Setup box is not working since last 5 days

I am an airtel user since last three years. Many times setup box stops working due to bad weather. My setup box is not working since last five days and in these last five days I hve called several times to customer care to resolve my problem. I am still waiting for airtel engg to come who was supposed to come on 2 June2016 and he is not arrived till date. God know how pathetic customer support airtel has. Do tell me how can I resolve my problem....

Deduction of my main balance

.As soon as I recharged my main balance has been deducted.I didnot subscribe to any VAS service.
Due to this issue I lost my balance .so please work on this issue and refund me as soon as possible....

Scam

I saw an advertisement of installing Mobile Tower in daily newspaper to which I called and was offered an agreement to install Mobile Tower at my premises by Airtel. They also offered me a job letter in Airtel Company. For this they asked me to deposit some amounts to their account which I did. They also sent me a cheque which I failed to recognize as a valid cheque. They haven't installed any tower and after rejecting their further request...

Sales people said me you can deactivate a/c by requesting a letter. After requesting, with 7 days a/c will be deactivated.

I gave them a request letter to deactivate my a/c.
