I tried to port my airtel number to postpaid many times.
I have submitted request for porting in april and yet no porting is done by airtel. I have submitted my documents 3 times and 2 times they reject due to reason that they will not do verification in delhi. And 3rd time he agrees. Now after 1 month also my number is not port.

Worst service

Sir, i have requested for the cancellation of your bradband connection due to the non availibilty your service guys.

It's 3 days now, know one bothered to respond..

Customer care is just horrible almost half an hour have to wait online to speak to one technical concern

I have been making attempts to the company for getting wifi. I have made multiple calls to the executive and no one is ready to reply.
The Airtel is such a huge company and still they have such bad service. The customer keeps on calling the company and you guys dont have the guts to reply them and take initiate to solve the query of the customer.

150 rs deducted for 3g which i didn't even use.

I just inserted my sim card in my oneplus 2 mobile and the 3g started and deducted 40 mb 3g costing me 150 rs. Are you kidding me. No data transfer occurred during that time as i was setting up my mobile. Look into this revert back to me. This is just unacceptable. Do you think i will pay 150 for 40mb.
