This is to inform every one very very bad interenet and bad customer care support from airtel its was last 15 years working in it field but this is very very baad not good dont know were to remove the frustation...God know hoe to handle this people...

Last month, I changed my postpaid plan from 999 to 1499 on 26 of December. Then I activated Smart pack internet for 1705 rupees. so the total should be 1499 + 1705 = 3204. But my the bill I got is 5752.46. I called customer care for clarification. I am here to complain about AIRTEL SCAM.

I had given request for my no [protected] to be port from Reliance to Airtel on 23rd Dec 2015 to Airtel office. I had paid Rs 50/- for new SIM and I had submitted my photo and documents.
Later I had dropped mail to Airtel nodal team, Bihar asking regarding status of my port request in reply of that Divya Kumud from nodal team confirms that although they had received my documents but port request was not...

It's more than 6 months there is minimum network(near to no network) coverage. i m user of airtel since last two years. and have good trust on airtel. but now i m very much dissappointed. the no. of mine is [protected]. I recharged my phone for internet for 175rs
it said its for 28days 1gb
i recharged it on 18th january and now its showing data plan will get over on 28th jan and my data also was reduced suddenly to 27mb

Airtel 4g mobile wifi has no connection from 18th jan.
