I am Siddhartha Kumar. I had taken a new XStream fiber connection with a plan of Rs. 1179 last month (paid about 3500+ for 3 months in advance). I was told that I would be able to redeem my thanksapp benefits for Platinum subscription within a day or 2 after activation but, it's been more than 15 days now and I am still not able to get my benefits. I have complained for the same in consecutive days for 3 or 4 days. No resolution yet. I was suggested to mail my issue at thanksapp.[protected]@airtel.com but, no replies yet. All my trust in airtel is fading day by day. Now, I feel like a fool to be a loyal customer of airtel. I am thinking of wiping out all the airtel connections in my home whether DTH, prepaid numbers and XStream Fiber. You people have got me frustrated with your poor service. I am attaching my mail's screenshots with you.
And one more suggestion stop misleading people with lucrative but worthless ads on different medias.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sidd287 No resolution to the issue yet. Why airtel claims to provide the fastest services and resolutions to the issues?
If I am not getting the resolution then I would surely put off the fiber services and I am definitely going to sue you guys for cheating me.
