Now days I am suffering through lot of problems with Airtel mobile connection and its internet. It drops at any moment of time no fix pattern. need permanent solution on this but Airtel is list bother about customers and looting them just like that.

I am helpless and no option so stayed connect with Airtel. They making money by looting customers hard earned money. Who has authorized them? that is question and they are list...

i varsha singh, i m airtel user.i converted my sim card into micro airtel sim card before 2 days.and now its not working properly.in that sim card internet is not working.i tried all technical settings.but its still not working.kindly do something.

It's a shame that Airtel looting cutomers by pushing suspension charges of 15 INR for late payment.
These guys should understand this is a pre-pay service not a post paid, as they use to loot customers by levying heavy fine for late payment.
If they charge 15 for each customer, this will be a big loot if there are lakhs of customers in a day, it goes like 15 * lakhs of late payment customers.
Government should take...

I have requested for broadband connection transfer on 1st Feb (ref no.[protected] & it was informed that it will take 7 working days.

March 30, 2015 i have changed my post paid to Prepaid and while making postpaid i had paid 5500 security deposit. when the postpaid was converted to prepaid they have deducted 2500 and 1400 saying that it was deducted to other account and they paid the balance to my account.
i interacted with customer service they informed me that the above amount was by mistake came to your account i mean on the month of September and October 2014...

Hi team,

my mobile does not have proper 4G signal on the sim. Either it works in E with full tower. sometimes I get only 1 signal with 4G and the data works very slow. I have10GB of 4G plan on the sim but still not good. Airtel used to work very nicely earlier but it is losing the reputation for poor signal strength. I need to keep on search for 4G network or work on E signal. please reach me on [protected]...

Its utter disappointment, that even after complaining to customer care about poor speed of Airtel 4G, there is no sign of resolving the issue.
The internet speed in 4G NEVER crosses the 2kbps mark.
It simply fails to open a webpage in the browser or even Google play.

The speed of Airtel 4G don't even match 3G of other carriers....

13th feb I refer my friend for airtel Dth connection also airtel is offering me to earn rs 500 by refering a friend but till today I do not get complete benifits. I called airtel customer service many time but still they gave me complaint number every time but the complain is stil not resolved...
