Airtel company not giving me any information or call, He change my postpaid plan, My old plan is 299=00 and new Plan is 449=00, 50% increase in my plan, How can company change??
I joined this company last 12 to 24 months,

I am always used Postpaid connection, almost 10 years
Please give me any idea, how can i struggle this company,

    Hi,

    I am using 2 airtel mobile numbers primary number with my family plan 799, add on with my family plan 99.
    I wanted to convert both the numbers to corporate cug plan. I checked at an airtel outlet in electronic city about the process to do the same, they informed that first both the numbers need to be separated from my family plan, and then need to send an email to [protected]@in.Airtel.com along with a scan copy of my employee id card, so that both the numbers will be converted to cug. So i raised a request to separate both the number on 31st may.

    On june 1st, i got a confirmation call and message stating that, the add on number is removed from my family plan and 199 ka with 3 packs has been activated. After which i called up the customer care to check once again and also got to know that i need to send my pan card and employee id card details to [protected]@in.Airtel.com for converting my plan to corporate cug.

    I sent out an email along with the requested details, i got an email reply from javid asking for details like
    1, sample mobile number (Which is in corporate cug plan ) for easy activation .
    2, the plan which needs to be activated along with the number of packs for local, std, etc.

    I replied with the required details on the same day. Next morning i received another email from rajesh stating both the numbers are still not separated, so change to corporate cug is not possible.

    With surprise i called up the customer care on 2nd of june to know what is happening with my request, and got the update that request is processed to have a "consolidated bill", i was in call with the customer care floor supervisors manjunath and kiran for almost 2 hrs with them to make the proper update on the request to convert my numbers to corporate cug.

    On 3rd june, there was no update, so i called up the nodal officer to get further updates on the request. I was informed by a nodal officer that both the numbers are still consolidated so it will take time till evening to separate and also that my both the numbers cannot be converted to corporate cug plans and only cug benefits can be given like free calls with corporate cug and i cant change the plan as i was previously with my family plan. I decided to disconnect the service with airtel and sent out an email to nodal and appellate on the same.

    On 4th june, i got a call from mahesh and he apologized for all the delay and also confirmed that corporate cug plan conversion was possible and he will take care of the same and he needed 16 hrs for processing the request, (I.E.) 8 hrs to separate the number and 8 hrs to convert to corporate cug. But nothing happened until 8th june and no update was given to me on what changes are done to my numbers .

    After waiting for 4 days, i tried calling the appellate officer again on 8th june and requested for update, i was in conversation with padma priya ( interaction id [protected]) for almost 45 mins. She wanted me to wait for 72 hrs, because she did not want to give false promises about the duration it would take to have my request processed. She also mentioned that she would take the responsibility to get this resolved asap.

    On 9th june, i got a message on my add on number stating "4g lte on 3g has been deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 09-jun-2016. Update:your request for mobile account transfer has been processed . Bill plan myplan family 99- ka has been activated with effect from and date_time ". That is the same plan the number was already active on. I called up with customer care to know the status and they updated me as " ignore the message and that was a false message". But i was not having the mobile data available in my add on number. I called up again to customer care and had an interaction with floor supervisor karthick, who updated me that the changes are done from the back end and they do not have any information.

    I finally wanted to change the network and sent a port sms. On 12th june, i received a call from alen (Porting team) asking for the reason for changing the service provider, i had to explain all the details again, he checked the details in the background and informed me to wait for one more day so that he will get the issue resolved. And when i asked about why the deactivation on the mobile data was done on my add on number, he requested for 30 mins to make the plan change to plan 199, with 4 packs, 1 for local calls and 3 for 3g data. And that was done immediately.

    I waited for one more day and as usual nothing happened. When i called up appellate office again on 14th june to know why the change has not been done, oviyan ( interaction id [protected]) asked for 48 more hrs to have the request processed. The conversation was in english, and when it went around 30 mins she exclaimed in tamil as i am causing her headache thinking i do not know tamil. Is this the way your service representative talks to a customer??? Later i even explained her in tamil about my condition to have an issue unresolved for 15 days.

    I do not understand the reason why my request is not being processed on a timely manner as informed. Each and every i time call up or send out an email to appellate officer, they inform me that they will escalate the issue to the concerned team. But no action has been taken to resolve my request. If they had really escalated the issue to the respective team, then i dont think that the issue would remain open till now.

    Each time i called up, they gave me a service request number, which when i called up the next time and provided the same was told as invalid or expired service number. I really don't understand what is the standard/quality of service you provide. I have all the calls recorded and emails saved. I have been using airtel from more than 10 yrs now, and there was never a time when there was a delay in bill payment from my end and finally this is the way you respect a customer.

    I need the proper reply for the below:

    1, what is the reason for not processing my request appropriately till now on time.
    2, when ever i call up they just say sorry for the inconvenience and they will escalate to the respective team, but till now i do not have any update on the same.
    3. I had sent all the details requested from my end three or four times whenever requested. But still each time i talk to any of your representative, why do they ask me to send it again and again, when they are already able to view all the information. Why is that?

    And most importantly, why should i pay all the pro-rate bills caused due to the negligence and irresponsible behavior of your representatives. They kept changing my mobile plan without informing me, and also even when they changed the plan for separating my number from my family plan for cug conversion, it was not complete. So i will never pay the extra amount you infuse in my mobile account. It has been 15 days till now, with no proper update and correct action taken. I am totally frustrated and fed up with your service.


    Please take appropriate action on the issue.

      Airtel DTH is increasing monthly package charges without any reason. In this connection I sent a mail on 26.05.16 to customer care DTH to advise how many time the monthly package charges had been increased i.e. date of enhancing package charges amount increased in the last three years. The Airtel not replying me and and I have send nine reminders . The matter had also been referred to the DTH nodel officer with 6 reminders. The Airtel DTH is not providing the information in respect of increase in monthly package charges in the last three years. None providing the information is an act of exploitation of the consumer.

        Dear sir,
        I got call from airtel executive calls him avinash (Contact no.[protected]) on 13/06/2016 and he said that he is caling from airtel office from udyog vihar. He had my information like address phone no mail id. He asked me to submit all documents and photograph with cash of rs 2000/- (Which he informed is refundable rs 500 in first bill and rs 500 in the second bill.

        He also shared a number saying that please verify the unique code with the guy who will come for document and cash collection.

        Then i handover required documents and 2000/- cash payment to airtel executive who visited my office by verifying airtel code which i got on my contact no. Yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your registered mail.

        Now today when i am calling the number (Contact no.[protected]) or the no. Of the executive who collected the document[protected], i called lots of time but airtel executive didnot picked my call and still i am waiting for airtel invoice on my registered mai id. Avinash's phone is switched off. He said he is from airtel's sales team.

        Also he was assuring that he will make sure that the connection will be installed by morning 14/06/2016.

        Kindly do the needful on urgent basis & resolve this matter yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your mail.

        What kind of scam is carried out by airtel by set loose such third party agents and sharing information of the customers to them. Airtel have to take the responsibility and identify the person who has collected the money and documents.

          Dear Sir,

          We are using Airtel 1 MBPS leased line connection from September 2014 on wards. In this connection weekly 2 or 3 times copper cable is damaging, due to this we are facing business loss for our concern.

          We are paying monthly 6554 rupees for you but you can't able to resolve the problem permanently and check our account history how many complains we have raised till now.

          If, any 1 of the month we may failed to made the payment you are collecting the Late payment charges or continuously calling for payment to collect the MONEY but in service you are giving this kind of support.

          Every time while i am raising the complain at that time we are explain the problem to your toll free support person about what and all problems we are facing due to disconnection of internet. At that time they were saying in future it won't happen but in future it is happening.

          Even in broad band we are not facing this kind of problems and monthly rental is also low only. For better service only we are going for higher rental plans but in higher rental plans it self they were providing this kind of service means don't know what to do.

          We need a proper solution for this,

              As per message on my mobile that if you stop this service you call on 155223 but there given no response, they given me to another no.[protected] but it is wrong.

              Previously we send a message to 155223 for stop this service but he ask me for code but i have no code and received by you .

                I registered for an internet connection with airtel on 6th and i got a call asking for the documents. I submitted and i was told that they will install the connection on the same day by 7pm. But it wasn't done.
                I posted a complaint on 8th to which i got a reply that the work will be done by the same day by 8pm which again didn't happen.
                I again emailed the customer care for the connection on 9th and they said that the work is under progress and the work will be done within 3 days from 8th. Again, didn't happen.
                I emailed them again on 13th (Which is after 4-5 days) and again i was assured (As always) that the work will be done by 7pm. And that again didn't happen.
                I don't know since when did airtel become so carefree in responding to its customers. I've been waiting for a connection for more than a week and there is no reply from their side.

                  I am your costumer since 2014 with mobile no.[protected] postpaid connection. I had lost my mobile phone on[protected] morning. I enquired about sim replacement in our town sangareddy got to know that one m/s sri jaganmayi communications opp new bus stand sangareddy. As 12th is sunday i approached on 13th june 2016 and got a sim replacement. But the dealer told me the new sim will be activated by the evening of[protected] and again today morning i approached now the dealer says there is no access to them for sim activation so the sim will be activated tomorrow morning. I do my most of transactions through online for which otp is required on the above said mobile. I am facing a lot of problems to receive calls from my known persons. This is not fair to have such irresponsible dealer to a reputed and number 1 mobile company in india. I solicit a action against the above said dealer and compliance to my complaint at an early.

The installation charges paid was rs.10, 305/- as advance rent of rs.4000/- for the month and 5000/- installation charges + service tax.

                    The connection was not active for 20 days since i refused to activate as was not getting the required dedicated speeds. I was not too sure that the equipment they installed like the router etc., was correct as it was similar to the broadband installation and no different.

                    The sales guys ensured me that you will get dedicated speed once you activate your installation even with current speed; so i went ahead and activated my installation but to my surprise the speed did not tick as expected. I complained and when the technician came in he said that your plan is similar to a normal broadband and no static ips have been associated. He also mentioned that the sales guys have cheated you and given you normal broadband and the data transfer rate shall be 200kbps only.

                    I already have a airtel broadband in my office with 8mbps speed at rs.1500 with 50gb of download/upload limit.

                    I went for the office internet plan only because the airtel sales guys promised me that this is a business line with unlimited data, separate line than broadband so less interruptions, dedicated speed.

                    So i have been cheated straight away by airtel and the installation guys, sales guys and the customer support are just rubbing this matter on each others shoulders.In fact they are not attending my calls anymore.

                    Didnt expect this from airtel as we are using atleast 5-6 services of theirs at our office and residence.

                    Will someone from airtel who can take a proactive decision for this and own up? Else will have no option but to send this communication with further details to trai and the telecom ministry.

                          I'm airtel postpaid customer in my airtel app my unbilled was increasing so i called customer care they said although you have activated roaming incoming plan but your incoming roaming charges are adding at the time of bill generation this will deduct and although you have free 240 roaming minutes nut here charges applicable it will also deduct at the month end so on the moth last in airtel aap it was showing 445 unbilled amount.
                          My bill is 1100+ i called then to reduce my incoming +120 minutes outgoing charges instead of doing that supervisor said me you use 1000 minutes you have to pay and said that you use 900 minutes in one day i said that how can it be possible so he misbehave with me.

                          Now i want that they should reduce my bill and give me compensation for my time loose and extra bill and mental torture first by giving me wrong information and then instead of correct me misbehave with me.

                          Please help me. I have all the recordings also.

                            I requested for a airtel broad band connection at chennai. The agent came to my office and collected proofs, photo and 1000 rs deposit amount on friday morning and ensured i will get connection in 4 hours. Then i called him at evening, he picked my call at the second attempt and said technician will come at 8pm but no one came. Next day i called him, he didn't pick up the call and after some time he switched off the mobile. Technician didn't come on saturday also. I was waiting for the whole day for them cancelling all my personal work.

                            When i called airtel customer care they are not giving proper response. I have a doubt now whether he is from airtel.

They are asking for address and checking feasibility but this process are already done and I have submitted photo, proofs and deposit amount. So I don't know whether the agent raised a request for new connection or he cheated Me. Since his mobile is switched of till now.

                                My Bill was generated on 06/06/2016 when i saw my billed amount as Rs. 927.66 for the month of May I got shocked so i thought of checking details through online but details were not available, so i called customer service and checked with them they said they can provide or view details online only after 72 hours. While they can provide bill amount why can't they provide details immediately so that we can decide whether we need to continue with the service from Airtel or we need to cancel the connection immediately. Who will pay charges for these 72 hours?

                                So that I went to Airtel Showroom at Panjagutta, Hyderabad to check the details their the representative said due to exceeding of data usage I got huge bill and refuse to give detail information. As per postpaid connection service the remaining data of previous month we can utilize in next month, when I used that now they said that no it will be charged so that only I received more bill. So I requested them to cancel my connection the service representative said that first we need to clear the bill then we need to provide Photo ID proof and it will take 7 working days to cancel.

                                Already fed with Airtel Bill and wrong information/services provided them, If I wait for 7 more days who will pay the charges for this 7 days. (i.e) previous 72 hours = 3 days + 7 working days of cancellation = 10 working days (of course 10 working days contains at least 2 non working days) = 12 calendar days. Later even for this 12 days customer need to pay the bill.

                                At any cost Airtel like to get squeeze money from customers by delaying from their responsibilities (I feel this is like a fraudulent activity from Airtel).

                                I request you to go through the above complaint and take necessary actions on this.

                                  My son akshay mehra got admission in iim raipur (Chhattigarh) about 2years back. The captioned mobile no. Was given on depositing rs.500/ as security money. After completion of the course my son came back home in march, 2016 and the number got port to bsnl, sonepat, haryana. The number is working satisfactorily. For the last 4-5 days the number is blocked bsnl and on asking reason from them i was told that the number has been blocked on the request form airtel for pending of some previous bill.
                                  When the number got port all the pending amount was paid by me. If there is any amount is due plz, let me know after deducting the security amount i. E. Rs.500/ to enable me to pay the same at the earliest.

                                    I had purchased a airtel 4g hotspot dongle with a two months advance rental for 2500 for 10gb/[protected]@999. One day i got a call from airtel customer service suggesting to change the plan to 100 gb /mth as i was consuming 10gb in a week and was adding smartbytes. Since then the dongle stopped working and when i enquired to check as to what has happened the airtel rep khushboo said that it is not working because a router plan was activated instead of a dongle plan which she promised that she will deactivate it and the dongle will start working in 4 hrs. However when i called again to check if the changes were done the rep said that there are no such changes to the account and she cannot change the plan to 10 gb and for suggested to contact nearest airtel store. I mean this is absurd first you call and advise to change to a better plan and when you mess it up you now can't revert the changes.

                                    the querry has been resolved but the customer care is below average and standards of airtel.I am happy for now and will keep on using the dongle however will refrain from speaking to customer support and instead will try to solve issues or make changes to my airtel account online.

                                      210rs wrongly detected from my main balance, because of internet usage.(I am not used that much internet)

                                      but my internet balance still 40MB remaining, i called customer care support, they told 210 rupees wrongly detected from my account, this will refund with in 3days.

                                      before the internet usage 400MB remaining in my data pack, after some time my main balance shows 0rs and data balance shows 40MB remaining,

                                      Today customer care executive called my number then he told because of internet usage 210rs detected from my main balance, then how 40MB remaining from my data pack?

                                      With out any intimation how will detect my main balance?

                                        Dear sir,
                                        From the above mention subject i let you know that i am using airtel number but here i am facing so many problems while using the same
                                        1) call interruption : - call automatically disconnect many times in a day
                                        2) worst voice clarity:- while using this number, the voice clarity is really become bad and sometimes it completely gone.
                                        3) bad internet:- even internet service also bad but charges fully charge
                                        4) network:- so bad network
                                        5) customer care:- only auto record customer care available, not having any direct contact with any customer care number
                                        6) no reply of complaint:- airtel company not take any action against registered complaint


                                        Kindly take action against this company for bad service but full service charge.
