Last week I purchased one prepaid 4g sim from Airtel 4g centre but that no is not activate till now. they took 450/Rs for 6gb data but that sim is not working till now. I raised complaint 8 times and visit to technical centre 3 times but
tele-callers not responding properly they told me our side is OK please contact dealer but dealer said contact customer care. So this is my condition please resolve my problem, i am feeling bad about airtel. Airtel is worst customer service provider in india.

Please be aware that I am forced to cancel the connection because of the third class network connection provided by you. Forget about 4g, there is not even a decent 2G connection available. I am actual regretting my decision to buy this Airtel product by believing in all the false advertisements done by Airtel.
Find attached the speed test bandwidth result. My vodafone mobile data 3G connection speed is much better than the 4G bandwidth provided by Airtel.
