I have requested for conversion for Postpaid connection to Prepaid ([protected]) on 13th June 2016 with airtel office in sahakar nagar. Erish M attended us. He said within 24 hr yours connection will be disconnected and you use new SIM ( he gave ) . service got disconnected same day in the night, the new SIM was not activated till 15th June Noon. We went again to this airtel office in sahakar nagar, they gave new SIM stating the old SIM ( 13th June SIM ) is not working, Again we waited for 2 days . Again we went to Airtel office on 18th, I heard the mail was sent for activation but it got delayed. again gave another SIM to be used. Now i am raising this complaint on 19th June, till now it is not activated. I am not able to understand, why this simple job is taking time and 1 full week nothing happen. Poor Service and Customer Service
