box is not working properly. I lodged complaint with on[protected] customer care, very next day your engineer came with set top box but due to some technical issues we was unable to change it (From airtel office they swapped my second set which was working normally) but next day i got sms from airtel that my complaint has been resolved. I again lodged complaint this time two persons visited my place to replace the set top box with an old, repaired box. I again called the complaint center and asked them to replaced it with new one. I agreed to pay the price of new box which according to your customer care center will be 500 rs plus 150 for visit changes. I was assured that box will we replaced with new on in two days (I have recording of telephonic conversation in my phone) but i again got sms that my complaint has been resolved without my consent and no body from airtel replaced my set top box.
          Kindly look into it so i can replace my box at earliest.

            I have done a single mistake once applying for airtel broadband, they called me next day and inqired d place where connection should be provided when i told them d address, they denied there's availability of their service in our area. so i said thank you and disconnected d call, from the next day i'm getting at least 3 calls a day asking for a broadband connection since a month...i blocked d number from which they were calling and they are calling from the different number and disturbing me during meetings and office hours. Though requesting many times to remove my number from their broadband application list as there's no availability in my area...they say yes at instant and do call be next day again..Out of frustration due to everyday disturbance, i went angry over their customer executive and pleaded him to dlete my number from their database. suddenly he started harassing me using filthy words. As this is my mom's numberand its very annoying to a lady, what if she picks up the call...everyday calling and harassing on this number. I would submmit a legal complain on it if not addressed. As this is a public forum i cant disclose the number.

              2 days back I called DTH helpline for Set top box HD upgrade. A day later I i got to know that address (earlier address was o[censored]P and I shifted to Maharashtra 2 years back) is not updated - so i had given address change request (request # ). I called 23 times during these 3 days, No address updated yet.

              Every customer care associate tells lies on the status always. 4 Times they hang up the call call from their end. They didnt update my address, and did not processed my request to upgrade the set top box yet. I have spent around 150 minutes talking to these senseless support associates, as they waste time in putting the calls on hold. And still not able to explain a single reason why my request is not processed yet. Rather - suggested me to recharge my account with more money so this request can be processed.

                I see airtel is least concern to resolve the customer issue as it is more than 6 months but failed to keep commitment of delivering services as per airtel plan.

                Now airtel team is keep closing request as solved and i am facing issue.

                Do not take any services from airtel as this is unreliable and not customer oriented company.

                Better to go for other vendor who is able to deliver services.

                I am paying huge amount as a rent for unused services and airtel is failed to deliver services.

                Please call me to resolve the case.

                I already contacted appellate and ombudsman but useless as usual.

                  I performed a transaction for 256 mega bytes of 3G internet worth Rs. 106 /- on 25 June 2016.

                  The payment page kept reappearing. After a while, it showed that the session has expired.

                  The money was deducted from my account but later it showed transaction failure.

                  The transaction id is[protected]. It was done for a prepaid number [protected].

                  Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    Im from lucknow.I bought an airtel wifi connection on 25.10 2015.My modem was not working for the last five days.I complained to the customer care service.The engineer came & checked & told me that the modum is burned & you have to buy new one.I called up customer care again.They asked me what the engineer told you.I told them what he told. I asked them that my connection is just 8mnths old.They said that then u dont have to purchase the modem we will replace it free of cost because it is under warranty. It will be changed within 24hrs.I waited & waited but no one came.Then I again called up to customer care.Now they are telling me that your modum cannot be replaced because it is burnt due to lightening & we do not reolace it if it is burnt due to this.I was shocked how they can change their statement. I asked them that I was told that my midem would be changed & I dont have to pay.They said if the hardware is damaged then we can replace it bt not dsmage due to lightening. Please see they all give different statements. This is totally gundagardi.I immidiately asked them to disconnect my connection because I dont need a connection from a chor company. ..They are really chors.please take action agsinst them.Why did they told me earlier that my modem will be replaced free of cost.Now they are saying I have to pay for this.What's all is going on.

                          I have taken a new connection[protected]. It was activated from may 8th.
                          My plan - rs. 899 for net and rs 99 for unlimited calls.


                          Initially i paid rs. 1000 to the agent visited my site. I have the receipt for the same.

                          Then i received a bill for two days which was about 840 on may 14th. Then they reduced 500 rs which i had paid initially. Then they started to charge me another rs.100 in each month stating that i have paid only 500 at the time of connection. Even[protected] which was as the actual usage) was too much for 2 day. So i called up airtel and they agreed to pay me back rs 250 in the next bill. Call reference number is[protected].

                          From may 16th may my airtel line stopped working until 8th of june. So they gave me about 833 discount.

                          Now i have not received:
                          1. The 250 discount given me in the first month
                          2. The balance 500 (Note that out of rs.1000 paid airtel only credited only 500 in my first bill) i send airtel appellate authority the screen shot of the bill issued me. The bill had the name of the agent and his contact number. Still airtel says they are not able to track it and not giving me the balance 500.

                          Is it my fault if airtel has a such a poor tracking mechanism? Why should i held responsible for airtel's inefficiency.

                          The appellate authority will call me then will way they need some time and never calls me back. Now they stopped calling me.

                          I said i want to go for disconnection and they are not taking the disconnection request also.

                            Myself, shrinath dave, resident of vadodara, gujarat, working with liva pharmaceuticals ltd. (Zydus cadila group of company). I am using airtel sim / mobile no.[protected]Airtel) since last more than one year. As i am employee of zydus cadila, the number falls under company cug and sim provided to me is through company.

                            My average monthly usage bill is between rs. 250-350. (Attached the invoice for the month of jan-2016, feb-2016 and mar-2016 for your reference). Unexpectedly i have received the bill for the month of april 2016, rs. 4673.00, which is much more than my monthly average, and the amount got deducted from my monthly salary. As per the bill, i have done the excess use of the internet, which as per my opinion i have not used. I have requested to airtel through my company executive to provide me the full details of the usages and satisfy me with the data; which all are the sites i have visited. Of course some the detail has been provided by your office, but it doesn’t clarify that where i have used the data. It is insufficient detail and i am not satisfied with details.

                            I already had long conversation with the airtel persons and even appelate authority but nothing turned up. They only asked for more time to resolve the issue but from past one month its only about conversation and nothing positive has turned up. I asked them them to provide me details about the sites visited and downloading have done but they are not revealing it.

                              I want to file a complain against airtel... They are the biggest thif...2 weeks before i recharged my account by rs.100.. I didn't call anyone then also they deducted rs.90 without any reason...
                              Thier were no services activated on my no. Then also they deducted by balance...
                              I want to file a complain because if i do not complain again it will happen again... It can happen with anyone...

                                  This no.[protected] is registered in my company name new telecom services for which the registered number was of my old partner. When we separated the business, he got this no. Deactivated, after following with airtel for a month i got this no. Activated and got the registered no. Transferred to my personal no. All my clients they call up at this no. Only.

                                  Suddenly i got a call from airtel 2 days back that the transfer of this no. Has initiated to my old partner, we immediately wrote to airtel asked them to stop this transfer, they confirmed that the transfere is cancelled however next day, the number got already transferred to my old partner even without my confirmation which is a huge loss of business for me.
                                  My question here is why airtel does not check their past records and communications before taking any action. Why immediate action was not taken when i had complained at the first place. Why the number is still not transferred to me?? Please get it deactivated from theold partner otherwise i will lose business and take necessary action.

                                  We received a call saying that it will take 24 hours more to transfer. Iit took a day for you to transfer my number to the other person without informing even informing me but when you transfer it back it will take 24 hours!
                                  Why??
                                  Also how are you ensuring that this will not happen again?

                                    My net not working from 10 days, i am clamps aiming everyday but no one bothered, the response of customer care is annoying, they don't even has minimum common sense, they donno how to speak with customer, i donno y i am paying bill for this service, i had never seen this kind of ahitty service i my life, i i think expect this from airtel, i donno what did bharati mithal is doing keeping junk fellows in his corporation, airtel is capable of nothing they do only false promises, y do any one take internet for, they don't even understand the customers point of view, they always say we have escalated will resolve soon, who the hell will take 10 day resolve a small issue, main thins is no one has visiting my house for checking what is the problem and these people say we are working on that, what they are working without knowing problem this is really disgusting annoying pathetic i don't have have words to describe

                                      Saving card info without an option to remove

                                      If a card payment is being done on their site, they are saving cards by default.
                                      They suggest there is a section to remove stored card information but nothing as such is available under that section.
                                      This is a fraud/incomplete information sharing.
                                      Kindly either update that section with a button named manage cards or just don't save the card information by default...

                                      Sir, I am senior citizen and not able to deposit payment of bills on time Hence I deposited with all relevant dacuments NACH form after endorsement of my banker with AirTel store at Mayur Vihar phase 2 Delhi namely Karan trehan Airtel Store near about 28 days back with the assurance it will be done with in 7 days but till date nothing is done and they are neither responding my emails nor giving reply on phone . Pl solve my problem and the Airtel should at least give instruction to be friendly with customers and not humaulate in such a way by Airtel Stores. PN Dhar landline no 43107836.
