Dear sir,

My airtel mobil post paid bill plan changed without my permission, i am using my post paid mobile service 199 plan from last six years with out asking my permission the airtel service providers has changed my bill plan from 199 to 225 plan from december 2015 onwards and charging very high rate of call charges,

Today i seen my airtel bill i found in bill as 225 plan i called immediately to airtel customer care the customer care executive are saying the plan is changed in your mobil plan and we are helpless.

Kindly help me on above said issue

      Hi team,

      My service number is [protected]-001 and i have upgraded from sd to hd last year in oct with 1year hd pack. They recharged with rs:1600/ for hd pack and changed to 1 year pack. Last month my normal nrc has expired and i have recharged with rs:2126/ and ssvp 12m pack has been enabled. On 26th mar suddenly my connection got disconnected and i called the customer care, they told, due insufficient balance connection got disconnected. So i have recharged with rs.155/=.

      Again on 13th april, i got a message about my low balance. So i reached customer care and they cleared, in oct month recharge was not made for 1 year subscription, so daily charge basis it got reduced and they contacted who given me the service on sd to hd and confirmed back end team has not changed to yearly pack on my hd.

      Now my hd channels are stopped and i am waiting for call back from customer care to fix this. I recharged yearly pack to avoid monthly disconnect and uninterrupted connectivity. But now purpose is totally waste.

        I am not getting the network range at my residential place plot no: 375, gokul plots road no1, 9th phase KPHB.i reported the same issue in mail also but still there is no progress/response from operator side, this is not only my issue whole colony is facing this and you guys(airtel) is adverting the such kind of videos if there is no network airtel will be there what would we think. If airtel is fail to provide the strong signals in city areas how could you provide in hill ans terrain areas.if not please dont show this kind of advertisements.

            I'm writing this mail with uttermost disappointment due to the relationship with airtel post-paid services. My post-paid number [protected] has a billing cycle as 8th of every month. I am using since 6 years Airtel services on same number and recently port same number in Maharashtra circle. My first month bill got generated in Maharashtra circle for Rs.9129 and I paid it swiftly. The problem arised next month when I received again Rs. 5395 on second month next month again Rs.10359 billed then I am fully surprised and I am using Plan Infinity 1999 –MH. And as all know that all calls, massages and 4G data 7.05 are included in this plan. I called many times in customer care and many several conversion with executive but no one can solve my problem and not providing 4G or 3G services in my mobile. I made several complaints to the customer care for provide me details for high billed amount but they never responded or replied but they are very swift to call and ask me to pay the unbilled amount at once.

            I would like you guys to take this query with high importance and reply with proper details ASAP and I don’t want any extra charges to be paid before my billing cycle due to extra charges accumulated in my number and the problem is 100% not from my side as i can’t use this number from 14 march 2016 due to blocked my outgoing call and after few days blocked Incoming or outgoing calls. And I don’t want to pay charges that’s days when I am not using your services. So kindly rectify my doubts and clarify them ASAP.

                  Please have all these charges reversed as i have never subscribed to anything on this phone. Also, on speaking to your customer executive i came to know that these are some sms charges of rs.5/- per day/ if that’s the logic, i don’t understand the values being charged. Please see the difference below:

                    Hello, I am using a Airtel no. And I do my recharges online. Yesterday I saw a offer 110 talk time in 100rs. In Airtel application (android) but when I recharged with 100 RS, I got only 84rs not full talk time or extra talk time. Today I called customer service, they told me that there was no such service like full talk time on Your no. Or on our site application.
                    There was a browse plan option for my no, and. When I browsed there was a offer that was showing 110 RS in 100 recharge. So I clicked on it but after recharging there was not any full talk time.
                    Now I want to log out from this Airtel application and want to delete my personal data like card details etc. But there isn't any options to deleting accounts.
                    This is very bad thing .

                      Becoz of that pop up i am not able to use my keyboard also really its a piece of...
                      And i want to let you know guys one thing that after posting this and one your website my phone was working fine and today from morning its again happening and now again i am getting the same flash msgs pop ups on my screen and i am not able to use the internet its really disgusting becoz i make complain on your website and you guys fix this for time while.
                      and I called 121 they hung the call me and I call 198 also twice and they hung my call in mid of conversation really this is bad PR and just to let you know I am trying to post this comment from last 4 hrs(8pm) from my phone but due to pop-up of flash msg I a not able to type and use internet at all...
                      i am still getting those flash msgs and whenever i talk to you guys you stop this for one day or two days and after that it is starting again and i call 121 and 198 they are not able to help me like they stop for some time not permanently.

                          This is rohith joshi here am using airtel postpaid services from past 5 year .Earlier i was in prepaid same airtel

                          Issue- in my native signals issue in postpaid and prepaid is everything is fine
                          This problem is not one days issue it's long back issue i talked with airtel team they saying it's 90 days for resolve

                          Now i am saying please resolve. This issue within 3 days bcz i am not talking about new tower establishment

                          Scenario- i am using 2 sim both are. Airtel but prepaid single is full and postpaid single is 1 bar or 2 bar or nothing 0.

                          If you not resolve my issue within 3 days i will plan to different operator

                          Tower details-kokkada, 574198, belthgady taluk, dakshina kannada, karnataka, india

                            I purchased airtel 4g on 8th april'2016 paying inr 2300. It was activated on 18th april.
                            Since then it is running only in 3g mode. I live in delhi.
                            The airtel ad claims 4g network in remote areas but they have failed to provide 4g network in delhi ncr itself.
                            I could not find any link for complaint filing online.
                            I am feeling cheated by the company.
                            Please help me to get my money back!

                              Respected sir,
                              This is to inform you, that i am customer of airtel broad band in katni mp .In last month march my broad band didn't work so many days, it was almost 20 or more days didn't work although i tried many times to register complaints on [protected] but executive told me that site of my connection had a technical issue and our engineers already work on it so they could not register any complaints.Although i called many days regularly but they responded same answers. After some days almost 13 days after local airtel engineer worked and restart my broadband but after 4 hour's of broad band working it stopped again and then after again i tried local katni engineer and also [protected], my broadband connection start properly working after 8 or 9 days.
                              Sir toady i called to [protected] customer care executive for waiver of at least 20 days for march 2016, but unfortunately they denied and said to give waiver for 7days only.So that's why i need to registered this complain. So please do the needful

                                Its been several weeks and this airtel people cannot fix the issue, and they come begging for money .
                                I have raised several complaints to the customer care and the nodal officers and till today they could not fix my broadband issues .

                                All they promise is false, i have lost many thousands .

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have activated family data share plan on my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 14th apr 2016 by following below procedure.
                                  Step -1) sending message “share” to 121
                                  Step -2) sending message “add [protected]” to 121

                                  After that family data plan activated and the other person able to use my internet, however i am started facing issue by using internet on my mobile. When i use internet in my mobile amount got deducted from main account instead of data.

                                  I have tried all type of deleting share plan and getting to main account but no use.

                                  Step 3) sending message “del [protected]” to 121

                                  I have reached all type of communication y which i can contact airtel (Calling customer care and visiting nearest airtel office), everyone says wait for 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours but no resolution provided. If this continues i have to go to the next level.

                                  My data plan is getting wasted now it’s been more than 6 days i cannot use my internet nor the other person who is part of share. And i am having around 1610 mb of data valid till 13th may 2016. Requst you to resolve my problem it the earliest.
                                  Please extend my validity and provide my currency back to my airtel account.

                                  I spoke to customer care and contacted retail airtel customer relationship center and sent mail to 1) '[email protected]' 2) '[email protected]' but no success. steps have been taken by the company to resolve my complaint are just sending message to 121 " DEL 9945779317" and 1925 "STOP". but still I am charged from main account eventhough I have 1610 MB of Data. its been more then 8 days I connot utilize my internet.

                                    I am a senior citizen, living in Khar alone and had applied for a Home Wifi connection as my daughter was planning to come and stay with me and work on the internet from my home. I had applied for a Home Wi-Fi connection on 12th February 2016 and the payment against the installation of Rs. 3990 was collected by a service executive Mr. Abhay Dubey on the same day after conducting a network availability check at the premises with assurance of installation of the Home Wi-Fi connection within 72 hours after document verification process. The said amount was credited to Airtel bank account on 20th February 2016.

                                    After passing of 72 hours there was no sign of the representative or the promised Home Wifi connection.

                                    When regular contact and follow up did not help, we went to the nearest Airtel Gallery at Bandra on 26th February and lodged a complaint. The store manager Mr. Shaikh assured us of resolution within next 48 hours but nothing happened.We followed it up with reminders on 29th Feb and 1st March 2016. The Bandra Store Manager Mr. Shaikh then gave us the contact number of Kamal Pandey from the Andheri Lokhandwala branch for installation followup.

                                    On 1st March Mr. Pandey assured us connection within next 24 hours. Nothing happened. We kept on following up with Mr. Pandey for installation of Home Wi-fi as we had only received a new simcard pending supply of the home wifi instrument. My application was for home wi-fi and not a 4G connection.

                                    Between 1st to 10th March, we had written numerous emails to support and the nodal officer regarding delay in activation and installation of Home Wi-Fi connection by Airtel.

                                    Surprisingly, in-between on 6th March 2016 we received a message that a bill is generated for your connection for Rs. 4647.31 against mobile number [protected] and after adjusting the advance of 3990 you have to pay the balance of 657.31 by 24th March 2016.When we followed up with customer care on 10th March as we have neither received the connection, nor used the number without instrument, they assured us that the bill would be waived as the connection was not activated till date with complaint reference number 68275851.

                                    By this time, we were fed-up with delay in connection as it was nearly a month from our application date, we informed the call centre as well as Mr. Ashutosh who was supposed to be the Mumbai region broadband head to cancel our request and refund our money given for connection as Airtel is not able to provide me the Airtel Wi-Fi Home connection that I have applied for even after more than 25 days.

                                    Even after putting in the cancellation request, instead of being apologetic for not being able to provide connection, even after receipt of payment, Airtel refused to refund the amount saying the same has been adjusted against activation charges.

                                    How can a service provider charge me for a service not provided and instead of giving compensation for mental harassment for a month and the refund of application money blatantly refuse to refund the amount.

                                        I have initially started the broad band connection with 1099/- pack under the user id:[protected] and telephone no: [protected] and the package is changed after a month with the phone call of your concerned authorities that the GB will be extended from 20 to 60 for 1199/- pack. And i agreed for the same. But I have been getting bill for an amount of Rs/ 1316/- and 1376/- and for the march month I got a bill amount 1476/-. Why my bill amount is increasing day by day as they have informed that after the 60 GB consumption it will be unlimited with a speed of 512 mbps and the land line for any mobile is free within in India. But my bill amount is varying every month and increasing every month.
