Dear Sir,

I Sankha Subhra Nandi, would like to inform you that I was the owner of SIM No. [protected] (Airtel)
But the SIM Card was missing by me. Few days later I was visited their local office at Raipur for re-issue the SIM Nmber. But they informed us that the number allotted to any other person.

But, I dial this number several times & that number is not in service.

I want this SIM No. again. Kindly help us to get this number.

    Airtel India has started doing scams . They called me and told me that my Internet balance is less and I should get a recharge of Rs 99 in which I will be getting 800mb of data and my validity will remain the same . I said yes to it but soon I received a message which says that I will receive a 300mb of data and the validity of 10 days . I already had the data balance of 500 MB before . When I called the airtel customer care they told me that our executive will never say that and they will not cancel the charge. As it is my fault that I did not record the call. The agent hung up on me. I received the call from[protected]. my phone number is [protected]

        I requested vide my mail dt 14th Oct'15 regarding keeping my Mbl No [protected] in safe custody as I was going abroad till 6th March'16. But on my return I found that Airtel has raised bill for Rs 1700.00 towards rental. On return from abroad since 8th march' 16 I am approaching Airtel but with no satisfactory reply and all the mail are contradictory, and from 15th March'16 no response from Airtel though I approached up to applet authority.
        I am old Coustomer of Airtel & regular payments were made.
        I request to Kindly arrange to activate my Mbl No:[protected] without any further delay and waive of the bill raised towards rental charges, failing which I may be allowed for PORT[protected].

          I have been trying to get airtel broadband from last 1 year but airtel is not ready to provide the connection instead of they sometimes say that our representative will install the connection and sometime they say "there are some technical problems in you area and you have to wait for 1 month" . It has been since 1 year waiting to get it installed. Why Airtel is not keen to install broadband to my end. In my near by area like ( syndicate bank, bob) airtel is available and in our area it is not. It is just about 20m away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel. There is a lot of demad of airtel broadband. Please look in to the issue and provide me a connection.

          I am not happy with your answer as the same answer I got from your call center representatives. Should I understand it as you are not interested to install Airtel broadband at my end because it is not for everybody, it is for some selected company or person, right.

          If that is the case, so why you advertise for all over india, when it is for some people selected by airtel.
          Hi,

          I got a call from airtel and somebody collected the document and cheque from my wife. Now after contacted them they are saying that It is not feasible.

          If it was not feasible then why you took the documents and cheque and confirm me about connection in 3 days?

          What could I concluded from ? Airtel is not keen to install broadband for every consumer, it was only show off.

            This is very disappointing that airtel is now deducting unnecessary balance in the name of internet. This complaint is against the reference no. PR03280004. This side Ms. Mondal (from UP east region (Lucknow)) and i faced a deduction of around Rs. 320 on this 19th Mar 2016, so it was very natural to call customer care and asking for the same. I did same and had a talk with Airtel Customer care Team Leader Mr. Anshul on same day.He talked very rudely and even refused to transfer the call to his manager.
            Is this is how Airtel respond to their customers..?? I need an answer and not only that also my money back which is my hard earn money..

              I having major issues in connectivity & dropping the calls. The clarity of the
              calls are very poor & call drops are very often. I complained earlier, have
              informed to change the SIM. It is also done. It is now impacting the work.

                I had placed a complaintreg 3g net on 198 but the complaint was closed without concersing me and the comment is reaolved wheras the problem still persisits. When we call on 198 and ask the operator to transfer the call to his senior either they start fighting or they will say sir pls hold we will transfere but the airtel music will keep playong for hours but no one will turn up. The operators give foolish answers to my questions as such"" sir you have bought this handest from outside india so it will not work"wheras i had told him several times that it is a location based problem the net does not work at a particular location and if we move 2-3 kms ahead then it works fine. We pay for the sims and packs the operatora do not so they dont have any right to misbehave with us infact if you charge people for various services then you should be able to answer them. Moreover i am told to visit a AIRTEL STORE to lodge my complaint but actually there is no airtel store in the nearby area as this is a small place it is not pike metroloitant cities. When i asked one of the operator the address of airtel store he told me to again visit a person who does your recharge he will tell. My question is if we pay for everything then why we ourselves have to go personally to lodge a complaint and why these operators are sitting n why these complaint nos are provides.
                It is very bad on part of AIRTEL that they do such lind of things with customers. I myself n my family members have 3 sims and the problem is in all the three sims. pls look into the matter.

                  I have recharged my airtel number by myself, I have made a mistake. I want 3G 1GB data for 28 days validity pack 265 Rs, but by mistake I have entered 263. I have done my recharge by Paytm site so that I can't able to view properly that is a 4G plan.
                  I don't have 4G mobile and 4G SIM to use this data pack. So again I have recharged my airtel number for 3G data pack. So please help me from your side to change that 4G pack to 3G data pack to me.
                  I have already spoken to your Airtel customer care executives, but they told me that they can't do it.
                  If it is possible please transfer the money to my balance or please convert that 4G pack to 3G pack yo my airtel numberfor.

                    I contact to airtel customer care about 2 hours . i want to take help about aiirtel 4g hotspot setting but each department just they are tranferring from one to another. And again and again finally they are transferring to offer department. when i called to technical department of airtel but they are also not avail to help about airtel 4g hotspot. i am fully disappointment about airtel telecom. I am fully shocked that they don't know about airtel product and services. I Called to 121, [protected], 12118, [protected], [protected] all are airtel customer care number. They are not useful. Airtel service are going down.

                      I have had a airtel prepaid connection since ages and recently on 20th march 2016 i decided to convert it to postpaid connection (biggest mistake ). it has been 7 days since i am waiting for my sim to get activated but all in vain . i have made 20 phone calls to customer care along with 5 personal visits at Kingsway camp outlet in north Delhi all i hear is sir next 6 hours it will be activated .i feel extremely letdown by airtel worst customer care service .

                        This is Jayesh A. Patel. I am user of Airtel Digital TV connection since 1 year. I am having issues in not viewed some chennal properly since last 1 week. I tried calling customer care but they dint respond on my call. They took my request of calling me back but they dint. today they received my call and instead of resolving my problem they again longed my complaint and told me to paid Rs. 150/- Charge for visit for solve the problem. I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible so that i can enjoy Airtel Digital TV connection. My complaint number given to me is 50581088. My Customer ID is [protected]

                          My sim card was deactivate last 5 days, i visit airtel store 6 times in last 4 days and i contact to customer care 10 times in last 4 days but nobody are help me for my post paid card activate.
                          They people tell me like "your problem will be solve out in next 12 hours".
                          But nothing else.
                          I am waiting to activate my sim and airtel system continuously not working last 4 days for me..

                            In July 2014 company frenchise collected Rs.500/- cash from me and provided receipt for the same for telephone/broadband connection vide receipt no. 100 dated 9.7.2014 - Telecom Solution Indore(CHANNEL PARTNER). However, due to some technical problem, connection could not be provided.

                            Later I again applied the connection afresh along with plan fee of Rs.4950.00 VIDE recept no. 166 dt. 29.7.14 which I got and my land line No.[protected] allotted.

                            I have been taking up the matter with Telecom solution, Indore to refund Rs.500.00 which i Paid on 9.7.2014, but even after lapse of more than 1 and half year, money not returned. I also lodged complaint with Airtel helpdesk but no satisfactory reply.

                              I am very disappointed with your service given at service center I went to 5 times and 3 times my sim was changed by them. But the issue persist the incoming and outgoing is not working but at the same time net is activated and I can use the net properly. The customer executive is not understanding the matter if you not solve the issue then please deport my no back to Vodafone. Because I am suffering from more than 2 days.

                                Hi all,

                                I'm getting calls from your sales call centre repeatedly every now then it's been 7-8 months even after telling them I'm not at all interested in switching to Airtel your executives keep of calling like hell as if it's going to be the end of the world if you don't switch to Airtel may be you must be happy with such people that they are putting efforts to convert customers for you but it's nothing like that you cannot get a customer by repeatedly irritating someone it's been 7-8 months they call anytime in the morning in afternoon in the evening and all your land line numbers starting from 01133 and 01166 I don't even remember how many times I've asked them to put the number on a " Do Not Call" list but it seems they don't even know the meaning of it. Unfortunately with your executives unprofessional and inhuman behaviour I don't think I will ever switch to you nor I will ask any of my friends, family members or relatives to switch to you. I had Airtel tv I have also got that disconnected because of the number of times you people keep on calling. Your executives are so damn stupid if they will call you at 1 Pm and you ask them to put the number on DNC they will first assure this will not happen and then in next half an hour or within an hour you will again receive a call from them for switching to Airtel. I want to understand how can you convert a customer towards you by irritating them constantly. You consider yourself a big service provider so if my number is not going to be put on a DNC list then I will post all your numbers from which you call on every social media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and then you will yourself see your potential of making or loosing a customer or " More customers "

                                Please if you're looking someone to get interested in your service or not loosing your current Airtel customer put my number on a Dnc list and train your executives well.

                                  Airtel is fooling people i have activated auto STD pack in Feb 16 the STD call rate reduced to 35 paise per min that was the plan but in actual 1.2 to 1.5 Rs cutting from balance & approx 100 rs deducted from my balance & when i complaint to costumer care the told that it is internal error from next month we will be activating your service when i asked about my deducted money they have not given any response and same issue i am facing again i got the message your std pack are renewed & my call rate is not as per my plan
                                  So Airtel people are cheating... pls do not fool the people

                                    I raised complaint in Airtel Broadband more than a month ago, called 5-6 times for followup but every time Airtel closes the complaint without solving it.
                                    Finally I called to disconnect my connection if they are unable to solve my issue. Its been 20 days and they are neither resolving the issue nor disconnecting my connection.
                                    I am unable to understand the monopoly of Airtel. They are cheating me so much. They are neither solving my issue nor disconnecting it, I am forced to live with the issue and keep paying them. Its like torture..!!

                                    Its been 3 weeks since the Airtel people replied over my complaint (at this forum) and still nothing is done. Its a live (and with proof) example of how they are managing the issues and concerns. No one even contacted me for this issue.
                                    I will anyway not pay the current bill as neither my complaint is addressed nor my connection is deactivated on my request.

                                    Airtel team is full of bad people. Someone called me and in spite of resolving my issue they said that we will remove your connection if you are not happy. I said, is it so difficult to give me a landline connection for which i am begging for 2 months. They disconnected my internet and now are saying that we will not give it back before a week. I was not ready for it, didn't approach any other vendor so i am seriously stuck. Everyday, i send mail and call and they say that it will take a week for them to restore my connection (Whereas it takes just 2 days for a new connection). One person also said me that pay rs. 3000 as new connection charge and take new connection. Airtel will trouble you like this if you want the same connection.
                                    Seriously, i had never thought that airtel will come down to this level. Horrible...!!!

                                      I have recharged 264 on 25.03.2016 for 1GB 3G + 1 GB 4G data. But I have received only 1 GB 3G data. I called several times to Airtel customer number and also send mail to 121.in.Airtel.com mail ID. But till now they did not give me 1 GB 4G data. They are telling that They have given to me but I am not able to use.

                                      They are giving some nonsense answer and misguide me.

                                      Ultimately, whenever I am using my 4G data, Airtel deducted data charge from my 3G data.
