Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied New Connection of airtel 4G Hotspot with corporate plan Rs.1100 ( 10 3GB 4G data ) through Airtel official website on March 2 2016, I received a call from landine no. [protected] regarding new connection request. executive guide me all plan of AIRTEL 4G hotspot, i agree with all plan with data card, executive told me your request forwarded to my senior officer after 30 minute I got call from Mr. Jai ( Mobile [protected] ). Mr. jai told me please send your all documents in my Whatsapp no. [protected] and My field Executive collect your All documents and do the payment Rs.2300 ( for 4G HOTSPOT DEVICE with 4G SIM ) to my field executive. after 2 hours field Executive ( mobile No. [protected] )comes to my home collect all my documents and Rs.2300 told me your connection will be activated within 48 hours. but after 72 hours Mr. jai and field executive not responding my calls and disconnecting my calls, Please do the neendful help to me I think this Company may Be FRAUD. I want to refund my money Please find the attached Payment Receipt with snapshot of airtel sim & device.

Hi Gaurav,

Do they respond regarding your issue? I also have complaint against one of their sales guy who was also took money from me and didn't respond back from last 5 days... I have submit the complaint to their provided email id:- appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com

You can also send same above issue to this mail. May be this will help you and if not then I am thinking to file a complaint against them in consumer court

    Dear Sir, i wanted to change the bill plan on my number [protected], post giving the request, my data services got disconnected, and every time i am connecting to the call centre, no body is aware of any thing, and every body is giving me the time of 8hours of resolution, since yesterday, that is 3rd of march. when my husband wanted to speak to some senior in the call centre, no senior came to talk, every body kept on saying conveying the message that it will take 6hours.
    on insistence the TC told that it available TL is some Ramayia and Supervisor is Deepak Soni.

    If this is the standard of service @ Airtel where plan change request takes that much of time and more shockingly nobody in the system coming ahead and trying to resolve and talk on the issue.

    Sir, i am writting you this mail in hope, that now with your intervention only this problem can be solved.

      I am using 3G data services of airtel. Suddenly a link come up asked for yes or no option, That window doesn't mention anything specific about that i will be charged for 99 rupees. I received message Video Club have been activated. I deactivated it immediately after that i called customer care & told about whole incident they said they will not refund my money. They said it is 3rd party services. I can't understand a company like AIRTEL give peoples money to third party without even telling them. I want just my refund.

          I have already spoken to the airtel representative on 198 regarding this but i have not received positive feedback.I had called on an ISD Australian number today(04-mar-2016) at 12:24 after a few rings the receiver cancelled the phone call but still my account was charged with Rs.12.I have also asked for a screenshot from the receiver asking for the cancelled call proof which is attached below(australian time).The customer care representative not only spoke rudely to me but also never budged from her explanation of as how my call was received for 4 seconds.
          I have noticed this for the first time and dont know how many times they might have charged me with this.I want a refund along with extra compensation for the time i wasted calling them numerous times and harrassment.I had tried registering complaint on their site but it gives error again and again.Kindly resolve my complaint.

            For the Installation order No. 52582908, I payed the broadband fees of Rs.1000 on 25th Feb 2016 and I got a confirmation message that the installation will be done within 3 days. Today is 4th March and still the installation is not yet done. Whenever I call the guy who came to collect the installation fees either he doesn't picks the call or if he picks he says that due to some technical glitches they are not able to install it at present. I am highly dissatisfied with the service airtel is offering, this inconveneince wasn't expected.

                We had submitted a request for shifting our landline and broadband connection within the city. Despite dates and timings being given, NO ONE showed up. After 5 working days, when one calls up a new request is taken and a further date after 5 days is given. At this rate we could wait till next March!! Since this is beyond the customer care executive's purview I speak to a 'Senior' Mr Rohit Chaurasiya who assures me of a call within 2 hours and speedy action. 4 hours later, I am on a call with another 'Senior' Mr Ali, waiting for some action.

                    My number : [protected] has been deactivated suddenly without any SMS or mail notification, even though sufficient fund was as prepaid number.The same number has been used by me for morethan 10 years as postpaid and it has been converted to prepaid a year ago.When we visit Airtel customer care center, they could not even raise or take our complaints, as this says invalid number. No response from Nodal officer Karnataka for repeated mails.Only Appellate authority has responded saying that they will reactivate the number.Got the new sim also, but ARC called us and said, ti cannot be reactivated again.

                    Almost morethan 45 days, all my transactions and bill payments have been stopped without my registered mobile number.

                    Please do help to reactivate the number as soon as possible before giving this number to someone and create more problems.

                    My number : [protected] has been deactivated suddenly without any SMS or mail notification, even though sufficient fund was as prepaid number.The same number has been used by me for morethan 10 years as postpaid and it has been converted to prepaid a year ago.When we visit Airtel customer care center, they could not even raise or take our complaints, as this says invalid number. No response from Nodal officer Karnataka for repeated mails.Only Appellate authority has responded saying that they will reactivate the number.Got the new sim also, but ARC called us and said, ti cannot be reactivated again.

                    Almost morethan 2 months, all my transactions and bill payments have been stopped without my registered mobile number.

                    Please do help to reactivate the number as soon as possible before giving this number to someone and create more problems.

                        On 29th January service provider of my mobile no [protected] has been changed from vodafone to airtel postpaid.
                        As per plan I am supposed to get 600 min free call and 1 GB data free. My bill date is 19th of every month.

                        When I have received my first Airtel bill I have found that I have been charged RS 745/- extra for my data usage.
                        Whereas I have used .94 MB out of 1GB. Airtel Customer executive replied me that since my connection was started from 29th Jan so i will not get 1GB free data for this month and I have been charged on pro-rata basis.

                        But I was totally unknown about this fact because no one from Airtel informed me. Even when I logged in to my airtel account it always show my current usage based on 1 gb data is available.
                        I have not received neither any mail or sms notification that I will not get 1GB data for this month.

                        Now they have charged RS 745+ Tax at the rate of 3 paise/10KB due to prorate basis for around 248 mb data. Whereas at market at Rs 750/- 5GB 3G data is available.

                        After complaint to Appellate Authority they apologized for the inconvenience and returned only Rs 500+tax not the total amount.
                        But my question is if the problem is in their system about notification then why should I pay any amount for that.

                        Please need a solution.

                          We have registered repeated complaints against falsified and hidden/ un-notified charges and despite investing several hours over many months explaining the issues to the billing authorized personalles. It has resulted in no resolution from the company"s side except for false promises and fake commitments of getting the problem resolved by several people calling on behalf of the company claiming to be senior executives.

                          All the details regarding the complaints have been explained to and duly accepted by these so called executives time n over. But all they do is give an assurance (now totally unreliable) of resolving the matter. But all that gets done is a call from a new executive after a few days of previous call or complaint.

                          Without a proper look into the matter and appropriate resolution of issues in written by the company, we shall be unable to reimburse these falsified charges.

                          Kindly stop the harassment and mental agony. We are already facing several losses in business due to unjustified termination of services of the registered number by the airtel company.

                          but as usual there has been no written response! only automated calls messages and odd hour calls by people claiming to be senior executive from idea (who have no information about the problem in hand and utter disregard to the previous complaints)
                          Just one of the examples is ms. Tahseem (as told by herself) in regard to complaint no. [protected] lodged on 3rd January 2016 at 1 pm after investing 1.5 hours with her explaining all the details about the problem faced to which she claimed she has made notes in the complaint which shall be forwarded to the billing team for further processing.
                          HOWEVER 4-5 days later when a call came from the person claiming to be from billing team of idea, they had NO INFORMATION whatsoever about the details of complaint and demanded to be explained again.
                          such instances have been eversince repeating and causing harassment, mental agony, precious time-loss and business loss at our end not to mention the bad reputation of company's name.

                          Once again, "m/s Bharti Airtel" gives a proof of their fraudery.
                          Here in the complaint, they assure of "working to address the concern as soon as possible".
                          HOWEVER, in reality, no one bothers to actually solve the problem and instead they develop a court case against non-payment WITHOUT resolving the problem.

                          NOW I SHALL FILE A FORMAL CASE AGAINST "AIRTEL" for MENTAL HARASSMENT, FRAUDULENT INFORMATION AND DEFAMATION.

                          I was willing to resolve the issue DESPITE all the business loss; but its quite evident now that Airtel doesn't want that. SO be it. See you in consumer court.

                                On 3rd march at 9:00 pm my voice balance was deducted i.e 48 rs on the name of mobile data balance usage.my mobile no is [protected]. I do not use mobile data because I use wifi. I complaint to airtel customer care and talk to senior but they said that I have used mobile data and refund is not possible then I compaint on their site www.airtel.in with complaint no. PR[protected] and credited my account with 48.28 rs.on 3rd march at 11:43 pm and today morning my balance was again auto deducted. I was sleeping Mr. Airtel customer care sir ji. I cannot use airtel mobile data without APN setting. Then I again called to airtel customer care at 198 and told my problem then a lady senior said me that my 48.28rs was not refunded for actual reason. They was refunded because I'm airtel customer care. Senior Madam ji I'm not a person Who need your free gift of 48.28 rs. That was my money which was stolen from my account. she said me please send a message "STOP" on 1925 so that in future your balance will not deducted because internet connection will be not usable on voice balance. I followed her. and I sent message. I'm computer science engineer and I know how to on/off mobile data but Your company, your rules. you have access to any airtel account. You can deduct any amount with any reason because you system shows but We are customers and we have facility to say "ok sir no problem" but I have a problem. I'm not begging you to refund my money but I'm here you to take back my money.

                                    I have request to port out my no. from Vodafone to Airtel to get better services, one of Airtel DSA take my request and provide me a SIM of Rs 250/- and take all required documents for same. From yesterday 02-03-16 night 12.00 Am it has ported to Airtel and my earlier Vodafone no. de-activated. I have put Airtel SIM in my mobile but it was not working, next day 03.03.16 morning 10:30 AM called to same DSA about the same he said that SIM was faulty and he is sending his field boy with new SIM by 12:00 PM, but he did not come. I again called him, he says that he is on the way and give his no. to me but when I called his field boy, he denied to have SIM for me. I again called to DSA then he said other boy is coming to give SIM but no-body has come till 3:00 PM then again I called to DSA then he said to me to go Airtel Service Centre to issue new SIM, then I visit to Airtel Service Centre (Sec-37 Faridabad) and take new SIM and again pay Rs 25 at 04:30 PM and DSA person said that it will activated till 7: 00 PM but it has not activated then I again called to them but they will not picking my phone and also not responding on my SMS his senior also not picking my phone. My phone has not working from last 20 hours. I am feeling like cheated and I am mantely disturb.
