Earlier i had a multi-connection but due to some reason i had to split my second connection in order to minimize my expenses then i called to airtel customer care executive and i specifically asked him i also want to downgrade my pack and discontinue hd pack on my second connection also as it will rarely be used, the executive told me that sir you can do it at any time in future, but first you have to recharge your pack as my pack was over at that time.
But today 26/june/16 i recharged my cust. Id and then i called to customer care executive to downgrade my plan and discontinue my hd pack. And one thing i also want to bring notice that i had to make 3-4 time call every time which cost me 50-60rs as they put my call on hold for long, transferring your call to our senior executive, server running slow etc etc.In this types of activities. I don't know why they are doing that whether they want me to make irritate so that i cut the call myself and could not do what i want.
Anyway at last when i told the cust, care executive that please discontinue the services which i told earlier then he told me that we can not down grade your pack as it was sport economy pack earlier, so i told him so what i don't want sport eco. Pack on my second tv and also i asked him why you misguided me earlier that you can make changes later on and also i requested him may i know the reason please, then after some time he put my call on hold and then he suddenly cut the call.
This is not the first time i am facing this kind of issue. Every time when i came across with such kind of activities then i had to trouble a lot. But this time i want to make this issue to escalate little higher because they are un necessary harassing their customer. I will escalate this issue on social media and each and every online complaint platform so that the world know that a company which proclaim itself no.1 company in broadcasting and telecommunication field in india is exactly doing a ridiculous thing to their customer.
And also may i know that why a registered customer of yous of different mobile operator cant call you toll free. I had to bear a lot of money when i call airtel dth customer care. 3-4 minutes are gone on their promotional activities and rest cost which i had to bear i mentioned above e. G. Hold, transfer, server down etc etc.
If this problem has not been sorted out this time then i am definitely throw your junk on dustbin and never use your service again and also encourage others to boycott all kind of your services.

Airtel CC also declined to take a complain as they claim this is 3rd party service.. but my point is it is riding on airtel to make money and run it's business through unethical activities and is cheating. Airtel should remove them using their service. If airtel doesn't I will consider it as encouraging and a party to this scam.
