Good morning,
I am writing this to request you to kindly take any action and make available my money that has been deducted from my account saying that I have subscribed the following service for some sort of game. My only concern is that I have not subscribed any service for the same and after raising the issue with airtel helpline, they said that as per company policy they can not refund the money, but I want to ask you that if some service is activated on ykur fon and you are not aware of that service and still you are not recieving any benfit then please let me know how you will feel, won't you feel cheated. Please help me with this. I know this is the general problem and every individual is going through same problem with these tele service department. In the name of company policy they are cheating on the ignorant consumer. I want to port my service. But this problem will be the same with all these telecommers, please help me in getting my money back. Please note the timing of service activation, it was the peak time of our prayers. At that time, my net was off.

After calling them, they deactivated the service, but what about my money, I want that money back.

Your replying back to this complaint is highly anticipated and deeply appreciated.

    My Airtel App Best offers for you is misguiding. I purchased 228 data recharge of 1 GB 4G/3G+1GB Night 28 days. I thought night pack was of 1 GB was of 3G data and all my Day 1 GB data balance got used up in the night of 12 june 2016. But actually I came to know their night pack was of 2G data when I complained on 198. So my complain is why don't airtel mention this on the My Airtel App that 1 GB Night balance is of 2G data. This is bad practice by Airtel not to mention on my airtel app that 1 GB night data balance is of 2G data. Unnecessary my main balance got used up.

      I just ported from Vodafone to Airtel Prepaid recently. I usually maintain a balance of around Rs.100 and top up once it reaches Rs.5. The issue is, when my balance reaches Rs.10 and below and I'm making a call I hear a long strip of recorded message asking me to take advance talk time of Rs.10. It's read out both in English and the regional language and only after this message ends, my call starts connecting to the other end. That's completely annoying when there's an emergency and I'm making a very urgent call. This was not an issue with Vodafone. My call connected instantly after dialing when I had Vodafone. Sorry Airtel, I'm going back to Vodafone. Kindly look into the issue and please do the needful if you don't wish to lose your valuable customers. Thanking you!

        Attached are all the screenshots.

        1) sent an email to customer care that once my number exceeds the data bytes internet, pls barred the internet. Still i got more charges for extra internet usage for last month bill of around 800.

        2) i was charged wrongly without intimation message for rs 580 for last month

        3) this months bill i was charged extra for internet although i sent a sms to 121 for data use and everytime it was showing i have left data pack of previous bill which i can use and i have used under the limit only. Attached all screenshots extra bill of arounf 550

        Pls check and let me know when this can be resolvd i have sent dozzens of emails to appalette team without any resoltion from last 1.5 months for this???

          Dear sir / madam,
          My bill is around rs.640 for may2016. I had an issue with this bill. If you see my old record my bill is between rs.110-130. I get 481mb data free for month. But on 11 jun myairtel app tells other story which shows 112mb data is remaining. Airtel charged me rs.445 + rs. 71.20 (16% tax) for using extra mobile data.
          I didn't got any sms for data limit exceeding or usage of 100%. I only got 50%
          Usage sms on 23 may 2016 after that no any sms i received for data limit.

          Also i always checked on their myairtel app. Today i checked it after seeing bill of may2016. I attached screenshot copy of data usage from myairtel app. It shows 112.6 mb data remaining for may2016.

          So i request them get me waiver of rs.516 (Rs.445 + rs. 71.20) as soon as possible. But they refuse it. They are forcing me to pay all money.

            This is to complain about the experience i had with airtel.
            This is pathetic. They treat as if they are doing some charity.
            They do not have manager working on the floor. The rep says that the manager is busy everytime i ask to transfer the call.
            They make wait for minimum of 30 minutes while transfering the call, and finally disconnect the call.

            The problem is that, the guy had come, to take the money for the new connection. However he said that the connection will be ready in 2working days.
            Now it has been 5days and yet there is no connection, also when i call the same guy, he will never answer the call.
            When i call the agent, he will not recieve the call.
            They arre ot ready to help, whatso ever.

            And when i put this words across the customer care, they just push me away, by telling that the manager is busy.
            Also when they transfer the call, they make wait for 30 minutes.

            This serious,!. Maybe not for airtel, but for the customers.

            And, let me tell this, also, airtel is not doing any charity to me, and i have paid for the service.

              With reference to the above cited subject i manoj kumar gupta, proprietor of kajaria traders, at/post jalda-c block, p. S raghunathpali, rourkela 769043 dist - sundargarh, odisha would like to state the following few lines for you kind information and necessary favorable action.
              I had entered in to an agreement with your esteemed company on date 6 september 2011 for prepaid distributionship. Please not that at the time of execution of the aforesaid agreement. I had deposited an amount of rs.100000 in shape of demand draft bearing no 080541 date 02.08.2011 as a security money. Apart from the security money i had invested a sum of rs 600000 for the above distributionship/business.
              Ir, i carried out the said job with my utmost sincerity till december 2013.In the month of january 2014 the company asked me either to arrange funds for more investment or to stop the company asked me either to arrange funds for more investment or to stop the distribution. Further, please note that due to some unavoidable circumstances as well as financial difficulty i could not be able to arrange funds for more investment as had been asked and hence the said distributionship was stoped.
              Under the fact and circumstances stated above i request your good office to kindly look in to the matter and arrand to refund the security money 100000/ deposited by me as the same is refundable to me.

                And too much billing like a rs. 50/- credit is making a single call only and then not enough balance.

                Also in 1997 in Airtel Durga Puja music contest once I won 100 points out of 120 in the quiz and no prize is given to me and I could not follow up this because my cell phone was stolen that above score was by SMS only to the phone, - so check it also in Airtel's databases.

                    I got my mobile [protected] recharged with rs.64/- on 07.06.2016 through sbi internet banking in bill payment section (Top up recharge). Rs.64/- debited from my account. My credit was not done by airtel. I contacted airtel customer care on 198 on 07.06.2016 in the night they replied that problem is related to sbi. I complained to sbi on 08.06.2016, sbi replied that amount was successfully given to merchant. I against contacted airtel customer care, they gave same routine reply.

                    Now, i am not able to understand as to where recharged amount of rs.64/- gone.

                    It is therefore requested that please enquire into the matter positively and credit the recharged amount of rs.64/- to my airtel no. [protected].

                      Someone other has been issued airtel connection, using my documents and raised up bill upto 25k, and recovery people are visiting my residents to pay bills. Why???

                      How my documents can be used by someone else?
                      How can you give connection without proper verification?
                      How can customer raises so much bill in a month when credit limit is only[protected]?
                      Was these recovery dept. Persons were sleeping when a customer raises bill so much beyond the credit limit?

                      Catch those people who are doing fraud using other id?

                          I am using iphone.i had airtel network issue.
                          after 2months followup with airtel customer care i got a very good reply from the airtel executive'there is some technical issue with airtel network n iphone in ur area.which cannot b resolved for time being.u can shift to other network'
                          if this is the service they provide, then y do they show network in jungle areas. when they can't give network in city itself.

                            I have just become a new customer of airtel my sim got activated on 16th may 2016. I am using MI4I. I have called the customer care and told them that i am not getting the required speed of 3G. Its worse than 2g speed. But to my wonder all of them failed to solve the problem by saying that 3G is activated . They cant say why i am not getting the speed. I would like to bring to the notice to the complaints department that a symbol "H+" is shown on the left side of the attenae symbol and sum times it changes to "E"... i have got no idea why it

                              I have bought a new airtel 4 g dongal and the a new sim from nagpur airtel office galaxy infotech. Dongal gets connected but the sim is not working. They have replaced the sim 2 times but still the problem continues..I have used 3 sims. Everytime i connect the dongal, it gets connected also shows spped in kbs but when i search or use the internet it shows error, no internet coonection. I am not ubderstanding what to do neither the owner of shop. Please help me as soon as possibe.

                                Hi,

                                Actually on 23rd may i recharged 299 data pack through airtel app.
                                Amount has been deducted but i havn't got my data pack yet.
                                I called thrice to airtel customer care, each time they said it would be resolved soon and they gave reference number.
                                Today 10th june again i called airtel customer care, some senior executive Bipin Kumar said it has been resolved.
                                But actually it wasn't...even he don't know how to talk with a customer.
                                Really it feels disgusting to be airtel customer.
                                If you really feel sorry, then please go through my consideration.

                                Hey Shubhendu, I hope you got a refund of Rs. 299. Even I had a transaction decline issue with Airtel once. I called their customer care and they didn’t attend my complain properly. You can look for an app called Bill Bachao on the Google Play Store. I have been using it for a few months to do my phone recharges. I haven’t faced any issue so far. The app also has a feature that suggests you data packs and plans based on your actual usage. Whichever plan you chose the app will also tell you how much you are saving by selecting that plan. Give this app a try and you will not only be able to avoid transaction decline issues but also curb your monthly phone bills. It offers cashback benefit too, allowing you to make additional savings on your phone expenditure.

                                  It is very rare i recieved 4G service as advertised and promised by Airtel on the 4G wifi hotspot.
                                  I get frequent disconnection, I have to regularly egister my phones on the network in spite of the selection being automatic. and i have 3 registered with Airtel

                                  I have to pay 100% for the period i have to use the service for the hotspot as it is prepaid, after which i need to pay for the next package. If the company cannot provide me the service as it claims then why should i forefeit the charges if the service was not 100%.

                                  if i used the package for a stipulated period I understand i need to recharge. What if i am unable to use the package in the stipulated time due to lack of service..?? as it is a prepaid charge.

                                  I get a 2 mbps download speed on a 4G network and upload speed is 0.30 mbps. I purchased a 10 gb pack. i was on a family vacation on roaming. The Service Provider could not fix my problem after repeated complaints.. I was unable to use the service yet the money was paid.

                                  I can understand certain region or area while roaming. In Darjeeling city same issue.
                                  But in Goregaon (west) Mumbai 400104 it is difficult to understand why the service is not good.

                                  internet service is 24 x 7 x 365. as i understand it. so i feel it should be prorated if the service could not be provided.

                                  Does the company give me anything extra if i used the pack before the period?? so why should i loose on my payments for services not provided.

                                  I have a 4g wifi hot spot instrument sold by airtel and i pay for 4g services.. In Mumbai.

                                  I am disappointed. After the frustration builds up the care center cuts the phone or bars the number.

                                  Also behind the scene i cannot confirm if the problem is being seriously addressed by the Company.

                                  the company has my compaint records with regards to network issues for all the four services i use.

                                  the question asked by the call center are so frustrating. Mind you I have 4 numbers registered with airtel facing similar issues ...!!

                                    I am on a visit to a foreign country and have switched off my internet on mobile and have not received or made any call in this duration. I had recharged my Airtel no. on 14 Feb 2016 with Rs 500, but later after few days I saw my balance was just Rs 5.
                                    According to customer care this was charged due to internet usage made between 14/02/2016 to 20/02/2016.

                                    I asked them to provide proof because I switched off my net on 13 Feb at airport and never switched it on again. I specifically remember this because my whole balance was deducted on airport due to net on roaming, so I switched off my net instantly.
                                    However in reply I was told that we are unable to provide the data usage details from our end as there is no provision for the same.

                                    This is a big fraud and I want to sue airtel for cheating its users.

                                      My old Sim was not working. It is a Sim issue because I have checked in other mobiles also. So I bought a new Sim for the same number from Airtel showroom. They said that it will be activated within 4 hours. Its been 2 days and still it is not activated. When i called them they said their part is over and they have activated. But still my sim is not activated. Very bad service from Airtel.
