For last three months airtel company has been adding extra charges in my bill, saying that I used their 3G data pack and the worst part is they say that I am the one who insisted to add that data pack in my monthly plan. In December 2015, for the first time I called for activation of 1GB 3G pack but in about 10 days I used the whole pack so company called me back asking if I wanted to continue with another 1GB or discontinue the plan, well I made that very clear that day that I don't want another 1GB of 3G data and also requested to put my monthly plan to basic (as I am using this special sim card which was being provided to all central government railway employees and their families and my father happened to be one, under some kind of contract between Railway and airtel. this sim card have a basic plan of Rs 300 in which we got 300 main balance and 2GB 2G internet data ). After that day I never called back for activation of any 3G data plan but only to complain about extra charges that they keep adding in my bill. And they don't even call back in response to those complaints, they say they will but they don't call back for resolving the issue
