I have activated hello tunes yesterday but not working today. So I called to 121 service but those people they are not caring on the services and made me wait for nearly 30 mins. The supervisors are not able to service properly

I had been using the number [protected] till the past 10 months. Now, the number has been reassigned without sending me any information regarding the same. The new user has gotten hold of my contacts through Whatsapp and is now sending obscene messages to my relatives. Airtel says that they cannot help me regarding this....

I am also complained indian consumer complaint on 11feb 2016 regarding blocked my airtel sim without any prior information. After sometimes they sent a mail for activating that sim.but still now it didn't work. Customer care also not answer properly.please help me for activating that no.

I'm shocked seeing such a deduction, so I called customer care to check what is going on. They said it got deducted because I used internet without data package. Bharti Airtel has billing and data tracking frauds within the system and I have proof of the same.
My bill cycle is from 26th of every month and quota given to me is 35GB of data. On 24th Dec, I left for a vacation and returned on 29th Dec, all electricity connections were switched from main panel and on 27th morning Airtel sent me a mail saying that 80% of your data has been consumed, whereas my modem was switched...

I have a airtel post paid sbi cug no [protected]. I have sent so many mail to airtel company regarding duplicate bill by corporate e mail id but the company not provide duplicate bill till today even i have paid all due amount....

I have a complain against customer care executive from whom I hadn't received the proper information regarding the Rs.49 Plan. On 23 Jan, I called executive (Her) to disconnect my active 5GB 4G data plan but she insisted me to keep my Airtel number active just for 49 Rupees. She told I can't use internet if keep this plan except keeping my airtel number active. She told me even if I keep my 4G Hotspot ON, internet doesn't work after activation...

This is to bring to your notice that the data usage of my Airtel dongle [protected] had reached its FUP limit of 10 GB of 4G on the afternoon of 24 Feb 2016 for that month's cycle.
