Regarding unexpected balance deduction from prepaid main account

Billing without prior notification for extra data usage-reg

I would like to bring to notice that every month my bill comes to above the plan amount of Rs. 999. I am never alerted that I have crossed my limit data usage. If such a simple alert could not be sent to inform me, I think I should find another option than you looting my pocket. Please do the needful at the earliest and if you cannot send a reminder, wave my extra charges.
