Hi, this is suman mukherjee from creocraft.
It has been extremely annoying to state that for past 6 days my fixed line and broadband connections ([protected]) are dead.
Every time i call up your call center, they come up saying with a standard phrase which is your problem shall be resolved in 24 hrs time.
There has been no follow up, i was also provided with a complain no i. E. 67290546 followed by a call back no[protected], now your call center executive is claiming that there has been no complaint being registered.
It has been a frustrating experience with airtel

Hi Akanksha,

please do not provide me with such system generated mail, i am very much familiar with these stuff,

i shall be requiring a genuine feedback stating the action status, it is just not acceptable, it's been 6 days and your customer care department has no clue about it.

get it fixed then write all these crap, i have made a loss of rs 3000/-, are you going to take care of that???

    Tomorrow I recharged my number [protected]...with
    Rs.263...firstly I got a message on my number from my offer (Airtel)...In this
    message the plan is of Rs.263...2GB data for 28 days...when I recharged I got
    a message from u(Airtel) that u got 1 GB 3G+1GB 4G... but this scheme is not mentioned in the message..which I received from my offer(Airtel)...my phone is 3G, and I recharged my number with Rs.263 only n only bcoz u(airtel) give 2GB data
    ...not bcoz of 1GB 3G+1GB 4G...So, please resolve my problem and immediately take some action against them...I want extra1GB More data bcoz this message sent by airtel on my number[protected]
    And when I called on customer care...the said to mail ur detail on our mail
    I'd...but after some hours I got a message that ur problem has been resolved
    and your Ref.no. is CBNRD[protected]...But problem not resolved till now... I already mailed them(airtel) on mail id...[protected]@in.airtel.com...then I got a mail from airtel that we can't able to understand u...
    I'll attach the screen shot of that message where 2GB data is mentioned but 1GB
    3G and 1GB 4G is not mentioned...plz find attachments

      Hi! I am using a airtel sim.. couple of the days back i got a new sim in same number which i used previously. I gt a new sim because sim was damaged it seems(as it was said like that by cce in airtel showroom). I dont know why this kind of issues happening with airtel sim. I never expected this kind of issues will take place.. ok i moved on. I got a new sim.. it took nearly 24 hrs for activation, but cce told me that sim will get activated within 4 hrs . I got an sms in alternate number to insert sim in sim slot. After receiving such message, i inserted in slot. It was no use, I visited showroom again for this minor issue. Why does airtel allows for this kind of minor issues? Why cant they be perfect? Already they are have increased rates for tariff, as a customer i am facing a lot of minor issues with airtel. I request them to kindly look on to it. My no-[protected]

        Hello Team,
        I am facing problem regarding my mobile number is getting traced and not allowing me to call to other state number. When I am calling to some person my call is intercepted by airtel people and some other person is start speaking.that is all together is illegal activity.I am also going to inform TRAI from the same.please do the needful.

          Dear sir,


          I have bought a mob from celkon on ….Date…however..It was having….Problem, so i placed it in the services center.They assured me of a new handset which i have not received yet.When i contacted the customer care, they didn’t attend properly and used abuse.Iam also a customer care personnel and have been in this field for more than … years.This is not the way customer shud be treated.I lodge a complaint here and would like to reach the md and ceo to take note.

            Hi,

            My story of harassment by airtel 4g goes like this-

            Till mid february 2016, i was using airtel 4g dongle (Sim no: [protected]) happily. On one unfortunate day, i got a call from airtel executive, offering me a replacement sim for rs. 150/- so that my monthly billing could reduce by rs. 250/-. I asked her the reason about this ‘meharbani’ from airtel? Executive replied, “sir, lots of existing customers are complaining that their monthly billing amount is on higher side. So, we are offering replacement sim to reduce amount.” obviously, i was tempted and accepted the offer.

            I got the new sim and started using it (Not realising that old sim’s meter is still on, airtel must have de-activated it immediately after activating replacement sim (No: [protected])). When i saw the sms for outstanding amount on my old sim (No: [protected]), i logged two sr (No: 68655791 and 68655865 on 2nd april 2016, one for cancellation of old sim and other for billing amount waiver since i did not use that at all, usage was showing 0.00 mb). I was assured by service-centre executive that i’ll get the waiver. After a week, i got a call from airtel to pay outstanding amount (Rs. 1144/-). I called airtel back asking for sr status on waiver. This time, executive replied, “don’t you have common sense that you are using two sims so you have to pay for both?” obviously, every customer does not have the same high-level of common sense, i’m no different (Mind you, airtel had given me replacement sim, not additional sim…moreover, i did not ask for it). After a long argument, executive connected me to her boss who was ‘floor supervisor.’ he put me on-hold and called billing department for waiver. He assured me that within 24 hours, airtel will call me back and i’ll get message that my bill is waived-off. It never happened.

            On 24th april 2016, i got message from airtel that outstanding is rs. 1882/- (Rs. 1144/- + rs. 738/-) on old sim, pay immediately. That means, they had billed me till the date i had called them for deactivation of old sim. When i called them, they told, they do not de-activate sim themselves, customer has to place the request. Perfect internal process…though customer must know it. Obviously, customer does not know how your internal system works.

            My point is: 1) either airtel must de-activate the old sim immediately after they activate the replacement sim. If customer wants to use 2 sims simultaneously, he/she can call airtel to re-activate old one. That is justified meaning of word ‘replacement’, using only one sim at any point of time. Or airtel must tell customer (At the time of offering new one) to de-activate old sim else they have to pay for both.

            2) why i was offered a new sim, could i not get rebate on my old sim? To my understanding, airtel did it deliberately to charge me double rather than giving rebate on existing bill.

            3) even if i ignore all the reference and context of this issue, is it ethical business from airtel to charge rs. 1882/- for 0.00 mb usage?

            Hope airtel will read this and get back to me with justified and agreeable solution.

              I had an airtel no with [protected] that i have ported to vodafone service provider due to network problem. Now that the no is ported i am receiving msgs in regard to the bill payment which can only be paid once i receive the e bill. I had been following up for the same with the cust care and over mail but until now there is no response received from them. I am highly disgusted of this approach.
              Plz note that as this expenditure is reimbursed to me by my company, i will not be able to make the payment until i receive the e bill. This is a humble request and last try to request for the bill to be sent at [protected]@gmail.com, to enable me to make the payment.
              I hope you understand the constraint and take immediate action for the same

              I wonder how is the customer service desk here. I got no update in regard to the postpaid bill for which I have already requested whereas I am getting call for the payment. it is not possible for me to make payment unless I receive the bill.
              it is horrible service of Airtel.

                  Worst service provider.
                  Since last one week my airtel landline no is down & till date it is not rectified. Call center exec refused to give me the complaint since he said it was total outrage entire tamilnadu.Even after informing him that this problem exist from past 3 days.I have made 5 call & waited more than 7 min for each.

                  Same issue happened to my dish tv connection it took 5 days to rectify the issue. Engineers are closing the call stating internal cable issue without visiting our residence.

                    I am using Airtel 3G services from more than 6 months. I am recharging it on monthly or usage basis. Last month 600 MB's of 3G data is left in my account. So I put it on Auto Renewal and I make sure to have sufficient main account balance.

                    I got confirmation service SMS on my mobile number on 22 of april that on 26 th of april it will be auto renewed and 10 % cash back will be provided.

                    But on 26th of April the pack has not been auto renewed nor the left data of 600 MB has been carry forward.

                    It been a matter of mental harassment that above offer is advertise by the company and all the prerequisite has been done by our side still services are not provided by Airtel.

                    Also Airtel is good in deducting account balance by activating services without confirming from customer, 50 rs is ducted by airtel 3 times.

                      I had an offer of 1gb 3g data for 28 days under special recharges.
                      But when i recharged, I only recieved 400mb data.
                      Customer care executive says its not available on my number but then it would not have appeared in the special recharge option.
                      If a company like airtel needs to make fake and false offers to earn a small amount of profit i doubt anyone else ever would.

                        I purchased a 4g wi-fi router from airtel representative. He offered me a plan which says rental of 750 with unlimited data, in that 7gb 4g data and then unlimited 2g/3g data. When i started using it, i observed after using 7gb 4g data i was unable to use internet. I called airtel customer care and they said in your device 2g/3g is not supported. It only supports 4g. I was cheated by the person who mis-communicated me and sold me the 4g wi-fi router.

                        I mailed airtel (Nodal, appellate). Exchanged around 15-16 mails but not getting any support from them. They saying we cant help you on this matter. Instead they are calling me and saying to buy 4g plan which is very expensive. Airtel sucks. Airtel is a cheater company.

                        Even i visited airtel showroom, they also was unable to resolve the issue.

                          Airtel started hello tune on my number and not giving service and deducting charges every month also customer care not giving me satisfactory answer.
                          It is started on 3 march 2nd deduction is made by them on 2nd of april and till now no hello tune on my phone.
                          Hey, same thing happened with me few months ago. My friend recommended to use the Bill Bachao app for recharging my phone. This app is quite reliable and the recharge is always credited in the account. However, once when my friend recharged his phone using this app, the money in his account got deducted, but the recharge did not happen. But within few hours, the amount was credit to his bank account. I believe this is a reliable source to recharge your phone.

                            Hi Team

                            I contacted with Airtel for a broad band connection in April 2016. I asked them to confirm whether the connection will be available at my area(Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana) before I pay for the connection. The Executive confirmed that the connection can be installed in the area with in 5 working days, Hence he took the installation charges i.e. 1000 Rs from me and the proof.
                            The setup was not installed till 2 weeks and if i try to contact them the executive didn't gave proper response and started misbehaving.

                            I got the message as well for confirmation

                            "Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 62280735. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected]."

                            Now Airtel said they will not be able to install connection In my area. If i want i can get the refund of my amount.

                            It is the repeated thing which airtel is doing, the same thing happened to me in 24 June, 2015.

                            The message i got in June 2015 states

                            "Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 37201773. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected]."

                            Moreover they don't even bother to talk to me properly as they used to talk before i pay for the connection. They took my id proof twice which might be used in wrong sense.

                            After the incident i contacted some of the other executives they again confirmed that the installation can be done in the area. That is clearly false commitments and fraud which they are doing with the customers.

                                I put a request for shifting of my broadband connection [protected] within the same apartment premises on 29 April. Even after 6 days, the shifting is not complete. The physical shifting is done but my broadband is still not working.

                                I called up their helpline, written multiple emails to them and even written to Nodal officer, Appellate authority. They all give false assurance of fixing it in 24 hours but no action.

                                This company has become worse than a government department and is sure to doom.

                                  I want a broadband connection. But airtel is not giving me pls help me. Here in gwalior lots of problem genrating for getting connection. I gave 1000 rupees and connection not provided till 4-5 days then i called to airtel store mayur plaza thatipur ([protected]). And tje person said to me i cant give you connection come to store and said (Pehli dod me aake pese wapas leke jao) and i went and take my money back. Then i called to mr. Manoj shrivastav ([protected]). This person came to my home when i didnt submit the money in airtel store. He gave me the information about the store and then only i went to store and submit 1000 rupees but now when i called him he just abbused me alot and i also say to him uncle pls dont use this type language but still he is not responding like a gentlemen. I really got fedup by all this.. I just want to say pls give me a broadband connection and make some enquiry on airtel store members of mayur plaza gwalior.

                                    We have two connections of airtel dth, one standard and the other one hd. We have called many times due to the hd box not working and wanted a replacement. We were assigned a technical person who would visit our house to solve the issue. However, this person never arrives.

                                    The incident is actually multiple. We are going to charge the company compensation for the dissatisfactory or rather ignorance of services.
