I am using airtel postpaid number which belongs to hyderabad circle and recently i transferred to karnataka.I applied for MNP of my existing airtel number to switch from hyderabad to karnatak network.Till now my issue has not been resolved.

I called customer care couple of times and they close my issue without replying or calling me..I went to store couple of times but still they did not resolve.They cheat customers always and i have experienced many times.I regret for choosing airtel network should have switched to vodafone network .

    Hi,
    My complain is abt customer care and wrongly deduct my balance and when i spoke with airtel customer care they were telling me" they can't help. Go on some nearest airtel centre and ur deduction is right ." i was send sms msg on 22222 no just for saving purpose . When i save little massage they didn't deduct any amount but when i was save bigger massage they convent in mms form n they deduct 5rs pr msg and also that msg was showing rejected becoz ofwhat ( this invalid no22222). I want my money back as soon as possible.

      1 mobile was recharged with rs 48 on 18 march 2016.
      2 but not recharged.
      3 mobile recharge automatic but stop the recharge automatic in future
      4 recharged amount to be returned if possible
      5 airtel operator is not allow to recharge from paytm as i talk to customer care of airtel operator . there is not any problem with other operator so please stop automatic rechaged .

        I requested for porting the post paid Vodafone connection from Delhi NCR circle to Airtel Hyderabad 3 weeks ago, but still there is no progress. This is very unfortunate that the company like Airtel which I had very high regards is dealing the case in such a manner. I requested for post paid connection on 6th march 2016 and since then I am continuously following up the case, but every time I get assurance only and not the solution.
        If the situation remains same only then I have to move to some other good company.

          Hi, this miss Ashwini from Delhi having airtel prepaid connection [protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

          Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

            Hi,

            I took a Airtel Broadband connection on 6th Nov'15 and made an advance payment of 6 months and 1 month free from Airtel.

            I raised a request b/w 25th Feb'16-26th Feb'16 for relocating my broadband connection from "A1-1002 Megapolis Splensour Hinjewadi Phase 3 Pune MH 411057" to "G-209 Punjabi Colony Narela Delhi 110040"

            After 2-3 days, I got a call from Airtel executive that in my required location, airtel coverage is not present, hence they won't be able to relocate my connection and hence they took my confirmation for cancelling the connection and they didn't inform me anything at that time.

            On 6th Mar'16, I called again at customer care and asked where is my refund amount of 3 months, they told me that since i asked for cancellation so there won't be any refund. I asked WHY????? I was forced to cancel, I wanted relocation but it was not possible from Airtel end and it was Airtel fault and not mine. They are not able to give relocation of my connection. Finally they agreed and told me that my 2 month of balance will be refunded back to me by Cheque and I will also get a call back in 7 days. Till date, neither I got any call back nor I received any cheque.

            I called today again with an executive, she was talking with me like she can't help. Who will help me then? I have been facing problem for past 1 month and chasing you people. If I don't get my money back, I will take necessary actions.

              It's been more than a month that I had submitted an issue with wync team to look at an issue related to wync music.

              Short description :- When yiu try to cast music to Sony android TV the phone connects to TV, shows album cover and play screen but refuses to play. Checked with different android phones connected and it's the same issue. Other cast apps works fine with TV.

              I have contacted wync support team for support and provided them all relevant information. Screenshots etc but they are not even responding to my emails now. I am an active user of wync music and pay monthly for it. I need this to work for the cost it carries. If it doesn't work, why put it on play store faking that it supports Google cast.

              Please help to provide a solution.

                I have been using an airtel postpaid data card. As im not using my data card nowadays, i went to the airtel store and gave a letter regarding the cancellation of my postpaid SIM card. Theyasked me to pay my monthly bill which is Rs.100. It has been more than 2 weeks now. They gave me no acknowledgement. When i went to the same store a week later, they said that they have sent something about my SIM card to someone. And my SIM is still active. please help me.

                  I am using 3g postpaid plan since 3 months but am getting 2g speed. The amount has been collected for 3g. I have raised this issue several times with customer care as well as the floor managers in Bangalore, but the response I got was worse. I would like to tell that instead of providing 4g in Himalayas, please provide atleast 3g services where humans exist. Worst ever service and response by airtel... No body gives a damn to customers queries.

                    I am not able to make any outgoing calls, or able to receive any incoming calls. I have no connectivity for hours and hours and people are not able to reach me and I am not able to reach others.

                    A network that claims its presence every in India does not provide a proper coverage at the heart of a city in Bangalore.

                    This is completely actionable because the company is not serving the customers as appropriate. Since it is a postpaid connection, they are questionable and need to be held responsible.

                    Whether I use the connection or not, it is a mandate to make the monthly bill on time, if not they will levy a charge as penalty. These sense of negligence should be eradicated from our country. These are the things that separate us from other countries.

                      Hi,
                      I have been using airtel broadband plan of rs 649 for 2 years with a speed of 2 Mbps. 6 months back there was a new plan offered from Airtel for rs 615 with broadband speed of 4 mbps. One of my co-residents in my apartment have been using Airtel 615 plan and they are getting 4 Mbps speed.
                      When I called Airtel Customer Care and asked to upgrade my plan to rs 615 plan with speed 4 Mbps, I was told that my profile is locked for 2 Mbps and my area is not feasible for 4 Mbps.
                      How would 4 mbps is not feasible for me and is possible for my co-resident in same apartment?
                      And my uncle living in Miyapur is getting 8 Mbps speed for the same plan.

                      If Airtel is not able to provide same speed/service for all users in different areas in same city for the same broadband plan, why are they charging same amount from all customers?

                      Please help me to get atleast 4mbps speed.

                        We made a purchase order to Airtel Chennai for Lease line Connection on 13th jan 2016 and a person named SIDHIQ came and collected the CAF and got a cheque for 37000 in favour of BHARATHIAIRTEL and they said that the connection will be done and when the connection is ok then an acceptance letter will be signed by the customer and then the cheque will be cleared...

                        Its been 3-4 weeks that my internet is down and it has become a duty for me to call customer care and ask them to fix it. The only response i got from them is "it will be done in 24 hours". what more worse is, even my landline isn't working for past 2 days. U[censored] I have never seen such a worst service in my life. Recent update from them is that they gonna fix it by today 6 pm. If that doesn't happen, i gonna post my experience on all social network site and make them famous.

                          Hi, I recently shifted to Mumbai and have converted my circle from Bangalore to Mumbai Circle. I have submitted all the required documents and photographs that was asked for on 3rd March 2016 and till date there is no response. I have visited the Airtel store three times and have no count on the number of times spoken to the customer care executive. In the beginning at least my number was active and was on roaming but now my number itself says not valid. The worst experience I have had here with Airtel. I have even mailed so many people but have not got any response from any. Nor the Airtel store guy near dr BR Ambedkar Road, Wadala, Mumbai store has given any response. Expecting some response here. Please look into the issue ASAP.My postpaid number is [protected].

                            I am under company connection under bl transport or bl transport private ltd. We have more than 60 connections. I am the legal adviser of this company. Having practice of 25 years. My office is at 5, sunkurama chetty street, iii floor, chennai-600 001. We could not signal in our office and we get only disturbed signal or service. If we need to speak we have to come to one particular spot to get the signal. From the date of our transfer from vodofone to till date despite many complaints the problem has not been attended to. When i could not get proper signal at office, recently for the past one week or so i dont get continuous signal or connection at my home also which is at 15, vgn nagar phase -iv, nolambur, mogappair west, chennai-600 095. The call gets mute once in 2 or 3 seconds. This problem is for 3 of airtel connections we have at home and not only to me. This was also complained to the customer care 3 or 4 days before and also complaint has been lodged at the airtel office at mogappair on 23.3.16. I could not get proper connection to certain limit of vgn nagar and after crossing the limit i get proper connection. So any important call, i have to necessarily wait before the limit and speak and go to my home otherwise i have to call from my land line bsnl line. This causes untold prejudice to me and i being a lawyer all my clients face untold hardship and for me too it is untold pressure and agony. If i come out of my office and away from my home i get undisturbed service. Generally speaking also airtel service is very poor. The attending to the problem is absolutely very very poor and i would say there is gross negligence in service.The poor service forces me to cut the call and dial again and again which is a monetary loss to me and indirect way of profit to the airtel company, which trai has repeatedly condemned. Therefore i hope atleast on seeing this mail my problem would be attened and rectified immediately. Failing which i would be constrained to change over to some other service provider besides making you liable for the gross deficiency in service which resulted in utmost mental agony, pain and sufferings and also monetary loss to me.

                              While I really enjoy watching the TV ads of Airtel 4g, what your team have seem to forget is to back the ads campaigns with reliable service. I had airtel 4G LTE (WIFI modem) connection for 3yrs, never got 4g speed.
                              I switched to airtel broadband about 4 months ago, I have experienced nothing but pathetic service both from technical and the service aspect. The frequent disconnection/slow internet are a part of my daily routine. The customer service that I receive when I contact your contact center is “Worst in Class”. There is absolute lack of empathy and no “Ownership”. I have been hung up multiple time by your customer service leaving me with no option but to consider cancelling my connection.
                              I would like to seek clarity on the below mentioned points:-
                              A) Why do I seem to have frequent disconnection issues? What is the causal factor?
                              B) Will you be able to provide satisfactory service without me having to call every now and then to report connection issue?
                              C) Why is your customer service team so insensitive? I have been hung up on, spoken rudely.. They have done everything but fix my issue.
                              Please provide me an honest response. I would respect you and your company greatly if you plainly tell me that the service to match my expectation cannot be provided. And if that the case, I would be happy to consider my options. What I don’t want to hear is “FALSE PROMISES”.
                              Early response is highly solicited. (Just to emphasize my point, my internet connection disconnected 3 times while I am drafting this email)

                                Airtel is very prompt in making promise and collect advance and documentation. Then no one contacts. If you call them, first sentence you will hear without listening - we can give your money back. But people, they will not even do that. They keep saying call who came to you sell this. They will say salesman did not contact them before selling service... And all kinda blame other game. Customer service is run by jokers .. I asked what is your name, he says " I will not tell you. If you want to make complaint..do what you can, i don't care". Not to mention, I did not even talk about that. but it looks like he is so much in habit of listening that he is prepared for that. This is no where but in prime gomtinagar location in Lucknow.

                                I feel pity for the organization, and the management that is in capable of finding right service people when India is the hub for the world.

                                People stay sea from this company, if you need any broadband service. They will destroy your plan and your positive attitude about India... Worst ever telecom company I dealt with..

                                  I dinesh kumar using aitel digital tv [protected] on the name of mast ram (Father). My complaint is regarding to account deactivation. I upgraded my connection tu multiconnection. When i requested for multi-connection, they told me that i will get hd stb, remote, hdmi cable, 10 mtr free cable and 1st month free on hd connection. I requested them for new dish antena, then their representative told me rs. 1200 total charges including dish antena. On the day 8th march their engineer came and installed new stb, i paid him rs 1615 total for hd stb, dish antena and extra cable. And i recharged my id with rs. 200. Then i got rs 820 in my account nd validity till 28th of april. Next day i got notification on tv to recharge my connection. When i checked my account balance i was shocked, it was just rs. 178 nd validity till 14 march. I called to airtel and told their representative, he told me that dont worry it will work till 28th april. But on 14th march my stb got an error of recharge account. Then i called to airtel again then representative told that they dont provide one month free. And told me to mail call recordings to airtel. I mailed all the recordings. But they dont replyied me yet and my dth services are still off. Please help me in this matter as soon as possible.

                                      I am having an airtel landline connection[protected] in chennai and raised service request no. 64328732 on 04 feb' 16. Airtel didn't shift my connection as mentioned by the customer care within 5 working days.

                                      I again raised complaint by calling airtel customer care on 11 th feb 2016 against non-completion of service request. They asked for two days to resolve the complaint but simply they extended target date for closing the complaint.

                                      When i sent mail to Nodal office South and also to Appellete authority for Tamilnadu region and got irresponsible response that my complaint will be resolved as early as possible without any target date.

                                      On 23/03/2016, Appellate authoriesties stated that, they had no permissions from house owner, as they need to the repair the dp box.very same day another appellate authority called and stated there were no spare tag available and not sure when next one will be available.

                                      When i insisted that i can wait, she told already ten people waiting in queqe for that tag and she was very eager to terminate the connection, rather than to provide connection.

                                      Resolve this issue at the earliest as i had waited too much on it.

                                      Just few moments back spoke to airtel appellate authority, since they cannot quantify the day when they can give connention, due to spare plug unavailability. They have asked me to take termination or to pay the bills during the waiting period.

                                      When i suggested them to provide wavier on the bills, so that i can retain the connection till the issuse is solved, they were against it.

                                      Authorities were more intrested to terminate the connection, than to resolve the issue.So, i opted out.

                                      Very poor feasibility study and lack of response from backend and service team.
