I have using Airtel company mobile [protected] last 8years, 08/02/2016 that day they are detecting rs 25 from my mobile numbers activating for games, actually i am using basic mobile, i contact Airtel customer care 4 executives officers for refund the detecting amount they told we dont give back the fund once we get the amount we cant refund, and told go to any where( trai) complaint against our company.

            Dear Sir, Please add more kannada channels to Dish TV. Other DTH services have more kannada channels upto 24 kannada channels. But Dish TV has only 16 kannada channels. Please add these kannada channels like Rajmusic kannada, Raj News Kannada, Praja TV, Janashree News Kannada, Samaya News, Polimer Kannada, Public Music, Chintu TV, BTV News Kannada, please add these channels. These channels are available in other DTH services like Videocan D2H.

                REGARDING AIRTEL DATA CARD # [protected]

                Dear Team,

                I've purchased airtel data card almost 6 months ago from Airtel store, Jaipur ( Raj.).I had opted for 5GB UNLIMITED tariff plan for the concerned data card which means that I can utilize 5GB data at 3G or higher speed and after its consumption I can access the data at a slower speed.
                The slower speed was informed to be within the range of 100-120kbps at the time of purchase of the data card.
                The speed of the concerned data card is very slow ( even the 3G speed) for which complaints have been registered several times. The company is not even providing an average speed of 50 Kbps . The average speed comes out be just 20-30 kbps.
                It doesn't even allow to access data after consumption of the allocated data ( to be used at 3G or higher speed ).
                I am facing this issue every month even though it was informed by Airtel's technical team that they fixed the problem and I would not be facing the same issue again.The connection becomes improper and intermittent . I 've already registered numerous complaints regarding the same concern/issue every month however the issue has not been resolved yet. AIRTEL has provided us interrupted services due to which we had to bear huge losses.We cannot allow the company to cheat innocent customers .
                How could the company representatives display such poor service standards ?
                The technical team closed the complaints with false and absolutely incorrect comments even though they informed over the phone that I was not able to access data properly due to some technical fault at their end. The team could't even revert within TAT . How could the company representatives display such poor service standards ? Who is going to compensate for the losses that we have to bear just because of their worst service level and incompetency of the representatives to resolve the issue as we have not been able to use the connection properly which ultimately affects our daily work.We have been mentally harassed as every month we have to call customer care and register complaints for the same issue .
                The Airtel representatives have been calling every month and they simply inform that they had escalated the issue .
                We have been facing the same problem for the past six months ...This is simply not acceptable !!
                HOW CAN THE COMPANY SHOW SUCH ADVERTISEMENTS CLAMING THAT THEY ARE THE FASTEST DATA NETWORK PROVIDERS ????
                THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN ABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER 3G AND 2G NETWORK AND OUR ONGOING ISSUE REGARDING THEIR POOR NETWORK IS EVIDENCE FOR THE SAME.How can Airtel follow such unethical sales and marketing strategy ??????????? Airtel representatives mis-sell the product with absolute false comittments. Even the Appellate authority @ Airtel always try to hide their major service lapses and deliberate attempt by their representatives to cheat customers. They keep on giving false assurances and comittments.
                They force the customers to upgrade the tariff plan even though we opted for 5GB UNLIMITED PLAN according to which we should be able use further data at an appropriate average speed without any charges. They simply want customers to pay unnecessary charges .
                WE DEMAND A REPLY FOR OUR CONCERN AT THE EARLIEST BEFORE WE APPROACH THE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM AND TRAI TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR WORST SERVICE STANDARDS AND DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.

                Dear Team @ Airtel,

                We have not yet received any resolution . Are you trying to find out other ways to cheat us ??
                We have been reporting the same issue every month however the Airtel team is unable to resolve the issue.
                How could Airtel representatives display such poor after sales service ? We have now realized that Airtel makes false
                committments at the time of selling the data card just to meet their sales numbers . This is absolutely unethical sales
                and marketing strategy of the company Airtel . We are still waiting for the resolution to be provided at the earliest.

                        I am holding a a airtel Mobile no : [protected] of Tamilnadu circle.On 9th feb 2016 i have recharged for an amount of 1347 by around 2.30pm for 10gb data.Since i got Message.But data is not been added to my account.I have contactaed custmer care sevaral times but no proper response.Its like cheating.please avoid cheating.It is shame on airtel.Today im going to file on consumer court against airtel for this cheapest behaviour.

                            I am a postpaid customer of Airtel India having cell connection # +91
                            [protected]. I had requested for activation of International Roaming
                            and it was activated at that time but when I came to usa i'm not
                            getting any network.This is happen second time with airtel because i
                            tried once more in 2014 that time i'm not approach to your team but
                            i'm not going to tolerate this time.Before getting this connection the
                            airtel outlet attendant assured me that this time I don't have any
                            problem with airtel roaming network. I called to airtel store
                            attendant but he reconfirm activation of International roaming but
                            still i'm not getting any network.

                                I have recharged a with 45 rs for 3g and i got the data but only 2g it show there is no 3g data activated i have recharged a urgent work the airtel is the one never trust again it is very worst i have tried to call customer care but call us cutting automatically the bledee of airtel

                                  I am shaik nisar basha, my airtel mobile number [protected].every month I can recharge with "3GB 2G + Unlimited [protected]@40 Kbps.28 days.256 has been renewed on your airtel mobile. Rs256.0 has been charged to your mobile account." Airtel cheating me, I am not getting spead upto @40kbs, 2times they accept my request for solving my problem (C2GSP[protected]) not solve and not response, 2time taken complaint(C2GSP[protected]) not respond.I will call for taking of request because airtel providing of request track site fake site they taken fake complete if that not to be solved my airtel.once I am calling they said that that problem not form their side..I challenging them for media coverage for this cheating adds..TRAI ALSO SUPPORING THIS CHEATING AADS...WHO CAN CONTROLS THIS FAKE AIRTEL...ADDS, WHY THEY THEFTING AMOUNT FROM THE CUSTOMER.PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.pls proving facility for adding not only images recording voice what we are taking customer care..FAKE airtel adds not given @40kbs speed.

                                      I am writing this mail on behalf of a group of people. We are a corporate firm in Kakkanad named Advenser with 100+ employees. In December, a sales agent from Airtel came to our office and introduced corporate plans for us. Previously we were using a corporate plan from Vodafone with following benefits.

                                      750mb 3g and post 750, unlimited 2g
                                      500 minutes local calls including land line
                                      300 local sms

                                      Airtel agent offered the following plan to us

                                      1gb 4G and post 1GB, unlimited 2g
                                      500 minutes local mobile calls
                                      300 sms

                                      So, some o[censored]s decided to take this plan and in January 2016, we migrated to Airtel. Presently around 50 people are in our Airtel CUG. But, after activating the connections, we came to know from customer care that Airtel doesn't have a plan with unlimited 2g. I contacted that agent 2 weeks back and he said, he had given complaint to Airtel IT department regarding this. After 1 week, I contacted him again, but could not make it. Since 1 week he is not answering our calls. We are in deep trouble now.
                                      Presently, some o[censored]s are not getting internet after 945mb and others are billed for huge amount after 945mb.
                                      I went to Airtel office at Maradu directly yesterday and, they says they cannot do anything. A group of 50 people are in trouble now. And, another 10-20 connections activations are in progress. And, I am having more trouble because, I only introduced this Airtel guy to my company. Please see some of our numbers below for your reference.

                                      Customer Care says our data plan is like this.

                                      945 mb 4G free, after that, 130mb for 500 rs then, 2g speed.

                                      Airtel representative repeatedly told us we will not get extra bill for using data when we took the connections. It is now a clean case of cheating from Airtel side. We are very disappointed with these kind of service from Airtel.

                                      Please let me know whether you can do anything to solve this issue.

                                        For the last 9 days i was struggling to gt my postpaid migrated to prepaid. I am customer of airtel since 2006 october.

                                        Respected sir,

                                        I am a customer of airtel since 2006 october and using the mobile number - [protected]. Due to my job change, i am relocating from kerala. I am residing in kozhencherry, pathanamthitta district of kerala, pin - 689641, which is my native place.

                                        As i am relocating, i called airtel customer care to provide me the information on postpaid-to-prepaid migration. Thy asked me to visit nearest airtel store/relationship center, and submit a request along with photograph and identity proof. They gave me a wrong address in pathanamthitta town, which is actually the address of an airtel digit office. I wasted half-day in looking for airtel office there. Later i was provided airtel relationship center address of kadappakada, kollam- 691008, which is located 90 kms from my place and more than 2.5 hours bus-journey.

                                        On february 2, 2016 morning 11:30 i walked in to aforesaid airtel relationship center and submitted my request for migration along with my photograph and id proof. My request was processed by 12:00 pm arc manager (Phone: [protected]), and i payed an outstanding amount of rs. 520/- (Attached). She informed me that it will take 24 hours to complete the migration and i should not make any calls during this 24 hour. She also informed me that during this time i will get a message from airtel and, my postpaid sim will be activated, and i can replace it with my prepaid sim and undergo a verification procedure by dialing 59059. I waited for 24 hour and didn't make any calls in between.

                                        However, i did not got any message/updates from airtel and my postpaid was still active even after 24 hours. Then i made a call to arc manager, but no one was picking the call. Then i contacted airtel postpaid customer care (121). They told me thy cannot help, and i need to contact airtel relationship center again. Later i contacted airtel's kerala appellate officer ([protected]), and lodged a complaint. I also send emails by providing the screenshots of my payment on feb 1.

                                        The appellate officer named geetha informed me that she will look into this issue with top priority and and the migration will be completed by 48 hours, and she will provide me the updates and i need not call her till that time. However i didn't got any update from her in between. During this time arc manager called me that the outstanding amount was actually rs. 580, and she gave wrong information, as she could not see the outstanding from her side, and she got this information from another arc. She told me she is paying this amount from her own pocket and she will ensure the migration will happen within another 24 hours. I got an sms alert and email alert for this rs. 60/- payment. However even after 24 hours migration has not happened, and i am not getting any proper updates from airtel. As a result, i had to call to airtel appellate officer on every day to follow-up with this issue. I was talking to two officers - geetha and asha. Asha informed me to wait till monday, and every issue will be fixed by monday (Oct 7) and my prepaid will be activated.

                                        On oct 7 night, i got an mail alert of another bill rs. 474/-. I forwarded this to appellate officer mail again. As i submitted my request for postpaid-to-prepaid migration on feb 1, 12:00 pm, i am not responsible for any charges after feb 2, 12:00 (My bill cycle jan 5-feb 4). Later i called appellate officer number and spoke to asha. I was informd apart from rs. 60/- arc also payed rs. 1 and rs. 147 on my behalf as outstanding (Total: rs. 520 payed by myself and rs. 208 payed by arc). This 474 is in addition to the rs. 728 already paid. Thy are saying these amount includes rent, data usage, call rates, etc. And unfortunately it is caused due to the delay from airtel. As the delay increases, the outstanding bill amount also increases.

                                        Now airtel is asking me to pay this rs. 474 from my pocket. They are penalizing me for their own mistake. They are rejecting my request to waive this outstanding amount. And i am not responsible for paying any charges resulted after feb 2 12:00 pm. It is also creating lot of mental harassment for myself. For this simple issue i am suffering for last 9 days.

                                        Hence i request your good office to intervene on this issue. If there is further delay i had to seek justice from consumer court and other higher courts.
