    My father G Jagan Mohan Redddy has been using the phone number [protected] ever since first Nokia phones were released in India, recently since 25th September 2021 the sim card stopped working, when i went to the airtel office i was surprised to know that my father’s phone number was showing some stranger details, i surely remember submitting my father’s documents when we first took the sim and also during the updates of 3g and 4g sims.

    I submitted all the proofs like 1) gas bill (connection we got it in 2004) 2) adhar card 3) Bank statements. To state that my father is the rightful user of the phone number mentioned earlier but there is no response from the airtel office Begumpet, Hyderabad.

    That phone number is very important to us, so kindly let me know if there is any way of getting it back. Thank you.

        Resp. Concern,
        I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. Today 10/1 i received a SMS from airtel stating my post paid plan has been changed from 249 to 299 starting 2nd Nov. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and spoke to multiple customer care representative but none were able to answer why. I requested them to please reverse the changes and make sure it does not change from 249 to 299. But they refused to do so I requested them to file my complain for the same to which they again refused to do so. This is FRAUD and I have not seen the plans getting changed without users consent.

        So at last I was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
        1. Make sure my bill plan never changes from 249 to 299.
        2. I want you to take some very strict action against Airtel for doing this sort of Fraud.

        I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.

            I am Airtel postpaid customer from 2006. I have been charged rs.1858 extra for some ISD calls to some different countries which I have never called. Also those numbers they mentioned in the bill are fake numbers. When I raised a ticket to airtel they closed the ticket saying it's valid call. Again when I tried to connect to nodal officer the call never got connected even single time.
            Its ridiculous of Airtel mobile services to use customer numbers for some unlawful activities or scam not sure and charging innocent customers. I attached here my bill and my number is {}.

            We are not fools to call those numbers and deny our calls that too being airtel postpaid customer since 2006.

            Customer service should have atleast some common sense to understand about the issue raised by customers. They won't raise complaint just like that to escape from paying billa that too being so many years in the same network.

              Hi Sir,
              I have been using Airtel Sim card since 2019 and i have a postpaid connection on number [protected].
              On 23rd September 2021 in morning suddenly my number stopped working then i immediately went to Airtel store for help. Then they told that its a normal sim failure dont worry and they offered me new SIM after taking my ID card and my picture and told me that the number will be activated in 4 hours.
              Since 6 hours went sim was not activated.
              I again went and asked then they told that my photograph is mismatched and told me that on your num the photo is of some1 else where as ID card is on my name, address is mine and i have been using it since many time.
              Then they told me that my SIM profile will be deleted and they will create a new profile and issue me the new sim and it will take 4 days.
              Its been 8 days i havent got any help and i am facing many many problems due to my SIM card being off.
              Now the question is that when they issued me the postpaid connection and taken my documents at that time they didnt even checked the ID and photo of the person
              How could i know that in their system the photo is of different person?
              Its their duty to check and issue the SIM card.
              Now due to my SIM being off from last 8 days i am facing a lot of difficulties and my most of the work is on telephone be it of banks or anything without phone its very difficult and i have emailed their NODAL OFFICER as well but i have not got any response.
              I am feeling helpless
              I request you that please help me in this case.
              And i want to register a complaint against Airtel that how can they do such mistakes
              How could they issue the sim in start only when the picture was of some other person and ID was of mine.
              I am total frustrated with AIRTEL
              Please help me in this case

                  Hello sir,
                  I was complaint for my Setup box on 22- sep-21 with ref id[protected] and it has also been resolved on the same date but service engineer has charge Rs.150 from me while my setup box is in warranty and I was also receive messages that -
                  "Hi, service request for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] towards STB issues is 51944523. The engineer visit for you is free of cost."
                  Now I have again complaint for stb overcharge with T52051591 on Airtel company but it is still not resolved.
                  Can you please check and confirm when my issue will resolved.

                      On 23rd Sep.2021International Roaming for 6 months were purchased for Rs.8998.
                      After reaching USA on 25th, as the Roaming was not working Airtel Customer Care were contacted to rectify the issue on 26th.

                      The problem still remains .
                      Till date Airtel were contacted several times but in vain.

                      Request to take up the matter with Airtel to resolve the issue.

                          Before I do port from Karnataka Airtel to TamilNadu Airtel, I had 180 Data pack with me. when contact customer care to clarify the data pack transfer, they said there will not be any lose, it will carry forward since you are taking Airtel post paid service only. Because of their confirmation, I did the Port from Karnataka Airtel to Tamilnadu Airtel. Then I came to know that, that it is wrong commitment they have provide to me. I lost all my data. (its 180 GB data worth of Rs 1180). I Called up customer care again to get this pack. As per their statement, they don't have authority to provide, they asked me to check with nodalofficer team. I wrote many mails to noalofficer team tamilnadu, but there is no such respond from them. So I waited for some time and I have given the option that shall I do subscribe Booster pack for 180GB so that they can do waiver off in billing cycle. There is no objection from them and no respond for my proposal too. After few days time, I opted for Booster pack. As per Airtel's plan, custemer can do subscribe Max 90GB per Month. so its subscribed for 2 months and informed to Nodalofficer immediatly to waiveoff via mail. Again there is no respond. And bill has generated with the boosterpack, then after so many followups, Team has waived off for Aug month bill ( Rs 590, ie.90GB). I keep inform them for the Sept month bill too waive off since Aug Month but there is no response from Airtel again. Now Sept Month bill has generated for the remaining 90 GB (Rs 590). I have requested again to waive off but team Nodal officer is not responding at all till today in the morning. And I have been forcing to pay the bill for this pack. ( Anyway I already paid for the regular plan).
                          When i Called up Nodal office team via phone, they agree to waive off but due to their system process, its not possible to wavie off for next 3 months itseems. And they are not ready to do any compensation for this loss.
                          My question to Airtel team:
                          1. Because of Airtel Team's Mistake ( Agreed by them: having recording call with me and with them too) why customer has to bear the loss?
                          2. Why Custemer's mails are not responded since 14th sept to till today in the morning? though I escalated many times to Customer care team and nodaloffcier phone team.
                          3. is Customer's request are least bother?
                          4. How you are going to compensate if you are not able to waive off because of your system restriction?

                              I had airtel’s broadband for 5 years and they were never resolving problems of net not working. Finally I changed broadband to hathway and the day I was changing and disconnecting the connection I paid the due amount confirming from their site and customer executives. But after a month they started messaging and calling that there is still due amount left while I was not even using the connection.
                              They are really irritating and not customer friendly

                                Dear All,

                                With this application, I want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION" which AIRTEL DTH SERVICE can ever provide to their customers.

                                To start with, I am not sure how much AIRTEL DTH SERVICE is concerned about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.

                                Finally, I have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a HUGE ORGANIZATION. I have been using your services for more than 15 years. But I guess I should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" which AIRTEL DTH SERVICE has given me.

                                As everyone says, in today's world the quality of SERVICES goes equally down when the quantity of PEOPLE consuming those services goes high.

                                Details of the Issues are:

                                A: BILLING ISSUES:

                                1. WAS THE FIRST CUSTOMER IN AGRA TO BUY AIRTRL XTREME BOX.

                                2. SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL IN CORRESPONDENCE CASE ID : WORST DTH SERVICE : DTH issue case I'd: 97660572

                                3. I have purchased this AIRTEL EXTREME SET TOP BOX IN NOV 19, and there was installation signal problem since day 1 as the engineer said that it would be working on my neighbour's wall, they finally sold me the set top Bex for 2500/- and since then it was a chain of emails I have been sending to AIRTEL.DTH for now and then issues.

                                4. Customer care usually says that the engineer visit will happen and they will refund the charge of 150/- for engineer visit to my account once Problem is rectified, that happened twice but no resolution.

                                5. FOR LAST 5 DAYS THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AND NEITHER THERE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER US WORKING.

                                FINALLY THE AIRTEL DTH SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE ARE REALLY A BUSINESS MINDED OR HIGHLY PRESSURISED FOR BEING TARGET ORIENTED FOR SALES but this is NICHE SALES & CUSTOMERS FINALLY IS NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER .

                                Now I have full confidence in AIRTEL DTH SERVICE MOTO, which is “LET THE CUSTOMER SUFFER FOR THE MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE BY SUBSCRIBING TO AIRTEL DTH SERVICE SERVICES.”

                                I have been a happy Customer of Airtel as well for more than a decade now, & recently such an experience from AIRTEL DTH SERVICE …. Is a question mark, I have been recommended for OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER and not because I did not like any other brand but because I never expected this kind of PATHETIC service by this big company. I think now the time has come where myself, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where I did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when I am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my AIRTEL DTH SERVICE connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting WORST day by day.

                                I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your SALES and MARKETING team because COMPANIES here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

                                With this, I PEN DOWN and say my FINAL BYE to AIRTEL DTH SERVICE !!! I wish a GREAT FUTURE FOR YOUR COMPANY AND IF GIVEN A CHANCE IF AIRTEL DTH SERVICE IN FUTURE, WOULD FOR SURE WANT TO LEARN THE WAYS OF RUNNING A BUSINESS WITHOUT SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        We are the customer's to Airtel, from past few years. We have 2 Postpaid and 1 Landline connections. Using in Airtel homeplan.

                                        Mobile1# is in 450 Plan, With local calls Free
                                        Mobile2# is in 149 Plan, With Local calls Free
                                        Boadband is in 450 Plan. Altogether including taxes, we receive[protected] Bill every month. However, Airtel started charging for local calls by just updating their plans internally, without intimation. So they charged around 400+ for local calls on Mobile#2. We were keep on raising complaints to Customer Service, they were assuring a call back to discuss on this from proper authority but nobody calls us but closing the tickets.

                                        We have paid the regular amount that we get every month, how ever this excessive amount to fall as due by tomorrow and current month bill will also fall in the same bill cycle, if they don't make resolution. When we asked for Port-out they are advising to pay the outstanding.
