        Address verification negative but same address is positive for another postpaid no that I am using

        I am using an airtel postpaid no since many years. Now I have purchased an another postpaid no and submit my existing bill for the current address along with aadhar card and Driving Licence. After verification, team said that address is negative.
        If this is negative then why are you not discontinue my existing no that I am using since many years and paid all my bills on time.

        Dear Sir,

        This is anuradha singh, who owned the number [protected] from airtel. around a year back i was travelling when my phone discontinued and on enquiry i was known the amount was near about Rs.1900/- and when after a month i came back to mumbai i got a call from airtel for the payment of rs. 4800/- as my bill.

        As the hardcopy of the bill never received. secondly on repetitive follow up and communication from Neha from airtel collections, i was known that the extra amount over the 300 rs rentals is towards internet and add on packs and when enquired that how a non operating number can opt for add on packs and operate internet. I was given a choice to settle the amount to Rs. 2500/- which i agreed upon the term that i would required either a mail or confirmation that my remaining amount of Rs. 2300/- is waived and i would not be charged the same in future within a span of 2 days from the receipt of the cheque.

        A written communication or oral never received due to which i holded the cheque and the cheque got bounced.

        After one month of which i got a call and was informed that the same matter will be soughted within 2 days and from then there are no calls from customer service to solve the issue.

        After 2 - 3 months i get a reminder call for payment and upon requesting to solve the issue they consider the matter and request to give a day or two days time to solve the issue.. but all in vain.

        ALSO, PLEASE CHECK THE RECORDS THAT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED AIRTEL FOR THE PROBLEM SOLVING AND ALSO PLEASE CHECK THAT I HAVE ATTENDED ALL THE CALLS DONE BY AIRTEL COLLECTION DEPARTMENT

        And today morning, MR. DEVRAJ JOSHI calls and he says he is a government advocate and threats to put me behind bars or trouble me with routine travelling to delhi and ruining my life.. if the said amount is not paid within half an hour to the airtel.

        The phone number of mr. devraj is [protected]. can i request the government and airtel company to solve the issues instead of threating the consumers.

          I have recently observed two balance issues in my account.
          1. I recharged my DTH account [protected] on 14th dec 2015 with 510. It showed validity till 13th Feb that time. However later in Feb, it started showing validity till 9th feb. So there was extra loss incurred someday.
          2.Also, on 9th Feb My account balance showed Rs. 23. I however made a recharge of Rs. 320(15 cashback), as it showed the last day of validity period. So my total balance would have been Rs. 358 on 9th. But on 14th, my balance is 288, which is Rs. 20 short, as per Rs. 10 deductions/day of my current pack.
          I want to know my balance history of the days, so that i can get to know when did all these balance descrepencies occur, and when did others of such type occured...Also, I want a refund of that amount. My contact no. Is [protected].

            I raised a complaint in the same forum a few days ago stating --
            I received a message from 121 stating-Recharge before expiry to get your unsed 3G Data carry forwarded .I did the same but the data has not be carry forwarded .Moreover on repetitive calls to the customer care, there is rude and unethical response from the support people .They are not ready to listen just monotonously mutter their crammed lines for all issues and talk in a harsh tone

            To this i received a reply from your side to mail the number and details .I have already mailed my airtel no and contact number to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com .No resolution has been done from your side .Please contact me soon regarding this issue .

                  Internet was not working for 10 days and not ready to give compensation

                  I was not able to use internet from 7/02/2016 till 17/02/2016.
                  i have been calling customer care multiple times and i dint get proper response or resolution. everyday i had to call customer care for almost 3-4 times and they use to hold my call for almost 30-45 mins and at last they use to tell sorry, and i have requested a call back from them but i never use to get any call back, i just got call back once and with a wrong information....

                    I've been using airtel since 2004 and the days were good back then with good signal and service from them... And now they started marketing 4g where we cant even get a proper 4 bar signal. Customer care personnel says that its their only duty to forward a complaint and what happens next is non of their concern (doesn't want to reveal the name) i here such complains in our daily conversations both from my professional friends and personal friends.. I know why you are soo confident about not bothering to customer problems because you have corporate client contracts.. Guess what i have a personal and office number of airtel and for both the signal sucks... Please solve this issue before "trai" takes these complains seriously.                     My problem was not solved... listen to your customers.. Iam a PR & BD Executive to a reputed hotel chain and when my clients cant reach me its a huge problem.. Both my personal and official numbers are AIRTEL and from past few weeks things are getting worse with your signal issues.. one word SOLUTION

                      I had bought 10 days back a 4G SIM from your Agents: Raghu Enterprises, MBT Road, Bangarupalyam, Dist. Chittor, Andhra Pradesh. MOBILE; [protected] prop. Mr.Reghu. by paying Rs.150/- and your agent assured full talk value of Rs.150/- which has not yet been activated so far drspite my repeated visits to your agents office. Today when I contacted him he says the person who sold the SIM to me is a fraudster and the actual value for the said SIM is only Rs.60/- whereas my application and the documents submitted by me is with the agent and he is not ready to take responsibility for the wrong and cheating done by his appointed representative.
                      Under the circumsysnces, I would request you to take strong action against this agent and BLACKLIST him for the fraud he is committrd with the customers with the connivance of his representatives without further loss of time, as otherwise I will be forced to file a criminal suit against you, your agent and his representative under section 420. I must get the extra money charged from me immediately within 48hours and the SIM must be activated at the earliest. I think your company is not a part of this fraud. If so, act immediately to maintain your reputation. If no immediate action, matter will be given to media and docisl media at yout risk & responsibility which pl note.

                          Even after making payments against mobile no.[protected] on due dates, Airtel didn't posted payments properly and harassing for payment even after providing payment transaction ids wide transaction ID no: 712487 dated 09.12.2015 and 387244 dated 04.02.2016. Expecting compensation of Rs.10Crores for harassment which has done by Airtel for which I already paid the payments on time as referred above and demanding Airtel to give two 4G life time free connections as part of compensation for their harassment.

                            I Have surrendered AIRTEL 4g Connection on 26th Dec, 2015.After 24 days airtel got back to me to submit documents for refund, which was forwarded to them 3 times. Airtel did commit that my refund will happen on 6th fEB, and the date revised was 12th feb and again it was further revised to 15th feb, 2016.Till date airtel has not refunded back my Rs.3900, even after submitting all documents.The customer care just notifies that i will get reply in 72 hours, however its been near to 55 days but airtel does not seem to refund my money. Airtel is not giving me the details about the money, even after 35 emails exchange.
                            They are simply duping customers, which is highly unacceptable.

                              I submitted new connection request to airtel 2 weeks back. I got a call last Wednesday (Feb 10)and was told that there is port availability in my area and I can be given new connection. Next day one guy came to get all document and 1000rs payment. I was not given any application number and receipt for the payment I gave. It's been a week and I'm in dark with no status of what's happening. I was told I will get the connection in 48 hours. Nothing happened.

                              When I called customer support, they are asking for application number or receipt number which was not.provided to me.

                              I am so disappointed with airtel working with new customer's.

                              Finally I found the lady who called me from airtel office and senot someone to collect the documents. When I called her few timea did not give me proper response, finally she stopped answering my call. She is jot.even ready to listen to me. She said she is working from Santhome airtel head office chennai, her phone number is [protected]

                              Now, no one know that I gave a request to airtel for new connection and I have no proof that I paid 1000rs to airtel.

                              Someone please help me. I need the Internet connection ASAP.

                                    Airtel has deducted Rs.99 without my authorisation for same value added service. I have never confirmed any such deduction, and have never used such service. I asked the to stop all my VAS and to never subscribe for the same in future but the problem is still being faced by me 4 th time. Fed up, kindly try to refund my amount.
