I have been billed high charges for over past two years. As I did not have time to contest the bill, I was paying their bills on time. I shifted my mobile services to idea and paid the bill as provided in their net on my phone number. They have sent a message saying I need to pay another amount Rs 498 approximately and I again paid the amount immediately. But they sent a notice to my current mobile service providers that I did not pay the bill and my service is disconnected today. Due to this I have a loss of Rs 100000 already.

    Hi sir,

    Hope you are doing well.

    I am writing this complain for my bill from airtel.

    I was using a postpaid mobile no ([protected]) in punjab circle.

    In the month of january 2016 i got new job in noida and i have shifted from chandigarh to noida. i was using that number till april 2016.in the month of april airtel sent me bill of sum of rs 2600. after few days they have disconnected my no.
    Then in may 2016 they sent me bill of sum of 4700, and in the month of june they sent me 7340 rs.

    Here i want to concentrate that if my mobile is disconnected from last 3 months then why would they sent me such types of bill.

    From last one month they sent me warning emails to pay 7340 otherwise they will take legal action against me. i replayed on every emails to provide me my bill details then i will pay, but they have not provided me my bill details and sending warning email again and again.

    So i request you to please take interest in this case.

      Dear sir/madam,

      My airtel dth consumer number is: [protected]
      I would like to inform you about my relocation request numbers: 52769863, 52868304, and 52919520.

      Story begins here...

      On 24th june i had raised the request for relocation of my dth connection to a new address. i had clearly mentioned that i need the removal from the old address and installation in the new address both to be completed at the day that is 25th of june.
      The technician came on 25th june and removed my dth antenna from my old address and promised me to visit the new address which is around 3 km from the old address around afternoon time. everything was fine until now. all the problem started when the technician did not appear in my new address on 25th june even after multiple follow-ups.

      Next day morning, i had received the surprising message from airtel saying that my request is completed. (please note that i had received that message twice referring the same ticket number).

      So, i called up the customer care again and again from 26th to 28th june for a technician, who can complete my relocation request. finally, the customer care agent with whom i had a call on 28th june, raised a new request for me and assured me that someone will be available at the earliest. however, i did receive only multiple smss informing me about different technician names whom the job was assigned to. no body appeared to complete the job.

      Again, after multiple follow-ups on 29th june, the customer care agent raised another request number and again promised that on 30th june between 10-11 am someone will visit me. he did also mention that he had already escalated the issue from his end.

      Nobody appeared until 11 am on 30th (today). so, i called up again the customer care and they said that i was assigned 3-4 pm slot and not the 10-11 am slot. so, someone will definitely visit me at the given slot.

      Again, nobody appeared.

      I hope airtel records the call center conversations. if so, everything can be found what they assure and what actually they deliver.

      Now, suggest me if i can file a legal complaint against airtel for this financial loss and above all a huge mental harassment they are giving me. they are deducting my money on daily basis and without giving the service to me they are charging me service charges as well.

      I am waiting for the pleasure of your response before i move for a legal action against them asap.

        Hi I am from Devakottai, Annanagar in our area for the past two years we dont have a proper network. If you are inside the home then tower will be 0.Lots of complaints registered with Airtel but no use.If anyone can resolve from Airtel will resolve this issue.If airtel wants to check the signal strength then they can test.Annanagar, Devakottai . So for other networks are working without any issues except airtel.

        For getting prepaid monthly ebill statement i had sent a meassage to 121 they detected Rs. 50 INR from account Last 20 days back but still now i didnot received anything

          Stop calling after every 5 minutes over some sports scheme. if you want to promote your schemes as much, you can simply send a message. if the person ignores it, the person simply is not interested. people tend to block your numbers, but that's no way to ignore your calls. of course, you have plentiful numbers available.
          You may have received many complaints regarding this, and this complaint is probably to be ignored as many are.
          What have you learnt after providing such good services for so long?
          It irritates to complaint about a service provider as good as airtel.

            Hi,

            I am very sad with the service and network quality of Airtel in my area. After repeating effort of calling the customer care, the problem has not been sorted out.
            i am facing a lot of issues due to unavailability of network and internet tower.
            Here is the address: # 32, 31st Main, HSR Layout sector 2, bangalore.
            there is no tower mentioned in their open network also.

            i need the solution asap .

              My mobile number was recharged with 300rs 2 days before and was having a balance of 250rs yesterday.I didn't make any call and i was having internet pack.Today morning when I was trying to make call I was getting message that no balance.
              When I contacted 121 customercare it was told that I used internet(20mb). I use internet with different internet pack.Normally used to get the alert whenever I make a call on internet pack expiring day.This time no alert and no message and it was silently wiped out complete balance.
              This is quite unethical business where in emptied the complete baance without any notice.
              Please do the needful to revert back the amount which was silently deducted without any intimation.
              Customercare of airtel never care anything and threatens to disconnect the calls which was even paid call.

                I have been complaining since last 2months.. They havnt send any engineer nor any assistance provided.. They talk in i'll mannered way when i call to complaint.. I am using airtel broadband from past 8mnths and i have regular complaints.. It never satisfied me.. Its packages are even too high.. Airtel service is very poor.. They everytimr give time that complaint will be resolved by that time and i have crossed there every limited given time..

                    This is to bring to your notice that i wanted to purchase the 5+1 months¿
                    Cheme, in which you provide 15 gb 3g data per month + unlimited calling.


                    For this, the sales executive told me that he will provide me with the data
                    Plan + the unlimited calling + the wi-fi instrument for 4600/- rupees.


                    I duly issued the cheque # 045193 of 4600/- on 7 may 2016, for bharti airtel
                    Ltd.


                    On 7 may 2016, while discussing the plan at my home, i asked if everything (The data plan + the unlimited calling + the wi-fi instrument) is included in 4600/- and he assured me that everything (The data plan + the unlimited calling + the wi-fi instrument) is

                    On 10 may 2016, the sales executive called me and told me that i have

                    When i asked why should i give 500/- extra, he told me that ¿mujhe aisa laga ki
                    Main wi-fi instrument free mein dilwa doonga¿ (I thought that i can get the
                    Wi-fi instrument installed for free).


                    When i said that i want to get in touch with his seniors, he disconnected the
                    Line, and now he is not taking my calls anymore.

                    Since 10 may, 2016, i have forwarded 20 emails and every time they say that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours.


                    I also told the customer care executive that 500/- rupees is not a problem at all. I can issue a cheque of another 500/- for bharti airtel ltd.

                    But no one is doing anything.

                      One of your representative Mr Ajay of airtel [protected] promised me that if I
                      took Rapid 1199 offer there will be NIL installation charges with unlimited
                      voice call. Accordingly I paid Rs.1200. as cash for the monthly rental of
                      1199. Now found out that I have been charged with installation charges of
                      Rs.1000. When I tried to contact him that he promised that it will be adjusted
                      in the next monthly bill but nothing I could able to see. He had also informed that he will remit the balance Rs.200/- to my account but so far nothing has been done. I have taken up the issue to the airtel customer care but they have not responded so far.
                      Please clarify why such false promises are being made to obtain a new connection from the customer and also there were waiver of 50% to 100% installation charges in Airtel website. Please look into the issue and to waive off the installation charges from my bill. Thanks

                      Is this sift resolution Airtel indicated inmy earlier comments?

                      More than two months have been passed still could not able to resolve my issues. Customer service agent is calling again and again and asking what is the problem? asking unwanted things rather than solving the issues. Latest bill does not show anything about installation charges reimbursement.

                      Why the customer needs to be harassed? The agent is keep on calling doesn't solve the purpose!

                      Air tell again trying charge more amount without my consent. Still not able to return the installation charges as promised.

                      Further, Yesterday I have paid for my last monthly bill ending 12th Jul'16. My current plan is 40 GB per month (Rs.1399/-). Till yesterday my usage was 20 GB and 20 GB was unutilised. To my astonishment my GB limit has been increased to 40 GB without any purchase by me.

                          Airtel... Total fraud!! They are not willing to refund money for services i have not used. Highly unfair trade practice. I see lot of complaints on this paricular topic. If its not refunded i m planning to file a law suit.

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that the customer service provided by your company is pathetic.

                            We had both airtel and mtnl at our residence. On 24th june 2016, we decided to just keep one of the landlines and choose airtel over mtnl considering your company would provide a better customer experience and i changed my monthly rental plan to a higher plan of rs.1, 299 (8mbps 60 gb) and also requested for parallel line to be able to use landline.

                            Though, your technician visited on 25th june 2016 to add parallel lines, however we have noticed fluctuating broadband speed (0.6 mbps to 6 mbps) and frequent disconnection and disturbance in the landline.

                            The connection is mostly used by my parents who are senior citizens and they find it very difficult to use your unreliable service.

                            Immediately, i again raised a complaint on 25th and since then no one has turned-up even after making reminder calls every day. Either your customer care executives say the technical team will call back within 2 hours or they say the technician would visit within 24 hours.

                            I think we have done a blunder by switching to airtel from mtnl as the services of airtel are very unreliable.

                              Subject:- complaint regarding not giving security cash back and rs 599/- plan as commited for airtel broadband internet connection. Tel no[protected] in name of mr. Krishan singla

                              Sir i have inquired on just dial for airtel broad band connection.
                              Mr. Nandlaal harigola contacted me and said that he will do the need full.
                              Other executive from airtel named rahul also visited my residence.
                              Mr. Nandlal committed that he will give handset with this connection free of cost and will refund security amount rs 1000/- in coming bills as rs 100/- in ten bills.
                              He also promised to give me rs 599/- plan after two months. After finding his offer good i decided to take connection from him.
                              All of these commitments can be heard in the recorded audio file.
                              After installation i contacted mr. Nandlaal for the instrument but he is not attending
                              My call. I had contacted area manager mr. Arun jain and what's app the audio file with complete details. Mr. Jain assured me that he will complete his employee commitment. After several mailand calls they provided me instrument. Now they are saying that i am not eligible for the cash back of security and they also don't have rs 599/- plan.
                              I am very disappointed the way airtel executives are behaving. I was not aware of the fact that airtel sales team is taking cheap ways to hit the sales target. These fraud commitment will harm such a huge company.

                                I was using my airtel sim for past 9 years and never over drafted my account. On some work i traveled out of india and not used the sim for 90 days and suddenly i got an sms saying my sim will suspended as i didn't use any outgoing call/sms in 90 days period.

                                I contacted customer care and they told if i keep balance of rs 20 in account they will deduct 20 rs and account grace period will be extended for 30 days. I immediately recharged with 230 talk time and thought my sim wont be disconnect. Very next day sim was blocked for no reason then what was purpose the customer giving some suggestion and is that customer rep not having knowledge or airtel's fault?

                                I read trai policy 90 days period if no outgoing sms/call/data usage the sim will be blocked but within 15days if we recharge 20 rs.In account the service provider should reactivate the same sim. Customer rep was not ready to listen to me.

                                Finally, customer care guy told me to submit same proof at india and get the sim. I arranged something and asked someone to submit all proof to nearest airtel showroom and they told its not possible to do for a deactivated sim and its applicable only for blocked sim.

                                Again called customer care and they told policy is there. I should go anywhere and check but they not ready to give proper response as my sim deactivated and they saying no way the call going to be useful them because my sim blocked. What kind of response??

                                I never written complaint like this but i am so disappointed so someone new to airtel should never choose their service and its a wake-up call to new customers who think airtel will do best for customers.

                                  In delhi airtel iptv shutting down from 31st july making many users in delhi forcefully shift to dth platform. If we don't want to continue with airtel dth from iptv and new dth or other iptv cable service will result in major costs. Now if iptv is shut down then we want refund of all initial charges which will be required to be paid to a new vendor of services. Or give same plan

                                      I recharged for 4g internet data after checking airtel's website about the 4g coverage in our area (Pin 125055).
                                      But I'm unable to use the data as the 4g network is weak. Why don't the company allows to use 4g data as 3g while it does the same for using 3g data as 2g.

                                      I would really appreciate if the company allows me to use my data in 3g network.
