I have recharge a airtel number of Rs 49 but recharge was not successful and I not get my money back. I had done payment through paytm. I received a message- Recharge of Rs. 49.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile xxxxxxxxxx. Txn ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference. Please update your app for better experience.
But after 4 hours the recharge was not successfully and I had not get my money back.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I received the sim on 20.10.2021 around 12 noon and told that it will be activated by evening but to my surprise it has not been activated even after 4 days and there is no proper response from the Airtel office of Kondapur, hyderabad. Can any body helps in getting the sim activated. Phone no [protected] and the corresponding sim no[protected]u. My contact no [protected]

      The Call quality is horrible, I can hardly hear anything and same for the other person on the other side. We can hear distortedly and the sound is not at all clear. This problem is persisting for last 6 months(April 2021 to Present, i.e October 2021) and is been faced by other family members using Airtel connection.

      My location is Kasba, Kolkata. Sometimes there is network issue in internet connection also. The connection drops and nothing works which are connected to internet.

          As many time I requested for Missed call alert but my missed call alert is not working and also there is no option to talk with customer care please help otherwise I have to move from Airtel

            Hi airtel,

            I accidentally recharged a no. Instead of another no. I was using Google pay, they suggested to contact operator. I texted, The text services says that
            “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”

              Hi, My name is Sumit Mistri. I have airtel prepaid number [protected].
              I was using this number in Dubai from Dec 2020, first ai recharge an international roaming pack, and then after that pack I am recharging the lowest pack to keep it activated. So that I I recharged this October 2021 month also, but from yesterday 23/10/2021 on my mobile no network is showing. I tried by choosing network manually. Did not work. Here in Dubai, there is no airtel center. Please help, it is so urgent and so needed to me. Thank you.

                  I have received message for MNP activation but I am not seeing any network and also I am not able to make any call for activation more than 12 hours I am waiting for it but still I am not seeing any network.

                    I have recharged a mobile number [protected] through upi(phonepe) for Rs. 449 on 11th Oct 2021 and received an SMS saying that the transaction was unsuccessful and if amount is deducted, it will be refunded within 7-10 days, and an order ID for future reference. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but the mobile number is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. No customer care was available to speak to even after trying for many days and many numbers. Either they were switched off and an automated response was given.

                      I have been using internet pack of Rs 349 for two years from airtel. The said plan gives 1.5 GB of data and unlimited calls. But when I use internet for one hour the company calculate usage rate at 350 to 500 mb. So if I use internet for three hours my data is completely exhausted. This happens most of the time. And even I can't talk about this to their customer care.

                                  This is Durga shanker Mishra from siddharth Nagar.It's almost one month over I have installed the new airtel Xstream broadband connection. This complaint is regarding airtel xstrem broadband service. My account number is [protected]. My wifi was not working from 15 Oct evening so I have contact to local team but they don't pickup the call after trying so much time they pickup the call and tell me that the broadband wire is disconnected from there connection box and they asked for charges to connect it, which I think is their responsibility, because I can not guard their connection box day and night. I have logged service request (service no: [protected]) on date 16 Oct 2021 11:42 am.
                                  I connected with Airtel customer care, but it was not helpful and I got information that local vendor not even updated them other expenses including extra wires payment and extra payment they charge from me to each installation workers in the system, and not yet provided the landline number handset.
                                  Now it's six day connection is not fixed and previously logged service request shows only one status that service engineer allocated pending.
                                  Please take a look on this because from very high level it looks to me that I have to spend more on these maintenance services than the internet service itself. It's been little more than one month taking new connection and I am facing these issues which never occurred with me with any other service providers.it was very bad experience my work is badly effected because I have to rely on other sources and I don't know would you compensate it or not. Please resolve this problem soon because I am losing my patience otherwise take your connection back I don't want it because I have also use airtel broadband connection in noida and Bangalore but don't phase this kind of problem.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been a longtime loyal customer of airtel. Recently, i have moved from hoshangabad (M.p.) to Raipur (C.G.) . I was enjoying superb services of airtel broadband in Hoshangabad, however, it is not available in my area. I have been chasing for last 6 months to get airtel broadband but all in vain.

                                    I could assure you that there are many people interested in my locality.

                                      I requested a fiber connection and sales man Rakesh Semwal came to take my payment. I paid ₹2829 for my connection a week ago, due to sone installation issues they said my order will be canceled and there has been no follow up since then. Rakesh is is not picking my calls and is also not cancelling my connection. Please look into this. I need the refund.
