Hi all,

I'm getting calls from your sales call centre repeatedly every now then it's been 7-8 months even after telling them I'm not at all interested in switching to Airtel your executives keep of calling like hell as if it's going to be the end of the world if you don't switch to Airtel may be you must be happy with such people that they are putting efforts to convert customers for you but it's nothing like that you cannot get a customer by repeatedly irritating someone it's been 7-8 months they call anytime in the morning in afternoon in the evening and all your land line numbers starting from 01133 and 01166 I don't even remember how many times I've asked them to put the number on a " Do Not Call" list but it seems they don't even know the meaning of it. Unfortunately with your executives unprofessional and inhuman behaviour I don't think I will ever switch to you nor I will ask any of my friends, family members or relatives to switch to you. I had Airtel tv I have also got that disconnected because of the number of times you people keep on calling. Your executives are so damn stupid if they will call you at 1 Pm and you ask them to put the number on DNC they will first assure this will not happen and then in next half an hour or within an hour you will again receive a call from them for switching to Airtel. I want to understand how can you convert a customer towards you by irritating them constantly. You consider yourself a big service provider so if my number is not going to be put on a DNC list then I will post all your numbers from which you call on every social media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and then you will yourself see your potential of making or loosing a customer or " More customers "

Please if you're looking someone to get interested in your service or not loosing your current Airtel customer put my number on a Dnc list and train your executives well.

I hope to hear a positive response from you.

    Airtel is fooling people i have activated auto STD pack in Feb 16 the STD call rate reduced to 35 paise per min that was the plan but in actual 1.2 to 1.5 Rs cutting from balance & approx 100 rs deducted from my balance & when i complaint to costumer care the told that it is internal error from next month we will be activating your service when i asked about my deducted money they have not given any response and same issue i am facing again i got the message your std pack are renewed & my call rate is not as per my plan
    So Airtel people are cheating... pls do not fool the people

      I raised complaint in Airtel Broadband more than a month ago, called 5-6 times for followup but every time Airtel closes the complaint without solving it.
      Finally I called to disconnect my connection if they are unable to solve my issue. Its been 20 days and they are neither resolving the issue nor disconnecting my connection.
      I am unable to understand the monopoly of Airtel. They are cheating me so much. They are neither solving my issue nor disconnecting it, I am forced to live with the issue and keep paying them. Its like torture..!!

      Its been 3 weeks since the Airtel people replied over my complaint (at this forum) and still nothing is done. Its a live (and with proof) example of how they are managing the issues and concerns. No one even contacted me for this issue.
      I will anyway not pay the current bill as neither my complaint is addressed nor my connection is deactivated on my request.

      Hi,
      Airtel team is full of bad people. Someone called me and in spite of resolving my issue they said that we will remove your connection if you are not happy. I said, is it so difficult to give me a landline connection for which i am begging for 2 months. They disconnected my internet and now are saying that we will not give it back before a week. I was not ready for it, didn't approach any other vendor so i am seriously stuck. Everyday, i send mail and call and they say that it will take a week for them to restore my connection (Whereas it takes just 2 days for a new connection). One person also said me that pay rs. 3000 as new connection charge and take new connection. Airtel will trouble you like this if you want the same connection.
      Seriously, i had never thought that airtel will come down to this level. Horrible...!!!

        Broadband problem.

        This is the mail regarding my complaint me forwarding to the airtel but no proper response and there is no proper rectification . They think we have got time to only call them everytimr and raise the same issue.

        After providing these kind of worst services they expect me to pay my airte broadband bill which is a pure atrocity.

        I have recharged 264 on 25.03.2016 for 1GB 3G + 1 GB 4G data. But I have received only 1 GB 3G data. I called several times to Airtel customer number and also send mail to 121.in.Airtel.com mail ID. But till now they did not give me 1 GB 4G data. They are telling that They have given to me but I am not able to use.

        They are giving some nonsense answer and misguide me.

        Ultimately, whenever I am using my 4G data, Airtel deducted data charge from my 3G data.

            Hi I am Amod kiran. I received a message on my airtel mobile no [protected] at 1117 hrs on 26 march from Airtel that on recharge of Rs 28 STD 25 p/m for 28 days. Offer till 31 mar. I recharged my same Airtel mob no [protected] from Airtel money same day (today) but I got some other plan which is of no use for me. This is a fraud to me and absolutely not fair. My money should be refunded.

              I am using airtel broadband connection. Number is[protected]. During installation i paid rs 1000/ and i was told and promised this was refundable after cancellation. Now that i want to surrender the broadband connection they are stating very harshly infact that it is non - refundable. I am ready to surrender the modem too. So according to airtel's commitment they should refund or adjust rs 1000( paid during installation).

              How do you want to proceed to resolve because airtel is hanging up my calls and not replying to my e-mails too,

                I requested for a trial 4g hotspot. Someone called and the appointment was fixed for last sunday. But no one called or showed up. I received a follow-up call the next day asking me for a feedback. I told her that no one came or called me. She arranged for a reschedule on monday, again, no call, no show.

                Today, i got a call from an incapable representative, asking if i have raised any request. I said no and i explained that the request was raised a week back. Then she asked my place, i told her, "mysore". She replied, "i am sorry, we are from bangalore. We cannot give 4g hotspot to mysore from here". I replied, "i am sorry, are you telling me that i will not be able to get hotspot trial in mysore just because you are in bangalore?", she disconnected the call.

                I raised a request again, another incapable lady called me to inform that the trial offer expired 10 days ago. I told her that it is not because it is still shown in the website. She said she does not know why it is displayed in the website. I asked her how would someone fix an appointment for last sunday if the offer is expired. She dint respond to that but she asked for my address and i gave her the address. She said, "oh ok, mysore-ah" then she disconnected the call. I dont know whom to talk to or write to, because i would just get a call from some irresponsible representative who would disconnect the call.

                  Airtel activated a service from my account.my mob no is [protected].they charged rs 35 in name of some service.though I have not opted for it.it seems that airtel in convenience of such unscrupulous elements provide service to customers and just after activating do not return amount. Even though I have not used the service for even a minute. What a shame in name of service.

                    Verification call's were made from Airtel which were responded to.

                    Today, I received an SMS saying that Airtel has rejected the portability request due to UPC mismatch. Seriously?

                    Please approve this MNP request ASAP, failure to do so will result in multiple complaints.

                    You have rejected the portability request for no reason and when asked a stupid response which may hold good for illiterates is being sent.

                    You need to tell me specifically the reason with proper proof which you will not be able to because there's no right reason.
                    Neither the UPC expired, nor is wrong or missing.

                      No solution for the earlier complaint as it showing resolved

                      Airtel kolkata despite number one indian mobile service company, not providing the appropriate balance on recharges they offered. Even their nodal and appleate are following the same strategy of avoiding their commitment. Despite providing all the proof of less recharge given, they keep on asking proof of the recharge. Despite giving the recharge confirmation mail from airtel customer care they dont accept to be given less recharge. I recharge my mobile no [protected] through my airtel app. For the special scheme *121#... Special offer 2, of airtel for rs 153 for 1gb, 3g data for 28 days. But i was given only 640 mb for 21 days. It happens to me not for the first time but earlier also. On complaining they will ask question like screen shot of the offer and transaction id of the recharge. It means we have to keep the recharge message and also the screen shot of the current offer. Hence we should avoids using their special offers because it means to fool the customers.                       I Dont understand how do they say the issue been resolved. i am still waiting for the issue to be discussed and resolved since no email or call been received. disgusting.
                      Airtel Customer care executives appreciating such unethical activity and fraudulent special Recharge offers. They accepting these and avoiding it to be continued.

                        Hi,

                        My work place is MG Road, Pune. I am fed up with your fake commitments on data. You have 3G worst network. I have bought a Postpaid plan with 5GB 3G Data whihc is not useful when i am in bhavani peth or M G Road. both place are the heart of the city and prime location of pune. I feel like cheted by airtel on worst services of 3G. I never been able to use this services and it is very frustrating when we dont get 3G. please stop making fool to people and dont launch 4G. 1st you need to correct 3G network and then go step ahead for 4G.
                        This has become a joke, that Airtel can make fun of customers by selling 3G services without providing 3G connectivity. why are you selling 3G services when you dont have 3G network?????????

                          I have a prepaid service with Airtel and have been experiencing non-stop call drops and data service outages on my iphone for more than a month. I have called them many time and they say they will get back to me but nothing has happened. They put me on hold and say they will connect me to their supervisor and after waiting for 10 mins they hang up the phone. I have a startup and my business is online and is seriously suffering because Im not able to check my emails, use whatsppp or skype to respond to my customers in a timely manner. I would like you to do something about this so they dont take people for a ride. I went on their facebook page and there are thousand of people who are suffering because of their poor quality of service. Pease do something about this. thank you

                              I made payment of post paid bill of airtel for rs.233/- on 19.02.2016.Through internet banking from indian overseas bank. The reference no.Paytm -[protected][protected]@907598 for rs.233/-the amount is neithet remitted to airtel company nor refunded in my paytm wallet till date.I have another mob.No.[protected].This is more than a month but till date no responce from paytm.How can we trust and use the services of this company for such delay and no communication. Kindly refund the amount immediately.

                                On 12 mar 2016, I have recharged for ratecutter for my mobile number for rs.209, but mistakenly twice I have recharged.I made a complaint to customer care about that event.customer care assure me that talk time will be credited within 48 hours & complaint reference number:CBNRV[protected], date & time 12 mar 16/13.07.but no talktime was credited until 25 mar 16.again I have made a call to customer care on 25 mar 16 now they replied that it was not possible to credit that talk time. Why airtel make very poor customer support.is there no solution for manual mistake. Making wrong commitment first & refused so cind time is kind of cheating

                                  This is complaint regarding "My Airtel" android application duly updated. During last 4 transactions which i recharged through Airtel App.It showed App Exclusive offer 250 MB additional on recharge of 1.25 GB or more.But when i did the transaction each month i received only 50 MB additional. I also talked to the customer care but received different reply each time. Even the customer care representatives have different reply to the same question. Untrained people are hired by Airtel leading to inappropriate and rubbish customer service.

                                  My First Complaint reference no. PR[protected] on 23rd Mar'16 was acknowledged and immediately auto closed by Airtel complaint without any resolution.

                                  My Second Complaint reference no. PR[protected] on 25th Mar'16 is filed with Airtel again with no resolution.

                                  Airtel is straight away cheating by providing inappropriate or deliberately misleading information in relation to its recharge packs.

                                    I had the airtel app in my galaxy grand prime mobile for a long time. I was using the app with airtel money loaded for a long time. I was also recharging from that app for a long time. Today i could not recharge from the app . Then i uninstalled it and tried to install it. The otp started coming but the otp was never taken by your server for more than 10 times. I got fed up. Then i logged in thru yiu website and now i have decided not to keep any money in airtel app any further.
                                    I will utilise all my balance airtel money from the website login id airtel.
                                    Do something about the airtel app.

                                      My account recharge was over and account was suspended. I did an online recharge of about Rs 643. Its been 2 days now and till now channels are not coming. I contacted customer care 3 times and there response has been same. Switch off this that etc complaint has been recorded we will get back to you. No service till now. Ac no. [protected]. I have been further told (post questioning) that my VC number iam having on my STB is different to what is registered. I really urge you to take this matter seriously
