I wrongly recharged to [protected] for ₹149 unlimited calls, 2Gb, 300sms pack on 14.10.2021 through Gpay, instead of recharging to [protected] (correct number).

      I have requested for Airtel broadband on 8 October 2021
      Airtel Representative Nilesh came and filled the online form and I made the online payment
      However even after promising of installation in 3 days no one came up at my doors even after 5 days
      I am very disappointed
      This is making me restless
      I am having online classes and its very difficult for me to attend using mobile data
      I would like to tell that I called the customer care thrice
      they always said that installation would be done in 24 hours but no one called in this regard

      I called at Airtel customer care on 13th October 2021 also
      they said you will receive a call in 4 hours but no one called yet
      Its been very irritating now.
      I have no more patience to deal with these guys

        Unable to call landline numbers from Airtel mobile number

        I am unable to call any landline number from my airtel mobile number even after using 0 or +91 before the respective number. Every time I call, I get the line is busy or I am unable to connect. However, I am able to connect using other telecom services.

        Why the hell you are not resolving this issue even after repeated complaints from other customers also....

        Unable to purchase a new fasttag or remove old fasttag from blacklisted. Airtel has deactivated fasttag but at toll it still shows blacklasted. Contacted airtel nhai many times but no resolution

          I am unable to unsubscribe to airtel secure plan which is free with airtel 999 postpaid plan. It's been more than 7 days it's showing kindly check after 24 hours. Kindly register a complaint and ask airtel to resolve this issue.

            Call Drop after every 30 seconds

            Airtel Postpaid call drops after every 30 seconds . i have raised the request to airtel multiple times but got no reolution.

            Have tried wifi calling also but still the issue is same since long time...

            Resp. Concern,
            I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. It was on 11th Oct, 2021 i received SMS on all 3 numbers of family plan from company stating my post paid plan has been upgraded from My Plan family New 799 - PB to My Plan Infinity 999. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and Customer care executive spoken to me. Without our consent they have upgraded our plan and not listening to the request of reversing the same.

            So at least i was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
            1. Reverse my Billing Plan to the previous one (As mentioned above) . As i will not pay any increase in my bill due to this change.
            2. I want you to take some very strict action against whoever have changed this plan by himself/herself. I also request you to kindly inform me what action company has taken for this.

            I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.

              I am informing you of my number {+91-[protected]} & whatsapp number hack by KBC fraud call. He sent kbc msg on all my contact numbers & others. My whatsapp account is being used by hackers .Please stop all sms sent to others contacts by my whatsapp number +91-[protected] few days.i hope hackers fraud others public by my whatsapp number.Please help me as soon as possible & do the needfull serious matter.

                I am an NRI living in abu dhabi, I have been recharging my airtel prepaid sim every month kept active to receive SMS. It was working but since 15 days I am unable to see any network, in my airtel app the plan is still active, I tried resetting all network and other settings in my phone but still the problem is unresolved. I sent an email to customer care but no response them. I urgently need this sim to be active to receive otp. Please help.

                  I have recharge my airtel xtream fibre after a month being deactivated.
                  The amount has deducted thrice but account has not started. I am facing the worst service ever

                    I recharged my number today. After recharge I realized I gave my other number on which already an active pack is running. I wanted to recharge the my second number. Right now it's showing 2 active packs on my account.. Either pls transfer one pack on my other number or pause one pack and activate the other pack only after one finishes.

                      I want to inform you that I am highly disappointed with the services and false promises I am receiving from the Airtel Customer care team.

                      Couple of days back I visited the Airtel Store located in Pimple Saudagar and enquired about the Airtel Black plan and its benefits, I have been told that one of the benefits of Airtel Black is ZERO shifting charges. I asked specifically if there will be any charges when I place the request from "Pune, MH" to "Jabalpur, MP" i.e. inter-state transfer and they informed that there won't be any charges. I then enquired the same calling Airtel Customer Care and they also confirmed the same and informed me that you just need to raise a request and carry the modem and adapter yourself. Hence, I have upgraded my plan to Airtel Black.

                      3-4 days back I called customer care and raised a request to shift my Broadband connection on Sunday/10-Oct given my address details. They have taken the request and again confirmed to me that our engineer will call you on 10th Oct for the installation at the given address.

                      On 9th Oct, I called customer care to confirm the shifting process, they informed me that my request had been cancelled from the back-end and raised a request again.
                      When I haven't received any call from the Airtel engineer for the installation, I called customer care again on 10th and got to know that the request has been cancelled one more time.

                      After waiting for 1 hour on 10th Oct, when I hadn't received any SR number on my registered mobile, I called the Cust care again and to my disappointment he informed me that request has been cancelled again and he asked me to raise a new request. At this point I got frustrated and lost complete faith in Airtel Customer care, so I insisted to investigate why my request is being cancelled again and again. He informed me that because you are Airtel Black customer, you won't be able to place a shifting request to a different State/City and I need to unbundle the Black benefits. I desperately needed the broadband at my new location asap as I have to resume office (working from home) from Monday, I gave my go-ahead, but he further disappointed me saying first you need to clear your outstanding bill, which triggered me to raise a grievance against pathetic Airtel Customer Service.

                      I want to ask - why the Airtel Customer care team is making false promises to the customers just to lure them to migrate to Airtel Black ?

                      Appreciate if above concerns will be addressed and resolved on very high priority.

                        IMessage is not getting activated on my iPhone
                        Number is [protected]
                        Several time balance 5₹ deducted for activation of iMessage but it is not getting activated
                        I checked with apple support, all ok from their side, there is Sumersinh technical snag with airtel which prevents activation

                            I call to 1076 but can't connect, but i have unlimited recharge . when i call to 1076 its alwalys ivr told insufficient balance, so whats the meaning o[censored]nlimited, they cheated me . and please takes the action for both airtel and for 1076 . thank lot .

                                Hi, I travelled for work and got stuck due to the pandemic situation and could not return immediately as planned.

                                My airtel number which I was using for the last 15 years has been recycled. The customer care and the local Airtel outlet not being very helpful in restoring the service and getting the number assigned back to me.

                                  I am in UAE - My sim card is working fine in terms of receiving calls and making outgoing calls, but I'm not able to use Mobile data nor able to send any outgoing messages.

                                  I did many recharges like :
                                  799 roaming pack
                                  100 rupees top up for main balance x 2 times
                                  755 data package

                                  Still I don't know why the error is showing that message not sent, send again 😕.

                                  Please help me.
