    I am a user of Airtel from last 8 year and my number is [protected](pre paid M.P)
    I am a regular user of this number on 20 january 2016 my number is switch off
    by company.

    i was in Mumbai that time so i went to Mumbai airtel office but they are unable to give me a solution of it because that's a M.P number.

    then on 20 march i come to Bhopal and went to airtel office T.T nagar office they told me my number is deleted and can not be access again

    the Manager of the office is very very rude
    I am very very dissatisfied with this

    Kindly give me solution of this and provide me that number again

    I am mentally very harass with this

      I am an customer of AIRTEL Digital TV, for past 4 years, I had opted for a la cart package initally, since now i wanted to change from A la Cart to South India Mega pack, I had send may request and phoe calls to customer care requesting them to change the package, till today they haven't change the package. I feel that being a reputed company you'll should not have done these to the customer. Please look into the matter and do the need full at your earliest or I am going to publish it on all national media about your services.

        Dear Sir/Madam
        I am using Airtel connection since last 6 years and I am happy with your service .but in January 2016 I decided to portable my number into prepaid to postpaid so I searched the Airtel executive number on internet and found the number of Mr. Kamlesh([protected]) in Delhi circle.He told me that you have to pay 200 for prepaid to postpaid portability and additional 200 for advanced monthly rental as I have chosen the plan of 199.But the issue is that he told me he will recharge with 200 on my Airtel no [protected] but since last 2 months I called and messaged him a number of time but he is not responding. Please take action against him as he is playing with the company goodwill.I have all the proof as CCTV footage;call records and watsap messages.

            We had made a mnp of the below numbers from aircel to airtel, after the mnp is done we are not receiving any incoming calls from 9th march till date and we have been following with the airtel representative from 9th march onwards and so far the issue is not been sorted out and we have lost lot of valuble business due to non receiving of incoming calls, we need to get the problem resolved and aslo we need a compensation from airtel for the loss of business we had incurred for the last 12 days

              I joined Airtel Postpaid on 14th mar 2016, i called them for verification(it is the process that airtel follow). The guy was not listening at all, he updated wrong email id on my profile. I clearly told him the email id. Which is owned by somebody else and all my details are sent to him. Who is responsible for this.

                And I got a call last night from a number [protected] claiming to be from paytm, asked me my paytm account number and the OTP, I being in a hurry provided the details.. and the person tried to transfer paytm cash from my wallet twice. Luckily there was no cash in my paytm wallet so it failed.

                      I had called Airtel customer care for change my postpaid plan to unlimited Local+ STD calling with a faith on the company Mr. Ashish has pick the phone and offered me that 1499/- monthly rental plan is best for me i have got unlimited local+STD calling in this plan but later-on i came to know that then i call again customer care to to aware all this issue and convert my plan in 1999/- they simply said that its not possible to change twice in month.

                      But here when I tried to change for my Bill plan company has simply rejected my request by saying that its not possible you have to bear all.

                      I want to know from the company that what does not possible means. I called customer care due to this reason.

                      But now I think that this companies are cheating consumers in India and looting us.

                      I want to take strict action against this company.

                                Airtel sold me a 16Mbps Broadband onnection in November.
                                However, I was only getting a speed of 2 - 4Mbps maximum at any given point and constant disconnection in the link. My multiple complaints were auto-closed with "Hub Issue" and no resolution. On insisting for escalation, I was finally informed that there is no support in my area for 16Mbps speed and the maximum support is for 8Mbps.
                                Then why was I sold a 16Mbps plan? I have been paying a bill for 16Mbps since the last 5 months and escalation team has failed to address the issue inspite of several attempts to reach them.
                                I live in the urban area of Bangalore city and it is surprising that Airtel has no support for more than 8 Mbps there? This is unacceptable and Airtel's marketing for high speed seems fake.
                                I am now being forced to downgrade the speed to 8Mbps with no refund for the last 5 months inspite of being over-charged for a service I was never provided.
                                I need compensation for being cheated by Airtel, and am sure there are many more from my area who are being cheated too.
                                I need a refund of my money for the 5 months that I have paid Airtel and Airtel cheating me.

                                  I have been using Airtel since 2011. I have 4 Airtel Postpaid connections and 1 Landline+Broadband connection at home. Since last 2-3 months we have been facing intermittent issues in Broadband and also mobile signal disruptions. Either it is due to road being dug or rains. But recently an Airtel tower has been removed and we see frequent call drops and mobiles showing no Signal for minutes together. This is observed only at Kristal Olivine. Signal works fine at our work places. We have observed this with our neighbors and they have been facing issues as well. Please install a signal booster at our apartment or else we might be forced to get MNP done to other providers. I am sure there are other residents in my apartment and they are all using Airtel.

                                    Last one week i getting the lots of calls from airtel company.Also some (mega, richa nisha)[protected] or [protected] they are call me and abuse me, also use rude language, mentally harassment with me. She is call on my all family members, same person use different- different name, also she is said me- "ki apke baski hai to complaint kar ke dikhao" what is this, who is she, she is call me behalf or airetl for postpaid bill and also she is know i am not a mohd. kashif..i am lady and i am already to her, but she is always doing me calls around 100-200 times back to back calls. i already complaint for the same in woman helpline number soon i am go to file case.

                                      I tried to activate smartbytes on 2016/03/15 (15th March, 2016) through Airtel's website as my data limit of 10 GB was nearing the limit. I tried to activate smartbytes multiple times as every time the transaction was erroring out.

                                      In the evening I went to an Airtel relationship center and the Associate convinced me that my 4G plan is a very old plan and I should abandon the old SIM/plan and take a new connection which will be of same billing amount & data limit but it will not charge any amount for 2G data after my 10 GB data limit is reached. I signed up for the new plan and as per her advice. The next day on 16.03.2016 (16th March, 2016), I sent an email to [protected]@.in.airtel.com for cancellation of my old Airtel 4G LTE Data connection with Airtel number [protected] and Bill plan - 4g 999 CPE lock data plan(without voice & SMS) after my new SIM card for 4G Data got activated.

                                      I received a call from an Airtel associate on 3.19.2016 regarding this and she informed me that my outstanding bill for this month is Rs. 5200 for smartbytes activation of 50 GB data + the usual billing cycle amount which will be generated on 20.03.2016 (20th March, 2016).

                                      Here is the details and timeline of Smart bytes activation sent to me by Airtel associate.

                                      I have already sent email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and I have mentioned in the email that Airtel's server threw a certain error code again and again in every smart byte activation and showed a failed transaction in the website User Interface.

                                      As an end user unless it shows the activation went through successfully, I have no way of knowing that the transaction went through.
                                      Hence I kept trying for Smart bytes activation through their website using different web browser including Internet explorer, Firefox and Chrome browser, and all of them ended up with the same error code and showed me a failed transaction.

                                      Airtel's website was not functioning as expected, hence this is not my fault. If I have used any data out of the smart bytes it activated, I am ready to pay for that data on a pro rated basis. This happened due to Airtel's website issue.
                                      Airtel must take responsibility of it's technically inept website which did not work as expected and not wrongfully charge customers like this.

                                      The bill has been generated but I have not received it yet. I will upload the bill here once I have access to it.

                                      The bill has been generated and my current bill amount is Rs 7018.00 & due to date is 8th April. My monthly bill is around Rs. 1150.00
                                      I request you to look at my issue asap. I called Airtel to lodge a complaint and they won't even take a complaint or let me speak with a higher authority so that I can explain that this happened due to Airtel website technical fault.
