I have been billed extra as while taking connection i was confirmed that if i pay 6 month advance rental of 6835/- inclisive of tax i will get the device free and will get unlimited connection upto 10 gb after that speed will redused to 128kbs which will be free
but i have been charged 1990.64 in my 1st month bill

I'm complaining about network issue near panathur and outer ring road.. We are facing airtel network problem past 2-3 years... Panathur area is very close to many tech parks and overall 1000 apartments are there.. Still the service is very pathetic and looks like company is not worried about the issue.
Please look into this take some action and provide the service in this area.

I have been complaining for my Airtel TV to the Airtel customer care since past 5 days as it is not receiving any signal. Every time I call customer care, they assure me that it will be fixed within 24 hours. They also give me contact number of the Engineer but nobody answers the call and nobody comes for fixing the fault.

Also, they are deducting 14 rupees daily from my account with out any service.

I reside in sector 23 Gurgaon, which is near to leading corporates in udyog Bihar Gurgaon which is just one(1) kms away,
