My airtel karnataka no is [protected] . I had a balance of rs. 625 later it became rs. 116 all of a sudden last week . A few times when I tried to activate 1 day net pack money gets deducted but net data doesn't come even today when I tried activating 1 day net pack 2 times both the times money gone but nly second time one pack alone got activated . This keeps continuing and I get really imitated using this network . Please request the network operator to refund my money back for both balance and net pack thing . Or I have to change my network to some decent non cheating network. In still how many ways will these people cheat money ? This happens in this network for many people even for my relatives .take action as soon as possible.

    Hi, i have posted my problem for airtel company on your site. I got a call from number [protected] named fruad. He asked me about my creditcard no, expirty date & cvv number. I have never got such bull before. Somebody is asking about your cvv number. He told me he is calling from bank of baroda company. I dont think it is from sol. Look into it. Somebody try to get benefits from your site.

      Dear Concern,

      I purchased new Airtel 4G postpaid device from kochi executive Mr.Jaleel on 11-apr.2016.According to him my connection was suppose to activated within one day, but after 5 days my number is not active.

      I contacted customer care several times according to them my details are not updated in their system .Request all to kindly do the needful to activate the same.If cant not activate within 24 hours kindly refund my money.

        I purchased a prepaid simcard whose no. Is[protected] and mob. No. Is [protected] on 08-apr-2016, from local agent (Shop). I submitted documents i. E. Photograph & driving license along with application form. But till date my sim has not been activated. I went to the shop and the shop person is saying we have submitted your application to the airtel office now this is in their hand. I dont know now what to do.

          Benefits not received on the recharge of Rs. 997 on 4-April-2016. As per Airtel plans this recharge consists of Monthly Internet pack on International roaming but I didn't received any benefits. Additionally they are saying that some other service has been activated.
          In short no service has been activated and they are just fooling us around.

          I have contacted their Customer Support, Nodal Team and Appellate Authority but they haven't resolved my problem.

            I have had a very bad experience with Airtel broadband connection since March 23rd my connection was suspended. i had gone for a vacation that was the reason i was not able to raise an issue but when i returned on 29th, i had raised an complained regarding the same. From 29th March to 07th April i had made some 20 calls and each time i have to wait at least half an hour to speak to some one.
            After all these i was frustrated so i had to ask them to cancel the connection when i spoke to the customer care executive they assured me that i don't have any amount pending because the connection is not working for more about a month now.
            but today i get a call from airtel again saying if you want to close the connection you will have to pay 1800 rs coz the bill is generated in your name.
            what bill?? when i am not able to access internet for the past one month and i have raised a complain and still you people don't solve the issue but some how the bill gets generated and i should pay for a month without even using the internet. wow that's great !!! i had great exceptions from Airtel i had heard its known for its customer service but its totally wrong...

              I was contacted Biraj Sharma from Infinite Solutions about a 2-3 months ago. They took a consultancy charge of 18000 from me and promised to give AD-posting work for 11 months. But two weeks after starting work all company members switched off their phones and they are not contacting me neither they give my money back nor they give payment. Please help.

                  Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid 1, 000 on march 12 2016 with enrollment TBLR-7075254. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 2 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service services.

                    I am user of airtel mobile and user of its data services.I have some balance data left over at the end of each pack validity date which I get carried forwarded by recharging on time. Recently I got an SMS from airtel to get the data services activated automatically for which I opted. On the stipulated date my data pack got recharged but to my shock I lost more than 3gb of my left over data whereas nowhere it was mentioned that the balance data will be lost in such case.These type of SMS are totally misleading and create mental harassment and financial loss to the consumer.

                      I did a night net pack of rs 45 but the amountbis deducted from my balance but there is no signal of internet like e or h.i even called customer service for 5 times but they only asked me to change settings and i changed my settings as per there instructions around 10times than my problem is not solved and airtel customer service is too poor i wasted my 1:30hour just for 1problem and even though it is not solved

                        Dear airtel team,

                        This is to inform that the airtel number bearing with [protected] was recharged with amount of 150/- on 10th of april, my phone was damaged and gave it to repair e (Sim card was with me)on 11 th of april and i got the phone repaired on 13th april'16, when i inserted the sim card. Suddenly 150 rupees got debited from my account without any intimation.

                        When i call to customer care they are saying i have used 3g service on 13th, but when i check the account from airtel.In on last 5 transaction, there was no details of 3g usage, i request team to check the concerned issue and refund me the 150/- .

                          Hi, i am a 8 year customer of airtel. I have postpaid, prepaid, broadband and dth in airtel itself.

                          Recently i subscribed for an broadband connection in bangalore area. I met an airtel representative who was at a stall near my house in huskur gate area. The airtel representative showed me list of plans available and i selected 16mbps - 50gb plan at a rental of rs 1049 per month. I paid rs 1000 /- for getting a new broadband connection to the representative. When paying the amount i reconfirmed my plan as 16mbps and 50gb. The representative assured the connection will be given in 3 working days.

                          I received a message from airtel stating that the installation order number is 57928686 and the account number is [protected]. After the installation, i checked the speed limit and it was 2mbps.

                          I called airtel customer care and complained about the speed limit as i subscribed for 16mbps and was getting only 2 mbps. They replied that in my area the maximum speed limit is 2mbps only. They created a ticket bearing number 66495504 for my complaint. There was no information about the ticket for some days and when i checked the status after 3 days i found the ticket was closed. There was no resolution or work around given to me from airtel for the complaint. Without any resolution to my complaint they have closed the ticket.

                          Also when 2 mbps is the highest speed that can be given by airtel in my area why airtel has appointed a representative in my area and giving applications for subscribing new connections for 16mbps. There is no notification from airtel that 16mbps is not feasible in this area.

                          I need a proper response from airtel.

                            Recently i have changed my post paid no to pre paid. Its already more than 15 days. But i am unable to add my new no [protected] in my airtel app. Also i am unable to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g sim either thru app or thru sms..
                            Also it takes min 5-7 min or some tines virtually impossible to talk to a customer care executive by dialling 121

                              I have requested to stop this "divine collection service" by messaging "stop" to the number 155223 since 6/4/2016 to 13/4/2016, more than 7 times. I have not yet used this service. But airtel often deducting rs 35/- towards this service. Today 14/4/2016 airtel deducted rs 35/ towards this service. Please deactivate this service and refund the amount deducted till this date since the service implemented date.

                                  We have a Airtel number for many year which is prepaid

                                  Recently on 29 Feb 16 I got a separate internet package for INR 180 valid for 28 days for my mother. However the internet was discounted within 20 days and moreover there was a deducted of INR 261 from the normal/main phone balance. We has put a complain at their office located in Andheri west - Four Bungalows and were assured this will not again .

                                  On 25 March 2016, We refilled the normal phone and also paid INR 180 separately again valid for 28 days for the internet package . But again on 12 April the internet was discounted and there was deduction of INR 300 from the normal phone prepaid balance .

                                  On complaining to Airtel staff, they were laughing and saying you don’t understand that you have finished your data package . I had send a written email complain to Airtel and today received a reply saying that my free data usage had exceed, hence they deducted the amount from our normal /main phone balance

                                  What is their free benefits provided by the package, Zero usage ???? . We does not download, only make few calls on Viber, Whats app message and skype, And who gave Airtel the right to deduct from the main/normal phone balance, did we give them any instruction as such ??? Clearly Airtel is not giving complete information about the data package to customers and using such excuses to extract money from naive data package users who are not aware of the internet system package .

                                  This is nothing but a scandal by Airtel to make money . We want our refund of both deduction ( INR 216 + INR 300 ) which was done without prior intimation or our approval .

                                      I undersigned mr vishwas popat more, i have received a notice dated 11/4/2016 from bharati airtel ltd under the subject that complaint regarding unsolicited communication from my mobile no-[protected], further contended that on 4th april 2016 an alleged unsolicited communication received from my mobile no by the someone dnd registered subscriber and therefore due to alleged violation of the tcccp regulations my mobile no is disconnected .
                                      I say that on 4/4/2016 i never send any msg or communication to any dnd registered subscriber, i had already called to bharati airtel ltd for clarification of the above said notice, thereafter information was received from bharati airtel ltd that some unsolicited message has been sent from my no, and discription given by the airtel company regarding the said alleged unsolicited message, after going through the contents of the message which has informed by them, i am not concerned with the said alleged message and the said alleged message is not relating to my day today affairs, and further informed me that bill of my mobile connection will be finalised and issued after 21st april 2016, there is no any fault on my part, the day to day transaction depends upon my this contact no, therefore i am sustaining huge loss.
                                      Hence it is my humble request to you, be please reconnect my mobile services.

                                        I had auto renewal facility for my data pack of 1gb28days till 13th april 2016. I wanted to discontinue it, and so tried the*121# with all possible cides, in vain for about 3 hours. Then, called up customer care who very promptly deactivated the service. I got an sms to the effect on 12th april. My ref no. Is rmodc[protected] dt 12/4/2016, 23.09 hrs.
                                        On 14th april, at 00.02 hrs, my data pack was renewed, ignoring the deactivation done by customer care!!!
                                        So, i called up customer care in the morning, most of the time was spent listening to their boring hello tune. Finally the service person said that it cannot be deactivated by customer care personnel!!!
                                        And that it has to be done by the customer only.
                                        Why was this not told to me in 12th? And how come i got the deactivation message?
                                        The supervisor then tells me that i have to use the net pack and that he can do nothing about the inefficiency of the system!!!

                                        Is the sole purpose of airtel to loot their customers?

                                        Airtel ought return my talk time of rs. 252 and deactivate my netpack properly and effectively, which they are refusing to do.
