This is to complain about the experience i had with airtel.
This is pathetic. They treat as if they are doing some charity.
They do not have manager working on the floor. The rep says that the manager is busy everytime i ask to transfer the call.
They make wait for minimum of 30 minutes while transfering the call, and finally disconnect the call.
The problem is that, the guy had come, to take the money for the new connection. However he said that the connection will be ready in 2working days.
Now it has been 5days and yet there is no connection, also when i call the same guy, he will never answer the call.
When i call the agent, he will not recieve the call.
They arre ot ready to help, whatso ever.
And when i put this words across the customer care, they just push me away, by telling that the manager is busy.
Also when they transfer the call, they make wait for 30 minutes.
This serious,!. Maybe not for airtel, but for the customers.
And, let me tell this, also, airtel is not doing any charity to me, and i have paid for the service.
