I am under company connection under bl transport or bl transport private ltd. We have more than 60 connections. I am the legal adviser of this company. Having practice of 25 years. My office is at 5, sunkurama chetty street, iii floor, chennai-600 001. We could not signal in our office and we get only disturbed signal or service. If we need to speak we have to come to one particular spot to get the signal. From the date of our transfer from vodofone to till date despite many complaints the problem has not been attended to. When i could not get proper signal at office, recently for the past one week or so i dont get continuous signal or connection at my home also which is at 15, vgn nagar phase -iv, nolambur, mogappair west, chennai-600 095. The call gets mute once in 2 or 3 seconds. This problem is for 3 of airtel connections we have at home and not only to me. This was also complained to the customer care 3 or 4 days before and also complaint has been lodged at the airtel office at mogappair on 23.3.16. I could not get proper connection to certain limit of vgn nagar and after crossing the limit i get proper connection. So any important call, i have to necessarily wait before the limit and speak and go to my home otherwise i have to call from my land line bsnl line. This causes untold prejudice to me and i being a lawyer all my clients face untold hardship and for me too it is untold pressure and agony. If i come out of my office and away from my home i get undisturbed service. Generally speaking also airtel service is very poor. The attending to the problem is absolutely very very poor and i would say there is gross negligence in service.The poor service forces me to cut the call and dial again and again which is a monetary loss to me and indirect way of profit to the airtel company, which trai has repeatedly condemned. Therefore i hope atleast on seeing this mail my problem would be attened and rectified immediately. Failing which i would be constrained to change over to some other service provider besides making you liable for the gross deficiency in service which resulted in utmost mental agony, pain and sufferings and also monetary loss to me.

As the connection is new and the Airtel person itself dont know the Account Number. then how can a customer knows the account no. The connection has been taken in the name of M/s GOEASY MART.
