Sir, i have requested for the cancellation of your bradband connection due to the non availibilty your service guys.

It's 3 days now, know one bothered to respond..

Customer care is just horrible almost half an hour have to wait online to speak to one technical concern

    Hi airtel team,

    I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance rental of 1000 inr. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area i requested them to refund my amount.
    I called up customer care and they requested me for online refund mode for which ticket number was aor698e24 but i have not received my refund amount yet.
    Please help. Its been more than a week now

      I recharged my mobile number using my airtel app. After asking for credit card details and submitting otp, i got a message saying transaction failed due to technical reasons. The app asked me to try again after some time. So i tried again after a few minutes. Once again, it asked for my credit card details and otp, but transaction failed second time as well. I then used a third party app to complete my recharge. After few days, i found that airtel has charged money on my credit card and it was not reverted back. When i approached airtel customer care, i get a reply saying recharge was successful thrice, even though their own app told me that recharge did not happen due to technical reasons. Also, the two failed transactions does not even appear under transaction history. Airtel customer care replied to me saying they will not take responsibility for their app's technical fault and so will not return my money as well. I would like to seek compensation from airtel for making me pay for their mistakes and refuse to own responsibility of it.

      These transaction failure issues are quite common these days among so many apps. And the customer care people are not at all helpful. Instead they keep you on hold for so long and irritate you by telling you that they will credit your money. But the money never appears until you call again and again. These days I have switched to this app called Bill Bachao. I haven’t faced the transaction decline issue so far. It’s been a month since I installed this app. I use it to recharge my parents and my friends phones too. The other features this app offers are quite good too. There is one feature in which the app will suggest you the most suitable plan for you depending on your usage in terms of data consumption, calls, and messages.         Full talktime is not coming.. The extra gb is not coming.. I hv complained mny times no step is been taken.. What is it? Take a step or else i want my money back.. This is high time.. M fedup using this airtel app.. Now i wont recharge anymore there.. It is worse app as sometimes they deduct the money from account n dont recharge.. I hv complained about that as well..

          On[protected] at about 10:15 PM I had recharged my mobile Airtel no. by Rupees153/-The offer was 1 GB 4G/3G data Validity 28 Days .The transaction I/D was 575175 and it was successful. I have consumed only 0.5 GB data and the service has been stopped. When I inquired regarding this the customer care executive tries to convince me that, my handset is showing wrong indication.The rest 0.5 GB data may please be credited to my account.

            Hi this is Jitendra Singh having prepaid connection no-[protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday therefore i want to request the airtel team to kindly block the sim card at the earliest. I was out for grocery shopping with my mother and it was very heavy crowd there in the market so I could not even know where I dropped it, but as I got over with shopping I tried to reach my phone in pocket but it was there. I tried to call it without wasting anymore minutes but it was switched off.

            I searched wherever I could with a thought that it might have fallen off and battery would have come out reason it was going switched off, but all in vein.

            When I called airtel to get it blocked, they asked me for details but they didn't match unfortunately as per them though I have ID proof and all with me and you can check the same at anytime and match with the data available with you.

            So again I would request you to please close this number and tell me procedure to obtain a duplicate sim.

              Hi team,

              It is regarding the disconnection of my broadband service alone and would like to continue with the fixed line connection alone with airtel. I have received the plans from the concern team (Jagadeesh kuthati) service specialist and from the provided plan i requested for voice 249 plan. After 2 days i received call stating that they don't have the plan and were forcing me to change it to 599 plan which is ridiculous. Then again i sent an email to 121 the same. Today i received a call at 4 pm from the following number: [protected] and the representative name was dinesh who was very harsh and unprofessional said that they dont have such plans.

                I have submitted request two time to port my airtel no [protected] into vodafone. But still not done. First time i generate port code on 4th of may 2016, that expired after 15 day. I generateed again on 22nd of may 2016. I hve cleared my total outstanding both time. To know the status of my no when i call to vodafone then they tell, we are not able to do anything please contact to your cuurrent service provider. If i called to airtel than they also told me same story, ask your new service provider. No one is provoviding me right solution. I am just walking between airtel and vodadone. I have also submitte documents and gota nea vodafone simcard.

                  I have done my airtel recharge by the state bank of india internet banking on june 6, 2016. i have done 2 recharge 1 is debited by the bank while asking the customer care they did not help me just giving me a harassment. they did not help me .just put my call on hold .its nt a matter of money or money is important for a common man.

                    Hi, my name is Sumit and I am using Airtel from last 3 years. Due to high call rate I just wanted to Port my number to Idea on 3rd June, 2016. I had sent the request and I got the Porting ID also. But after that, in the mean time I got call from Airtel customer care and they requested to not to submit my documents in Idea as they would be offered me low call rate for next 3 months @ 35p/m for both the Local/STD. Although I already had called Idea executive to collect my documents. But after the request from Airtel, I dropped the plan and cancelled my porting plan. They promised that within 2-3 days my 35p/m plan will be activated.
                    Today I called to Airtel for the same, they started to manipulate. They ignored clearly and told they are not going to give any offer as they didn't do any promise. I was shocked and surprise, I told them that I do have recording as well. The Sr. Executive started to misbehave and told we have also recording for the same. I am really surprised how these cheap people are easily enter into Airtel and misbehaving to the customer although my minimum recharged for Airtel for the last month was more than 1500/.

                    My concern is, they have done fake commitment as well they have wasted my time and money also.

                    Please do the needful and take the action against Airtel.

                        I have been making attempts to the company for getting wifi. I have made multiple calls to the executive and no one is ready to reply.
                        The Airtel is such a huge company and still they have such bad service. The customer keeps on calling the company and you guys dont have the guts to reply them and take initiate to solve the query of the customer.

                          Dear sir,
                          I bought new airtel broadband connection on 31st may 2016 from airtel portal for sector-45 location gurgaon of rs1399/- per month plan and also did online payment of rs1000 for buying this plan online but i got call from airtel executive (Contact no.[protected]) on 31st may 2015 and he said that airtel has changed all plan scheme but they are not updated on airtel portal and you need to pay rs1600/- more in cash to airtel for new connection payment in spite of rs1000/- which i paid online while doing payment for new connection online. Then we handovered required documents & rs1600/- cash payment to airtel 3rd party execuitve who visited my office by verifying airtel code which i got on my contact no. From airtel but till 06th june 2016 i called lots of time but airtel executive didnot picked my call and still i am waiting for airtel invoice on my registered mai id. Airtel took rs1000/- online payment and rs1600/- cash payment and all required documents but as a customer i didnot get any invoice and nobody is picking my call. Airtel sent me a message that on 2nd june we will come for installation of airtel connection but still nobody came for installation and also i didnot get any invoice or cash payment confirmation and moreover nobody is picking my call.
                          I visited website and used online source but didnot get any customer service no. Where i can raise my issue and airtel employee is not picking my call from last many days.
                          Kindly do the needful on urgent basis & resolve this matter

                          I have got the same issue with the same number

                          The executive name is Avinash and he took Rs 1600 from me and also said that invoice will be sent over my mail

                          My payment was done on 25th May and still waiting for a connection or refund.

                          Airtel should be answerable for this and should take immediate action to identify such frauds and make sure to either refund or give the service to customers who were cheated by their authorized persons, with whom they share the confidential information of their customer
                          Same thing happen with me yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that Avinash will send it on your mail.

                          The executive name is Avinash says he is from airtel and sits in Udyog Vihar. He also mentioned that this 1600 is refundable in two part, 1st in first bill and 2nd when i surrender the connection because they will provide a wireless hand set for calling.

                          Also he was assuring that he will make sure that the connection will be installed by evening.

                          I think this is fishing, but most important thing is how he came to know that i was trying to make an online payment on airtel. Because he called me after submitted the form online and waiting for the payment he also knew my address which i entered in the form.

                          I think airtel must give an answer to this as how he can have the details of person applying the connection.
                          Same has happened with other guys too.

                          When will airtel take action and we want refund for our money and documents.

                            Please don't go for airtel postpaid ..they are cheating .I'm using airtel postpaid my mothly bill is coming around rs.1500 n I called to customer care n asked about the bill but they are not giving proper solution or clarification .And another one thing during activation time they will give wrong information that activation fee will deduct from first month bill but in real they can't do..
                            please don't go for airtel postpaid..

                              This is to notify that i did and airtel recharge on my mobile no:- +91-[protected] of rs. 648/- dated 5th june 2016 11:36 pm through my airtel app with the following transaction id 287653 using my sbi credit card [protected]. The amount got debited from my credit card for the above transaction id but the recharge transaction was not given to my airtel no:- [protected]. Upon waiting for 15 mins, i dialed the airtel customer care. I happen to know from them that the above transaction id has been failed due to the delayed response from the bank and the amount for the same would be credited back to your credit card bank account within 7-10 working day and you may now proceed with the another transaction safely.

                              While on the call with the airtel customer care, i processed another transaction of the same amount on same number through pay-tm at 11:56 pm dated 5th june 2016 with following transaction id :- [protected] and the was successful and the benefits were credited to my account within fraction of seconds.

                              Later, in morning i happen to know that my previous transaction id 287653 which i was told got declined due to delayed response from bank by airtel customer care guys became alive again and was also cleared and benefits credited to my account.

                              These airtel customer care guys have cheated me by giving wrongful information about by transaction and be-fooled me to pay twice to enjoy the benefits. I need the refund for one transaction of rs. 648/- since i was obligated by airtel customer care guys to proceed with another transaction since the following transaction id 287653 is declined due to delayed response.

                              I am looking for justice.

                                I just inserted my sim card in my oneplus 2 mobile and the 3g started and deducted 40 mb 3g costing me 150 rs. Are you kidding me. No data transfer occurred during that time as i was setting up my mobile. Look into this revert back to me. This is just unacceptable. Do you think i will pay 150 for 40mb. My phone number is [protected]. Look into this asap. I tried your help section. Guess what they gave me token and 2 hrs of time to resolve. And then i get an sms that tells me that my issue is resolved!!!???. Are you kidding me. I haven't received any form of communication, how can my issue get resolved..??. I haven't received back my balance. A 40 mb data costs 8 rs. I know your plans. Charging 150 rs. This is just unacceptable. Look into this asap

My setup box is not working since last five days and in these last five days I hve called several times to customer care to resolve my problem.
