I am shakti, my number is [protected]...And i made a recharge of 398 through the airtel mobile app...On the 14 march 2016...But recharge has not been done and i have not got any msg frim airtel failure/success...But the amount has been deducted from the account of my sbi...According the sbi transaction was successful...But recharge have not done from the airtel

    I have recharged on 28.03.2016 vide Ref. No.IG0BSJXDW0 and No.IG0BSCH0T2 twice for an amount of Rs.50/- each (two times) in the Airtel No.[protected]. Recharge was failed but amount deducted from my account. However only Rs.50/- refunded to my account on 29.03.2016 and balance Rs.50 did not refunded till date.

      I am totally unsatisfied of response from Airtel regarding their 4G device and internet service. I have been cheated on the grounds of my customer rights and upon raising my issue I got abusive replies from Airtel partner at Faridabad. Further, there is no constructive response from airtel customer care. Now I have suffered a lot due to low level customer service from Airtel, I am forced to bring my issue to the notice of consumer help avenues for bringing justice to me and several others who might be current or future victims of Airtel's unrealistic boasting of 4G coverage and services.

      1. They did not show any demonstration at my home even upon asking for it and cheated me for my incompetency on technical stuff.

      2. They assured that I will get 80 kbps-120 kbps after 4 gb of 4G speed data usage, but I never achieved more than 20 kbps speed.

      3. Airtel partner asked me for checking tower availability in my area before going for 4G device and internet service. He said they are not responsible for my issues.

      4. Within two days of purchase I informed Airtel customer care and airtel partner for processing my refund as I am highly unsatisfied with the service, but with no help.

      5. Terms and Conditions mentioned on their Airtel 4G website says that If end user is not satisfied with service and 4G device, same will be refunded to customer but now they denied for it. Terms and conditions attached for kind reference.

      6. Being victim of bad customer service, I need refund for money spent on 4G device and compensation for the time lost and stress caused in my life

        My father bought this good for nothing Airtel connection because Airtel advertised in his office, which is Central govt. Airtel postpaid supposedly provided customized internet & call packs, So my dad bought one
        ([protected]).
        First of all, they never fully gave the packs they told they ll provide.
        Second, They overcharged my the bills
        And, when my dad emailed them about this, He got no response.
        Finally some "brilliant" customer care guy replied back asking for details that were clearly given before itself.
        After waiting for their reply, they BLOCKED the number. WITHOUT INFORMING HIM. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE.
        My father wants the connection back.. with an apology for your stupid & insensitive service.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        No freaking reply from Airtel yet. Wost ever customer service

          I had recharged my airtel dth, customer id [protected]-001, with rs. 558 (Economy sports plus with 33 hd channels) on 13/03/2016 which was supposed to run for one month. However somebody in airtel on 16/03/2016 activated hitz combo 9m sony star worth rs. 309 on 16/03/2016 without asking me. Hence burning my balance on 20/03/2016 resulting in no subscription and tv showing error code 6. Me or my family never gave any such consent to activate hitz combo 9m sony star ever. Therefore i contacted customer support citing my problem. They first told me somebody contacted from my home to activate the pack. Then told me somebody from airtel contacted me to activate the pack. When asked for the number they contacted or call history they were in a dilemma. Thereafter i talked with somebody they call their head or leader. I explained everything to him again, he said same thing again and later on told me that the pack will be nullified and balance will be restored. But the point is i have missed tv (Especially t20 worldcup) and wasted my time on this issue since 20/03/2016 due to their unethical behavior which is basically theft. Now i am having second thoughts on keeping the connection. Disgusting !!!

            My name is Iqbal Akhter . I am in Saudi Arabia and my airtel prepaid number does not show roaming or any network even thogh I have changed the sim to the micro sim as instructed by the customer care in India. Please activate my number as it is very important to me. My mobile number is [protected]. Please do the needful. Small effort and service from your side can keep the customers with positive idea about Bharti Airtel. Hope for your prompt response.
            I have made several calls to the customer executive in Bettiah and provided him with the details through mobile text msg (Sim Serial No, Mobile No etc.) he asked for but the result was same.
            He even did not checked the msg for two days after asking me for sending it and reminding.

            I went to India last month and struggled to get the sim reactivated again. When I came back to Saudi Arabia with the sim, it stopped again.. Airtel does not seem to be serious about solving the issue despite of being notified of the complaint months ago..

            Dear Sir Airtel has not yet resolved the but only claims that I did not respond their call.
            They have to fix a time, date and contact number prior to make any contact with me as the case is already in the Consumer Forum.

            I have claimed for a compensation amount of Rs. 500 Millions through NCH, A Copy is attached here for your reference-

            Dear Sir/ Madam Due to the irresponsible behavior of Airtel towards solving the problem they have created to me I am regularly under metal trauma. All my banking works related to SMS code are cancelled, dropped, failed as I am not receiving any SMS. I have gone through shamefull a7 humiliating situations for not being able to send money as per the condition created by Airtel. I claim for a compensation of Rs[protected]INR Five Hundred Millions)as a compensation against the mental trauma and humiliation I have gone through and going through because of Bharti Airtel unprofessional, irresponsible and intolerable services.

              I booked airtel broadband & fixed line combo plan (799 plan) on 7th march'16 from airtel business representative mr. Jeevan choudhury by paying rs.1200/- in cash (Cef form no. 4453688). The above connection has not been provided to me even after 3weeks time nor any airtel executive has spoken to me regarding the said line or refund of money.

              Kindly arrange for refund of rs.1200/- which i paid to shri choudhury on 7th march'16 at the earliest please.

I am using Airtel DTH and i was suffering with the airtel services. basically from previous 4 to 5 months i was out of town and i got so many calls from airtel for only one reason and the reason is when you setup you DTH or when you Recharge your DTH in fact they are giving me alot of offers on my connection but when i was come at home and want to setup my connection and they are asking me at evening (we are Only coming right Now otherwise after 6 O'clock we are watching Match and we are not coming after 6 O'clock.) Means they not taking a responsibility of customer, Means Customer is waiting From the morning to leave our Important works and after a whole day waiting we are going to to some other work then the executive was calling us and asking we are Only coming right now Otherwise after 6 O'clock the Match Has been started and we are not able to come WHAT RUBBISH...

                Please tell me which type of this company, there executives are getting salary for watching match it meant Customer is not IMPORTANT for you so why u open your company and giving a commitment on behalf of this type of service.

                Bhai Yaa to kam hota hai yaa Nakhre hote hen agar Nakhre karne hen to ghar Baith ke Kiye jate hen yu Office mein aake customers ka dimag Khraab Mat Kiya Kro...

                    Airtel is charging unnecessary for the video club service. I did even subcribe for this service. Even spoken to airtel customer care they said they will deactivate the service, already charged from january 2016. Just i saw the bill details, i found that rs:99/- for video club, i don't know that video club, i called to customer care to enquire about that no useful answer, i have shouted and disconnect the call, immediately i received the deactivation sms of video club.
                    Can you help me to get refund of those amount they theft from me.

                      On 28/3/16, i have recharged my mobile with amount 554.00 using my airtel app. The monet is deducted from my bank account but it is not credited to my mobile balance. So again i repeated with the same amount using the app then also it is not credited to my mobile balance.

                          As per reference number 660 270 24 for connection [protected]_dsl logged on[protected], complain of frequently disconnection of internet is yet not resolved. I am facing this issue from past 6 months.
                          Previous complain is logged on[protected] having ref. no. 65785858, which is automatically closed by company end without any confirmation, this kind of response is not expected from such a reputed company.
                          So please look into this on priority and fix it as early as possible.

                            I have to surrender my broadband connection as I was going out for more than 6 months. I was requested not to surrender the connections but pass on your relatives or friends anywhere in India without any charges. I decided to pass on to my daughter who was in Pondicherry. I confirm twice and took all the accessories and computer etc to Pondicherry and when my daughter informed their office the person came to her house and told that it is not possible due to technical problems. She received the bill for rs, 1300.00 roughly without using the broadband. I took up the matter after coming back they waived some amount and demanded around 87 as balance due. I INCURRED taxi charges of rs, 3000, 00 and also underwent mental agony and cut sorry figure with my with my son in law. I have written several letters but they are replying in proper manners.

                              Hi! Myself Deo Mani.I have bought airtel simcard (mobile number is [protected]) Friday 25th march 2016. I have given my phone number [protected] and my friend rahul'mobile number [protected] for verification. But neither o[censored]s get any call for verification. Only in my phone number [protected] getting messages frequently that your verification is not completed and let you know in sometimes. today 29th March 2016 i got a message that my verification is closed. So i went to airtel office in BTM. They told me that my document is not there and suggested me to call customer care, So i called to customer care, They also told me that my document is not submitted, So contact to retailer. Actually i bought the sm card from Sim card Stall who were selling Airtel 4G simcard, So i don't know where should i go to ask for document. I don't know how these Airtel Employees can be careless, they don't have simcard details and who can sell simcard and who can't, etc...

                              In last i want to know that if my document didn't reach Airtel office how they got my phone verification number ([protected]) to keep sending messages.
                              Please i request to activate my simcard as soon as possible.

                                  My mobile number is [protected], i had ported from airtel west bengal to airtel mumbai, verification was done on 26 mar at 0600 hrs, i was told within 48hrs my balance & all services will be restored. Now am not able to receive any incoming calls, no messages, not able to recharge. I have called customer care more than 50 times (121), they told everything will be ok in 48 hrs and till now nothing has happened, every time a customer representative speak and they tell a different story, i had 4.5 gb data and rs. 200 + balance before porting, till now nothing has been restored as promised while porting, the most embarrassing thing is i am not able to recharge, so that i call i use only airtel and dont have any other number. Is this the service airtel is proving for its custome who has been using airtel for the past many years, i have done porting from airtel to airtel only, what will happen to the customers who port from other company, pls restore all my services asap, regards, shyju yohannan, mobile number [protected].

                                    Have you tried Re-inserting the SIM card and see if the cellular network shows up. If it does, Dial 59059 and tele-verify yourself with the telephone verification officer and there you go, your number will be active in 30 minutes i guess...

                                        for getting benefits of 6 gb data with a valadity of 90 days.

                                        after recharging this i got 6 gb 2g data but validity is only 1 month..

                                        so i had complaint about this to the superviser of airtel customer
                                        care on sunday (20th march 2016).He told me that you will received the
                                        benefits in 24 hours.

                                        24 hours has passed but i did not got my validity benefit.So i called
                                        again to the customer care on 21th march 2016. They told me give me
                                        another complaint nub and told that your complaint will be solved in 2
                                        days...

                                        two days passed but yet i did not get my benefit.So i again called to
                                        the cuctomer care. I talked to the superviser kusum from ahmedabad.
                                        they did not give me answer satisfactory and when she took my
                                        complaint again and when i asked her for my complaint no than she
                                        discannect the call so please take strict action against this
                                        superviser...
