Our numbers[protected] / 40067664, we are 5 years old customer with broadband, we are facing a problem related broadband frequently.
So, we are not ready to continued with broadband, but the landline number is popular in our customer and all advertisements. We required a plan with only incoming facility.
Reaching at company's customer care is very complicated, they can not suggest the plans, which we can afford.
We understand the company has no value for the old customers.

How much Time do you need as the validity of pack is only 30 days and i already wasted 9 days using nothing.How this would be compensated.
I just want you guys to prove that your 3 g speed at present is same as other network.
Airtel is the one who bought 4g ..So dude i know its not 4g you guys are selling 3g with the name of 4g and 3g with the name of 2g.Accept this fraud i am going to move with the other networks. Dont require your help.
