Dear sir,
Reminder of my previous mail dated oct -6-2015 and ticket no [|bal|ref21003386|] grivance mail regarding coverage issue . Still no technical person reached the site and solved the problem .
The village people are still suffering from your network as voice calls and data service are unable to process . I request you solve the problem at the earliest
In my village [location 8.409307, 77.846583] more than 650 peoples
Using airtel over a decade, but now all complaints airtel due to poor coverage
Issue.Already our people informed district airtel representatives ( zsm &tsm
).But they are didn't take any action.So now lot of peoples are plan to migrate
To other service provider.But i like airtel network from my childhood. I am one
Of well wisher of airtel. So kindly concern about this matter, please do

Tower location 8.405258, 77.830249 ( vijaya achampadu )
1. Location where you are facing the issue, do mention if any landmark nearby- around 500m on the lattidute and longitude of 8.409307, 77.846583, and landmark is csi st john's church, (It is center point of our village)
2. Since when are you facing the issue- last 2 months
3. Number of signals on your phone (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 )- mostly '0' or else '1'
4. Alternate contact number so that the team can reach you- [protected], [protected]
