Airtel is a leading company in services of Telecom. but in Hyderabad, these company services are very very very bad. Always disconnecting the call. there are no complete signals in gachibowli, miyapur, kukatpally, ameerpet, lakdikapool...etc. when i was calling to customer care about disconnecting and proper signals, they said, "we can''t do anything on this". 5 times, i complained about the same issue. till now, they didn't take any action. But regarding the bill payment daily i am getting more messages :)

i don't undersatand to whom should i appoch on this. Please suggest.

      I bought a corporate post-paid connection from one of the airtel agent (24x7 solutions, gurgaon) in ncr two months back.

      The agent took rs 250 as security deposits that will be refundable after 6 months and given ensure to activate it within a week. Even after 2 months, the connection is not activated nor he refunded my security deposit. Moreover, the agent is not picking my call now.

      The question is why airtel is promoting such kind agent who do such kind of frauds and cheats there customer and why they are not taking any action against them. They might be doing such kind of frauds and cheats to airtel customers.

      It’s really disappointing me as i am old customer of airtel network and airtel digital tv.

        I just ported from Idea to Airtel asi was promised i will be getting 200 minutes as i am switching my service provider ... now that the sim is activated there is no 200 mins free given in my number and the persons who collected my documents or the ones who verified it are not picking my calls as i want to ask them about the promise made earlier

        this is a clear example of fraud and when i contact Airtel customer care - they say sorry for the inconvenience caused ...

        i am now stuck with this fraud company and i cant even port out for about 3 months ... kindly take action against these fraudsters who are making a living by cheating customers

          I am suddenly receiving following type of messages on my vodafone number since[protected].21 pm. I never requested for any other sim or any airtel service.

          Following type of messages with different numbers i am continuously receiving from airtel.


          From ao-airrtv
          Thank you for your interest in airtel!! We have received your request for activation of mobile no. [protected]. The same will be activated within 24 hrs.

          From ak-airfta
          Airtel mobile [protected] is now activated. Pls call [protected] from your alternate mobile number for verification and service activation.

          From ao-airrtv
          Dear customer, validation of your documents for airtel mobile [protected] could not be completed successfully. For more details contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken for the nearest airtel store.

          I have also informed to airtel. [protected]@airtel.com, but there is no reply and solution.

            I received airtel new broadband connection on month of april. Connection was very prompt and speed was as promised. I checked from airtel website and asked for 1099 75gb plan. The airtel executive promised i will get the plan after a month o[censored]sage and gave me 12gb for 1099. I was convinced at first because the speed was as promised. I called airtel customer care on 6/7/2016 for change in plan. The customer service executive transferred my call to floor manager, the worst part is, the so called manager doesn't know how to speak with customer. He was very rude and increased his voice and started to put the blame on me. I said i am recording this call and will take it to court, and he was very cool and said no issue do anything you can. I said i am cancelling my connection and you are losing a customer and his prompt answer was, yes please.
            Air tel i need explanations for false promises and rude behaviour.

              Dear sir,
              I got call from airtel executive calls him avinash (Contact no.[protected]) on 07/06/2016 and he said that he is caling from airtel office from udyog vihar. He had my information like address phone no mail id. He asked me to submit all documents and photograph with cash of rs 1600/- (Which he informed is refundable rs 800 in first bill and rs800 when you surrender the connection), he also informed that your installation charges are waved off as you are an airtel customer asked me my consumer id of set top box.

              He also shared a number saying that please verify the unique code with the guy who will come for document and cash collection.

              Then i handover required documents and 1600/- cash payment to airtel executive who visited my office by verifying airtel code which i got on my contact no. Yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your registered mail.

              Now today when i am calling the number (Contact no.[protected]) or the no. Of the executive who collected the document[protected], i called lots of time but airtel executive didnot picked my call and still i am waiting for airtel invoice on my registered mai id.

              Also he was assuring that he will make sure that the connection will be installed by evening.

              Kindly do the needful on urgent basis & resolve this matter yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your mail.

              What kind of scam is carried out by airtel by set loose such third party agents and sharing information of the customers to them. Airtel have to take the responsibility and identify the person who has collected the money and documents.

                I had applied for a broadband internet connection in bangalore and here is the installation no [protected]. The customer executive followed up several times to follow up for the documents. We gave him the documents and was assured that the connection would be installed in 3 working days. Airtel executive who came to receive the documents suggested that we pay 1100 as the installation charges whereas the plan states 1000rs only. When asked he said 100rs is for verification. Considering that we gave him 1100 as the charges. Its been 4 days there is not even a single call or follow up from the airtel team on this. Even more pathetic is when we called now they say that connection cannot be installed at your place. Worst service ever experienced from a provider. We thought of getting a new airtel dth connection also but after this i dnt think so i would continue using my airtel mobile number also. Would not recommend anyone opt for it. Its been 15 days and still they have not processed my refund.

                  Hi,

                  I tried to port my airtel number to postpaid many times.
                  I have submitted request for porting in april and yet no porting is done by airtel. I have submitted my documents 3 times and 2 times they reject due to reason that they will not do verification in delhi. And 3rd time he agrees. Now after 1 month also my number is not port.

                  Regarding this i mailed to airtel they said contact to that executive to whom i request for porting.

                  I am regularly contacting that executive and he always says that yes it will be activated in 3 or 4 days. Also, he has nor return my rejected documents.

                  Airtel is not helping me anymore in this case.
                  Please help to sort out this problem.

                  No one is helping from airtel. Everybody keep forwarding my request to other. No one look into the matter seriously.

                  This type of behaviour is not expected from airtel.

                    It's 3 days now, know one bothered to respond..

                    Customer care is just horrible almost half an hour have to wait online to speak to one technical concern

                      I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance rental of 1000 inr. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area i requested them to refund my amount.
                      I called up customer care and they requested me for online refund mode for which ticket number was aor698e24 but i have not received my refund amount yet.
                      Please help. Its been more than a week now

                        I recharged my mobile number using my airtel app. After asking for credit card details and submitting otp, i got a message saying transaction failed due to technical reasons. The app asked me to try again after some time. So i tried again after a few minutes. Once again, it asked for my credit card details and otp, but transaction failed second time as well. I then used a third party app to complete my recharge. After few days, i found that airtel has charged money on my credit card and it was not reverted back. When i approached airtel customer care, i get a reply saying recharge was successful thrice, even though their own app told me that recharge did not happen due to technical reasons. Also, the two failed transactions does not even appear under transaction history. Airtel customer care replied to me saying they will not take responsibility for their app's technical fault and so will not return my money as well. I would like to seek compensation from airtel for making me pay for their mistakes and refuse to own responsibility of it.

It’s been a month since I installed this app. I use it to recharge my parents and my friends phones too. The other features this app offers are quite good too.                           Full talktime is not coming.. The extra gb is not coming.. I hv complained mny times no step is been taken.. What is it? Take a step or else i want my money back.. This is high time.. M fedup using this airtel app.. Now i wont recharge anymore there.. It is worse app as sometimes they deduct the money from account n dont recharge.. I hv complained about that as well..

                            On[protected] at about 10:15 PM I had recharged my mobile Airtel no. by Rupees153/-The offer was 1 GB 4G/3G data Validity 28 Days .The transaction I/D was 575175 and it was successful. I have consumed only 0.5 GB data and the service has been stopped. When I inquired regarding this the customer care executive tries to convince me that, my handset is showing wrong indication.The rest 0.5 GB data may please be credited to my account.

                              Hi this is Jitendra Singh having prepaid connection no-[protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday therefore i want to request the airtel team to kindly block the sim card at the earliest. I was out for grocery shopping with my mother and it was very heavy crowd there in the market so I could not even know where I dropped it, but as I got over with shopping I tried to reach my phone in pocket but it was there. I tried to call it without wasting anymore minutes but it was switched off.

                              I searched wherever I could with a thought that it might have fallen off and battery would have come out reason it was going switched off, but all in vein.

                              When I called airtel to get it blocked, they asked me for details but they didn't match unfortunately as per them though I have ID proof and all with me and you can check the same at anytime and match with the data available with you.

                              So again I would request you to please close this number and tell me procedure to obtain a duplicate sim.

                                Hi team,

                                It is regarding the disconnection of my broadband service alone and would like to continue with the fixed line connection alone with airtel. I have received the plans from the concern team (Jagadeesh kuthati) service specialist and from the provided plan i requested for voice 249 plan. After 2 days i received call stating that they don't have the plan and were forcing me to change it to 599 plan which is ridiculous. Then again i sent an email to 121 the same. Today i received a call at 4 pm from the following number: [protected] and the representative name was dinesh who was very harsh and unprofessional said that they dont have such plans.

                                  I have submitted request two time to port my airtel no [protected] into vodafone. But still not done. First time i generate port code on 4th of may 2016, that expired after 15 day. I generateed again on 22nd of may 2016. I hve cleared my total outstanding both time. To know the status of my no when i call to vodafone then they tell, we are not able to do anything please contact to your cuurrent service provider. If i called to airtel than they also told me same story, ask your new service provider. No one is provoviding me right solution. I am just walking between airtel and vodadone. I have also submitte documents and gota nea vodafone simcard.

                                    I have done my airtel recharge by the state bank of india internet banking on june 6, 2016. i have done 2 recharge 1 is debited by the bank while asking the customer care they did not help me just giving me a harassment. they did not help me .just put my call on hold .its nt a matter of money or money is important for a common man.

                                      Hi, my name is Sumit and I am using Airtel from last 3 years. Due to high call rate I just wanted to Port my number to Idea on 3rd June, 2016. I had sent the request and I got the Porting ID also. But after that, in the mean time I got call from Airtel customer care and they requested to not to submit my documents in Idea as they would be offered me low call rate for next 3 months @ 35p/m for both the Local/STD. Although I already had called Idea executive to collect my documents. But after the request from Airtel, I dropped the plan and cancelled my porting plan. They promised that within 2-3 days my 35p/m plan will be activated.
                                      Today I called to Airtel for the same, they started to manipulate. They ignored clearly and told they are not going to give any offer as they didn't do any promise. I was shocked and surprise, I told them that I do have recording as well. The Sr. Executive started to misbehave and told we have also recording for the same. I am really surprised how these cheap people are easily enter into Airtel and misbehaving to the customer although my minimum recharged for Airtel for the last month was more than 1500/.

                                      My concern is, they have done fake commitment as well they have wasted my time and money also.

                                      Please do the needful and take the action against Airtel.
