I want my airtel broadband connection to be disconnected asap. I have both mailed them and called them. I didn't get any reply for the mail i sent. When i called them they said they cannot disconnect my connection. I am the consumer and so i decide whether i want it or not. And i want it disconnected because i am moving to a new place and i don't need it anymore. All my payments are cleared.

    My Service has not seen 4G speeds for months. Ever since Airtel has had 3G access, there has been no 4G service at my home. I have been charged 4G rates constantly for months even though the service is not provided. All the complaints I raise with Airtel get closed with lies saying that the service has been confirmed. This is done without any engineer visit or resolution. They simply lie through their open issues and mark them closed. This has been happening constantly for over 4 months. Airtel is not adhering to their service and lie through their open complaints and find a way to close them. The most recent complaint id is - SR69826707. They have closed this saying 24Mbps was recorded when even 2Mbps could not be recorded. This is day light robbery. How do I take this forward? I need to sue Airtel.

      Am facing issue of call being dropped very frequently and zero internet connectivity since last 2-3 weeks. Have complained to airtel on 13th June 2016 ref no. 69815797 regarding mobile & internet services not working at my office location in Mohan Estate, Delhi. Service engineer visited site but gave no positive response on complaint. Complaint still not resolved as on date. Called airtel consumer care again today they ensured that the complaint will be closed within 24 hours. Later I received call from airtel by Mr. Naresh Kumar who confirmed that there is an issue in network in this location but anyhow call status needs to be changed to resolved as they do not know the definite time for resolving network issue at this location. This may be because airtel claims that it resolves the issues within time-frame of 4 days and hence they are in hurry to close it without any resolution. He also asked me to visit airtel store and get the complaint registered there again. Am very surprised to see this type of reevrt by Airtel. Had a very bad experience. Issue still remains unsolved and I don't know whom to approach as am facing a lot of difficulty in personal & official communication due to worst network.

        I have been using an Airtel number [protected] for all my communication for over 10 years. Every contacts including registered mobile number (banks for OTPs, life insurance, home loans, hospitals, bills including credit card bills etc etc.), apart from my contacts have been registered with this number.
        I had to go outside india for a short period during which time I didnt use my mobile to make outgoing calls or sms.
        Airtel asked me to maintain sufficient balance of Rs 20 so that the service is not disrupted(I have email proof and sms proof from the Airtel mentioning about this policy and can produce on request).
        On 7th May they teminated the service claiming insufficient balance. But on 6th of May I did a recharge of Rs 310/- using my credit card(statement of which Bharati Airtel has accepted).
        I had sent several emails to Airtel regarding this, but they say once terminated the number cannot be restored.
        Sir I have had to bear a lot of problems financially e.g. not able to use my credit card for online payment(since cannot get One Time Password which is sent to the registered mobile number). Due to the same reason I have not been able to pay my bills and have caused me huge lot of financial and personal problems since now I have to come on urgent basis back to the country to update my contacts.
        Inspite of requesting them through several emails, all that send me(everytime) is the standard reply that the service cannot be restored.
        Sir, I either want the number to be restored or they pay compensation for all the loses I have had to bear due to the service being terminated.
        Kindly help me get justice.

        No resolution for your side has been shared with me yet. Please update me the status of the number [protected]. Please also update me of the status of the money that has been taken from my credit card. Also update me the reason why it was terminated inspite of the fact that the number has sufficient balance for Rs 20 to be deducted from(a/c had 310/- when it was terminated).

            We have around 10 mobile connections from airtel for our office staff and around six 4g broadband dongles. Most of the mobile connections are under airtel corporate group. When we use these in our office at morivali midc, ambernath w, thane district we experience the following:

            Mobile connections (Even if network indicator shows full strength)
            1. Unable to pick up incoming calls
            2. Call drops mid conversation
            3. Call goes blank for 3-10 seconds frequently between calls
            4. Only edge 'e' internet connection available which disconnects whenever we pickup a call.

            With mobile connections we have been facing internet issues from quite some time and several complaints were registered from my personal airtel number (98xxxxx582) on aitel customer helpline but there was no resolution on this.

            Now since 3-4 days, we are facing problems even with the calls. There is either a call drop or call goes blank during each call. We are sometimes even unable to pickup incoming calls. We are facing this problem on all airtel numbers.

            We registered our complaint on "[protected]@in. Airtel.com" and followed up a couple of times but without a solution.

            Airtel has numbers registered under corporate group but how do they expect us to conduct business if we are unable to make a single call without call drop.

            I hope airtel looks into this and resolves this issue asap.

              Hi Team,

              this is to inform you that i use a Airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) on that number i activate a caller tune on 15 June with a song charges which was deducted that time overall 90 rs. included with 90 days subscription of caller tune and a song.

              after that on 18th June i change my caller tune again my subscription charge was renewed 20 rs. for 20 days and last subscription was cancelled automatically why it was happened.

              if i already paid subscription charge for a long time then why it was deducted again

              so irritating.

              Do Need full ASAP.

                  This is to bring to your notice that on 7th june 2016 a recharge transaction of rs. 253 has been deducted from my icici account[protected] but due to some technical error there was failure in the process of recharge. I immediately received a message from 121 that my money will be credited in my account within 7 days. Sadly so far i have not received the same. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                  My amount has not been reimburse. This is a fraud site.
                  Dear all,

                  This is to inform you that I have registered a complaint in this site regarding an error in airtel money transaction. Immediately I have received a call from the office by Mr. Ankit saying that he will be the one who will be looking after my query. In lieu of my Rs.253 transaction he has deducted Rs. 20000 from my ICICI account saying that this will be reimbursed within 1 hr and gave me a fake ID that is 182626. Sorry to say If this is how you deceive poor people then you should not put up consumer complaints forum. REIMBURSE MY HARD EARN MONEY.
                  This is to bring to your notice that on 18 th june 2016 a recharge transaction of Rs. 20000 has been deducted from my ICICI account[protected]. In order to verify the recharge transaction amount which was suppose to be reimburse has been which has been deducted from your end. Kindly reimburse the same or face the consequences.

                      Hi,

                      In the morning while i was sleeping, i got a message from airtel that rs35 has been deducted from main balance, for fashion bunny 7 days subscription. I panicked coz i didnt subscribe as i was sleeping nd my phone was on table. I immediately tried to cancel it. I am not a sleep walker and definitely there's no one around. Please unsubscribe and refund my money because i didnt subscribe to fashion bunny; never heard of this subscription before.

                      I tried calling 198 customer complaint but the customer care executive (Amulya ku sahoo) was very rude. He didnt help me in getting my refund.Initially he told it was done by accidentally by isp provider.

                        This is regarding the Airtel Account No. [protected], which i received when
                        i applied for a new connection on 02/06/2016 after getting confirmation of the
                        connection feasibility by the sales executive and airtel relationship centre.
                        Therefore, this sales guy from Airtel Relationship Centre visited me and
                        collected the documents and the cheque (Cheque No. 41671, SBI) for Rs. 5900
                        including the 6 months connection charges. He committed that the connection
                        will be done at my residence Anandnagar cross
                        road, ahmedabad - 380015 by Saturday, 4th June 2016. However, on 4th i was
                        informed that the connection is not feasible at my residence due to some issues
                        evn though i was told earlier that the connection is feasible at my place.
                        However, i asked for the refund of the charges i paid earlier. They told it
                        will be refunded within 2-3 days. Later upon calling customer care, i was told
                        to apply for refund online on "airtelonlinerefund.com", which i did on
                        11/06/2016 after waiting for a week regarding the refund. The reference no. for
                        online refund application is "AOR0c4e96". It was written that the refund would
                        be processed within 2 days and still it isn't. The customer care complaint No.
                        is "68936040" and "68981868". I have not heard from airtel or the sales person "Mukesh" who is
                        not even picking up my calls since then and i have no idea whatsoever about the
                        refund.

                        I have been keeping patience on the same but if airtel is not going to do
                        anything about it and leaves the customer without even an acknowledgement and
                        not refunding the payment, Unfortunately, i will be forced to take other
                        actions.

                        Please acknowledge and refund the amount at the earliest.

                        I have already contacted Airtel Regarding this through mail & calls many times.

                        Hi,

                        I don't understand why is it taking too much of time to resolve a small concern, that too for refunding the customer's hard earned money. I tried contacting Airtel again for the same issue, but no response from Airtel. If airtel is having problem refunding the money, just say it directly, but don't make false commitments. Just let me know a date by which the amount would be refunded as i am getting fed up now of complaining.

                        Also, it would be a lot easier if this whole system is automated.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had done auto renewal pack of Rs 33 STD min for mobile no [protected] which cost me 35 paisa per minute on 5th april 2016 was using services till 2nd may 2016 with charges 35 p per minute but on 3rd of May 2016 my balance account was debited wrongly with higher amout i.e 2 paisa per second rather then 35p/min with should be the charges i complained immediately to airtel customer care on 3rd may 2016 and talk to customer care executive who assure me that amount would be credited back in 4hrs after realising the mistake .But to my shock no amount was credited back to my account and felt cheated and understood big company like airtel usually try to make fool of customer and charge /cut unnecessary amount .
                          I had again complaint to airtel with ticket no PR[protected] and request was closed without reading the complain and talking to customer what i expected of airtel.
                          I then followed again wrote mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 17/05/2016 from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and explained my issue on mail then again no response was given from the side of airtel .
                          I followed the procedure to complain to airtel writing a mail to nodal officer gujarat and to appellate authority.
                          I have called many times to airtel and wasted my lot of money time and energy and have become frustrated with the services provide to me by airtel
                          regarding my issue.
                          Even after writing so many times last of which on 10/06/2016 explaining on phone so many times no response have received from airtel side.
                          I am fed up with their services would want adqueate refund of my money.

                          Please help on the issue.

                            I requested for refund of installation of new broadband fees of rs 1000 which I paid online still now no response.begged them to handover my 1000 still no refund. I wasted 100rs by calling airtel customer care daily but they are not responding. I nearly very depressed and nearly started thinking of suicide because of airtel. I request everyone to not go to airtel broadband.

                              I requested in one of airtel office at porur to activate international basic roaming plan (Rs.149) for mobile no.[protected] on 21.5.16 and they confirmed me as it was activated. I left from india at 12.30pm on 22.6.16 to spain. After reached spain at 12.30 am on 23.6.16, received msg from airtel as bill amount rs, 3897 for data usage. I was shared the same with family and told them to communicate customer care. They communicated with customer care and heard from customer care as that mobile no. Was activated on 23.5.16. The timing which is showing in bill as used data, is not correct. Since i was at time in flight.
                              After reached india, the same issue i was again highlighted to customer care and particular airtel office on 13.06.16. Zero output and no response from customer care. Again i spoke with customer today also, they are simply said as complaint is not yet raised on the same. Is it acceptable???.

                              Please help on the issue and same problem / issue don't repeat to other customer.

                                I have got a phone call fron airtel phone banking services that if I can port postpaid my munber I will get added advantage of 1gb data per month and good talk time. After porting the plan i got from airetel was completely different and customer care responded that the its not possible to give that at all. They intern responded that they dint have proper direct connection to phone bankers.

                                  Many apps have this problem, your recharge is unsuccessful the first time, you recharge again and end up paying twice. Take my advice and install the Bill Bachao app for balance and data recharges. Why to go for apps that are so annoying. I have been using Bill Bachao app for a while now, there hasn’t been any issue so far. The transaction success rate of this app is really good and that’s the reason I am sticking to it for a while. The app also guides you with the three best plans, depending on your call and data consumption. Out of the three best options, you can select the plan which suits you the best. The recharge is fast and easy as it takes place in 3 simple steps. The app will also let you know how much you will save on by opting for each plan.

                                    This is the 2nd time i have complaint regarding bad services of Airtel. But after 2 days i have received a massage shows that we have already checked signals in your area add found that good. No one contact me in my area (Dwarka-Sec 4) regarding that signals, i will show them signal is good but if i making calls to anyone call drops are there and voice disturbances are there. Automatically calls cuts. If i want to call any person 5 minutes taking then i have to make calls 3 or 5 times only to complete my talk. But no one taking it seriously.

                                      I got sms for std pack of rs 14 and benefit was 30paise per minute for 30 days. But when i did the recharge on 14th june 2016 i go the benefit of 40 paise per minute and that only for 8 days. Airtel is doing 420 and cheating their customer by sending fake sms. Please let me know how this matter will be solved. Can i file a pil complaint in karnataka high court as i assume that i am not alone but thousand of consumer is facing this issue and by doing wrong way airtel is growing its business.                                       I have experienced a similar issue. I read online that by recharging your Airtel number for Rs.16, you can make local mobile calls @ 40p/m. However, after the recharge was done, I was charged 50p/m. I called the customer care and they said that with a recharge of 16 rs, the call rates are reduced to 50p/m and not 40p/m. Recently I have switched to an app known as Bill Bachao. This app provides the right information regarding all the plans and recharges. Before you actually do a recharge, you can learn about all the benefits that you get with it. I have been using this app for the past 6 months and I haven't faced any problem so far. You can recharge any number in minutes. It also provides special cashback benefit that helps you save some money on the next recharge. I recommend you try this app to make your future recharges.                                         I have a fixed line connection from airtel, but for the last two months i have been following up for the internet connectivity (it is a bundled offerring ) however the company has not been able to provide me the same on the other hand has raised the bills

                                        everytime when one complaints the operator say that the engineer will visit within 24 hours but nothing happnes

                                        its very frustating, on top of it they release misleading ads
