Dear Sir,

I had registered a complaint regarding poor network issue (request no. 68566804/6857615) to airtel customer care. then there executive have just contacted me regarding mentioned issue and send me a message about that and said your problem has been resolved and said my handset has a defect without no any person coming at site. Before choosing there network there executive called me and give an assurance about best network. But this is a fraud and have completed what they promised.

Please solve this problem at an earliest.

      I have Airtel 4g sim . they don't have 4g connection . they hve but in limited area. they have 2g connection which is very slow ..u can't imagine. it's like we r in 1950 . they have coordinator they r not capable to solve problems. They r saying we r working on it..our technical team will solve problem.but when...??? Very ridiculous experience in Airtel..so don't try Airtel Internet better u can go for some where else. Call rate also so high on after j m using Airtel frm last 6 -7yr...still they r not develop company ...if any thing went wrong they will deduct your balance from main Balance .it's high time ...for using Airtel...You can try other network ..

        Hi,

        I bought airtel postpaid number in the year of 2014 and I am working in Karnataka .so, I often use this ([protected]) two days(sat, sun) in a week, if I reach Tamilnadu and I am paying unnecessary rentals every month for not using the sim regularly, its crossing more than 600 hundred every month. I planned to go for Prepaid instead postpaid.

        I bought the sim at Coimbatore Lakshmi mills office(main office at Coimbatore) February 6th Saturday 2016 . I have raised a request to change my current postpaid to prepaid. The person I had a discussion on this, he suggested me to close all the open outstanding amounts and I did that too. after that he asked me to pay for new prepaid sim card(Rs.25 for 4G sim card). before I left that office I have enquired all the details. The person told me that it will get activated within two working days, but it didn't happened. then I started contacting customer care for the issue multiple time, customer care team told they will raise complaint on this and they told it will get resolved within 48 hours but nothing get resolved and I contacted that customer care team more than 5 times in that week.

        Its been more than two week since I raised that request. then I lost hope with the customer care team, then I decided to reach the main office directly again

        I reached the Lakshmi mills Airtel main office on 27th February 2016 Saturday and I met the same person again and he told "sorry for the inconvenience happened" and he told the issue will get resolved within a day...:(

        but nothing happened...and my tracking cycle continued with customer care team by raising complaint and following up with them again and again...Nothing happened...Paying unnecessary bills every month for not utilized any benefits for that sim card plan..

        I am registering complaint here someone from the Airtel team will look at it and resolve my issue.. I don't want any complaint numbers, will get resolved within hours, day, etc..

        I need a solution...I am ready to pay my outstanding amount at any point of time..

        Still I didn't get any update on this issue. It's been one month since I raised this complaint... I am getting what is the big deal to solve this here?? :( :(

          This time my amount debited from bank and recharge not done in website and i received email from your website sorry! Your transaction failed due to some technical error. Please complete your transaction now by 11.58 mentioned try again. So after that i clicked the try again button and its gone to payment page i done the recharge 2nd time

          After posted this complaint i receive call from [protected] this person name is deepak and he is informed me calling from airtel and we transfer your money Rs.265 right now hdfc server is slow you tell another your debit card number so i said my INDIAN BANK debit card number and he asked my card cuv number again i asked why you asking everything then he said we will return the amount through the card after details i received one time transaction password from Indian bank but i will not tell the one time password to him and i said dont want your money. I think he tried do the fraud transaction from my account. Again i receive call from another number [protected] this person asked transaction done which bank i said hdfc bank he said tell me the user id and password. Then i said to him dont want any thing cut phone. kindly be alert and careful after posting the complaint consumer complaints website because so person trying to misuse.

          Due to airtel miscommunication mail only i recharged twice in airtel net pack. First i recharged waiting for the confirmation mail but that time my amount debited from bank and recharge not done in website and i
          received Email from your website Sorry! Your transaction failed due to some
          technical error. Please complete your transaction now by 11.58 mentioned try
          again. So only after that i clicked the try again button and its gone to payment
          page i done the recharge 2nd time. Due to airtel mistake customer need to get punish. As discussed with Mr.Baskaran on 4th he said we wil return back the cash to your account over the phone. Kindly do the needful there is no mistaken in my side.

            Even though 3g internet balance is still active, 2G internet is activated automatically when i recharge full talktime of 275.When i ask customer care about the reason they told it is software problem we can't help .And we won't refund the amount back.If i ask please transafer the call to higher officer they told i'm the superior officer here .
            Bharti Airtel is robe ring the Customer like this.

              Hi,

              1. On 1 april evening i got a sms from airtel that my usage more than credit limit so make the payment otherwise outgoing service will be deactivated.
              2. I tried to make the payment through mobile website but on window phone there is an issue (Not able to enter amount to pay) so i was unable to make the payment.
              3. Saturday morning they have deactivate my services- i wrote back to them mentioning the payment issue also requested to increase my credit limit.
              4. Based on my request i got mail on 2 april morning 10 am that your service have been resumed and with in 48 hrs need to make payment.
              5. By 2nd april eving my credit limit also revised to rs 3000.
              6. In spite of 48 hrs relaxation and having now rs 3000 credit limit they again deactivated outgoing service with in 24 hrs itself.

              Additional details-
              my mobile usages -rs. 1467 which includes 1353.69 bill due date[protected]
              credit limit- rs 3000
              outgoing deactivated since - 3rd april morning
              wrote 2-3 request mail- its more than 24 hrs -no revert on mails

              Sorry to say There is no resolution provided by Airtel.. till date no revert on mail which I wrote with request to resume my services. After 2 days on Monday I paid my bill than only my service get activated, no as such help from Airtel.

                From past 4 days am call calling cc team to deactivate my auto renewal but they didn't deactivate that plan then i call on 1294 so the automated call tells me that on your number no auto renewal pack service is active but as of now that plan get active nd money get debited from my main balance then i call cc team so mr rahul tele caller told me that money will not be refund then i ask him who is responsible for this so ge reply no one ?                   Airtel mobile network operator company cheating the customers with fake 4g network signal. I've tested it by selecting 3g only(Wcdma only). It should detect 3g signal only but its showing 4g signal instead of 3g/h. I'm not the only one who is facing this issue. Almost each and every airtel users facing it.                     I've received messages that Video Club is activated at my mobile[protected]. haven't subscribed and I will never subscribe such kind of service.

                      Couple of days back received a call from airtel office saying new 4g simply will be delivered and I will be eligible for 1gb data to be used for a month. Received the sim yday. Got it activated. But within an hour of activation received an alert saying 100% of data is used and hence forth usage will be charged at...
                      I have never asked airtel to provide me free data. Why taking customers for a ride.. hats off to airtel great minds

                        I'm using Airtel network for more than 5 years and I was a prepaid user. I activated hello tune service for 3 months and after 10 days I converted my number to postpaid one.

                        While transforming I got a info like my balance and value added services like hello tunes that will be carry forwarded. After activating my number in postpaid, I didn't see my hello tune service in active mode. So I called customer care service for more than 4 times and all the time they updated like it will be activated within 4 hours.

                        Finally today morning it got activated and I heard the same song what I chosen and I left as it is. After 2 hours I got a message stating that my hello tune service is discarded.

                        I called customer service again and that time the update is hello tune service wont be carry forwarded. And if I ask about the money what I have paid for this service, their simple answer was we can't do anything.

                        Very depressed with the answers and they are ready to let go the customers. I sincerely wish to take some actions on this kind of network providers who are grabbing customers money in all possible ways.

                            My contact no. is [protected] i have changed my circle from maharastra to mumbai. i have recharged of 100 rupees talktime on 02/04/2015 and 3g data pack of 197 rupees. on 3rd april my no. has been changed in mumbai circle. now my all valance of data and call has been cut from your side. i talk to your customer care on 198. they didnot resolve my problem and cut my phone . nobody tell me about that if you changed circle your all valance and data will get cut from your accunt.


                            NOW i want my all valance and data back in my account.

                              Airtel frequently updates their broadband tariff plans but does not auto update customers data plan. For example I was paying 999 for 40 GB data at 8 MBPS. And when airtel updated plans, there was 60 gb /8 MBPS available for Rs. 615 and at Rs. 999 it was supposed to be 125 Gb at 40 mbps. But they not inform me and I was paying 999 for much lesser data and speed.

                                  I naga ramesh thirlaka have been using airtel number[protected] from 2006 onward and i got to know that my sim card has been disconnected on 19th march 2016 due to "non usage" and the number has been recycled.I have life time validity on the prepaid sim card and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know.Moreover now coming to the usage part.I agree that there has not been much outgoing from my mobile phone however if i'm right and this does exist in your records there has been incoming usage on the telephone till 19th of march 2016. I used to get my messages from banks, and other organizations where ever i have given this number. So i really have no idea from where the 120 days of non usage thing came into.I tried contacting your customer care but as i am in my business trip i could not get the call connected. However i have raised a complaint to airtel 121 but i didn't get any proper response for getting back the number. Even i reached out to the airtel office in india but i didn't get any positive response as they are telling this number got deactivated and allocated to some one else. But when i try to call that number its not getting connected..I mean how can you go ahead and do that with out even informing the customer ahead.I hope you do look into my case and help me out with what has to be done rather than once again give the same reply that the number has been recycled due to non usage.

                                  I have already sent a mail to airtel.presense as well as airtel 121 too. I didn't get any satisfactory answer. Today i got a mail like the number and sim got deactivated. I am asking how to reactivate and get the same number as it is tagged to multiple purposes and i am using this number from 2006 onwards.

                                  Don't know whether the my request is understood or not. I am only asking how to get the same number. Airtel people are not telling the process to get the same number instead they are sending the same copy and paste response like your sim got deactivated and you havn't used from past 90 days. Past is the past. I am expecting atleast right response and solution to get my number.

                                    I had recharged 3G internet for Rs. 153 for 1GB of 3G Data in the morning of 31st May. I had checked my data and had used it briefly for about an hour on that evening. Then it stopped working. Today (3rd April 2016) I called up 198 and enquired about the issue. The Customer Care agent told me that I had used up about 800+ MB of my data on 'Hotstar' on . I DO NOT HAVE THE HOTSTAR APP ON MY PHONE AND NEVER DID. How can Hotstar magically eat up my data when I did not access it from any browser or application? Doesn't make any sense. Are Airtel on a downward slide? Do they want to harrass their long time customers because of their greed? Can I ask them for evidence of my using the so-called Hotstar app? I feel cheated and deceived. How stupid do they think people are?

                                        On 31-03-16 i have received a call from airtel executive (M- [protected]) on my mobile and offered me a plan at lower cost than vodafone (My present telephone operator). I agreed, the very next day she send one (M-[protected]) to collect documents. I handed over. Same day evening, vodafone offered me much best plan in lower price. Airtel offered me a plan at lower price than vodafone and vodafone also offered me better than airtel, so as normal i decided not to port in airtel. So i have informed airtel executive on her mobile ([protected]) for not to port my number. Surprisingly she started to talk unprofessionally. Any how i told her for not to port.
                                        On 02-01-16 i have received a sms from airtel that my no is processed for port !!! And this is without my permission.
