जब तक रिचाज नहीं हुआ जब तक फोन पर फोन आते थे अब में दिन में 10 बार फोन करता हूँ

    What is this? Is this not a Robery?Many of the customers are not eduacated.Airtel customercare centres sending
    False sms and making this type of public robery.Do justice

      Prior I was a customer of Airtel but due to non availability of good network I port my number to Vodafone .I am using Vodafone since 22 November 2015 prior this I paid excess amount around RS 170 to Airtel .After a regular follow ups on customer care, office in sector- 29 faridabad no action took place till now & he is refusing to give back my amount also... Plz help

        Me and my partner has my family plan, and said all are shared between both the numbers,
        We have applied Incoming roaming free on our "Account" and my partner has moved to another state and using the same number with incoming free

        But since 2 months we have been receiving a bill of hefty 4000Rs whereas our plan is only 999.

        Now, When we contact the customer service they say that the incoming roaming is free only one one number.

        Outrageous how can they do that customers like this. i would want an explanation when they everything is shared.

        Before also we had a similar issue where they said "UNLIMITED" calling between child and parent number.later when we made multiple rounds to airtel stores they say its not unlimited and its only 1000 minutes.

          I am a doctor needing access to my mobile connection at all times. The quality of mobile phone signal at my home is so bad that I do not receive calls and I find it extremely difficult to dial out. I got a signal booster installed, but even that did not help. Repeated calls to customer care haven't helped. I tried calling the listed number of the Airtel Corporate office in Gurgaon to try to speak to a senior executive. But that number goes unanswered. It is extremely frustrating.
          Clearly, this is not how a professionally run, India's leading telecom company should work.

            I had deactivated my airtel 3GB /Rs700/- plan in Nov 2015. however it was not regularised and I kept getting additional 700/- in my bill. each time I had to go to aitel centre to get waiver and was given that everytime. finally the plan was discontinued in jan 16. but my feb bill still showed a bill of 1469/- and once again when I complained I was told that system has not been updated.
            therefore I paid Rs 669/- for that month, breakdown is :[protected]erroneously billed) - 100 (late fees since I didnt pay bill till my issue was sorted) = rs 669/-.
            after repeated requests to sort my bill I haven't been adequately addressed and finally my connection has got cut.
            I want this to be resolved.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I am your customer since about 12+ years and was a satisfied customer till 5 days back. I was suggested by one of your store at luxa road varanasi..operated by mr mohit sharma that, i should add my above no. with my another number [protected] for one time rs.199 charge. i handed over all required documents ie id/address proof and my photos. he did sale me another sim card instructing that when existing sim looses network i should insert new sim and when network comes in new sim, should get it varified on 59059. now, as 5 days passed, as they send it on 25th of feb, there no network came in the sim and my allright working mobile connection is totally dead. they cant give any proper reason or reply why it happened, when, how it ud resolved...i m so so frustated that i was thinking of going to consumer forum..
                      kindly, resolve my problem immediately and get my dead connection started anyhow..how much loss its imposing..u just cant imagine...please..help me..

                          Complaint against below issue/Problems.

                          Just two weeks ago i port my mobile number Vodafone to airtel and i am very disappoint/frustrated with airtel services.

                          Point 1- At initial stage of selling sim card to me by miss nikitha [protected] she told me 2G unlimited data plan in rs.499/- rental but today i comes to know that there is no such plan is there,

                          Point 2- I Raised complete on about data issue.26Th Feb 2016-till date my issue not resolve (No proper feedback from customer care)

                          Point 3-(Mr.Preet[protected] One-off your customer care executive Activated Rs.300/- topped up with my permission. And miss guide on my plan- Please deactivate same.

                            Mobile number is [protected], I got a SMS that my Hello Tune services has been deactivated, which I am using for last 11 years so on. Last months I had paid for Annual renal for Rs.250 + 150. Why the service is suddenly stop ??? Is Airtel is shutdown the Business ????

                            God only know what the hell service you provide. Every year I have face same Issue and sure coming 100 years is it contuneeee…. Hats of to your service.

                              I have informed airtel customer care so many times but they don't help me on that contexts. Also they don't resolve my issue not a single times. Also they don't log any complain on behalf of me.
                              Each and every time when I have ported my number Airtel activate promo on my number and cancel the port request, without informing me.
                              I want to know in which basis airtel activate promo without my concern? Does airtel compromise with customer security if not how they can activate any promo without customer intervention. Also whenever I have called airtel customer care ( number is 198) and want to know the reason they told me that there is no reason to this problem.

                              At last one thing I can say such services is not expected from a band like airtel, this will surely effect the brand name of airtel. Kindly resolve my issue urgently with top most priority.

                                    It has taken long time conserning on my complaint .As I waited more than a year but I didn't get single suggestion not even from You and from them.That number was really important for me as it linked to my carrier supporters. Some saying you are wasting your time.Please tell what should I do as I am totally suffered all through out conversations.Please give me my number back.If you want some extra penny for that then take it.As your Bill Balance has been already balanced a year ago .I think there is no more problem in giving back it to me.                                       On 31st January 2016 registered a complaint on airtel customer. Airtel Engineer(AE01) visited on 1st February 2016 and said set up box adapter to be replaced. Next day(2nd February 2016) Airtel Engineer(AE02, new person) bought a new adapter and replaced old adapter at the cost of Rs. 250 for adapter and visit service charge Rs. 150(complaint ref. No.[protected]. Again after two days problem started. Registered complaint on 13th February 2016 (complaint ref. No.[protected]. This time Airtel Engineer(AE01) visited and found that new adapter supplied on 2nd February 2016 has ampere rating of only 1.5 Ampere(plz see image 300.jpg).

                                      Original supplied adapter during installation is 2Amp rating(plz see image 200.jpg) and in set up box also it is clearly mentioned 2 Ampere(plz see image 100.jpg).

                                      Now M/s. Airtel is not ready to replace the faulty and wrong product supplied. Instead they are insisting to buy new adapter.

                                      I have been following M/s. Airtel customer care last one month, every time they insist to buy new one and also say that they will call back for the solution. Never they called me in the last one month. Very poor customer service support.
                                      Last communication ref.[protected] dated 23rd February 2016.

                                      Till date no solution provided by Airtel.
                                      Aitel after sales customer care service is very very poor.

                                      Rarel you will be able to get connected through contact number customer care contact number.
                                      on 5th June fresh complaint(Ref. no.[protected] is registered on Airtel customercare. Immediately next day 6th June Engineer visited.
                                      First comment after seeing problem was mic in dish is faulty and it should be replaced. When I explained history and asked for thorough check_ his observation and comments are;

                                      1) Setup box is faulty by using 1.5 Adapter. Airtel is no more supplying ordinary set up box, so HD setup box must be purchased.
                                      2) Adapter of 2.0A to be used.

                                      Based on his suggestion new adapter(Rs.250 cost) and new HD setup box(Rs 350 cost) is installed. Attached bills for same. Engineer took back old set up box. Now TV is working.

                                      Now Airtel has changed my earlier plan to HD plan without taking confirmation from me. On 7th customer care was contacted. Customer care executive told, it is complusary to use one month HD plan with new HD setup box. Next month it can be changed to my earlier plan. Customer care executive also told that Airtel is able to supply normal/ ordinary setup box. Surprise news for me!

                                      Who cheated us DK enterprises-Airtel distributer OR Airtel?

                                      Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of India,
                                      My request is not to buy Airtel dish TV. Service is very poor. Airtel Engineer do not know to find cause of the problem. They will simply suggest to replace electronic items, if it works you are lucky else your pocket will empty.
