Dear Concern

I got a call form airtel by requesting the port the no to airtel, also describe the plan.i selected a plan of 399 monthly rental.(600 local/std min, 1 gb 3G data after that 2G unlimited, 300 msg).but your guys informed me to delay of process
because bill of last month about to generate.after 15 days i got the msg for
porting. I changed the sim .when i called a no automatically it goes to
verification...

My prepaid connection was disconnected with wrong reason and causing me inconvenience. When I received the msg saying that they are going to disconnect my number because non usage in last 90 days, I sent email with details. I received reply immediately saying that they verifyed the usage and ignore the msg and balance Rs.1 only and recharge. When we try to recharge they said it is disconnected. I had to convert my airtel postpaid to prepaid. For that, I visited to Airtel Relationship center at Vimannagar Pune. One of the sitting representative told me that Conversion process is halted for next 10 days and will be continued after 10 days, because of some issue...
I asked him about issue, he told me, some of customers did not convert to prepaid successfully. So Airtel is working on it...

Wrong balance deduction for internet usage

Error in mobile data consumption

My name is Lovelesh Gautam mobile number [protected] as according to my bill plan i have 1024MB Data and my daily consumption is 35MB but in the middle of month Airtel shows i have consumed 100% data i have facing this from last 8 months and i will show all the screen shots to Airtel they will waveoff each month but problem not solved yet....

Poor customer service by airtel staff at village in punjab

I visited India on 1 January 2016 and arrived at village called sabhra. I bought a prepaid card number on 3rd Jan to communicate but unfortunately the connect was only provided on 10 Jan because I understand that air tell agent who collects the document did not come to the village to collect till 9 Jan 2016.
I thought the airtel service was the best with many towers all over the country to provide the best communication means in India...

I was charged rs75 for some house of models service. I asked the customer care about the service as it did not reflect in my last 5 value added services. They said it got activated while browsing the net. But i have a net pack of 700mb left. Thats the petplexing part. I feel very cheated by airtel to whom i have been loyal for over 6 years....

i am facing the problem of not getting OTPs. I am frustated with them for one months trying to resolve my issue..from the day i did my number port from vodafone to airtel . They finally blame all online e-commerce sites for not sending msgs while the actual problem is with airtel as i am not receiving other messages like paytm irctc kvoos BookMyShow, My Office alerts too. Worst service by Airtel. Thinking to switch back to Vodafone for that...

Now you executive is denying that it is not possible. Airtel is making me fool by getting me activated on airtel by falsified statement and forcing me to stay with the plan for 3 month as per the MNP norms.

This is not acceptable...
