        Dear Sir,

        I have am using Airtel mobile Post paid service for more than 2 years. Although there were some bill disputes whenever I do some change in my plan or feature, but this is a new bill dispute of its kind to me.

        I have activated Airtel 3G Data Service on mobile Post paid connection on February month and I have requested for cancellation of the Data Service on 07-MAR-2016. My new bill cycle starts on 05-MAR-2016 which means I am late to inform deactivation by 2 days. Although I have not used the data service from 01-MAR-2016 as I was in international roaming. I have got an email from Airtel stating that I have to pay flat Rs 250/- in next month bill eventhough I have deactivated within 2-3 days. Airtel is not ready to discount even a rupee, rather Airtel says they will take Rs 250/- for nothing.

        I am already struggling with Airtel for my last month bill which has double time exceeded the credit limit around Rs 8000/-. While I was dealing with the issue, Airtel is behaving disrespectful manner and pin pointing to pay on last month bill eventhough due date is on 25-Mar-2016 which is two more weeks away.

          I am an Airtel customer for almost 15 years now and was very satisfied with your services so far but never thought that I would be writing this kind of e-mail for my issue resolution (But believe me I am doing this in shear frustration).

          1st Issue - Airtel 4G dongle (Tel.[protected])

          I have purchased the 4G dongle with new connection in the month of November 2015 (Not sure about the date). The 4G internet worked fine for about 1 month however from 2nd month onwards it stopped giving 4G network on the dongle. I thought there must be some connectivity issues near my office area but when I checked the same on different locations I found 4G network (Not even 3G) was not coming on dongle, I contacted technical support but no success for about a week. I only got fake promises, no follow-up calls were made for the same. I contacted technical support again after 10 days and I was told that the SIM is faulty and that needs to be replaced, again no follow-up done for the customer. Finally I contacted the person(Love Kumar – [protected]) from whom I purchased this dongle and he gave me a different SIM and assured my issue will be fixed in next 24 hours. Let me tell you it has been 9 days again my issue has not been fixed and no one seems to be interested in resolving customer’s issue. If your check my usage on the dongle, it has not been used for last 2 months because of this issue and I am still paying the bill.

          Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest as I do not want to take the route which as a reputed company like Airtel would not like a customer to take(Legal action in consumer court).

          2nd Issue - Network Issues at my place

          I have shifted to new house in the month of December 2015 and I have been facing network issues since then. My cellphone is not reachable all the time when I am at home, I have also contacted customer service for this issue and was assured that the network team will visit my place and resolve the issue as coverage is there in that area but again no one came till date and I am still facing the network issues, the only thing which is holding me back for not going for Vodafone or Idea or any other provider for that matter is my experience with Airtel so far in last so many years. But being one of the world’s largest service provider you will also have to make sure that your customer shouldn’t suffer this much, at least not a Corporate customer with a company like Dell which is listed under your AES account list.

          That is all I have to say on the issues. I am expecting a quick resolution for my problem not assurance.


          I would also like to inform you that I have 8 products(On My Name) of Airtel that I am using on a daily basis and I hope you are not the only company who is providing these product and services.

          One last humble request, if my issues can’t be resolved then please let me know up front, don’t give me a run around.             In my phone bill Airtel mobile bill they add value added services without me initiating the. In month of Feb I paid 300 for the Value added services and called them to discontinue the service hence forth, But the company is a cheater and added more next month and billed it around 900. I am pissed and have no choice but to pay the same.

            But i will port the number to other service provider as well as other 5 postpaid numbers also.

                My name is XXX i am really shocked for the behavior of one of the customer care person who called me and threatened me literally over the call with regards to Mr. Tarush Heraje being the owner of [protected] Airtel connection.

                I wonder how can someone just call me and ask for the person to who i am not even related to. being rude over the call to a airtel customer itself. does it give good wibe or fame to airtel company????

                I am not the responsible person for the bill he has made calls on...

                y dont u people check with his family members first then call the reference,

                dont u guys do any kind of verification before submitting the SIM CARDS.?
                dont u guys have his address wch u r suppose to take care of and check them with about this????

                I myself am a airtel cust, my family members all are, , it is such a bad thing to do..

                please cross check about this. and then threaten people.

                  I submitted the docs for an addon card at Airtel store located in RT nagar CBI road on 4th and its been 5days the number is not activated.. After cont calls to customer service n speaking with revathi floor supervisor, arvind floor manager n another manager and 3 visits to the store n changing my plan the number is still inactive. Ur customer care managers tell we cant do anything. The store guys tell they submitted the docs.. Now what do I do? I have to go legal of the number is nt activated in a days time.

                      Dear sir,
                      i ma facing the above mentioned problem from last 3-4 months but till date i the problem has not been resolved. And last week on 26th /27th march'16 i came to know that there is some technical problem with the location but the same was not informed to earlier, for the same i have been charged also.
                      My concern is that the services (3g) which airtel is unable to give me than why should i pay for the same.
                      As if a client is unable to p[ay bill on time airtel charges the late payment fee because client is unable to meet the commitment, now if the company is unable to meet the commitment then he should not charge the client.

                        Airtel has sent me a huge bill amount of 60979 Rs. When I asked about the details they are not sending me any information. This might be a technical error. But I need to quickly resolve this. As I can not pay this much amount. I have 1999 plan and have been using voice and data as per the plan. No extra usage, no international roaming. I need to have a quick resolution and need my corrected bill. But I have not received any proper explanation about the huge bill they have sent. The amount is impossible as I have 1999 new Corp plan.

                          There was an advertisement put up by Airtel in the society Mahindra Aura. sector 110A, Gurgaon. As per this ad, Registration fee is waived off for any postpaid user. Cashback offer for Broadband activation charges and 50% off on IPTV activation charges. Based on the information provided in this ad, I took a new Airtel connection (IPTV+Broadband) from Mr. Arun Chauhan (Mb. +91-[protected]) on 18/11/2015. He sent his executive Mr. Shivaji and I paid Rs. 2750/- (1000 Rs. as activation charges for Broadband and 1750/- as activation charges for IPTV as per the ad and verbal confirmation by Mr. Arun Chauhan). Now when I got my first bill (Bill No.[protected], Airtel has again charged me with Rs. 1000/- as activation charges for dsl and Rs. 3499/- as activation charges for IPTV + 14.5% taxes. I have raised the concern with 121 on 6th December and it took 2 months to close the complaint despite several escalations. Now during these two months, there were certain waivers that I was entitled to but I have not yet got that and now while I was waiting for almost a month for this waivers to be posted, Airtel has barred the services too.                             I got a call from number (+[protected] on 09th march 2016.he told me, he is calling from TATA consultancy as a head officer and told me, I won a lottery of 25 lacs, but I immediately said I dont need for this and disconnect the call .

                              Airtel Bill was generated for 886 in January. I complained for extra charges and company reduced the amount to 771
                              In this bill they had MNP outstanding charges of 553 dated 26th January (my phone number got ported from Gurgaon to Bangalore).
                              In the month of February This 'MNP outstanding charges of 1441 are again appearing dated 27th january. My number got ported in 14th January and I already paid all MNP charges but have been following up with Company for Airtel bill for Feb they are asking me to pay without providing usage or break up details.

                                i recharged for a value of 197 on feb 24 and received 33500 sec calls free for 28 days.
                                suddenly i got a message like march8th is the last day validity. and the amount is nil now.
                                this is not the first time,
                                on feb 12, i checked in *121# AND RECEIVED AN STD OFFER LIKE IF you recharge for 14 rupees you will get a validity of 30 days with std calls at 30paise per minute,
                                to my another airtel account from mobile offers i checked in *1213 to other services and there is an option for budget plan if you recharge for 99 rupees you will get 10000 sec free local and std that also didnt work.
                                i feel now airtel HAS PLANNED TOLOOT MONEY BY GIVING FAKE OFFERS. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS FAKE GUYS AND SWITCH TO BETTER NETWORK SERVICES

                                  29.02.2016 my BSNL number has been deactivated but till the time I have not
                                  received my new SIM card from Airtel.Airtel DSE give me a receipt(Sr. no. 17127
                                  and Book no. 323) at the time of documentation and promise me to deliver SIM
                                  card before deactivation. Also visited Airtel outlets, they also refuse to give me a SIM card.

                                        I recharged with 179 of 1gb 3g data.but on using I found there is vast difference in data I used and available data .example when I have 1000mb and used (according to message that comes) showing 1mb then available data should show 999mb instead it showed 988mb, I didn't understand this fraud.
