Airtel brags they have 4g network any part of india. I have taken airtel postpaid 4g datacard i dont have signal in heart of bangalore(Vijayanagar).
So i asked for conversion of to prepaid in december for that they made me go around the airtel stores which did not happened. So got frustrated and asked cancellation again in december they said they lower postpaid bill amount and send an engineer to my home and will check the signal issue but no one came so i asked them to cancel for two three times they wont respond and asking me to pay the bill for jan and feb.
They brag they have signal every where and now if i ask for cancellation they keep on calling and confuse the customer and make the bill to extend for another 2 to 3 months.

This is in reference to your request to stop the service on the airtel dongle number [protected].
I have registered the cancellation request with the reference number sr66602904. The same will be closed by 05:30 pm on 15/12/2015.
Kindly note that you will receive a call for the same within 24 hours from our team.
Request you to note that, the monthly rental would cease from the date the deactivation request is raised (I.E.) 07/12/2015.
However, the charges will be applicable as per the usage from the start of your current bill cycle beginning on 26/11/2015 till the date of cancellation. The same would reflect in your next bill, which is due for generation on 27/12/2015. Rental and discount applicable will be calculated on prorate basis. It is important to note here that the data pack discount will not be applicable on the date of deactivation. You will be charged at the rate of 3paise/10kb in case data usage is seen on your account till the disconnection date.
Any deposit on the account will automatically be adjusted towards the outstanding amount on your account.
The balance amount (> rs. 25) will be refunded through a cheque within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
