I am Vijay Singh need to close my Airtel prepaid no [protected], because my mobile get stolen in marriage in 29 feb2016, I registered complaint to stop & close all services and also the sim no at Airtel customer care. But today when accidentally I called that no it works and after some time the person switch off that no.
I request you please close that no immediately.
I will be very thankful to you.

        Hi,
        This is regarding airtel postpaid connection [protected].

        I have paid the maximum amount that airtel has levied on me on my postpaid connection since i ported from airtel prepaid to postpaid on oct30, 2015. I had a 599/month plan and they have been levying inr 1400 every month when my mobile bill never exceeded inr1200 inclusive o[censored]sing 3g data!

        I have been paying them such heavy amount each month since oct as they just discontinue the services without calling even for postpaid. And i have been doing it because i or in that case anyone has the crunch of time to catch up on complaints.

        I have also attached a screenshot that shows the struggle i had for them to justify. They could never justify and were trapped in their own words. The email conversation attached is the proof of the same.

        The biggest thing is airtel has been dropping my calls in every 2 minutes while i was using this connection to exhaust all the free minutes in my postpaid plan. When i had prepaid until oct 2015 my calls were hardly dropped. Then i recently shouted on them last month and the call drop decreased, almost nil. I really want airtel to wake up or i want to drag them on digital media everywhere for their notorious actions specially for postpaid connections!

        I work for 2 social causes, one for not-for-profit and one ngo as a volunteer and is in marketing so i hardly got time to sue airtel. They never could justify even on mails why and how they are charging me so much.

        Now i am furious and i think i should do everything to teach them a lesson for the sake of others also.

        I have stopped using that connection since last week. My credit limit was inr3500 and today i receive a mail that they have increased my credit limit to inr14000. Very smart move to keep levying me charges without using the sim also!

        I have recently paid inr1500 this month out of the extra bill you levied on me for inr 3200 something. I will not pay more.

        I want them to discontinue the postpaid connection so that i can use my same number.

          I already paid my complete amount of my plan rs. 4400
          But the company activate wrong plan & duration 21st-23rd march disconnect my connection, after my conversion with helpline they activate my net and landline connection. But from 8th april 2016 to till again my net and phone connection cut my air-tel company.
          They are showing due payment. But in plan i paid complete amount. Fault are air tel side & problem facing our company. They agreed fault are by air tel side but for their fault why i face such problem, my complete office work stop in past 3 day & now already 2 days gone. They asking to paid due amount, but plan activate wrong by airtel so why i paid. Already i faced problem regarding my office work.

            Dear airtel,

            As i'm using airtel postpaid simcard from 1 years from last 2 months i'm not getting the signal inside my home so please do clear my issue as v 20 persons are using airtel.Even i have called many times to customer care they are not responding properly and even without confirmation they closed my ticket.My issues is still not yet resolved, am complaining from last 1 month.
            Else we ll move to other network.Not only one customer maximum 20 customers planned to move.Kindly check and revert soon.

            I received the call from airtel regarding plan change they officer me plan and i accepted but they wrongly activte the plan

            Its almost 6 days but i dindnt receive any call or message regarding my complaint.

            I m really frustrated about your services. On 4th april inreceived below message

            Reference no. 68686392 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 04-APR-2016 14:02. The same will be closed in next 6 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121

            But till now i didnt get any solution. I call to CC but they also seems helpless. so please do me a favour if there is no solution of this problem so advise me that can i PORT my no.

              Hi...Actually i have selected auto renewal option on rs 98 pack(Local airtel to airtel 10p) in the last month...But when i recharged my main now the offer not renewed automatically... Then i selected rs/-98 offer for which i got 98 rs deduced from my main account...
              After one day again 98 rs has deduced from my main account balance as a autonewal of above pack so i have been charged twice for an offer...
              Please help me to return my balance of 98 rs that has deduced second time

                My airtel no +91-[protected] is deactivated since i am in abroad and have not used it from last 6 months. I am using this no from 2007 and i never switched to any other company.                   this is inform to u that i am an existing postpaid customer for airtel with the mobile number [protected].recently i visited one of our airtel store in srikakulam andhrapradesh..for changing my existing post paid plan to unlimited calls lan...during the process they had collected documents from me also...but today they informed me that there are 9 connections on my name..so they are unable to change my postpaid connection..i had previously applied for the connection for vizianagaram branch of our airtel...they called me amd requested for documents...as i followed their instructions...i thought they were the persons who made misuse of my proofs..and offered new connections for proofless persons...finally i am the victim for their mistakes...\

                  i kindly request the airtel search my previous records of bill payments and other things which is your process and make me favour...i want the connection on my name only ..i dont want to submit any other ersons documents

                  i need immediatly response from your side...being an airtel customer i am demanding...i want to use only airtel

                    Hi few days back i ported my mobile no in Airtel. for around 10 days the service was good but after that their service was very poor, they charge for 3g but is giving around 20kbps speed. sent them lots of mail to their customer care and applet officer also regarding poor performance of data connection but still not rectification done till know. every time they say i have taken the complain and will be solved in 3 to 4 days but after 4 days again one new complain will be registered and the same will happen again.
                    just feed up with their service and fake commitment given from all airtel person.

                    Well said Kumar, Airtel was providing good 3G network earlier but for past 2 to 3 months, its not the same even for me. Dear Airtel please give us the right to the enjoy the money paid for 3G rather than forcing to enjoy 2G speed when we pay for 3G.

                      I have taken a new connection on March 19, 2016. Cash of Rs.1100 was collected with the required documents have been collected. Was promised installation within 3 days, to date no one has contacted me or installed. Service request was initiated on 24th of March 2016, request no. 65936258. Despite of all this nothing has happened. Shall attach the receipt of the connection.

                      I don't see how your team is working on resolving the issue. When my case has been at high priority as of 26th of March, 2016. To date, April 10th, 2016 nothing has happened or changed.

                        I lost my SIM card after taking MNP from Vodafone to Airtel...then I was given another SIM by Airtel...its been 10 days and no progress and came to know that she noted my SIM card number after looking at SIM and writing it personally by her.I am missing lot of calls from my clients and other relations.

                          Hai,

                          Myself e.Suriyanarayanan using airtel service for the last 8 years, i have a complaint regarding bad customer service.

                          On (10/03/2016) i made a full talktime recharge of rs 320. After 10 days(20/03/2016) i made a booster pack of rs46 for 1ps/sec, i get a message that "your pack 1ps1sec_tn266qtp with local calls has been activated.

                          After few days i began to know that rate for every call is not as per my pack, i made a 1st complaint in customer service number they said that it is due to the database problem it will be activated soon. But it is not activated so i made the 2nd complaint i said, i didnt get any updation but they replied that your booster pack is not activated and the amount i refunded, but i didnt get any acknowledgement from your side about the refund or cancellation of mypack. Then again i made the 3rd compaint about my problem they said that we will reply and solve soon but still i didnt get any solution, what can i do ?

                          On 04/04/2016 received call from your customer support, they didnt give any solution and they didn't reply anything to me, they simply switch off my call before i complete my complaint.

                          I convey my problem regarding recharge issue and bad customer service to voice support, [protected]@in.Airtel, nodal authority, appellate authority. I didnt get any solution from their side.

                          I reply the message with snapshot against the ref.No: cbnrv[protected] along with the screen shot to you before 3 days, but i didnt get any reply.

                          Through mail, voice support in any ways still now i didn't get any solution from airtel, it is very displeasure experience from airtel.

                            I have a Airtel broadband connection in Kalyaninagar Pune.Account No [protected]. Since 1st April 2016 the internet is not working. I have filed so many complaints but the issue has not been resolved. The support guys just keep on saying that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours or 72 hours etc. But nothing has happened.

                            I never expected that Airtel is so incompetent to resolve its technical issues and also very deficient in services.

                            I recharged data pack three times. All the time data provided is very less with validity 3/ 14 days in place of 28 days promised. I lodged complaint a number of times but in vain. I am now very clear, their business is based on false promises and cheating. No one responds and their working is highly non transparent.

                                  The usage report & customer support executive says "i have completed my 60gb quota!" which is outright rubbish & absolutely insane. Since i barely used 30gb a month ever. Reason: the max. Sd card capacity being 32gb

                                  Whereas in truth & as a fact, i have barely used 20gb since my download capacity limit on my sd card drive holds only max. Of 32gb data. Capacity( and there is still 10 gb space still free on the card)

                                  I clearly do not agree and firmly detest airtel's claim with the consensus of my good, shrewd thought & with my rationale to abhor this airtel's gimmicky act of data & money smooching.

                                  When asked to furnish the detailed monthly report, the are upright denying to accept the request.

                                    My name is sourav dutta, holding wipro corporate airtel postpaid connection: [protected], having max international roaming call conference facility with all other basics local, std, isd facility including data service.

                                    I am facing mobile network issue from last 3 months at my below home address. No issue at billing address or at office.
                                    Already raised 3 calls through customer care & provided all required details and alternate no. [protected], also made them understand by explaining for around 30 mins for each calls to invidually person.
                                    They promised to call me before closing the calls & also ensured that i will get correct resolution, engineer may visit site & verify before closing the call.
                                    Unfortunately for none of the tickets i didn’t get any call, neither network issue got resolved. Tickets were closed simply updating ‘network issue has been solved, thanks for contacting airtel’.
                                    This is totally vague & i am surprised to see that leading cellular network provider in india don’t care for their even after repetitive follow up, reminder, multiple calls.

                                      I ported my number from docomo to airtel thinking it has a better network but to my surprise it is a company that has pathetic customer service and cheats it's customers.

                                      I tried to recharge my prepaid number through their website for amount rs 200/- on the 13/02/2016, but it showed as a failed transaction. I then re-tried to make another payment of rs 200/- which again failed. I have both the failed transaction emails from airtel, but to my surprise the company has deducted the amount from my credit card.

                                      When i contacted the customer care immediately after the sms alert from my bank for amount deduction, i was informed that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. It did not happen and again i called them back to inform them. I was again told that the complaint has now been lodged and the refund will take 10 working days since the transaction id's are still open.

                                      As usual, refund didn't happen and then i had to escalate the matter to nodal officer who claimed that one of the transaction was successful on my mobile account and the other is an invalid transaction id. And that he cannot do anything. He was trying to prove that i'm lying even though i have proof (Credit card statements and airtel emails for failed transactions).

                                      Last customer reference number conrc [protected], although there are a few more.

                                      Almost 1 month plus, i now contacted the appellate officer who keeps me on hold for a long long time to research the issue and then informs me that he has escalated the matter further and i should get revert in 3-4 days time. The whole conversation took 35 mins which was a chargeable call.

                                      Now after 4 days when i didn't get a call on the 08 april 2016, i called the appellate officer number just to find another officer who is unaware of the matter and puts me on hold. He comes back and says that due to technical problem he can't assist me and i will need to call back on monday, i.E. 11 april 2016. It seems i will be spending more money on calls just to recover the amount company owes me.

                                      It is so annoying that a company like airtel is resorting to cheating customers just to fill their coffers.

                                        Airtel seems to be avoiding customers as much as possible. As of today there is no way to directly get in touch with a customer care professional from a non-airtel number. I am overseas, and my international roaming (Already activated and paying rs. 149/month) is not working. However, there is no way to contact them now to try and find a solution.

                                        It appears that they are trying there best to stay away from existing customer complains.
