I have convert my lapu no. in 4g after a call from airtel.
After convert it I can not done easy recharge and can not change my lapu mpin.
I can recharge only with*122*mobile no.#
Plz help to resolve it.

    Hi,

    I have been using Airtel for more than 5 years. Recently, I am seeing issues with Airtel where calls are getting disconnected in the middle for ~5 seconds and getting connected again. This is irritating and I am not able to talk with anyone.

    I saw some posts and they were telling to use GSM mode forcefully to solve the issue. But, that did not help me much (I use LG G3). There are many android in my area who are also facing the same issue with other devices(Samsung Duos). If it is not solved within 2 days, there is no other solution other than switching to some other providers.

      These people do not provide what they promise on call.. They hav mislead me. They promised a package of 450 with 14hrs free calling and 2gb data for a month with 50rs discount on the bill from cancellation team. They hav not given me this and had stopped my data few mins aftet the call ended.. When i called back i was informed to wait for 24hrs n den was told that my data plan was not added and data plan for 2gb will alone cost 450rs which means tge cancellation advisor lied to me n mislead me.. I had asked for a call frm cancellation this has not been done bt charged me 2.5k on the bill which is incorrect.. I do not owe this money.. This service has been horrible frim a long time and they do not call back as promised and say that they do not have cancellation team over the phone service and they will call back which never happens

        Nothing has been done, we also went to airtel store and surprise they told to call 121 and absolutely regret to say that they do not know any process.

        Anyways there are 4 numbers for which i had done MNP and do not want to convert any.

        Do you have any concrete answer for this.

        i think you as well as your entire Nodal team has lost your mind and seems you are not taking any appropriate actions.
        You just called me to find out what has happened and after month you are saying its been solved.

        Can you elaborately explain the problem and what fantasy or illusion resolution you have given.

        Seems you like to take customers on ride by not accepting your fault.

        With this message you are clearly highlighting how wrongful activities are taking place. Everyday i get a call from Airtel asking that unfortunately because Airtel lost document hence the connection was not activated and if i tell them to mail there is no response. You later do not accept your mistake, simple because you are not calling from Airtel but you have created DSA and they represent but if we have any compliants you just raise your hands and ask us to get in touch and follow up...Just repenting to choose your services...

        PROVIDE PROPER EXPLANATIONS FOR YOUR RESOLUTION.

        If i dont hear back, i am going to upload entire conversation (mail + voice) to show how carelessly you take us for granted and how one of your Nodal officer who called up does not know anything about process and was blaming TRAI for no reasons...

          I have taken six months pack of rs. 2400 and after 2 months they say your balance is rs.-2 and to recharge again.
          Airtel stopped the services without any prior intimation and every month they disrupt services and some how collect for charges.
          Please dont get attracted with airtel offers as they attract with offers and collect double of it later.
          If you choose airtel you will suffer the way im suffering now without tv since last 24 hours after contacting customer care 6 times and even after paying good amount.
          First of all contacting customer care is a hell and that they dont know what they speak.It is surprising to know, airtel being iso organisation, they dont even register the complaint as they have to account for it during iso audit.
          Doing recharge will not be in our hands and they cut amount even if its a day late and reduce the validity days and amount of recharge.
          Think of before going to airtel dish tv.

            I requested for "H32CUG150" plan at the time of converting my prepaid number ([protected]) to postpaid number. Airtel team activated the plan "MyPlan349". Now they are not changing the plan back to "H32 CUG150" because of their system restriction. I need to pay extra monthly bill because of Airtel mistake.
            I also took this matter with appellate airtel team but they are not taking action against their mistake rather asking me to stick with myplan.

                Today 19-march-2016, i had a shock look at the messege i had recieved ... I had 50-55 rs balance in my cell phone . Then i tried to get the proper reason about the same.. But there is no satisfaction towards the customer care of airtel. Airtel is my favourite company and i always prefer all to opt this company.. But it is not good..Coz i dont know the reason of deduction.

                    At my location i am not able to get proper network connection internet frequency is low as per cc has said me ... i have raised complaint against this thing so many times but what they do is send me the reference no . and after some days they will call me and say that this issue is solved and we are closing from our end !!! they didnt even ask me??

                      I was recharging my prepaid airtel with rs 265 data pack, from last 3 month. I got the sms from airtel on 12 march 16 that my data pack is going to expire and reply with 11 if wants to get 10% discount and auto renewal for current data pack. I replied with 11 so that i will get the discount and i have more than 2000mb so it will be carried forward. After some time i got the sms that for confirmation please reply with 1. I replied with 1 and got the, thanks sms. I also recharged my mobile so that i have available balance for auto renewal. I was sure of auto renewal. But it has not renewed and my data pack also got expired, i started doing browsing and it started reducing my main balance. I called to customer care they said that if i had done recharge online then it will not get auto renewal, i was shocked that i have thanking sms for auto renewal, and it had deducted from my main balance. I lodged the complain in airtel then 2nd it has renewed.

                      But still i have not got 10% discount nor my data pack 2000 which should be carried forward from my last balance. I have made the complain they have closed the complain id is pr[protected].

                        Hello My airtel number is [protected] .On 14 March i recharged with 3g plan orderid-662505.But after that i am not getting the 3 speed.The speed is quite lesser than the 2 speed.Its not a signal issue because i tried almost every location of gurgaon and same issue.Last month at same place the speed was good no issue.but after this recharge i am getting lesser speed.Even the webpage is not opening.

                        So airtel is doing fraud with there customers by charging extra for 2 plans.
                        I am not getting speed as per TRAI regulations.

                        How much Time do you need as the validity of pack is only 30 days and i already wasted 9 days using nothing.How this would be compensated.
                        I just want you guys to prove that your 3 g speed at present is same as other network.
                        Airtel is the one who bought 4g ..So dude i know its not 4g you guys are selling 3g with the name of 4g and 3g with the name of 2g.Accept this fraud i am going to move with the other networks. Dont require your help.

                            We have requested for cancellation of 4g Internet on Nov 6th for the number
                            [protected]. However it was not done and we were informed later that it has been
                            converted to prepaid. If it was converted to prepaid, why are we being charged postpaid rental charges until 24th Dec? We have been out of station in the month of November and
                            December and haven't used any internet. But we are told that there is some
                            109mb usage and hence we have to pay the bill. No one is even ready to listen
                            to the situation. We get rude calls from the customer service demanding we pay
                            the amount. Why should I pay when I cancelled it on November 6th itself? We regret to inform that the service provided by Airtel is highly
                            disappointing. We have been speaking to the customer service repeatedly a
                            number of times explaining the issue but in vain.
                            They have themselves mentioned in the mail that their agent made a mistake in not cancelling it and they are sorry. The price of that sorry is Rs. 2500 for the customer, not for the employee who did not do his work on time.

                            This is what I have been hearing from the past few months, that you will resolve the issue but in the end it is the same reply I get - that I have to pay the bill just because your customer support executive made a mistake in not cancelling the connection on time.
                            I have received a call from the customer care today regarding this issue. I have explained the case patiently and after listening to the whole issue, the executive comes to a conclusion that we asked for the connection to be converted to prepaid and hence we have to pay the monthly rental amount which is correct and valid.

                            We never asked for a prepaid conversion and when I asked if he listened to the call recording that actually happened on the above said dates, he said he hadn't verified them but there is a 'note' made by their customer care agent which mentions it. Seriously! A note???? I can also show hundreds of notes saying this was my actual conversation with Airtel. Why do you even record the calls if they can't be used for dispute resolution purposes? Is this the way to resolve an issue - by trying to convince the customer that you are right and valid?

                                    My mobile no. [protected], I have recharged my phone rupees 299/ - 3G Internet pack 1.25 GB Data on[protected], through airtel website under this transaction ID 481835. But it could not happen successful due to some technical error in airtel website.

                                    According to aitel customer care they will give my money refund in 10 working days i. e.[protected].. But till yet I have not got my money on my credit card account.

                                    Regarding the same I have written many emails to their cutomer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority and called airtel 121 customer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority many times and detailed the problem every time but they have not given me positive answers and responses.

                                    Till now I have not got my money. If airtel provide this type of service to every customer which I am facing it is not good or acceptable.

                                    I realized that Airtel has no intentions of refunding my money back.

                                    I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money and provide this type of service to their customers.

                                      मै पिछले 15 दिन से पोरटीग के लिए टृय कर राहा हु लेकिन ऐ हरामखोर ऐरटेल वाले उसे रिजेक्ट कर रहे है .

                                      मै trai से निवेदन करता हु की मुझे पोरटीग को परवागी दे नही तो मुझे पोलीस मे कमलेट करनी पडेगी

                                      मुझे noc रायटिंग मे चाहिए, क्योंकि बाद मे कोई भी व्यक्ति फोन पर बतारहे है कि आप mnp के लिए अप्लाई करो एयरटेल की वोर से कोई ऑब्जेक्शन नहीं है।
                                      में एयरटेल और इतर ऑपरेटर के ऑफिस में चाकर लगाके थक गया हु कोई भी पॉजिटिव रिप्लाई नहीं देता। एयरटेल वाले बोलते है हमारी तरफ से कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है। आप को जिस सर्विस प्रोवाइडर में जाना है उससे बात करो हमने आपकी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट नहीं की.
                                      लेकिन मै जब दूसरे ओपेरटर के ऑफिस जाता हु तो व् बोलते है हमारे वोर से रिक्वेस्ट भेजने के बाद एयरटेल से रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट होती है. कारण बताते है की ये नंबर डिएक्टिवटिव् और अपडेट के रिक्वेस्ट में है। लेकिन मेरी वॉर से कोई भी रिक्वेस्ट आरटल में नहीं गई है।


                                      ये एयरटेल वाले बिना कामके हरामी करते है. एक तो इनका नेटवर्क पुरे हिंदुस्तान में सबसे ज्यादा ख़राब है मेरा फ़ोन दिन में १४ घंटे आउट ऑफ़ रेंज होता है तो में क्यू १००० रु हर महीने बिल पेमेंट करू.
                                      इसलिए में पोर्टिंग कर रहा हु मुझे एयरटेल की सर्विस जीवन में आगे कबि भी नहीं चाइये

                                      मुझे NOC रायटिंग मे चाहिए, क्योंकि बाद मे कोई भी व्यक्ति फोन पर बतारहे है कि आप MNP के लिए अप्लाई करो एयरटेल की वोर से कोई ऑब्जेक्शन नहीं है।

                                      में एयरटेल और इतर ऑपरेटर के ऑफिस में चाकर लगाके थक गया हु कोई भी पॉजिटिव रिप्लाई नहीं देता। एयरटेल वाले बोलते है हमारी तरफ से कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है। आप को जिस सर्विस प्रोवाइडर में जाना है उससे बात करो हमने आपकी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट नहीं की.

                                      लेकिन मै जब दूसरे ओपेरटर के ऑफिस जाता हु तो व् बोलते है हमारे वोर से रिक्वेस्ट भेजने के बाद एयरटेल से रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट होती है. कारण बताते है की ये नंबर डिएक्टिवटिव् और अपडेट के रिक्वेस्ट में है। लेकिन मेरी वॉर से कोई भी रिक्वेस्ट आरटल में नहीं गई है।

                                      ये एयरटेल वाले बिना कामके हरामी करते है. एक तो इनका नेटवर्क पुरे हिंदुस्तान में सबसे ज्यादा ख़राब है मेरा फ़ोन दिन में १४ घंटे आउट ऑफ़ रेंज होता है तो में क्यू १००० रु हर महीने बिल पेमेंट करू.

                                      इसलिए में पोर्टिंग कर रहा हु मुझे एयरटेल की सर्विस जीवन में आगे कबि भी नहीं चाइये

                                      एयरटेल वालो हरामी पण छोड़के मुज़े पोेर्टिंग करने दो नहीं तो पुलिस में FIR दाखिल; करूँगा की एयरटेल मुज़े जबरदस्ती से एयरटेल में रक रहे है

                                      में ट्राई से रिक्वेस्ट आता हु की एयरटेल के खिलाफ कोई एक्शन ले मुज़े एयरटेल में ९० दिन के ऊपर हो गए है ये बात एयरटेल के आउट लेट में उनके एग्जीक्यूटिव में भी कन्फर्म किया है लेकिन उनका कहना है की ये रिजेक्शन ट्राई के ऑफिस से होता है इसमें हम एयरटेल का कोई रोल नहीं।

                                      मेने एयरटेल की पुरे बिल पेमेंट किये है फिर बे एयरटेल से मेरी रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट की जा रही है

                                      प्लीज मुज़े ये एयरटेल की पैसे कमाने के जल से मुकत करो में फ्री में एयरटेल का बिल पे करता हु कोई की मेरे मोबाइल में एयरटेल का नेटवर्क हमेशा नो सर्विस दिखता है

                                      में आपके रिप्लाई की प्रतीक्षा करता हु और आशा करता हु की मुज़े ट्राई में नाय मिलेगा।

                                      एयरटेल पूरी दुनिया में सबसे घटिया मोबाइल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर है.

                                      मैंने पोर्टिंग रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्शन के बारे में पौंड रोड पुणे के एयरटेल स्टोर में ३ दिन पाहिले विजिट करके इन्क्वारी की थी वाहके एग्जीक्यूटिव में मेरा नाम और नंबर नोट करके लिया और बोला में कल सुभह आपको कॉल करके रिजेक्शन की वजह बताता हु लेकिन आज तक पौंड रोड एयरटेल स्टोर से मुज़े कोई भी रिप्लाई मिला।

                                      में हर बार मेरे ऑफिस का काम छोड़के के चाकर तो लगते नहीं बैठ सकता।
                                      ऐसी फालतू सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कंपनी और उसके स्टोर्स को बंद करना चाहिए।

                                      आज में पौंड रोड स्टोर में कॉल करके बोला मेरे मोबाइल में नेटवर्क नहीं है और मैंने ३ दिन पाहिले जो विजिट करके MNP रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्शन की वजह पूछी थी उसका क्या हुवा तो एग्जीक्यूटिव Mr. दिव्यप्रकास ने बोला आपको स्टोर विजिट करना होगा अगर मुज़े हर बात के लिए स्टोर विजिट करना है तो हम आपको कॉल करते है ये बात उनके एग्जीक्यूटिव में क्यू कही ३ दिन पाहिले। क्या हम कस्टमर चुटिया है

                                        I have paid an amt of Rs.1, 143.86/- against the internet bill on 8th Feb 2016 transaction ID:[protected] But I received the mail from airtel payments saying that the payment is failed as it was declined by the bank. At the same time on the other hand I received the sms from my bank saying that you have made a debit card purchase of INR 1, 143.86.00 on 8th feb 2016.Info.IIN*Bharti Airtel.' Now I am getting regular messages from airtel to pay the ovedues.It means that the amt has been deducted from my bank but the bill stands unpaid.The transaction was done on 8th feb 2016 but till date the amount is not been credited to my bank account which is supposed to get recredited to my account if the transaction was failed. Inspite of contacting the airtel customer care several times my concern is not been resolved til date. Please help me out resolve this issue..
