No proper response for my hello tunes

I have activated hello tunes yesterday but not working today. So I called to 121 service but those people they are not caring on the services and made me wait for nearly 30 mins. The supervisors are not able to service properly

Unauthorised transfer of number

I had been using the number [protected] till the past 10 months. Now, the number has been reassigned without sending me any information regarding the same. The new user has gotten hold of my contacts through Whatsapp and is now sending obscene messages to my relatives. Airtel says that they cannot help me regarding this....

I am also complained indian consumer complaint on 11feb 2016 regarding blocked my airtel sim without any prior information. After sometimes they sent a mail for activating that sim.but still now it didn't work. Customer care also not answer properly.please help me for activating that no.

Cheating by airtel representative

Now after making so many complaints they installed HD ..but still fro day one it is not working..what the hell these people.I am getting irritated because of the airtell representatives.I will make FIR in police......

Dear executive head,

Recently I recharged 200MB data pack.
Fortunately I couldn't use my data as it was stolen not only data MB but also my main balance of Rs. 50.
After complaining several times to customer care I got back my rupees but not the MB.
After that I wasn't calling to anyone and my balance was Rs 248.
Yesterday I made one call and checked my balance...

Hi,

I've been using this number for quite a long time. Few days back when I checked my account balance, it was ₹213, and today I found it ₹49. I'm shocked seeing such a deduction, so I called customer care to check what is going on. They said it got deducted because I used internet without data package. But that is not possible because that sim is being used in a basic phone of Nokia which does not has internet facility....

Mobility not getting correct services

Prepaid - call drop and unclear voice due to network issues

My airtel prepaid no. is [protected]. Of late my calls are not getting connected properly as well as my call receiver is complaining about lack of clarity in the voice. I checked with service centre for any hardware issues, but there are none. Call clarity is not there because of improper bandwidth. Since airtel launched 4G with pomp, call quality got effected. Please help resolve this issue for better service....

Not being allowed to browse beyond FUP limit

This is to bring to your notice that the data usage of my Airtel dongle [protected] had reached its FUP limit of 10 GB of 4G on the afternoon of 24 Feb 2016 for that month's cycle.

Next cycle has started from 26 Feb 2016 00:00 Hrs.

As per the terms and conditions, after the FUP limit is reached, the customer is entitled to "UNLIMITED" internet access "AT LOWER SPEED".
