I requested for reconnection of airtel broadband services on the 12th that was 11 days ago. I handed to them all the details required.

I was assured broadband service on the 15th which is 8 days ago.

I have been calling/mailing them everyday to check status. In total i have sent 9 mails to check status. Today I called to check on status, I was told I will have to wait for 5 more days.

    Dear Sir, We are a company called Alliance Square and My name is Raghavan, we are at residency road, Bangalore. From December 2015 we are facing network issues. while calling or receiving we have informed airtel severals times, their executives come and go and when ever i call their customer care they just say that we have noted down your complaint will solve in three or four days. But to no avail as recently as 21st april I lodge a complaint to their nodal officer who said the issue will be resolved. Please help us. We pay service tax to them for such a pathetic service they provide.

      My name is Anuj Aneja. I got my document verified for new broadband connection and i got the message saying ur connection will be installed within 3 days. Three days are already over i haven't heard from anyone yet. I called the customer care they said connection cant be installled due to feasbility issue. Now, my question is first my you double check before making any promises. And for your kind information my neighbour house no. 111 is having a broadband connection. Why cant i my address is H.No. 112/18 Friends Coloney, near sec 15 part 1, Gurgaon.

      I got the call from airtel customer care. But, before he listens to my problem he disconnect the call. This is not expected from such a reputed telecom company.

        I want to drag your attention towards the issue I'm facing as an airtel customer. so here is my story...

        I wanted to get a broadband connection, so I checked-in airtel.in and paid rs1000 for installation charges. Airtel executive called the next day and said that we received your payment let us know when can we setup at your place. Later, I got broadband setup nicely and received the first month bill with installation charges of rs 1000 again. This can happen by mistake so I intimated airtel but they are unable to resolve the issue yet.

        Issue 1) Airtel don't have any record of the payment I've made... thats pity. How do airtel know I need the broadband, I never called them for this but made payment at first.
        Issue 2) They haven't excepted the bill copy I've sent via email to them as the confirmation.
        Issue 3) They are so dumb that even after to explaining this issue several times to n # of executives, they still don't understand... poor pals. I'm in the limbo

        So here is the updated story, Airtel is still unable to fix the issue. I got a call from a mobile number which was not even airtel number. He gave me rs 500 as refund but not the full amount (1000)

        As per him he was sending me an email regarding the resolution of dispute and as a confirmation that they will pay another 500 in next bill (abhi humara system kharab hai to 500 hi de payenge baaki next month).

        Now the internet connection is disconnected, however last date of bill payment is 16th of may. A complete fraud, airtel. I will never recommend airtel to anyone in my entire life. I will make sure as a trainer, public figure, influencer and well wisher that people will understand this monkey business.

        Going to file FIR this weekend to nearest police station.

          This is with reference to land line number 40027616,

          Last time, few month back when I called up airtel to change my static ip charges to monthly they told that since your are currently subscribe to annual plan, right now its not possible and can be changed only when its end,

          Yesterday again when I called they are saying that the pack is already renewed I have to pay 5000 for the same whereas normally airtel is charged 99*12=1188 approx for static ip, this is clear cheating and Airtel is just looting their customers by this hidden charges,

          When I asked them when normally charges are 1200 approx than why I’m charged 5000, they gave all absurd answers and was ready to give 500 discount also, which I’m not ready acceptable.

          I have mailed airtel the same, and its more than 24hrs i have not received any reply from their end.

          Charges should be uniform and as per market, last year also i paid more charges due to the same reason, this time if i dnt get a satisfactory reason will switch to some other service provider who dont cheat their customer and charges uniform

            This is to inform you that Airtel are generate bill against 4G number [protected] in favor of me but Airtel Sales person Mr. Ajay Shaw are not hand over the SIM to me, there for I have not used the SIM.

              I have airtel broadband connection from the past 6 years in (Chennai bangalore chennai). My landline number is[protected].My account number is [protected].

              I want to disconnect my airtel landline / broadband connection with immediate effect.

              I take this decision, due to poor service, worst response and careless action from your team i am writing this mail with extreme frustration.
              It’s my humble request to your team; please don’t repeat these mistakes to any other customers.

              From last saturday 16, april 2016 my landline / broadband connection were not working, from the time i noticed this disconnection i begin to start chasing your airtel customer representative. I requested and even started prayerful to restore my services immediately.

              During my conversation, my key note message on all my conversation is:
              I am using airtel for my professional purpose.
              Due this disconnection, i forced to stay back in office for more than 12 hours.
              I couldn’t spend time with my family and my office backlogs got increased.
              But none of your airtel customer representative bothered listened to my conversations for these seven days and even now.

              Note: i used to call airtel customer service thrice in a day to know the outage status of my landline number / broadband[protected].

              I always used to get an unchanged response for these consecutive seven days:
              “issue will get fixed by tomorrow 7 pm ist.”

              To appreciate on airtel, your system not failed to generate my landline number / broadband bill in spite of this outage without any deferral.

              After a long thought now i decided to switch over my broadband service provider.

              Please process my settlement bill immediately.

              Kindly consider my deposit and waiver for these outage period ( 7 days)
              I believe you won’t trickster this time again. If so, then i need to take decision of disconnecting my postpaid mobiles, digital tv as well.

                  I recharged my no [protected] with 129rs on 03/04/16 .air tel sent SMS 400 local / STD minutes validity 28 days .but they given me only 16 days validity. I lost my 100 minute on 19/04/16.                     I purchased a new 4g connection from Airtel and gave all relevant documents for the verification purpose. Although I have already been using an Airtel number on my same address; they have mentioned that my address verification is negative and hence my new connection request has been rejected.

                    The irony is, nobody called or messaged me from Airtel and I have been on this address for 8 yeas now.

                          Sir, I got a call from ur customer care for a 6+6 offer for min amount of 1465 in my DTH ID [protected].I have to connection s one normal another HD . and I recharge my account with 1500 for a secret recharge so that amount should be lesser than minimum recharge required.but I asked customer care I heard sry against my 1500 deposit to airtel.I offered for 6+6 and offer applied to my account 3 month and seven days for 900 something and balance showing in my DTH account .I feel cheated and misguided and somebody stolen my 1500 RS .kindly do justice to your old and valuable customers 1500 is nothing for such a bug company but reputation and ethics matters. Don't hurt ur customers with such silly replys o[censored] have to be specific for recharge amount .amount should not be less than amount offered for recharge. I deposited higher amount that must be admired inspite penalising him with another hopeless offer .kindly improve ur rules that should help customers not stealing money from customers by asking for recharge of huge amount as soon as possible and then making his fool with showing ur rules and saying srys. Please help me and give me the offer u gave called for of 6+6.else I will really stop using everything related airtel.u take my 1500 fir ur company as charity from my side.

                            Dear sir,

                            My airtel mobil post paid bill plan changed without my permission, i am using my post paid mobile service 199 plan from last six years with out asking my permission the airtel service providers has changed my bill plan from 199 to 225 plan from december 2015 onwards and charging very high rate of call charges,

                            Today i seen my airtel bill i found in bill as 225 plan i called immediately to airtel customer care the customer care executive are saying the plan is changed in your mobil plan and we are helpless.

                            Kindly help me on above said issue

                                Hi team,

                                My service number is [protected]-001 and i have upgraded from sd to hd last year in oct with 1year hd pack. They recharged with rs:1600/ for hd pack and changed to 1 year pack. Last month my normal nrc has expired and i have recharged with rs:2126/ and ssvp 12m pack has been enabled. On 26th mar suddenly my connection got disconnected and i called the customer care, they told, due insufficient balance connection got disconnected. So i have recharged with rs.155/=.

                                Again on 13th april, i got a message about my low balance. So i reached customer care and they cleared, in oct month recharge was not made for 1 year subscription, so daily charge basis it got reduced and they contacted who given me the service on sd to hd and confirmed back end team has not changed to yearly pack on my hd.

                                Now my hd channels are stopped and i am waiting for call back from customer care to fix this. I recharged yearly pack to avoid monthly disconnect and uninterrupted connectivity. But now purpose is totally waste.

                                  I am not getting the network range at my residential place plot no: 375, gokul plots road no1, 9th phase KPHB.i reported the same issue in mail also but still there is no progress/response from operator side, this is not only my issue whole colony is facing this and you guys(airtel) is adverting the such kind of videos if there is no network airtel will be there what would we think. If airtel is fail to provide the strong signals in city areas how could you provide in hill ans terrain areas.if not please dont show this kind of advertisements.

                                      I'm writing this mail with uttermost disappointment due to the relationship with airtel post-paid services. My post-paid number [protected] has a billing cycle as 8th of every month. I am using since 6 years Airtel services on same number and recently port same number in Maharashtra circle. My first month bill got generated in Maharashtra circle for Rs.9129 and I paid it swiftly. The problem arised next month when I received again Rs. 5395 on second month next month again Rs.10359 billed then I am fully surprised and I am using Plan Infinity 1999 –MH. And as all know that all calls, massages and 4G data 7.05 are included in this plan. I called many times in customer care and many several conversion with executive but no one can solve my problem and not providing 4G or 3G services in my mobile. I made several complaints to the customer care for provide me details for high billed amount but they never responded or replied but they are very swift to call and ask me to pay the unbilled amount at once.

                                      I would like you guys to take this query with high importance and reply with proper details ASAP and I don’t want any extra charges to be paid before my billing cycle due to extra charges accumulated in my number and the problem is 100% not from my side as i can’t use this number from 14 march 2016 due to blocked my outgoing call and after few days blocked Incoming or outgoing calls. And I don’t want to pay charges that’s days when I am not using your services. So kindly rectify my doubts and clarify them ASAP.
