Poor network quality and signal strength

I have 3 airtel number in my family and we all are facing network issue indoor and cant able to listen or talk to someone so we need to cut the call and make again and need to find open space so should get minimum quality signal so we can communicate. wasting on money and time on your network so I request you to solve this issue as quick as possible.
I have already complain on airtel.in one month before but they said we are upgrading...

I was reachared on my airtel app for my airtel number and they provide me double data office but after recharge they give 1 gb data only. so sir me last 3 din se call bhi kr raha hu or mujhe btaya ja raha hai ki apko iska solution milega. jiske liye meri 1 complainte bhi note ki gai ti or btaya gya tha k apko 2/05/2016 solution mil jayega but fir bahi problem now ye bol rahe h k jaha ja k complainte kro...

My friend had a similar experience when she was using the Airtel app. Now she is using the Bill Bachao app that is good enough for doing such recharges.     What are u talking u call this number and ask him, my name is gaurav ray, address A-10 matiyala road utam nagar my number is [protected].. u call and verify this.. then ask him why are they not respond me, other wise return my security money... and ur airtel office in gurgavan sector 56, ,

    or other wise i am complain in RTI ... u not take all responsibility so tell me..

      The airtel office located in indiranagar bangalore has been acting irresponsibly
      toward a mobile porting service for Mumbai airtel post paid number to Bangalore pre paid number.
      The service has which should have be completed in 7 working days has not been completed even after 4 month, in spite of repeated reminded and enquire and submitting the required documents for 3 times continuously.
      This has caused me great inconvenience and deep trouble and still the process has not been completed.

        My name is ruchika talwar. I want to complain against airtel's slow browsing issue. Since last month, we are facing this issue and i called up customer service thrice. For the first two times, service engineers came and checked everything and updated the ip and the network issue. But, we are facing the same issue again now. I called up customer service for the third time on saturday and i received a call on sunday. But, i was busy on sunday, so it could not go through. Since then, i have not received any call or text from your side. The slow net browsing issue is very irritating. Please solve the issue as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be paying the bill for the last month, which is rs. 1830.86.

          With lots of sorrowfulness, i am telling that the bharti airtel, who is claiming world class network to himself, has failed to give the services
          Since 30th april 2016 till today, from my airtel postpaid nos.([protected]/ [protected]), neither i am able to call nor anybody able to call me in the period of 1145 hrs to 1710 hrs.
          When i am going to call to someone my call automatic get disconnect and same thing happens to on another party who is trying to call me.
          I am now fed up with this type of services and facing lots of trouble and missed important calls in this period. Its created lots of stress to me and my families, and my colleague.

              Hi,

              Inappropriate bill is being generated for my airtel number from past six months. Every moth i have to call the customer care for rectification of the error. This month i called customer care for the same reason and asked for escalation of the issue to the higher authority, i requested to call back between 9 to 11.30 am. I got a call back around 4 pm from your officer, i was in a meeting and asked them to call back tomorrow for which i was replied rudely and told that i wont get any call back tomorrow. Is this the way how you provide service to the customers, what is the use of customer care service if you are not providing service when we need it.
              Kindly help.

I am unable to use air tel mobile network services from 26/4/2016.Without any notification my no([protected]) has been deactivated.Please am facing problems with my work because unable to use this no. Please update me about my mobile services.I called tech support regarding the problem they said they don't have any update about it.

                  I called to complain about a recharge i made on Paytm for Rs. 250 for full talktime.Your mnager Rahul kumar who was absolutely unapologetic and rude gave me a Ref.no.that was CONRC[protected] registered on 04 may 2016 for the call i made .he was not ready to listen and understand my problem and took no responsibility and put all the blame on Paytm . If you have managers like these then i dont see airtel going forward .my father has trusted airtel since 1998 and thats the reason i use it . But if this is your response i will make sure nor me and any of my dear one uses it . Call me back to know more . Very disappointed . My problem is still not solved . Plz take accountability or as unhappy customer i will take serious action against airtel and rahul . Also pls let me know about the feedback given to your so called not so ready to be manager rahul kumar .

                    Dear sir,

                    On 26th april 2016, i had talked with the customer care regarding the service issue with the airtel. They talked to my kid about the "miniplex top up" that it will be free for first two months, you have to press the specific no./ message to us. My kid did the same. But rs 90/- was immediately deducted for the same. When i came to know this incident, i was shocked how you people will do like this. You are not supposed to cheat me along with my kids. Again i talked to the executive who assured me that the problem of deduction will be sorted out and will be informed within 48 hours.

                    Sorry to write that i was waiting but no phone calls was received. Then again i called cc today (03/05/2016) and i was given a complaint no.[protected] and being told it will be sorted out very soon.

                    In the process you people have deducted rs 90/- from my account which totally unfair. So, today on 03/05/2016, i had created my online account for airtel dth and unsubscribed from "miniplex top up".

                    Very sorry to say all was promising me the false commitment. In the process i talked with different customer care agents who had not helped me but they have behaved/talked me rudely. Their behaviour was very aggressively and talking language was arrogant, and even using some unconstitutional words which realise to feel me that i had made a blunder for choosing "airtel".

                    You people are trying to feel me ashamed for having a relationship with airtel.

                    But as i know "airtel" is known for their quality services and cooperative behaviour after post purchase.

                    Further i wish to inform you that i am very much aware that "airtel" has its standard process and time limit to solve the problems of customers. But in actual results or output is not satisfactory.

                    Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and "reverse" the amount which was deducted of no means and respond with proper explanation else door is opened for customer to take up this matter to higher authority including consumer court.

                      I had recharged my airtel mobile number [protected] for Rs.201/-
                      It was said offer is 1.2 GB 2G unlimited data for 28 days.
                      But only 1.2 GB is credited.when i called
                      Customer care they told me it is not an unlimited offer even though it was mentioned.
                      Let me say clearly...i need my offer to be made as unlimited data for 28 days as said.

                      Please make necessary arrangements for this cheating and exploitation motive of this company.

Which have been gone on inactive as on 01 may 2016. on the same day I have recharged the sim with 25 rs and also received an incoming call on the said mobile.                             Dear sir, / maam,

                            above mentioned no. was recharged for Rs.70/- talk time and Rs. 128/- internet
                            pack (50 hours internet valid for 28 days) on 24/03/2016.

                            on using internet, (the data and validity is available) Rs 70/- deducted from
                            talk time, on 31/03/2016 .on reporting the matter the money was reverted.

                            again after some time Rs 22/- deducted from talk time for using internet the
                            same day.

                            when reported it was told the matter will be solved by 01/04/2016. again when
                            contacted the time was extended to 04/04/2016.i received a call on 03/04/2016
                            that the problem is solved but when the internet was used again Rs. 7/-
                            deducted on 03/04/206.

                            the customer care is totally useless and irresponsible while talking to
                            customer care the call is put on hold for 10 15 minute and again the talk time
                            is wasted.

                            ONCE MY DATA PACK IS VALID AND THE UNUSED DATA IS THERE WHY THE HELL THE MONEY
                            IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE TALK-TIME????.
                            IF I AM PROMISED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN A PARTICULAR TIME WHY IT IS NOT
                            RESOLVED???

                            IF THE MONEY IS DEDUCTED DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE, WHY I HAVE TO BEG FOR IT AGAIN
                            AND AGAIN AND WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY TO CALL THE IRRESPONSIBLE AND
                            USELESS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES????
                            I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN MY THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED???/WHEN I WILL BE
                            REFUNDED MY WRONG DEDUCTIONS?????WHEN I CAN USE MY DATA FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY
                            PAID BUT I AM NOT GETTING SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY.
                            CAN I GET A CONTACT NO. FOR COMPLAINING MY ISSUES BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER CARE
                            SERVICES ARE JUST USELESS AND WASTAGE OF TIME AND MONEY??????K

                              Hi Sir/Madam.

                              Yesterday by mistake I have done 2g recharge for airtel no [protected] for 199/- amount debited in my account, but actual i need to recharge for this number [protected]. Pls transfer data pack to [protected] to [protected]. I tried sharing MBs from USSD code 141*712*9*, since it is 2G I am unable to transfer. So pls transfer data from 9945 to 9740 and do the needful at the earliest.

                              If I recharge money without knowing amount is deducting. yesterday I called to customer care and asked about activated plans and shared my problems they told no plan is activated you can recharge .money from my . 100 rupees deducted from my main balance, Within a hour till now deducted amount should be refunded or will port the sim. ph [protected] . Please do the needful immediately .

                              Call detected 55 sec/mint. last one year i had noted down. in STD pack call detection is 55-56sec./per minute.
                              Awaiting solutions for the same.

                                In cv raman nagar, the airtel signal keeps fluctuating and at some times goes away completely. No outgoing call is connected at the first attempt. We have to try many times before we get a connection. Call drops are very common.
                                Also, many incoming calls are missed because of the fluctuating signal problem.
                                The situation has become very bad over the last 2-3 weeks. Please resolve at the earliest.

                                  I am writing this complaint on behalf of all the people who are using airtel in hinjewadi phase 3 area. We do not get 3g network as well as call connectivity issue in this area particularly tcs office phase 3. There is no response and solution from airtel side despite of complaining again and again. All are fed up of the poor service provided by airtel.If this problem is not immediately solved everyone is going to change their service provider.
                                  Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Applied for a BroadBand connection and paid amount of 1000, there seems to no feasibility in my area, hence the amount has to be re-funded but its more than 4 months I raised for refund, even after multiple follow ups there is no refund / hear back from Airtel.
                                  A Duplicate sim of Mob. No. [protected] was taken from Airtel Office Agartala. The incoming facility on this No. has blocked. The contact has been made with Airtel Office again and again but no process made so far. The Airtel office neither start this no nor telling any reason to stop this Mobile No.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had taken an Airtel Postpaid number - [protected], but I never called for validation & activation, as I didn't want that number to be activated.

                                    I visited Hinjewadi Airtel Office in Pune, handed over the SIM card of [protected] and requested them to destroy the same so that misuse of the number can be avoided.

                                    The Airtel Authority destroyed the SIM card infront of me & confirmed to me that it is deactivate & won't be activated.

                                    On 25th April 2016, I received an SMS stating that there is a bill of Rs.563.23 on the Airtel number - [protected], which I never activated, under my name.
                                    The number is used for the period of - 21st Jan 2016 till 21st April 2016.
                                    The SMS says "Pay the bill else my current number will be deactivated !!"

                                    I had already cautioned AIRTEL on the deactivation of this number on Jan 25, 2016 on Consumer Forum. Link Below:

                                    This kind of behavior from the company has already caused a lot of stress to me and my family, although we have never activated the number & SIM is also destroyed. I am afraid that this kind of wrong bill would be turn responsible for further stress problems in our family.

                                    We tried connecting to Appellate Authority of Airtel at - [protected], however the movement we dial the options for raising a complaint, the call gets disconnected, in spite of calling between 9.30am to 6pm, as stated in the IVR.

                                    I request Airtel Authorities to look into the matter ASAP and contact me ASAP to resolve this issue. I have not received any E bill / hard copy of bill at my address for this number. I am only getting messages.

                                      I have recharged Rs. 45/- for 3G data for mobile No. [protected] on 31/03/2016, through SBH internet banking when I recharging first time display appeared as PAGE NOT FOUND. I recharged 2nd time recharge received. But Rs. 45/- deducted TWO TIMES in my account in favour of BHARTI AIRTEL but recharge received one time only. So I request you to refund the amount Rs.45/- IF TWO TIMES RECEIVED BY YOU. Thanking you.
