I feel my phone number [protected] is being spoofed or used by someone else also . On several occasions I receive unwanted calls, messages, otp’s for transactions which I wasn’t doing, bank details which I wasn’t owning, my bank account is getting blocked on a complaint o[censored]nauthorised transactions which I didn’t do . And several other incident which makes me feel like someone else is also using my phone number.

    I have recharged for my Airtel prepaid number of rupees 499 for 30 days including Disney + Hotstar pack on 21st sept 2021 . The recharge was done and all the credits are given to my number except Disney + Hotstar. I had complain so many times. But they did not respond. Only they provide date to resolve the problem. But still they have not provide me. My Contact no [protected]

            Requested and gave 3 choices:

            The net has come-on on 1.10.21 at about 8:15 am, 15 days after the renewal. I seem to have paid unnecessarily for the data from 16.9.21 to 1.10.21 – a good 15 days after the renewal. It has been a painful experience (you must be aware of how connected the world is). In this case, I need to request you to:

            1.

            Refund the balance for the 15 days – this works out to Rs.106.80 (@Rs.7.12/day*15 days) - in case Airtel is unable, to…

            or

            2.

            Extend the validity by 15 days - in case Airtel is unable, to…

            or

            3.

            Give 15 coupons with data of 1.5 GB each (NOT A SINGLE COUPON FOR 22.5 GB) to be used whenever required with a validity of TWO years.

              I by mistake recharged a different number other than the original number. I had recharged using Google pay. I had sent an sms to the service provider to reverse the recharge to my original number but it says
              “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.”
              So please reply me to the earliest and recharge to my original number i have attached all the details below including the screenshot of the payment.

                My pending bill was 1000 and that also I not paid due to wrong charges by airtel because my broadband wire broken and from a month a not able to use my broadband
                I called customer care for this they said they can not do anything into this after 10 days a call from a uneducated girl from airtel call me and giving me Threat to pay bill of 1000 or stop my no. With Airtel now I am asking to airtel that this is your service you provide to your customers
                Don't airtel audit any call from thier staff very bad experience with Airtel porting off my all company staff no. Into another network

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I have this unexpected billing surprise for which I had spoken to airtel customer care as well.

                    I want to highlight that I was very happy customer till last month when using airtel family plan. I was paying INR 1178 without any issues.
                    Then I got call from airtel representative offering the airtel black plan insisted to take dth connection. (Attached recording).
                    I was ensured by the representative that the billing will not change after downgrading the default plan to Rs. 153. I agreed to try dth on this basis.
                    I followed the same and downgraded the dth subscription as discussed. I am sure that while submitting the dth plan by clicking Rs 153 plan nothing extra showed on total charges. I got into impression that the default plan has been changed successfully and I don't have to worry about it.

                    But few days later when bill generated I got shocked with the bill amount.
                    When queried with customer care, she said that I have been charged for some sort of service called akash services.
                    I don't know how this got added and what this service does. To be honest the dth just sits in rack, I am barely using it.

                    I am now in a situation and in to thinking that why I even picked the agent call to get agree on airtel black with dth.

                    Can you to please solve my issue?

                    I don't want to end up paying for something I didn't wish for.

                    Please consider to remove the additional charges. I hope you could understand from user point of view that it looks totally unfair when you get a bill for services which you never wanted or opted.

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      Hello,

                      I m the resident of 2144, ground floor, sector 4, huda colony gurugram. Airtel dug up the pothole right in front of my entry gate but not fixing it even after completion of the work. It is dangerous as I have little kids if some mishap will be there then only airtel will be held responsible. Whenever airtel people came to do the work I have requested all of them to please fix this pothole, so that at least my entry gate can be opened completely as well as to avoid any mishappening due to that pothole.
                      Please fix the same as diwali is coming and there. Is lot o[censored]ntidiness, dust, . Dirt and mud due to this pothole.

                      It is my humble request to you to please fill the pothole and fix it as it was earlier as my newly made ramp got destructed or pay me the compensation so that I can get it fix on my own.

                        The issue that I have experienced, Despite of email and call my reactivation request was delayed. Later I decided not to go with Airtel and got another broadband. Now I am following up to get my refund of paid amount but, I am not getting anything except robotic answers.

                        It occurred on: 3/08/2021

                        I want them to process my refund on priority.

                              Greetings,

                              I wanted to buy a new broadband connection and I decided to go with the brand name of Airtel. I thought the process and everything will be quick and smooth but I was surprized. The Sales person(SP) contacted me once I showed my interest in the new connection. He made a call and promised a lot of things and I thought fine. So I made the payment of Rs 3532 to Airtel for a 6 month subscription and once the payment was done, the SP took a side step. The technician told me only half of he promised speed can be provided. I thought as the payment was already made, let me just go ahead with it but then the technician told me that they will have to relogin the details.
                              Post that I am just chasing the SP and the technician. Payment is done and Airtel has got what they wanted. They are least bothered about the service leave alone the post sales service.
                              I tried to contact the customer care on numerous customer care nos but to no vain.
                              Airtel has disappointed me to the core.

                                Wifi Internet Broadband Connection is not working, since 9 thOct 2021, even after complaining so many times on121, talked about it to various executives. They promise everytime to resolve this, they assured us, again and again to resolve but all in vain, even they make us fool everytime, even they assure us to give compensation for that, they are just lying every time, even asked to recharge the internet so that they compensate for it, even after recharging, they neither give us internet, nor give us compensation. All the executives are just humiliating us. They are just shifting their responsibilities on each other...their names are: Ms.Jyoti, Ms. Shweta, Ms.Karan, Mr. AMAN, Mr. tanishq, Ms. Smriti, Mr.Shivam, Mr. Shivank, Senior Executive Ms. Khushboo, they asked us to do recharge again to resolve the problem now they are saying we r not able to provide the internet. Even nodal officer of the area no want receive the problem. Technician of the area intentionally cut the wires of the problem. Every time their executives said a new thing...It completely Humiliation to the consumers.

                                    I have been receiving inflated bills during international roaming in the past one month or so.
                                    I am getting charged even for not making or receiving any calls. Have reached out to Airtel customer support through phone and email without any proper response.
                                    These fraudulent inflated bills are outrageous.

                                      I have I bought a connection on 11 October 2021 since then I have
                                      received no messages no information about when broadband will be
                                      installed at my home .Your representatives are not receiving calls . I
                                      was told that it will take 48 hrs. for giving the connection since
                                      then your representative came only once and checked the box outside my
                                      house and said that it is not active and it will take 2 days to
                                      activate the box now I am trying to reach them earlier there was
                                      excuse of inactive box now there is excuse of holiday what kind of
                                      service is this, Never expected this from Airtel please provide my
                                      connection ASAP or Return My money.

                                        This is to let you all know i have requested for a connection on 11th oct and all payment and verification done at 11.20 am on 11th oct, and i was assured by local booking vendor that installation will be done within 24hrs, further i followed up with customer care number and they assured that sla is 3days which was wrong as per booking vendor hence today morning i tried to reach the customer care and they said we raised high priority request and within 4 hrs your installation will be done, now again at 6 pm i had called cause its been more then 7-8 hrs they say sla is 7 days.. and that came shocking ? Why should i wait for 7 days for installation when i have other options, the cycle repeats the customer care officer assures that she will get back within 2hrs, there is no tracking ticket for this. No defined time in your process! False hopes are being shared.

                                        Am in fear that even when post connection is completed, for any issues what is your sla and will I be getting seamless internet. Airtel s this experience has put be doubt on their capabilities !

                                        I would like to know if my installation would be done in 24 hrs or if not please process refund, so that i can arrange other means.
