Airtel mobile network operator company cheating the customers with fake 4g network signal. I've tested it by selecting 3g only(Wcdma only). It should detect 3g signal only but its showing 4g signal instead of 3g/h. I'm not the only one who is facing this issue. Almost each and every airtel users facing it. I have already sent a mail to airtel.presense as well as airtel 121 too. I didn't get any satisfactory answer. Today i got a mail like the number and sim got deactivated. I am asking how to reactivate and get the same number as it is tagged to multiple purposes and i am using this number from 2006 onwards.
Don't know whether the my request is understood or not. I am only asking how to get the same number. Airtel people are not telling the process to get the same number instead they are sending the same copy and paste response like your sim got deactivated and you havn't used from past 90 days. Past is the past. I am expecting atleast right response and solution to get my number.
