Sir,
I'm an airtel users since many years, i have a complaint about data lost in my airtel mobile number, which is recharged on 19th may for ₹ 299. The plan says will get minimum of 1.2gb of 3g data, and may get upto 10gb. However i got 5gb data. After few days o[censored]sing the data lost completely on 31st may, on that day i tried to add few numbers in airtel's 'family share' option using 'my airtel' app. (It is an option to share the data to other airtel numbers, and works only in 3g plans). When i tried to add 2 numbers in 'family share' option, suddenly i got disconnected from internet, remember i have about 3.7 gb data remains on that day till night 10 pm. I tried to contact customer care, they also says you are used some less data using your number, someone else used your remaining data, but thete is no chance to use other 2 mobile numbers i given because i couldn't completed the option and i'm sure they're not used the shared datas, because one of them were using wifi, and other number were switched off. And there is not any chance for using the 3.7gb of data in seconds. I argued them with these points, they told they are don't know about it. So i requesting you to give a possible solution for this.
