    Almost everyday ₹5 is deducted from my main balance for no reason. I had around₹70 and now about to hit ₹0. I tried to contact customer care. But no use and cannot talk to any one. It keeps redirecting. Help me out to get a refund, and an explanation.

      Sim bearing number [protected] suddenly stopped working
      i m outside of india (DR Congo) and its stopped suddenly i am not able to get the otp, resulting facing a huge problem
      there was not intimation for it
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      they are still not reverting.
      I tried to chat with them on Facebook messenger, they are chatting in bits and pieces, they even don't care what the customer is facing. at least they should tell that they cant resolve
      anybody can help, where can I complaint against them

        How can airtel accept a recharge on different operater (Vodafone) and give confirmation massage?
        My mobile number [protected] is belongs to vodafone operator, today i
        Recharged my number using icici bank NetBanking in hurry i wrongly selected
        Airtel operetor instead of vodafone, after the recharge get pending i
        Was pretty sure that the recharge will be failed and amount will be
        Reversed to my original payment mode, but surprisingly after an houre
        Recharge showing successful and confirmation message from ICICI Bank transaction I'd[protected], now when i call vodafone
        Customer care they are telling me there is no recharge done on the
        Same and contact to airtel, now when i contacted on airtel with txn
        Number they can't fetch the vodafone number details and inform me to
        Contact vodafone,

          Dear Sir,

          I am using airtel post paid connection 15 nos and now a days we are facing network issues in my office location, always calls disconnecting, call breaking etc etc. we are complained to customer service regarding the same but not take action, after that i tried to send mail to customer care and appellate also but same like that they are also not responding my complaint . now i want a solution regarding that because i am using all the 15 nos connection for our business purpose and now i facing challenges in business because of this airtel connection, kindly check and advice as, so that we can migrate all the connections to vodafone also, i have checked the other networks in same place and all the other connections are working properly and very clearly . only facing issues from airtel network . need to close the issue immediately my contact no

            Hi,
            My airtel sim is not working in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE). I have even done a recharge of Rs. 799/- international roaming but still no network is showing. It's showing network is not registered.
            All my India accounts - Bank, social media & stuff is linked to it.

                I am working in Dubai. I visit India once in a year. I have been using one Airtel sim. But suddenly my Airtel sim is not connecting to any network in Dubai. All the time it showing "Emergency call". The same thing happened before also and I changed my Sim when I visited India last month. It was working fine till yesterday. But now it's not working at all. I will visit India next year and all my account is linked with this Airtel no. How am I suppose to work with all those accounts. Please solve this issue.

                  I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                  I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                  They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                  Please resolve this issue asap.

                        I am currently working in UK and I have been a proud customer of Airtel for more than a decade. Recently, my airtel sim stopped working and I had no other way to receive OTP or any messages. I contacted airtel customer service, they have no solution for this. Only we need to personally go and submit the request. This is not a viable solution for someone who is residing outside the country. At least they should arrange alternative solutions like we can appoint someone else to fetch the sim or online verification etc.

                        Also in this COVID situations, people feel safe giving verifications online compare to physical.

                            Airtel network is very weak and internet speed is very low(below 1 mbps).voice call clarity is also not good.I am postpaid user of airtel.Internet speed is very very low and just frustrating

                              Airtel has incorrectly charged Rs 2180.28 on my postpaid international roaming bill. I have raised the issue to Airtel Nodal and Appellate office too however they dint bother to look into my case.

                              After repeated chasing they made false claim that i called countries outside roaming package. When i charged each number specific country details they stopped responding and are threatening to block my SIM.

                              I am requesting you to please look into my case in priority as Airtel is trying to arm twist customer in absence of any forum to raise customer grievance

                                I raise a shifting request in 28 Oct 2021.They said it will be shifted in New address with in Two days. Current date is Nov 16 2021 almost 19 days till they won't give a connection on my new address. Today they will tell me to much distance to give connections. I have a plan validity till Dec 4.What should I have to do Now.

                                  I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of another no. payment was done using debit card, they suggested to contact operator. I have written an email as well. The text services says that

                                    Airtel has charged me 3 months advance rental and has collected my confidential documents on 9 Nov 2021 and promised to install connection on 10 Nov 2021 .

                                    But till November 16, 2021, neither the connection has been installed nor any update has been given regarding the installation.

                                    The sales person is not taking my call, Airtel is not responding to mail. Clear case of mental harassment by Airtel and their representative.

                                      We have a smart phone with prepaid connection No [protected] for the last several years with Airtel in my name p.sathyanaraysna rao s/o late Mr. Vittal Rao.
                                      The sim card of the phone got corrupted when we downloaded soft ware update from samsung phone itself
                                      We approached the airtel shop next to soorya hospital on arcot road Chennai and and got a fresh sim card. We were told to insert the sim after 4 hrs.
                                      We loaded the sim after 24 hrs and found that the connection was not activated even after 24 hrs.

                                      We approached the airtel shop again to enquire about activation and they told us they cannot do this because of name change.

                                      The sim card name on their system had been erroneously input as vittal rao my father instead of my name which is Sathyanarayana rao. My father is no more.
                                      We told them about the input error on their system and submitted adhar card for second time to prove my name and my dad name.
                                      They refused to accept the details on original adhar card and said they cannot activate the phone on the basis of a govt. Document.
                                      Why should the phone holder should be victimised on the input errors committed by the company
                                      Then they told me to carry my brother who is the owner of the phone. He is almost paralysed, cannot walk still I told them that we will bring him in auto.
                                      Again they refused and told us it will take weeks to set the mistakes corrected.
                                      There is an urgent need for my brother to talk to his doctor at valasaravakkam and consult about his medication on regular basis. In the absence of the phone he is unable to do this

                                      Under the circumstances we need your help and intervention and resolve the issue with Airtel in activating the smart phone

                                      No response on the complaint from airtel even after nearly one week.
                                      We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect data entry by airtel on their system at the time of obtaining a sim card.
                                      If they don't want to make changes for the mistakes in data entry on their side they can record their reply so that we can follow the recourse left to us as considered appropriate.
