I have applied for new broadband connection at A-338, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 5th may 2016. One airtel executive came to receive the document and money. after 2 days I got my account number and fixed line number. But no one came to install the broadband. I checked roaming pack on airtel coustomer care no and i got a message from airtel that recharge with rs 75 and get benefit with free roaming for 30 days. And when i recharge with this amount i got a message that you recharged with 75 you call enjoy local call at 30p/s which already i was having this call rate. When i called coustomer care then they give excuse that you ll get this benifit only when you ll recharge by your own....

I left to us last month... I was not able to receive incoming... Since i did not activate isd calls...
When i returned back to india my number has been blocked...
I was made to walk piller to post unnecessarily... I also raised so many mails regarding the same......

I am a postpaid customer and i have to change my airtel postpaid to prepaid. I have used this airtel postpaid more 3 months. I call to customer care for change airtel prepaid and the customer care says "ok you have to change your postpaid to prepaid". Then, i requested to the airtel showroom at 2-may-2016 in moolakadi, madhavaram high road (Near bsnl office), chennai-600039. Still not yet changed to prepaid.

Hello there was a complaint against my airtel 4g dingle, while we are in call the call centre person is not willing to answer for anything and disconnected the call while we are on talk. If the customer care is not able to answer for anything why does those kind of person need to be there. I need an answer for this from the technical team,
