Today, when I was checking the Bill amount in My artel app. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount stated by the CCE was very much high for me. After the inquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ISD calls .

Its been one year i have shifted my broadband connection and since then my billing address has not been updated.I have dropped email as well regarding the same and no response was recieved....

I have entered a wrong mobile number and need to get it to my correct number. I have recharged in the airtel online recharge official websie paytm.Please help me. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno [protected]) (tranid [protected]) (Amt) (Correctno [protected]) send to 59109' message. I responded as no keyword found.

On 03/09/2021 at Evening my Airtel sim was suddenly got disconnected (No Sim Detection)
For resolve this issue I had visited the Nearest Airtel Service Center (Located at Surathkal, Mangalore).
& they issued a New Sim for the same number @ 12.45Pm. (04/09/2021)

As per their instructions Sim will activated within 4 Hours, but...

I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

From last month, when I first received my broadband connection ebill till then I'm complaining that wrong salutation is mention. I have submit the self attested id proof. Customer support told me that changes will reflect from next bill. But today I received my ebill again with wrong salutation. I have sent multiples mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response. I'm not married and in my ebill it is mention 'Mrs' ....

I have done my recharge of rs.398 successfully but it didn't reflected in my account...

I have been levied a one time charge of 1657 on 5th August, there is no explanation on why am i charged that amount.

I have applied for new airtel braodband connection at my residence in varanasi and company promised me for the installation of the connection within 72 hours. But I have waited till 15 days and called to airtel costumer care many times approx. 10 times. They promised me for the same day on every call but connection is not installed yet.

I recharge from google pay for airtel num..i didnt recieve any recharge or it dosent reflect on my acc...bt airtel gave conformation about recharge is done of xyz amount...n this is the first thus is happening with me...i think its happening with all the airtel customers...i dnt want refund...i want my recharge done asap...

Hi,
Today(3/9/2021) i recharged for 379 pack through Airtel Wallet app. Money got deducted from account but the pack was not activated. Hence waited for half n Hour still it was not activated.
So tried to recharge again, and recharge was successful.
Issue: How will i get my first recharge money back to my account.
