no display on true caller is from Pakistan no. so check as soon as possible.

To protect all our mobile subscribers from malicious activities which may result in substantial increase in their phone bill, airtel would like to advise the following:

» Do not respond to any unexpected calls from a number with the +92 or +375 country code.
» Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.
Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
» This luring may also be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
» Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

    Had done a recharge of 1.25 MB recharge through Airtel app,
    the Airtel app shows wrong recharge amount and on payment, it is giving a wrong recharge amount.

      I want to inform you that my airtel customer id is-[protected] my registered mobile no- [protected], i have problem in my dth regarding b-001 error, i complained this at costomer care executive name rahul thakur .
      He deducted my balance without my permission and information of 99 rs and when contact again then misbehaving and did not give satisfy answer returning balance.
      sir this misbehaving and waiting me for 1 hour at mobile phone regarding complaine by my phone charge 50 rs deducted, is very shameful and sadful that a old customer of airt dth .
      Provide me my money back in my account untill i will disconnect my connection and go for a legal and media solution.

                Ref : Airtel DTH -- Customer ID [protected] DTH with recorder BOX.
                I spoke to your customer care 0n 12150 and also on phone no[protected]

                The lady on phone no[protected] has refused to connect with you, inspite of telling that it is the advise of Customer care department.

                1.My complaint Ref. no. 49833096 on 22.2.16 at around 22:07 Hrs.

                People in customer care has told that they are arranging call back, but even after 48 Hours, there is no call from Airtel, can not we call it as very bad customer care / support.

                2. Self has recharged account on 22/12/2015 for Rs.1320, which is meant for South Value Prime pack, before recharging called customer care and informed what pack is required, the amount was cross checked at website and accordingly recharged for 6 months. Again clarified to Customer care, South Value Prime. Proof is given below:


                Now, the connection is disconnected saying the package is not changed to South Value Prime, still it is in South Mega.
                Is the amount Rs.1320 is charged for two months???

                I am also seeing some deductions as Normal NRC and DBR adjustment, want to know what are these deductions.

                I want to know if you can do the needful, in case you are not resolving, we have to take up with appropriate Consumer Forum / other forums as may be required.

                This is required very fast as i need to plan alternate arrangement for viewing TV program, including changing service provider, etc.

                Looking forward for early solution.

                      It's a shame that Airtel looting cutomers by pushing suspension charges of 15 INR for late payment.
                      These guys should understand this is a pre-pay service not a post paid, as they use to loot customers by levying heavy fine for late payment.
                      If they charge 15 for each customer, this will be a big loot if there are lakhs of customers in a day, it goes like 15 * lakhs of late payment customers.
                      Government should take action against these looters in the future.

                      When it comes to consumer complaints these guys responding asap to defend or fake them to be genuine, i have sent email regarding the complaint, but no response still, is akanksha singh a human or bot?, received same reply from another forum.

                      Let me check or find them to be human responsive.
                      This is a confirmed bot reply, no response at all, CCS should try to block this bot in the future. Would be good if CCS could bring this concern to Government of India to take action against these looters.

                          I was going to port my sim and they assured me that they will give me offers in 3days from 21st feb 2016 so i get back my form... Till now i got nothing...now if i call customer care they are saying that...your sim [protected] is not ellegible to get this offer..this was said by Soumya supervisor...if they didn't assured me that offer then i would have ported this sim..So Please take this complaint and give me my offer (call rate 30p/min and daily 100sms) as assured...

                              We stay in the neighbourhood of the house Plot no. 97, Sridevi Kalyan Estates. J.J.Nagar. Yapral. The owner has allowed Airtel to install cell phone towers on his house which is posing health hazards in the neighbourhood houses. My wife had an abortion twice due to the tower radiations and this has been suspected by the doctors too. I also have been experiencing tiredness and have joint pains over the last 1+ years. The neighbours also have similar problems like skin allergy, women menstrual problems, joint pains etc. The cell phone radiations are the root cause of all these problems. We have spoken to the owner along with the neighbours in the month of August 2015 and we were assured that he will get the towers removed in 2 to 3 months...it has been 7 months now but nothing happened.

                              We would request Airtel and the house owner to remove the towers at the earliest and stop playing with the lives of people just to make money

                                  I am being disturbed by your recovery team from 08/02/2016 to till date. The billing is incorrect whereas my connection was closed by 22/01/2016 but the bill reflects till 09/02/2016 which is incorrect, I have asked many times to correct the bill and send the revised one. It did not happen, instead correcting the bill your recovery team started calling me and threating and disturbing multiple times a day.

                                  This is really serious, if I continue to get the disturbance on my mobile number I will file a complaint with Indian Penal Court with the help of my lawyer. My verbal complaint to the recovery team was not actioned, as this is my written statement over email to Customer support and marking to Nodal Officer and Appellate.

                                      I have requested for broadband connection transfer on 1st Feb (ref no.[protected] & it was informed that it will take 7 working days.
                                      I did a follow-up call on 3rd (interaction ID[protected], 4th (interaction ID[protected] and 11th Feb (interaction ID[protected] and I was asked to wait for another 5 days.
                                      I again followed up on 13th (interaction ID[protected] & 15th (interaction ID[protected] & again asked to wait for 5 days, also in between there was no call/no status update from Airtel side.
                                      Then on 16th Feb i again followed up (interaction ID[protected] & i was told that the feasibility is not there and based on this information i requested to proceed for the disconnection and adjust the bill for this months as i have not used the services from 1st Feb till the disconnection time and there is so much of inconvenience caused to me (billing cycle is 17th Jan to 16th Feb).
                                      But on 22nd, Airtel technical team called me up and said that the connection is feasible now and against all odds i could not understand whether is it possible or not?
                                      Then on 23rd i made 4 calls to Airtel customer care so that they could confirm me whether it is really possible to transfer the connection or not?
                                      23rd Feb - 1st Call (interaction ID[protected], the operator informed me that Airtel will call me back within next 2 hours to update the transfer feasibility. After waiting for 4 hours and no calls from Airtel, I did the follow up again.
                                      23rd Feb- 2nd Call (interaction ID[protected], the operator again informed me that i shall wait for 2 hours and Airtel will call me back. I requested to transfer the call to the seniors (interaction ID[protected], I was assured that Airtel will call back to me within next 2 hours. I requested to just let me know whether it is possible to transfer or not & if yes then until what time, so that i could take the necessary action but Airtel refused to confirm.
                                      To add further and the most disrespect and utmost ignorance from Airtel, no updates were given by Airtel in next 3 hours and i followed up again.
                                      23rd Feb- 3rd Call (interaction ID[protected], with such frustration due to cold response from Airtel, I requested the operator to just confirm whether it is feasible or not? But he refused to confirm, I explained that its been 23 days, if it is not possible then I shall look for other services as my work is getting hampered. I requested Airtel to give me written confirmation that the transfer is possible and within this time period and then only I shall be assured but again Airtel refused to confirm anything in writing. Then the operator informed that I will get the call from shifting team within next 5 minutes. Again Airtel could not meet the timeline of 5 mins. but I got a call from Airtel (keeping the customer care on line) and the shifting team confirmed that the transfer is not possible.
                                      After so many follow-ups and wasting my time, energy and money over calls I was finally informed that the transfer is not possible. Based on this I requested the complete waiver of my last month bill amount Rs. 2174 (period[protected] to[protected] which has been wrongly generated by Airtel. I requested for the complete waiver for the kind of inconvenience caused to me by Airtel, for misleading the customer and not being transparent with customer, I asked for the complete waiver as a compensation for the initial installation charge I had paid to Airtel, I asked the compensation for the calls I have made (almost 200 mins. I wasted over calls) and above all the kind of mental harassment done by Airtel to me. But the operator refused to do so and I requested to transfer the call to the person who has the authority of doing so. Then the senior person (Ms. Monica) offered me waiver of Rs. 1500 after long negotiation but being so frustrating and mentally tortured by Airtel I again requested for the complete waiver and she informed that I will get a call back within next 30 mins. from senior team.

                                      23rd Feb – 4th call (from Airtel to me, interaction ID[protected], Mr. Rajan from Airtel offered me waiver of complete bill of 2174 but asked me to pay the charges for 18th Feb to 23rd Feb and he would do the adjustments immediately based on my approval. There is no point of paying the charges for the days where I have not used the services at all. I again requested to do the complete waiver. Then he informed that I will get a call back from billing team by 24th Feb, 2:00 PM.
                                      24th Feb – (interaction ID[protected], the gentleman from Airtel told me about the policies of Airtel and as per that Airtel can compensate only for the no. of days the services are not used. To my surprise the policy is not at all clear, one of the Airtel operator was offering 1500 waiver (which is greater than the amount for no. of days services not used), the other operator was offering the waiver of 2174 but asking to pay for 18th Feb to 23rd Feb and the final gentleman is talking about the policy which states that Airtel can only waive off for the no. of days services are not used. I requested to mail me the policies but that was also refused.
                                      To summarize the above, the Airtel misguided the customer like me, dint share the correct information and there is no ownership with Airtel. It took 23 days by Airtel to just confirm that the transfer is not feasible and that too with 10 follow-ups from my side and Airtel didn’t bother to update the status to the customer who has been using the services for close to 6 & half years.
                                      Airtel which is primarily known for good services has gone tremendously low with respect to maintaining it. The Airtel is just busy in charging the money without providing the services to customer.
                                      There is much of inconvenience caused to me, mental harassment done to me and the work which has been hampered due to non-availability of the services. To compensate all I request the below
                                      - Complete waiver of the bill starting from 17th Jan, 2016 till the date disconnection happens.
                                      - Reimbursement of the initial installation charges paid by me to Airtel (as I have to pay the installation charges to other service provider)
                                      - Reimbursement of the call charges, the calls made by me to Airtel.
                                      - Compensation for the time and energy of mine wasted due to misguiding by Airtel.

                                        March 30, 2015 i have changed my post paid to Prepaid and while making postpaid i had paid 5500 security deposit. when the postpaid was converted to prepaid they have deducted 2500 and 1400 saying that it was deducted to other account and they paid the balance to my account.
                                        i interacted with customer service they informed me that the above amount was by mistake came to your account i mean on the month of September and October 2014 some one else paid to my account and that is the reason they are deducting .
                                        i maintain all the invoice details and i have provided the proof that i had paid the above amount and after that they stopped receiving the email, whenever i send the email it comes back to me, saying mail delivery failure.

                                        please help me in this regards, they are thieves and they have adjusted my money to someone related to them and for your kind information i have all the proof of payment and email correspondence with since 6 months.

                                        I don’t understand what are you talking about, you are asking the same question as the 121 executive, I don’t understand why you are not getting my point.

                                        Let me make clear that on the month of September 7, 2014 airtel has issued a bill of 1400.26 which I have settled and on the month of October 7, 2014 Airtel has issue the bill of 2, 507.98 out this bill I have settled 2500 and balance was carried forwarded to the next month bill. 1400.26 was paid by online transaction and 2500 was paid by cash.

                                        If you see the attached invoice of the airtel you can clearly note that amount due will show in the 1st invoice and amount paid will be in the next invoice and the invoice is related to me only to which I have made payment.

                                        On march 27th 2015 you said it has been reversed to my account which is not true, for your kind information the amount of 2500 and 1400 was paid from [protected] and amount you have reversed is as follows
                                        2500 Rs has been reversed to A/c : [protected] and Amt 1400 rs reversed to A/c: [protected] which is not related to me

                                        I have attached the Airtel invoice to which is the proof of my payment and one more thing I need to clarify that I had made the payment on September and October, if there was a problem then why the airtel intimated to me on March 2015.

                                        I don¿t understand what are you talking about, you are asking the same question
                                        as the 121 executive, I don¿t understand why you are not getting my point.


                                        Let me make clear that on the month of September 7, 2014 airtel has issued a
                                        bill of 1400.26 which I have settled and on the month of October 7, 2014 Airtel
                                        has issue the bill of 2, 507.98 out this bill I have settled 2500 and balance
                                        was carried forwarded to the next month bill. 1400.26 was paid by online
                                        transaction and 2500 was paid by cash.


                                        If you see the attached invoice of the airtel you can clearly note that amount
                                        due will show in the 1st invoice and amount paid will be in the next invoice
                                        and the invoice is related to me only to which I have made payment.


                                        On march 27th 2015 you said it has been reversed to my account which is not
                                        true, for your kind information the amount of 2500 and 1400 was paid from
                                        [protected] and amount you have reversed is as follows

                                        2500 Rs has been reversed to A/c : [protected] and Amt 1400 rs reversed to A/c:
                                        [protected] which is not related to me


                                        I have attached the Airtel invoice to which is the proof of my payment and one
                                        more thing I need to clarify that I had made the payment on September and
                                        October, if there was a problem then why the airtel intimated to me on March

                                        can you please help me in solving this issue with the Airtel. I had discussed the issue with one of the Nodal office and he guaranteed that he will solve the problem and suddenly another officer is sending the mail about what is the reason you have not paid. i am fed of answering my problem to them they are thieves and they do not want to pay my security deposit.

                                        i would request you to please send a official notice to clear this complaint and i hope by your notice they can be polite to customer. we have a good hope that my problem will be solved and now it is almost 1 month i havent received any result from Airtel.

                                        i am dam sure that my money has been adjusted to one of your airtel peoples bill that is why you are hesitating to pay my refund.
