Airtel box fixed on my house wall without my permission. There are too many wires lingering around my house. I already informed your support engineer to remove box immediately couple of weeks back. Please remove it in next two days

    A recharge of 598 was done. But still not reflected in the account no message is received however the amount is debited. Please look into the matter ASAP. The recharge was done on 29 oct 1 pm. The recharge was done through airtel thanks app.. Using upi id

      I initiated to add rs 1000 to airtel wallet
      But it cane up as transaction failed but the money has been debited from bank account

      "Hello! You have initiated to add Rs.1000.0 to your account 9********. Please keep the txn id[protected] for future reference"

      Other than this message there is no other evidence that I even attempted to add money.

      Also this is not the first time.
      Earlier once i lost rs.49 and rs.129 but I forgot about it as i was in rush

      But rs 1000 is a significant amount and I have made all attempts to contact customer service but I am not able to speak to a human.

        Requested new SIM card today afternoon (for [protected]) at Airtel Store (Sarjapur, Bangalore). I was given a new SIM card after giving the required documentation. My photo was also clicked for their records. The airtel representative assured that the new SIM would be activated within next 24 hours.

        However, received an SMS in the afternoon stating that the request had been rejected and I need to contacted the store. (another trip to the store !!). Went to the airtel store in the evening only to be advised that they had sent a mail to their back office since my 'live' photo was not matching with the original photo and I would have to wait for their response. There was no assurance by when the issue will get resolved,

        After much of argument, the Airtel store manager walked out to have the discussion with me. It was a heated discussion and at the end of it, the airtel store manager assured me that he will get the issue resolved by MOnday (1NOv21).

        I have no option but to wait for next week to see if the matter will get resolved.

        It is unfortunate that airtel service standards are such that the customer has to go with 'Airtel policies and procedures' even if the customer is having a direct impact. They do not seem to have an internal escalation procedure and as per the store manager, their back office team does not work on weekends.

        Not surprising that their sense of 'urgency' is very different when selling a product/service or payment (I have been regularly paying monthly bills on time for the last 2 years or so and have a 'family' account)

        At this stage, I only want the SIM card to be activated asap and no later than Monday, 1 November 2021

        Matter remains unresolved !!

        As the SIM card is not working, I cannot even port this number to some other service provider.

        I am being harassed by Airtel and do not seem to have any recourse.

        What do you suggest I need to do to get this matter resolved?

          My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel Payment A/C No) and I have recharge Vi sim Rs. 48 on 26 October, 2021. My Airtel Payments Bank balance amount has been deducted, but till date Recharge only Rs. 10. My Trasaction Id is PH[protected]. After complain through Facebook account, Airtel Payments Bank customer care call me 3 times and every-time just they are talking for prove that, they are try, but I am not response or my phone signal weak! Please do needful. My contact number [protected]/[protected].

                  Esteemed Consumer Court,

                  I am Debojit Dutta. I ported my postpaid connection to Airtel mid-September and also took up an internet connection with the same number. I was asked to make a payment of 6541 through Airtel.in which I did.

                  This month I received a bill saying I have to pay 3900-something to Airtel. I am told I made multiple phone calls to ISD numbers which I did not and also via landline phone which I do not have. The call records in the bill go back to Sep 1, when I wasn't even using Airtel. I spoke with the Airtel agent only on Sep 7 for the connection (attaching screenshots of all the conversations).

                  Even after multiple complaints Airtel hasn't resolved this. They keep closing my complaint.

                  I want to only pay for the services I used. Also, want Airtel to stop harassing me for the bill.

                    Miss Guided By Costumer care

                    He told me to un bundle Airtel black then you can rais a for new services as i need Airtel fiber (postpaid) + Airtel Dish Tv + 02 Mobile postpaid bill.. when i call for above services and they said above offer is not available we dont have postpaid fiber we taking fiber from third party HHAHHAHAHAH

                          I have ordered DTH Xstream Set Top box on[protected] directly using airtel.in including amazon prime subscription.
                          Ref: Ticket ID[protected]
                          Amount for both the services have been instantaneously deducted from my bank account. But the service is not yet installed. There is no proper answer from the helpline when contacted them. I have even sent 3 emails with cc to the nodal officer. But it was ignored by them until now.

                            I've made two recharges via airtel thanks app and both have not reflected despite the deduction from my bank account. This is very strange as all my previous recharges used to get reflected within few seconds.

                              Hello, I took an airtel internet connection in May 2021 and they gave me 2 extra sims along with my old number and a WiFi machine.
                              I even closed my postpaid service on the main line number [protected] by paying approximate Rs2500 but you people keep asking and calling me pay the bills.
                              The numbers were
                              [protected]: Main Number
                              [protected] : 1st sim
                              [protected] : 2nd sim
                              I have already paid my bills and even asked them to close my postpaid service. Whatsoever you did I don’t know.
                              So Kindly release my name from your dues and stop calling me.
                              Because there is no way I am going to pay anything else. Its been months since I am not using these numbers.
                              So I am not going to pay for something I haven’t used.
                              So it’s high time, I have been witnessing these harassment calls since months.
                              This is just a shame

                                I am writing this mail on the issue of my recent Airtel Bill for my phone number for the period of 25 August to September 30th 2021.
                                I am a sports player and was representing the country in England.
                                During my quarantine period in England after arrival I was frequently contacted by the UK Health Service for which I could not decline the call.
                                For this Airtel has charged me 650 Rupees for a period of 9 days during my 10 day quarantine period in England which was compulsory before I represent my country in various tournaments.
                                I kindly request you to look into the matter as I was representing my country and the calls by the England Health Services had to be picked.
                                Hoping for your kind consideration.

                                    I have recharge a airtel number of Rs 49 but recharge was not successful and I not get my money back. I had done payment through paytm. I received a message- Recharge of Rs. 49.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile xxxxxxxxxx. Txn ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference. Please update your app for better experience.
                                    But after 4 hours the recharge was not successfully and I had not get my money back.

                                      I received the sim on 20.10.2021 around 12 noon and told that it will be activated by evening but to my surprise it has not been activated even after 4 days and there is no proper response from the Airtel office of Kondapur, hyderabad.                                         The Call quality is horrible, I can hardly hear anything and same for the other person on the other side. We can hear distortedly and the sound is not at all clear. This problem is persisting for last 6 months(April 2021 to Present, i.e October 2021) and is been faced by other family members using Airtel connection.

                                        My location is Kasba, Kolkata. Sometimes there is network issue in internet connection also. The connection drops and nothing works which are connected to internet.
