Who asked to activate to deduct rs.35/-follo all week service and has been deactivated immediately on myairtel mobile number [protected] without crediting the deducted amount.
This has became an habit for airtel customercare centre personel.Kindly refund my deducted amount immediately and stop such type of activities infuture by it's staff and not to fool public

    Yesterday, all of a sudden my account balance came to 0.0 ( i am using shared internet and we have around 90mb of 3g data left / nearly 1.1 gb of 4g data) i thought data might got over and hence it has taken from main account. Then later on when we checked we were having 90 mb of data ( in chennai 4g wont connect in most of the places - only 3g and so that 4g data is waste -unable to carry over ) morning i called cc and they told they mistakenly taken the amount from my account and they will credit in 4 hrs as per the request( ???).
    Then they asked me to dial 1925 - and ask to deactivate the mobile data from using the main balance when own/shared data is not available .( it wont deduct from main account ) and i asked whether i can use the 2g data which is unlimited. One guy (Senior guy ???) venkatesh told yes you can use that, and by deactivating, ur main balance wont get affected. After some time, i cant even able to connect to 2g. When checked we have 90mb of data ( night and morning we were using wifi at home ). Again i called cc and this time one lady came and she told that we cant share th 2g data and 90mb is reserved that cant be used and u can share 4g( but no 4g signal to share ) since i deactivated that mobile- data -from -main-balance thing, u cant able to connect to net. What a bull is this ? Directly they are cheating us and we are not able to do anything. Not sure what we can do now. Writing this with all frustrated and angry to the core.

    Submitting a complaint in consumer complaint forum hoping some action will be taken on this. Previously one month is 30 days and now it is 28 and for some pack it is 25 days .

        We are cancer patients admitting in cancer ward and lodges near the cancer hospital. Among us Airtel sim card is the most common used but poor radio signal is our problems. The nearest Airtel tower is erecting at RIPANS, Zemabawk Aizawl. which is 50 meter away from our hospital. Even there is no long gap between us, but still we don't get good signal especially 3g, 2g and all. We learn that, all Airtel Signal Dics/pole/antenna are not directed cancer Hospital rather moved away from cancer hospital.
        So if honourable Airtel Company add a single antenna or whatever device to rectify the poor signal. It would be very grateful to us.

            On 16.03.2016 airtel deducted around 530 MB + Rs. 68 balance from my mobile in a span of 10 mins while i was on a call on whatsapp. Several times i tried calling airtel consumer no. but they have not at all connected to the consumer center. After trying a lot at last they connected but the CCR was so rash that she is not able to explain why the balance and data got deducted. in turn she just disconnected the call adding to the arrogance how CCR responds to consumer complaints. i request airtel to look into the matter and credit back my data balance and main balance immediately failing which i need to port my number to a different netwrok.

                  My airtel prepaid phone no. +91-[protected].I paid a sum of rs.998 for international roaming facility in usa. But it has not yet been activated inspite of my seeral attempts. Either the phone should be activated for international roaming immediately or the amount paid by me should be refunded to me.

                    I made payment to airtel for number "[protected]" using Paytm. I made a mistake in entering the std code. Paytm has confirmed making payment to airtel and airtel is in complete denial. On top of it, airtel is serving me threat over email.

                      I am praveen from chennai, i am using airtel datacard for more than 1 year, card no.[protected].
                      I had called customer care for cancelling datacard, because it is consuming lots of data automatically . From airtel they had taken the request for cancelling ( order no.[protected] on 14th march ). But nobody from airtel side had called me. On 16th i had called airtel and tolled them about the request status, but they put me hold for more than 10 mins and call had been dropped down. I had called 3 times for this issue but poor response from airtel side, they even cant able hear the clear details from my side. I need immediate response from airtel side about issue...

                          Airtel brags they have 4g network any part of india. I have taken airtel postpaid 4g datacard i dont have signal in heart of bangalore(Vijayanagar).
                          So i asked for conversion of to prepaid in december for that they made me go around the airtel stores which did not happened. So got frustrated and asked cancellation again in december they said they lower postpaid bill amount and send an engineer to my home and will check the signal issue but no one came so i asked them to cancel for two three times they wont respond and asking me to pay the bill for jan and feb.
                          They brag they have signal every where and now if i ask for cancellation they keep on calling and confuse the customer and make the bill to extend for another 2 to 3 months.

                          I have registered the cancellation request with the reference number sr66602904. The same will be closed by 05:30 pm on 15/12/2015.

                          Kindly note that you will receive a call for the same within 24 hours from our team.

                          Request you to note that, the monthly rental would cease from the date the deactivation request is raised (I.E.) 07/12/2015.

                          However, the charges will be applicable as per the usage from the start of your current bill cycle beginning on 26/11/2015 till the date of cancellation. The same would reflect in your next bill, which is due for generation on 27/12/2015. Rental and discount applicable will be calculated on prorate basis. It is important to note here that the data pack discount will not be applicable on the date of deactivation.                           I paid and cancelled (eventhough i did not use for two months since only for your signal ineligibility in the area)the datacard. Firstly correct the signal in vijayanagar bangalore and stop saying we are givng 4g newly there will be issues then why r u bragging in the tv ads.

                              I have expressed my interest for Airtel broadband connection through airtel website and updated my number. I got a call back from airtel representative
                              describing about 16 mbps speed in my location and I agreed to provide documents and installation cost of Rs 1000.

                              A collection agent collected documents and Rs 1000 from me and assured of 16 mbps speed. But on the next day installation person said only 2 mbps possible for my area and stated sales person have wrongly updated me. I have cancelled the installation request

                              I visited airtel showroom with the receipt but they do not take responsibility.

He asked to visit Airtel - Adyar for refund meanwhile he will forward my complaint. He assured to share complaint request number through SMS but never received till now. Airtel frauds continues..
                              Thanks for hearing this issue.

                              I do not have any airtel account number as broadband connection was not installed. But i when i visited
                              airtel store they can view my broadband connection request details using my alternate contact number [protected]

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                Kindly note that from the beginning of Airtel broad band connection, I was promptly paying in time without any delay charge to Airtel.

                                Due to flood in Chennai, Airtel has failed in its broadband service connection to my home as follows:
                                In the month of
                                November 2015: 8 days disconnected
                                December 2015: All days disconnected
                                January 2016 : Service disconnected after restoring only for 3 days

                                Kindly note that in theses above 'three months' totally 27 days ONLY they provided connection.
                                But they wanted charge for all days for these 3 months!
                                Due to this cheating attitude of Airtel, I stopped paying they and my multiple request for proportional bill for the connected days were not cared by Airtel, but they continuously demanding for whole 3 month charge with torturing me and my family with rubbish talks over phone and also in person.

                                Actually I suffered a lot with their disconnection in the month of Nov, dec. and January due to their irresponsible service, so I was compelled to change broadband to other operator available here.

                                So kindly advice to protect me from their torture please.

                                  What type of support Airtel is providing is really difficult to understand. After so many mail communication I got a reply on 16th march that Airtel has forwarded my complaint regarding refund related to the concerned team & will be contacting me with an update on the same shortly. But as expected, even after submitting all related documents, till now I didn't get my money back.
                                  It is really shameful that even after so many communications from almost one month, still I didn't get my money back. Without checking your technical issues to give new connection, you have taken money. Your executive came to collect money at 9P.M. You people are making fool to customers, just to complete your targets. The interesting thing is that, on 28th March, I got a call from Airtel and your executive is asking me that how's my Broadband Connection is going on. She even don't know the issue. It is really difficult to understand that what type of system you have.

                                  This is the classic case of cheating.
                                  Dear Airtel,
                                  I am surprised to see the Airtel Customer care. From the first day, I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection, I am struggling to get my money back. I have clearly mentioned that your executive had taken 1899/-Rs on 3rd March.
                                  On 31st March, I got a call from your representative ([protected]) that he talked to concerned person that is responsible to collect the money and he is refusing that he has not collected money from me. Even he blamed me that I have given money to somebody else and I should take his contact no & other details. Airtel is sending their representative & you people are asking me to give his detail. After almost one month & after so many communications, your representative is telling that Airtel didn't get any money from my side. It is really shocking.
                                  Yesterday I got a cheque from Airtel of Rs 1000/-. I am not understanding that why Airtel has reduced 899/-Rs that I have given on 3rd March. Even Name is mentioned wrong on Check. My mistake was only that I have thought to take Broadband Connection from Airtel.
                                  Now please tell me the exact situation that when I will get my full amount that is 1899/-Rs, otherwise now I have to take legal action against Airtel.

                                        Since March 2016 I have port in to AIR TEL Postpaid from Reliance GSM with proper documentation.Hence forth after using the number for 10 days continuously suddenly it was shown SIM registration failed from date 11.03.2016.

                                        There after I have several times to Customer Care and visited to Airtel Gallery(Kalyan, Maharashtra)
                                        But they are unable to give me any satisfied explanation why my SIM is blocked and I am very much harassed with their rough behavior when I asked about the problem solution.
