We have registered repeated complaints against falsified and hidden/ un-notified charges and despite investing several hours over many months explaining the issues to the billing authorized personalles. It has resulted in no resolution from the company"s side except for false promises and fake commitments of getting the problem resolved by several people calling on behalf of the company claiming to be senior executives.
All the details regarding the complaints have been explained to and duly accepted by these so called executives time n over. But all they do is give an assurance (now totally unreliable) of resolving the matter. But all that gets done is a call from a new executive after a few days of previous call or complaint.
Without a proper look into the matter and appropriate resolution of issues in written by the company, we shall be unable to reimburse these falsified charges.
Kindly stop the harassment and mental agony. We are already facing several losses in business due to unjustified termination of services of the registered number by the
airtel company.

but as usual there has been no written response! only automated calls messages and odd hour calls by people claiming to be senior executive from idea (who have no information about the problem in hand and utter disregard to the previous complaints)
Just one of the examples is ms. Tahseem (as told by herself) in regard to complaint no. [protected] lodged on 3rd January 2016 at 1 pm after investing 1.5 hours with her explaining all the details about the problem faced to which she claimed she has made notes in the complaint which shall be forwarded to the billing team for further processing.
HOWEVER 4-5 days later when a call came from the
person claiming to be from billing team of idea, they had NO INFORMATION whatsoever about the details of complaint and demanded to be explained again.
such instances have been eversince repeating and causing harassment, mental agony, precious time-loss and business loss at our end not to mention the bad reputation of company's name.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Do they respond regarding your issue? I also have complaint against one of their sales guy who was also took money from me and didn't respond back from last 5 days... I have submit the complaint to their provided email id:- appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com
