Dear sir/maam.

Greetings.

My name is ashish negi and i am using the airtel service from past 6 years. Everything was good as problem occurs from yesterday. This month on 26th march i have up graded my mobile internet plan from 2g to 3g however i got mail from airtel saying that on your number currently the service running 2gb 3g data at rs 250 for 6 month and after 6 month you will get 1gb in 250 rupees. There was a service actiated on my number and they are giving me extra 1gb data and from yesterday 31 march they stop my mobile internet services without informing me and when i called them they said it is not vaild for your number. I have all proof from their end which shows that service is up and running perfectly well.So how can they terminate or disable running service without informing to customer. This is harrasing me a lot. As i worked in night shift and i can't sleep just because of their fraud. Please help me. I will attach all necessary document here and help me to get my 2gb data back in same price same speed.

So they are going to charge me ₹250 for the service which is deactivated.. Please help me and enable my same service. Please sir / ma'am
I got call from your end your customer care executive saying that first he will start the same service which I was using they smartly playing game saying that I will get 1gb of 3g net in ₹250. That is already a plan so why should I got with that when I have 2gb 3g data plan service running in my account with same price. I have all proof and I'll fight for my service and happiness. I'll be happy if I get damn same service up and running because I have written by your end. And I am airtel customer from past 6 years. Shame on you at least you should know how to save company Goodwill. Your very old customer is fighting with you for his rights. Shame on you airtel
Not getting any help from you people. Activate my same service which you disable after I upgraded from 2g to 3g
airtel is i think now thrid class service. they even don't know what they are sending mail to their customer.. their norton department sent me mail related to my 3G internet that i will get Rs 250 - 3G net pack 3.2 GB of data and their cstomer care department sents me mail saying i will get 1gb in 250 rs. they alwasy confuse about my net plan.
no help from anywhere

    Our Telephone No.[protected] and not working since 14 Aug'2015 due to some outage work continue in my area. Now in working since 11th March 2016 (Details are attached in Image). Our dues are cleared upto 15/12/2015. Now bill generated from 16/12/2015 to 15/03/2016 and connection not in working from 16/12/2015 to 10/03/2016 finally complaint resolved on 11/03/2016 so I want a waiver from 16/12/2015 to 10/03/2016. Complete details are attached in Image please read it and solve my problem as soon as possible because Airtel pressurize me for payment of bill. Our outgoing also disconnected from 16/03/2016. I call many times by mobile in toll free no [protected] they give me date, again give me date, again give me date and problem not solved.

        Airtel called me up on around 20th march 2016 and allure me with some bill plan, and requested me to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel. My mobile number is [protected]
        I agreed to the offer, since vodafone signal is not adequate in my office. And in this process, vodafone as per guidelines, deactivated my connection on 30th march 2016, but Airtel has not activated it yet. And in all this hassle, i am left with no connection. I contacted so many times to Airtel customer care, and when i personally visited their office in lajpat nagar- delhi, i was told that i was given wrong sim card by Airtel representative and this all process has to be start again. They said they will collect the documents again and it will take atleast 2-3 days more. And after all these mistakes, not a single apology from their side. They said they cant do anything. I could not do any online bank transactions, or any other transactions because OTP comes on mobile phone. I am suffering because of inconvenience caused by Airtel.

        Hi,

        This is the End of third day i am still without any connection. I am getting calls from different sources of Airtel, but still does not seem to resolve my problem.

        If Airtel knows they have committed a mistake, still there is no mechanism they can rectify the problem as soon as possible.
        I have mailed up the documents in the afternoon again, still no resolution. There is no sign to solve my problem.

        Now tomorrow is Sunday, it seems i wont get connection before Monday.

        Or do one thing, Please port my number back to Vodafone and give my 250 Rs back.
        Its better to wait more than dealing with unprofessional environment

            On 30th March, 2016 at about 10 PM my prepaid balance has reduced from RS.100/- to 0 balace and the messages came in every 5 minutes stating you used 10 and 12 MB and all the balance has gone even the Mobile data switched off.                 I have been using airtel for over 2 years now, i have come to the brim and hereby making a formal complaint against airtel- poor connectivity almost everywhere. I used to think, the connectivity issue is because of the phone i use. I changed my phone to an i phone 6, problem still persists. I live in koramangala first block, bangalore- heart of the city and i dont have connection at all in the house. If i need to talk, i literally have to come to the balcony. I work in a company in bellandur ecospace. Absolutely no connectivity at my desk. My desk is on the 8th floor, still no use. I am suppose to get a 3g connection in my phone, im barely getting 'e'. Not even a single whatsap message leaves from my phone. Its so difficult having an airtel connection. At the end of the month, without fail, bill comes upto rs 900, for nothing i have used, because i am sure 3g never activates. This is day light robbery and need to be stopped. My patience hav run out. Next i will be writing an email to some of the chief editors of popular newspapers in bangalore.

                      My airtel prepaid number is [protected] and today at about 2.30 pm my prepaid balance was debited by Rs. 99 by your company and sent a messege that it has activated ditto tv service in my mobile for 22 days. This is an absolute wrong and illegal deduction without my concurrence. I have spoken to Mr. NAROTTAM MONDAL in airtel customer care service who has compelled me to believe that it was my mistake to be a subscriber of airtel mobile service. Therefore, I request you to return my Rs.99 otherwise I have decided to port to some other prepaid service.

                        I am an airtel postpaid customer.I have a pack of hello tunes activated on my number.For this service I have been charged Rs 280 for a year, but even then I am being charged for it every month.This has not happened once but even after chiding the the executives, it is being repeated and for that I have to pay extra charges.I cannot call the customer care every month and waste my time explaining him the issue.Please help I am being overcharged every month.

                          I would inform you that today i totally embarrassed your network issue. I have complained on last sunday (27/03/2015) regarding my network issues but till date didn't get any proper response from airtel side. Now today i got a message that have written "dear customer, the service request no. 68543947 regarding network issue on your airtel mobile has been resolved. Thank you for choosing airtel services."
                          Please let me know if you can't able to fix my network issue then i'll port my no to another network. This is totally embarrassing your network and please stop your advertisement which's you make fool to public.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have bought new Airtel D2H connection before a month ago.

                            After that, eventually I have to face bad signal problem and picture was not clear.
                            So, since last couple of days, I am not able to see any channels on my Airtel D2h tv connection though I ahve pay money.

                            The reason was, while first time installation, installation engineer did not install the dish on correct place.

                            So, I have raise the complaint on Airtel Customer care.

                            I got a confirmation from Airtel customer care, for the reallocation for the dish I don't have to pay any extra money as it is engineer’s fault. So Aitel should bare this expense. (On call : [protected] by Mosin Ansari)
                            After that, I got a call from reallocation engineer to pay extra money of rps 250/- for this, (On call: [protected] - Alpesh Makwana)

                            As this is airtel's engineer's mistake, why should I pay this amount.

                            Airtel refuse to solve the issue and asking for extra money.

                            Please look into it and solve this issue as early as possible.

                                I'm prepaid airtel customer. My call details, location details, data consumption for one year is given to third party. I was not intimated about this. Due to this someone is threatening me in my number.I m very depressed. I asked in customer care they say they did not give. But I have records. I'm very depressed. How is this possible? How do I find this? This is breach of privacy.

                                  I haven't used any data service but they are generating the bill and giving notice to pay the bill by giving notice from an advocate.I used airtel postpaid sim 5 months ago but I am not using the data services from it I used the WiFi of other network but kept the sim only for WhatsApp number even without using the data they are generating the bill for 3 months and intimating me to pay the bill
