I have Airtel 4g sim . they don't have 4g connection . they hve but in limited area. they have 2g connection which is very slow ..u can't imagine. it's like we r in 1950 . they have coordinator they r not capable to solve problems. They r saying we r working on it..our technical team will solve problem.but when...??? Very ridiculous experience in Airtel..so don't try Airtel Internet better u can go for some where else. Call rate also so high...

1. On 1 april evening i got a sms from airtel that my usage more than credit limit so make the payment otherwise outgoing service will be deactivated.
2. I tried to make the payment through mobile website but on window phone there is an issue (Not able to enter amount to pay) so i was unable to make the payment.
3. Saturday morning they have deactivate my services- i wrote back to them mentioning the payment...

Airtel cheating/fooling the customers with fake 4G network signal

Airtel mobile network operator company cheating the customers with fake 4g network signal. I've tested it by selecting 3g only(Wcdma only). It should detect 3g signal only but its showing 4g signal instead of 3g/h. I'm not the only one who is facing this issue. Almost each and every airtel users facing it. But within an hour of activation received an alert saying 100% of data is used and hence forth usage will be charged at...
I have never asked airtel to provide me free data. Why taking customers for a ride.. hats off to airtel great minds...

Airtel frequently updates their broadband tariff plans but does not auto update customers data plan. For example I was paying 999 for 40 GB data at 8 MBPS. And when airtel updated plans, there was 60 gb /8 MBPS available for Rs. 615 and at Rs. 999 it was supposed to be 125 Gb at 40 mbps. But they not inform me and I was paying 999 for much lesser data and speed....

I naga ramesh thirlaka have been using airtel number[protected] from 2006 onward and i got to know that my sim card has been disconnected on 19th march 2016 due to "non usage" and the number has been recycled.I have life time validity on the prepaid sim card and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting...

On july 2015 i had done portability my sim(Mob. No.-[protected]) from idea to airtel, since then i'm facing message sending problem. Then i talked to airtel customer care, they told me 5 to 6 times that the problem will be solved within 48-72 hrs and i received a message that my problem has been solved and just restart your phone....
