Airtel charging extra by cheating the customer. I tried recharging the mobile for 1498, and when I choose the credit card option if they charge extra they have to prompt for extra charges without which they are processing the payment and decline the transaction and then deduct the extra charges. on 3/9/21 i have made a recharge of rs :48=00 vide ref no[protected].
due to non recharge, on 8/9/21 i claimed a refund through mail .
But ridiculously they replied to register my mail id first, and there is nothing
about refund .
please look into the matter .

My SMS has again been blocked. I have overseas business and my SMS usage is high.

• Having said that, I am having this number ([protected]) over 25 years never has my payment been delayed or overdue.

We set a new airtel setup box with full amount but the qualtiy of service provider are too low many times connection getting break so tell me how to face with this trouble serval times...
