Dear Airtel
Booked ur fibre connection on 30sep2021 after having assurance that connection is available and the sales guy confirmed himself physically by looking at box installed in my area and said connection will be given the next day but as of today I.e 5oct2021 neither sales guy nor ur technical team contacted me .spoke to ur cc So many times but all in vain .everytime cc says engineer will call within 4 hrs but nothing happened.
My number for broadband fibre connection is [protected]
The landline number which I got after making payment for 6 months advance rental is [protected] and I'd is[protected]_dsl
Plz send ur engineer today for installation as I m fed up with daily calling and making complaint. Customer name -Gunjan kumar

      I wanna inform you that my Airtel broadband connection request is pending and not taken seriously because i will make an order on 24thSeptember2021and till now no positive response from your team and one more thing i am trying lots of ways for use internet for continue my studies but now totally fed-up with Airtel. Requesting you please take it seriously and resolve my issues as soon as possible. I reminding one more thing that is time is to important for aspirants you can't fill up my losses with your excuses regarding your services.

        My airtel sim was working fine this morning but after some time it stopped working and when I call it's saying that the number is invalid. I have been using my number for more than 5 years now an it's connected to my all important accounts.
        Today out of the blue it stopped without any prior notification.

          Dear Sir,
          I have made a bill payment of electricity through Airtel application using airtel bank. the payment was successful but till now biller was not settled more than 3 days. i am nearing the due date failing which the electricity will be disconnected. Transaction ID:FT[protected]. Register mobile number [protected]. As i am currently overseas, you can communicate to me through mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. i sent mail to airtel, but no proper response. i cannot communicate over the phone as im in outside of india. please help me in this regard.

            Hi,

            We are using total 6 connections and when I started to pay the payment I saw each time your payment was showing different amounts online.
            I paid yesterday 3 payments, please find here the snapshots and still your customer care team member saying that we just paid half amount not full. When I did full then where half payment gone?

            I keep sending email to Airtel and also calling but no response and no one helping to fix just keep sending reminders to pay quickly if not more late fee.

            We are here to do the work not fight every day for payment and when few days we are late to do the payment then you just add your late fee but never see about the issues we get with connections and payment what you guys are doing it on daily basis.

            I have added the connections snapshot too for you to check and also here messages I got when I paid.

            This one they are saying its correct

            This one they are saying we have just paid 272.

            How possible when you sent message for full amount and we paid full amount from my account too and Airtel keep saying they just received only some amount?

            i did not get a single email or call or any answer. I keep emailing and calling but still not a single person responding. Please check snapshot of today showing they received 138.45 INR and when I paid 398.87 attached snapshot of all.

              A CALL CAME FROM BACK END TEAM ON[protected] AT 10.55 IST, WE SAID THE CONNECTION IS DISRUPTIVE, HE SAID IT IS WORKING FINE AND COULD NOT FIND ANY PROBLEM AND ASKED WHETHER WE CAN CLOSE THE TICKET. WHEN WE SAID IT IS NOT WORKING (DISCONNECTED AGAIN FEW MINUTES BEFORE THE CALL) HE HAS AGREED TO SEND SOMEONE, BUT SO FAR NO ONE HAS COME.
              NOW AT AROUND 13.30 IST CALLED THE APPELLATE, ESCALATED AGAIN SPOKE TO SAME OFFICER AND HE PROMISED TO ESCALATE AGAIN TO RESOLVE IT

                I bought a AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION on(15-NOV-2021) with100MBPS plan of 3 month. In starting my connection speed is good 100MBPS but after two days my internet soeed reduce AUTOMATICALLY 50% and now they give me 50 mbps SPEED . I COMPLAINED TWICE IN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY FAILED TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM .
                I AS A CUMSUMER VERY DISAPPIONTED WITH AIRTEL BROADBAND SIRVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

                  On 2nd august 2021 I have shifted my airtel broadband connection from Bangalore to Lucknow at the time of shifting they told me that my 1 year airtel broadband plan will continue in Lucknow only number will change. Then in September I got bill 999 so I called customer care but they didn’t have any idea then I shared the paid bill after that they told me they have refunded the amount via courier on my old address which I already left. Then I told them after that they told me that will refund my amount in bank they asked me to send cancellation check. After that I have shared cancellation check with them but I didn’t got my refund amount yet. They are not replying me. My airtel connection is with my husband name and contact number. Airtel keep sending me new bill without refunding the old

                        I have recharged my mobile number google pay for Rs.598 on 14th Sep 2021and received an SMS with Transaction reference id[protected] bhartiairtel.[protected]@sbi Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. hence request to chargeback me the amount which is debited.

                          बहुत बड़ी फर्जी कंपनी है एअरटेल और बड़ा घोटाला है उपभोक्ताओं के उत्पीड़न मे। हम लोगों ने तीन महीने पहले कनेक्शन लगवाया आज तक अपने वादे के अनुसार लैण्डलाईन कनेक्शन नही दिये। कनेक्टिविटी स्पीड बेकार है। अगले बिल पीरियड के लिए प्लान चेंज करना चाहते है पर कोई आप्शन ही नही।
                          121 पर शिकायत करने पर अब उन्होंने मेरा नंबर ही ब्लाक कर दिया है।
                          मै तो अपने लोकल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से कनेक्शन हटाने को कह चुका हूँ पर वह बेचारा कंपनी के फर्जीगीरी से स्वयं असहाय है। मेरी आईडी [protected] बनारस मे है। @[protected]
                          भूल के भी एअरटेल एस्ट्रीम या कोई भी सर्विस मत ले नही तो परेशान रहेगें।

                            I have subscribed reginal marathi pack of Airtel dth. They have removed sony marathi channel without prior notification. Also I have paid mony for that channels. Though they removed it. They are asking extra money to add it. So I am request help here to add it again without extra cost.

                              My Airtel Connection [protected] stopped working in UAE.

                              Please do check with the issue and requesting you to resolve it at the earliest.

                              I have did everything from my end, its not working at all.

                              I am totally stuck as I am not able to get OTP.

                                I need ebill for the bill cycle for september which I am unable to see in my airtel app and through the website as well. I contacted customer care on 3rd october 2021 at 10:00 am they are unable to help stating they can't send ebill since its prepaid account . I am not getting ebill on my account which I used to get earlier, However I am able to ebill for other customers which are coming on my email id . Pls help me to get my ebill for the month of September . Its becoming a headache now to contact airtel again and over and over regarding this . This happening for sometime looks like tax forge happening from airtel side . Its consumer right to monthly invoice for the payment paid . We dont need payment receipt this is different than invoice . My airtel app shows " no data" tried login/logout and website user not authorised . whats happening not idea .

                                  I have 2 Airtel Sims and both are activated for International Roaming. Now when I m in UAE even though there is enough balance I am unable to make or receive the call. Customer care is not ready to take any accountability. They are saying we need to recharge IR pack then only it will work and your IR is not activated. Though I am getting Sms regularly. Sad to know that our network provider are so poor in knowledge that they can't even provide the proper solution and leaving no option behind us than to quit both the numbers.

                                  I have checked everything but nothing works.

                                    As part of the OFC cabling work, airtel has constructed a pole in front of the building entrance . The place is the location for loading and unloading of materials during people movement in and out and also the location of the new maingate. No permission was taken for this.
