Please activate my airtel number [protected] as its deactivated.
It's very urgent.
I can't call and I don't have another option to call airtel customer service.
I was reacharging my line on continous basis. I been trying to call and email but no response from airtel

      I have recharged my mobile number [protected] on 30 10 2021 aitel app.Recharge was unsuccessful but amount deducted from my bank account.i have not received my refund yet and not received any message regarding recharge

        I wanted to send sms from my airtel number so i recharged with 100 rupees. But stil it show inactive as I haven't recharged with there unlimited pack so I was not able to call or send sms so again I recharged with 19 rupees to activate my services. Then calling and all stuff started but was not able to send sms from my 107 rupees balance so i got to know to send sms you have to recharge with there unlimited plan. So why you have kept talktime plan which is of no use, you are just thugging your customers i cant even send sms though you charge it from my balance but letme do it you crap airtel

          I bought airtel sim on october 31st 2021. this idiotic sim is not yet activated.

          i mail every airtel support mail still i have not got response.

          it has been 3 days since i bought the sim.

          Dont test my patience.

          activate the sim card immediately

            Dear Sir,
            The airtel has signed the ground and put the pole.As per their promise they have not removed the debris.Due this digs have damaged my car.So I request you to immediately clear the debris and give the repair charges

                Iam not able to recharge my phone number through online payment since last month. Last month I reached an airtel outlet and get recharged my number it reflected. Today, again I'm getting the same problem, not able to recharge. Everytime going to retail outlet and get recharged is not possible and not comfortable. So please resolve this issue As soon as possible.

                    I have visited airtel store for request for porting my number from Vodafone to airtel. I have requested for a prepaid number. I was promised the same.

                    They have given a postpaid connection without my consent and when I talk to customer care they say I have to stay on the connection till 90 days.

                    I have been cheated into paying high fees and not given the service i asked for.

                      I 'd like to bring to everyone's notice that i had got a replacement sim card on 27th October 2021 and was informed that it would be activated within 48 hours. However it is extremely disappointing to note that it has still not been activated after 7 days. Also since my sim card has not yet been activated i cant do my bank transaction especially during the festive season. Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest. Total duration for the whole issue from getting the new replacement sim card to verification took 1 month in total.

                          From yesterday my airtel sim deactivated and when i go to the gallery they said its trap and no help me that how to get out from it.

                              I have recently switched from vidafone postpaid to airtel prepaid number. When i saw full network signals on airtel sim i tried to make a call on 59059 but it says call failed. Kindly ket me know what has yo be fone aa i need to activate that number or urgent basis

                                    A recharge of 598 was done. But still not reflected in the account no message is received however the amount is debited. Please look into the matter ASAP. The recharge was done on 29 oct 1 pm. The recharge was done through airtel thanks app.. Using upi id

                                      I initiated to add rs 1000 to airtel wallet
                                      But it cane up as transaction failed but the money has been debited from bank account

                                      "Hello! You have initiated to add Rs.1000.0 to your account 9********. Please keep the txn id[protected] for future reference"

                                      Other than this message there is no other evidence that I even attempted to add money.

                                      Also this is not the first time.
                                      Earlier once i lost rs.49 and rs.129 but I forgot about it as i was in rush

                                      But rs 1000 is a significant amount and I have made all attempts to contact customer service but I am not able to speak to a human.

                                        Requested new SIM card today afternoon (for [protected]) at Airtel Store (Sarjapur, Bangalore). I was given a new SIM card after giving the required documentation. My photo was also clicked for their records. The airtel representative assured that the new SIM would be activated within next 24 hours.

                                        However, received an SMS in the afternoon stating that the request had been rejected and I need to contacted the store. (another trip to the store !!). Went to the airtel store in the evening only to be advised that they had sent a mail to their back office since my 'live' photo was not matching with the original photo and I would have to wait for their response. There was no assurance by when the issue will get resolved,

                                        After much of argument, the Airtel store manager walked out to have the discussion with me. It was a heated discussion and at the end of it, the airtel store manager assured me that he will get the issue resolved by MOnday (1NOv21).

                                        I have no option but to wait for next week to see if the matter will get resolved.

                                        It is unfortunate that airtel service standards are such that the customer has to go with 'Airtel policies and procedures' even if the customer is having a direct impact. They do not seem to have an internal escalation procedure and as per the store manager, their back office team does not work on weekends.

                                        Not surprising that their sense of 'urgency' is very different when selling a product/service or payment (I have been regularly paying monthly bills on time for the last 2 years or so and have a 'family' account)

                                        At this stage, I only want the SIM card to be activated asap and no later than Monday, 1 November 2021

                                        Matter remains unresolved !!

                                        As the SIM card is not working, I cannot even port this number to some other service provider.

                                        I am being harassed by Airtel and do not seem to have any recourse.

                                        What do you suggest I need to do to get this matter resolved?
