I m having this problem from 8 june 2016 i have recharged internet data of 950 rupess of 6 gb for 4g network but i was getting speed less than 2g and sometimes i was getting pop up that data consumed full. And i call airtel to help no one is helping with my money giving back or giving data. And afeter that i recharged 300 rupess for 1 gb internet and than 500 rupees recharge for 2gb and after that i am having same problem and oh my god every time i am getting msg u have consuemed 100% data. Even if i have opend my mobile first time after the activation of my internet pack. And recently on 23june i just recharged for 1550 rupees for 8gb internet and have used data almost 4 hours somewhat on surffing web or 2 or 3 youtube videos. If you can help me airtel than please give my internet back or refund my money back elese i will port my number to other networks. Hope you will help thanku

    I was told by local airtel people that connection is available in my area. next day one agent came and collected 1000 as deposit with my documents and 100 INR for his special service for collecting documents.
    After 3 weeks, when I asked for connection, they said Sorry sir there is no port available.
    I asked for refund and today its been 3 months and these guys neither refunded my money nor connection. These guys gave connection to my 2 neighbors but not to me.
    I really want to publicize these guys for this cheating and hope you can help me to get my money back.

      Hello sir/mam


      i was using your 4g airtel service on [protected] number, but last 1-2 months my schedule was very busy so i cant use properly . so i called your customer care executive and said kindly stop my service and send me my final bill . He has sended final bill, bill pay last date is 9/07/2016 . i said i will pay all amount on 05/07/2016.
      Since more than 10 days I am being harassed by Airtel to pay my mobile bill of Rs7300 .
      1000 times i said i will pay all amount on 5th july 2016. but daily basis airtel executive is doing misbehave from [protected] number and using bad language, he has been using my other mobile number call details . he has called my friends and family member and doing misbehave . so tomorrow i am going for FIR complane .

        Hi,

        Airtel Network is horrible & all calls are dropping or no network coverage in heart of city - Jayanagar 4th Block for last 3 plus years now.

        I have complained 5 times last 3 years. Every time, they say there are no towers & things will improve. But nothing happened. Thinga have gone from bad to worst.

        It's time Airtel wakes up & soes something to solve its network problem in a big city & in Jayanagar 4th block shopping center. It is not some remote village or on some highway or hill station.

        I am planning to do number portability asap. So Don't buy Airtel pre paid or post paid sim or data card service.

        Network coverage advertisements are only gimmick & so is Airtel 4G coverage gimmick.

        2G is only not working because of lack of towers in Jayanagar 4 th block. Airtel does not a single tower in Jayanagar 4th block

          Hello sir,

          This krutika jadhav .
          Residing in malad east, omkar's SRA Project bldg. No 1.
          We are facing network issues since we came here to stay.
          Its a new building and we could not get proper connection anywhere inside the building. I complaint many times before but never get any response from your executives.
          I have 5 airtel connections in my family only. Its too irritating to come outside to search a network. You can send your company person if you dont believe.

          Please upgrade any tower or put a braodband connection so the whole building will get proper connectivity.
          I want to request you that do the needfull as soon as possible. We trust Airtel we like services given by the company.
          But without any solution we cant switch with airtel any more because we are missing lot of important and emergency calls coz of poor network.

            My airtei mobile no is [protected]. i was promptly paying the bill(postpaid) every month. my plan is 99.In November 2015 i got the bill which includes internet charges of around rs500/. i informed airtel office to withdraw the internet charges levied by you. till date this was not done despite my repeated requests. since i stopped bill payment, you cut the service but promptly you are charging bill every month for the no services rendered by you.since December 2015 i am not using airtel mobie.I am ready to clear your bill provided you withdraw internet charges and for the services you have not rendered since the day stopped.i await your reply soon. thanking you, B.Sasirekha

                I applied airtel broad band connection on june 07 2016. But i am not getting single message from the concern team. I paid 3000 rs. I called so many times to customer care service but i am not getting proper update they are telling same answer day by day (Need 48 hours to work on like that)

                This is my very worst experience from airtel team. Please do the necessary action in this regard.

                  Sub: Fraudulent Deduction of Data from my Mobile no [protected]

                  I am regular user of your 3G Data services . I used to use approx 1 GB 3G data in every month. But it has been observed that during last one week deduction of Data is not as per usage. You are deducting large data amount even when the usage is less. During last one week you have deducted approx 400 MB without usage.
                  I purchased 2 GB 3G Data on 23/6/2016 vide transaction Id no [protected] in my above Airtel mobile No [protected] and 2512 MB Data was credited in my account. But you have deducted 25.95 MB and again 2471.82 MB though I used approx 4 to 5 MB data. Now the data left is only 84.74 MB. Thus you have stolen approx 2500 MB data . It is very much disgusting for a Company like Bharti Airtel.
                  It is require into the matter and refund my 2500 MB Data in my account immediately . I am going to lodge FIR with the Jharkhand Police for your misdeed. Besides this I will put up all sorts of Complain to your High Ups in Airtel.

                    Hi, i am using airtel mob no-[protected]. at my location Andheri Saki Naka, during my office hours no network coverage in area. After several complaints written and telephonic complaints to airtel nodal officer no action taken against my complains, after several followups i came to know that i have to wait 45 days after i can port from airtel. I am loosing my money every day.

                      I purchased a local + std calling pack from Airtel 129 online store for Rs. 67 that gives a rate of 40 p/min. After I paid for it, I received an SMS that my calling rate for local and STD is now 45 p/min.
                      Once again Airtel has done it again - a clear case of cheating a customer. I reported it to them and most likely I will get a call from an agent asking me to prove it and make me go through a horrific experience.
                      After cutting off my landline and going to DISH tv, I hope to get my number ported to another carrier and my family's.

                      Can you believe this nonsense?
                      I have already provided the reference number given to me by Airtel. As per an email received over 16 hours ago, I should have been contacted within 2 hours of sending my complaint, however nobody from Airtel contacted me.
                      I cannot post my mobile # here for confidentiality reasons. You should be able to track my information using the reference #.

                          I was an airtel myplan postpaid customer having [protected] as master and [protected] and [protected] as child numbers. I ported out from airtel to vodafone postpaid for bad service as one of my child no is not getting 3g data after several complain for around 2 months. I ported out from airtel without clearance of outstanding ..but i paid all the amout after that it was like 1947 rupees paid 1950 my account in airtel showing -2 rupees outstanding now ...but i got blocked my all three numbers from 6 days and i was roaming from airtel store to vodafone ministore ...i had to submit the payment receipt in vodafone ministore as a prof of payment...airtel store saying u r ok no prblm here...its all with vodafone ...and vodafone saying like airtel mailed us so ur three numbers blocked and they are saying now that they mailed my money receipt to airtel but they are not giving any reply ...what should i do ...i have three no blocked almost 6 days now ..its getting irritating and frustrating also ..

                            Today morning ie 23/06/2016 when i woke up at 9am, i saw message on my phone that rs.35 has been deducted from my balance for a service named fashion bunny. I was surprised because i never subscribed to that service. I called up airtel customer care, customer care executive was of the view that i asked for the service at 7.56am, on 23/06 when i was sleeping. I talked to her supervisor, she clearly mentioned that they cant refund the money without any apologies. I would like to get atleast refund of rs.35.                               I used to use data packs of airtel. when out of 1gb 100 or 150 mb is left they just finish it up and then they deduct talktime balance 70, 80 or even Rs 100 within seconds. today I was not using data plan on talk time I recharged for Rs 44, I was given 130 mb then in fraction of minutes the whole data finished again. disgusting. shear loot. no one is there to control

                              Company automatically finishes data and deduct balance whenever they feel to do so... Within 5 minutes ur 300mb is gone for nothing. When called they say they can't explain but u used it
                              Many times amounts of 70, 80, 100 have been charged

                                This is with regards to my no.[protected]. I had a outstanding bill of 3500 for jus a month. I started receiving calls frm the recovery dept. No. [protected]. The girl literally threatened me pay up immediately or else we will permanently disconnect ur no. I[censored] c my bills i have been paying approx.1700 every month. I jus paid 1200 now n am suppose to pay 1900 by today only but the girl from tht recovery dept. Is calling at least 100 times in 30min interval on my alternate no. And threatening saying “kardo payment with in 5 min nahi toh ghar par aadmi bhej dengay n hungama hojayega, fir no. Bhi permanatly band kardungi fir leke ghumna apni mummy ka phone” wat sought of recovery is this to a one month old bill and even whn the customer is paying up. This is the dilect:hamare pass aur koi kaam nahi hai kya”. I asked for the supervisor she said waseem khan.. Not available.. Im cacalling from airoli mumbai…to add to the insult the lady called my mother saying aapko sharam nahi aati…i wish i would have jus been thr would have tht ladies case.. Is this the way to talk…

                                I regret to inform u that i[censored] hire such people then im sorry airtel as a brand is degrading ur standards.. It feels like im living in a gundaraj era and using a local gully network…. Pathetic…..

                                I would definitely pay it.. N think of porting it…..

                                  I am an airtel pre-paid user. Last week i swapped my 3g SIM with a 4g SIM. Since swapping I am not getting any incoming calls nor am I able to make any outgoing calls. I had put my airtel SIM in another 4g compatible handset and the issue was still the same. Whereas when i have inserted a vodafone 4g SIM in my cell it seems to be working perfectly fine. Moreover the airtel customer support is very non-co-operative.

                                  I had swapped my SIM from an Airtel Store in Airoli the sales persons present at out there are not at all customer friendly. It seems its a pain for them to handle Customers.

                                  A simple swap from 3g to 4g has resulted in me wasting my 4 to 5 hours in getting my issue resolved. Still the problem persists.

                                  Airtel's quality of service and network has really degraded over the past years. The most important point being its shown that 4g is available everywhere whereas in a city like Mumbai we face for airtel network connectivity.

                                    I want to know is that the indus towers have any project in madhya pradesh in perticular jabalpurfor installation of 4-g network roof top towers.

                                    Beacuse some body approch me for installation of roop top towers for bharti airtel company. He promise to give rent of rs. 30500/- per month and advance of 12 month rent, for completing th formalities he want rs. 50000/- for insurance, and other permission work.                                       Its been more than 2 year I have been using airtel service provider in mumbai(Goregaon east) office location is malad west.
                                      Signals r too weak to even talk. I face hell lot of network issues. Most of the time i get number not registered on network or out of service area.

                                      I also switched to vodafone no use. None of the companies r providning good network in Mumbai.
