I have recharged for rs 179 on 20/06/2016, for Internet pack, before recharging i was checked special offer in *121#, i seen there a special offer forrs 179 1 GB 2g data + 1 GB 4g data, so i recharged, same offer seen on airtel app also, while recharging, for confirmation i also checked from retailer, and also has same offer, i got a message from you, i attaching screen shot here, but i didn't get 1 gb 4g yet, only got 1 gb 2g, i waited 1 week .. after i called to customer care, on 27/06/2016, they said there is no offer for me on 20/06/2016, it was expired.. if it expired then how i get this offer message? and special offer alert..? are you trying to fool customer?
i mailed to your customer support with screenshot, they are told same...there was no offer... my complaint reference id CBNRD[protected], CBNRD[protected] so i need to know whether i get remaining 1gb 4g data or not..? if not can u tell why did u cheating me for giving this fake offer..?
So i kindly Request you to take a positive action, otherwise we lose a trust of airtel.

I am really sick and tired of just getting compliant reference numbers with not sight of resolution of my problems.
Your team will just call and close the compliant number and then again a new reference number is issued what happened to my earlier complaints :

We are just waiting from 23rd June and still the problem is not resolved. Why these complaints are not addressed
In your mail you have mentioned to write to you and remind you for the pro rata waiver.
why not put reminder in your system for waiver. What waiver are you referring to. Is it just Few free airtime ???
Treat me as your customer and not your employee or your servant.
So no bill payment until the matter is resolved and adequately compensated.
