I applied for airtel broadband on 31st may, 2016 (Cef no : ahm653334), but its been 10 days after that and i am speaking to sales representative jagdev infotech-[protected] & mr. Jigar-[protected] who promise me daily that i will get the connection by the end of the day, but nothing happens. He finally routed me to mr. Jaydeep pathak ([protected]). Nobody is responding well, they are only saying that my connection will be installed by the end of the day any ways, i have lost all my trust on airtel, and just hoping, if i can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). And meanwhile i want to say that after applying for the connection from airtel, i got that airtel is the most rude service provider... They just care about their money... When i don't pay bills they call me hundred times but when its about giving services they are bad as hell.

    Hi team,

    I had requested for a new bb connection (No:[protected] on 6th. I was assured by agent (Mr. Naresh) that the connection is feasible (Ground floor person has airtel connection) and the payment was taken assuring connection within a day. I made repeated calls everyday and i was assured that the connection will be given right away on tuesday and wednesday. The agent stopped picking up the calls on thursday and when i called the customer care they mentioned that the connection is not feasible.

    Issues:
    1. I would have expected airtel to be professional and send me a message / call me and let me know the same
    2. I would have expected the agent to communicate back or atleast pick the calls
    3. If its not feasible to provide connection in an area, atleast dont bombard the area with useless adds which is struck also on my wall and gates.

      There's no network in new gupta colony, delhi. Pin code is 110009. One can't relieve or place any calls. Person has to come on road to make calls which is also not successful as there's no network there too and if by chance there's a slight coverage then the voice breaks abruptly and you can't really communicate. Data is in future i suppose as normal call or text don't go/come through. This is just pathetic.

        I purchased a Airtel post paid Corporate SIM last thursday from my nearest Airtel Showroom and they informed me that it will be activated within 48 hours. After 48 Hours when I checked on why it is not getting activated they told me that the number is being provided to some one else by mistake and requested me to take another number and which will again take 48 hours of Activation.

        Even this time It didn't get activated. Upon checking they told that they are unable to get the exact reason for it and requested me to come after 24 hours.

        I'm not sure why Airtel is giving such a worst service for activation. Customer handling in the showroom is worst I have ever seen.

          This was the text i received about the activation of some games club service which is fully unknown to me.
          When i dialed 198 to complain about the scenario, he told me that the service was activated using wap. Even i told him i was not using any kind of internet service that time and i didn't activate it, he rejected my plea saying nothing can be done by itself. You must have activated it and denied any refund.
          I, therefore, request them to refund the deducted amount.

            I have recharged for 3g data with rs 194-650 mb/21 days on 7th june, but later checked that there was no airtel network at all. Later i realized that i got a message saying that 2g recharge was done instead of 3g and so i had to change the settings of network to auto connect as it was wdcma only. The 2g network is horribly slow, and why would i get 2g isnpite of recharging for 3g, very disappointed. Please see this and provide me with 3g data or return my money. I have attached the pocs of the message and that it showed 194 rs 3g data for 21 days after dialing *121#

                    My wife mrs mradula gupta, had applied in the prescribed application form for prepaid connection along with necessary documents and address proof. And after due verification a no [protected] was activated and the same was using since last 3 or more years.

                    Few days back my wife purchased android phone and she was required micro chip and then approached to nearest airtel customer care then they informed that no is in some one else name. It was surprised to us that how it can be and therefore i made a complaint to airtel on [protected]@in. Airtel.com. The said company ist replied that the form was given in the name of some other person, but while i asked the scan copy of the same they replied that we are require to approach their local office to do the formalities for change of name. The company failed to reply us as to how the connection was given in the name of some one else while we have given form in the name of mradula gupta along with all necessary documents. The act of the company is unlawful and they forced us to use the other's name connection for which the company is responsible

                      I have had horrible experience with airtel recently after relocating. I've already submitted a compliant for address change for my mobile connection and now i'm submitting another compliant about airtel dth. What a shame!. I've submitted the compliant multiple times looks like even the ceo of the company doesn't work. I don't know how the company like this exist.

                        Airtel is a leading company in services of Telecom. but in Hyderabad, these company services are very very very bad. Always disconnecting the call. there are no complete signals in gachibowli, miyapur, kukatpally, ameerpet, lakdikapool...etc. when i was calling to customer care about disconnecting and proper signals, they said, "we can''t do anything on this". 5 times, i complained about the same issue. till now, they didn't take any action. But regarding the bill payment daily i am getting more messages :)

                        i don't undersatand to whom should i appoch on this. Please suggest.

                            I bought a corporate post-paid connection from one of the airtel agent (24x7 solutions, gurgaon) in ncr two months back.

                            The agent took rs 250 as security deposits that will be refundable after 6 months and given ensure to activate it within a week. Even after 2 months, the connection is not activated nor he refunded my security deposit. Moreover, the agent is not picking my call now.

                            The question is why airtel is promoting such kind agent who do such kind of frauds and cheats there customer and why they are not taking any action against them. They might be doing such kind of frauds and cheats to airtel customers.

                            It’s really disappointing me as i am old customer of airtel network and airtel digital tv.

                              I just ported from Idea to Airtel asi was promised i will be getting 200 minutes as i am switching my service provider ... now that the sim is activated there is no 200 mins free given in my number and the persons who collected my documents or the ones who verified it are not picking my calls as i want to ask them about the promise made earlier

                              this is a clear example of fraud and when i contact Airtel customer care - they say sorry for the inconvenience caused ...

                              i am now stuck with this fraud company and i cant even port out for about 3 months ... kindly take action against these fraudsters who are making a living by cheating customers

                                Airtel mobile [protected] is now activated. Pls call [protected] from your alternate mobile number for verification and service activation.

                                Dear customer, validation of your documents for airtel mobile [protected] could not be completed successfully. For more details contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken for the nearest airtel store.

                                  I received airtel new broadband connection on month of april. Connection was very prompt and speed was as promised. I checked from airtel website and asked for 1099 75gb plan. The airtel executive promised i will get the plan after a month o[censored]sage and gave me 12gb for 1099. I was convinced at first because the speed was as promised. I called airtel customer care on 6/7/2016 for change in plan. The customer service executive transferred my call to floor manager, the worst part is, the so called manager doesn't know how to speak with customer. He was very rude and increased his voice and started to put the blame on me. I said i am recording this call and will take it to court, and he was very cool and said no issue do anything you can. I said i am cancelling my connection and you are losing a customer and his prompt answer was, yes please.
                                  Air tel i need explanations for false promises and rude behaviour.

                                    I got call from airtel executive calls him avinash (Contact no.[protected]) on 07/06/2016 and he said that he is caling from airtel office from udyog vihar. He had my information like address phone no mail id. He asked me to submit all documents and photograph with cash of rs 1600/- (Which he informed is refundable rs 800 in first bill and rs800 when you surrender the connection), he also informed that your installation charges are waved off as you are an airtel customer asked me my consumer id of set top box.

                                    He also shared a number saying that please verify the unique code with the guy who will come for document and cash collection.

                                    Then i handover required documents and 1600/- cash payment to airtel executive who visited my office by verifying airtel code which i got on my contact no. Yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your registered mail.

                                    Now today when i am calling the number (Contact no.[protected]) or the no. Of the executive who collected the document[protected], i called lots of time but airtel executive didnot picked my call and still i am waiting for airtel invoice on my registered mai id.

                                    Also he was assuring that he will make sure that the connection will be installed by evening.

                                    Kindly do the needful on urgent basis & resolve this matter yesterday afternoon a guy came took the money in cash when i asked for invoice he told that avinash will send it on your mail.

                                    What kind of scam is carried out by airtel by set loose such third party agents and sharing information of the customers to them. Airtel have to take the responsibility and identify the person who has collected the money and documents.

                                      I had applied for a broadband internet connection in bangalore and here is the installation no [protected]. The customer executive followed up several times to follow up for the documents. We gave him the documents and was assured that the connection would be installed in 3 working days. Airtel executive who came to receive the documents suggested that we pay 1100 as the installation charges whereas the plan states 1000rs only. When asked he said 100rs is for verification. Considering that we gave him 1100 as the charges. Its been 4 days there is not even a single call or follow up from the airtel team on this. Even more pathetic is when we called now they say that connection cannot be installed at your place. Worst service ever experienced from a provider. We thought of getting a new airtel dth connection also but after this i dnt think so i would continue using my airtel mobile number also. Would not recommend anyone opt for it. Its been 15 days and still they have not processed my refund.

                                        Hi,

                                        I tried to port my airtel number to postpaid many times.
                                        I have submitted request for porting in april and yet no porting is done by airtel. I have submitted my documents 3 times and 2 times they reject due to reason that they will not do verification in delhi. And 3rd time he agrees. Now after 1 month also my number is not port.

                                        Regarding this i mailed to airtel they said contact to that executive to whom i request for porting.

                                        I am regularly contacting that executive and he always says that yes it will be activated in 3 or 4 days. Also, he has nor return my rejected documents.

                                        Airtel is not helping me anymore in this case.
                                        Please help to sort out this problem.

                                        My Problem is not solve yet.
                                        No one is helping from airtel. Everybody keep forwarding my request to other. No one look into the matter seriously.

                                        This type of behaviour is not expected from airtel.
