      I am a heart patiet. During october2015, I got heart attack and admitted in MMM Hospital, Chennai. I was having a postpaid airtel connection [protected]. I lost my phone during treatment. I have not used that number from october 2015. Your officials daily making call and torturing me to pay bill which was not used by me.I request the competent authority to look in this issue and save from the torture__ Murthi [protected]

        I odered for postpaid sim online airtel galary on 15/02/2016 and representative of airtel will come and gave me the sim and collect my id and photo on 16/02/2016
        bt today is 23 of feb my sim is not yet activated.

          Hello,

          I am in a quiet disappointing and helpless situation.
          my Airtel 4g Number is [protected].

          My bill plan was 1999 - 30GB ..I had used the whole 30 gb by 5 th and over used another 1 GB ... then Airtel caped my usage.. after charging 2Paisa/ 10kb .. i.e 2000 / 1 GB.
          Then a guy from airtel called and said to go for 50 gb paln so that he can wave off / include the additional usage and charge me on pro-rata basis for 50 gb .

          i.e for 15 days 1999/ month prorata & remaining 15 days 2999/ month pro rata ..

          which should be close to 2500.. I had agreed and changed my plan.
          Now to my surprise i got the bill close to 4500 ..

          When i called customer care they say that they dont see any note on my account. and i have to pay full..

          I want you to please pull out the recording --- on 12th feb 2.35 PM
          Airtel customer service rep called me from the number [protected]


          It is completely a false promise. And i wont pay a single rupee until it is sorted.

            I had Rs 386 balance 2-3 days ago but when i checked it yesterday it showed low balance of almost Rs zero. When i tried to contact their customer care agent, I could not contact due to low balance. On email I got a reply that whole of Rs 386 has been deducted due to data usage above the limits of data pack i activated few days ago without explaining the extent or time of that usage. I am surprised how all of a sudden the balance dropped from Rs 386 to zero without any intermediate deductions. And if the data pack was over, data service should have been stopped. If Airtel takes so much pride in providing continued and hassle free data service to customers, then why this service has been stopped now? Let my balance be run in negative. This is nothing but befooling customers of their money.

              Hi Team,

              I raised a request for MNP from Airtel Mumbai to Airtel Maharashtra circle on
              11th Feb, 2016. I was told it would take 7 days, but nothing as been done as of
              now. On top of it without giving me any prior information, incoming of my
              number has been cut since 18th Feb, 2016. I had a family emergency yesterday but because of this problem, no one could connect to me.
              What is more ridiculous is the fact that outgoing is still active and on raising this issue to customer care multiple times since last 1 week, I have been told that it will take another 24 hours (Complaint number:[protected] . What kind of business Airtel is running, I just fail to understand.
              You can easily check that I have been an Airtel customer for 8 years and have
              been paying my bills well before time religiously. I never expected this kind
              of service from Airtel. I am really pissed off and will take the matter to
              consumer court.

                      I am anirban paul, i have recharge the amount of 515 on my Airtel number through paytm on 13th Feb 11:02PM,
                      after rechrge i could not receive single amount on my airtel number. i am trying to notifying this details to Airtel as well as Paytm none of them are supporting. if emailing to paytm they saying contact to your operator.
                      if i call to my operator(airtel)they telling me talk to your third party .
                      i am really frustrated i am using airtel since last 10 years. i never thought i.e airtel responding Like this.
                      even i contact to the nodal officer's of airtel, they also not responding properly.

                          Last week I have got a call from recovery of airtel.
                          I have a good reputation/respect abt airtel.
                          mentally disturbed the way they have talk to me.
                          My[protected] Airtel Broadband connection number
                          I was disconnect the service of Airtel Broadband connection on Aug 2015 after that they have generated the bill for 3 month . now they are asking me to pay the amount of 4000 Rs .. I have nt used the airtel connected .. but the way they communicated was not good.

                          So, Kindly look into this matter seriously,

                            My son took a new 4g sim at Chennai 18th feb 2016. They told it will be activated in few hours, at the most within 24 hours. Since then, every time we contact the outlet, keep telli g us it will be activated now. Today the 22nd it is 4 days now.

                              I received many calls from below numbers

                              Person Mentioned that he is calling from Airtel and asked me to deposit payment of Airtel Bill in very rude tone.
                              He sent me an SMS saying that Airtel is giving me a discount of Rs. 1000/-
                              and on confirmation with Gallery I found no such discount.
                              I will request Airtel To take a prompt action on the same as soon as possible.
                              Person Named himself as Yashpal Rana From Delhi.
                              Please do revert.
                              It is really bad on the part of Airtel.
                              That someone else is using their name in wrong way.

                                    I recharged my number [protected] with an STD pack of Rs. 14. I also got a confirmation SMS from Airtel stating the same. But when I make STD calls, they are charging more.

                                    I called Customer support. But they kept me on hold for almost 10 mins and the call got disconnected after that. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                      I have requested for new Airtel broadband connection on 6th-feb-2016. After a week of new connection feasibility check in my place and repetitive calls from airtel customer care, I decided to go for airtel. I submitted documents and Installation charges on 15th-feb-2016.
                                      So far till the date, I haven't got any call/email response from airtel. I called customer care and raised a complaint [complaint number#64783794], and they said on call, that I will be recieving a call from airtel service within 8 hours. even I didn't get any call after that.

                                      Again I called customer care and asked the airtel customer email ID which need to send the mail regarding delay of the connection and got mail Id [[protected]@in.airtel.com] from them and sent mail to it. Airtel customer service replied after a day to my mail, mentioning that, they will revert back by 72 hours. Even after 72 hours, they dint respond to that :(.

                                      Today [22-feb-2016] again I called airtel customer care and asked the status of the complaint whihc i raised, they said they are going to reopen it!!. And get back by 2-3 days.

                                      I needed Broadband connection as earliest.

                                      Dont just blabber the time whatever you think!. whenever I call customer care, they give me the response saying "will getback in 72 hours". Even after reaching the time limit, I dont get any call/Message/Email from you.

                                      After long time, Airtel said, there are no open ports(again same drama).
                                      And I got call on saturday [27-feb-2016] saying there are ports available now, can you send the documents again to below email ID's ?

                                      When i asked customer care about this, should i need to send documents to the mail id's, their response was.

                                      "We would like to inform you that as per resolution update the connection is not possible as there is no feasibility. However, as per process if the connection is not feasible then the security amount will be refunded to you within 20 working days."

                                        Hi, this is Jafar Practicing Chartered Accountant at Hospet.I want to lodge a complaint regarding the subscription of Mobile TV without the consent of me.on 21.2.2016 at 1.50pm i was browsing internet suddenly i got a message from Airtel Rs.150/- has been deducted from the main balance after that i called to customer care regarding that deductions and to deactivate the Mobile TV.But the airtel executive told me that the i got the confirmation message from the concerned company which is deducted deduction is not done by airtel.but as a fact i did"t got any confirmation for subscription of mobile TV logic is the executive told i got 2 message for subscription actually i didnot get any message for subscription.Hence i am lodging a complaint i am requesting your goodself kindly do the needful.
