I have recharged my mobile number google pay for Rs.598 on 14th Sep 2021and received an SMS with Transaction reference id[protected] bhartiairtel.[protected]@sbi Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. hence request to chargeback me the amount which is debited.

    Active Airtel Prepaid Number suddenly DOES NOT EXIST

    बहुत बड़ी फर्जी कंपनी है एअरटेल और बड़ा घोटाला है उपभोक्ताओं के उत्पीड़न मे। हम लोगों ने तीन महीने पहले कनेक्शन लगवाया आज तक अपने वादे के अनुसार लैण्डलाईन कनेक्शन नही दिये। कनेक्टिविटी स्पीड बेकार है। अगले बिल पीरियड के लिए प्लान चेंज करना चाहते है पर कोई आप्शन ही नही।
    121 पर शिकायत करने पर अब उन्होंने मेरा नंबर ही ब्लाक कर दिया है।
    मै तो अपने लोकल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से कनेक्शन हटाने को कह चुका हूँ पर वह बेचारा कंपनी के फर्जीगीरी से स्वयं असहाय है। मेरी आईडी [protected] बनारस मे है। @[protected]
    भूल के भी एअरटेल एस्ट्रीम या कोई भी सर्विस मत ले नही तो परेशान रहेगें।

      Hi team,

      I have subscribed reginal marathi pack of Airtel dth. They have removed sony marathi channel without prior notification. Also I have paid mony for that channels. Though they removed it. They are asking extra money to add it. So I am request help here to add it again without extra cost.

        Hello Airtel,

        My Airtel Connection [protected] stopped working in UAE.

        Please do check with the issue and requesting you to resolve it at the earliest.

        I have did everything from my end, its not working at all.

        I am totally stuck as I am not able to get OTP.

        PLEASE DO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

          I need ebill for the bill cycle for september which I am unable to see in my airtel app and through the website as well. I contacted customer care on 3rd october 2021 at 10:00 am they are unable to help stating they can't send ebill since its prepaid account . I am not getting ebill on my account which I used to get earlier, However I am able to ebill for other customers which are coming on my email id . Pls help me to get my ebill for the month of September . Its becoming a headache now to contact airtel again and over and over regarding this . This happening for sometime looks like tax forge happening from airtel side . Its consumer right to monthly invoice for the payment paid . We dont need payment receipt this is different than invoice . My airtel app shows " no data" tried login/logout and website user not authorised . whats happening not idea .

            I have 2 Airtel Sims and both are activated for International Roaming. Now when I m in UAE even though there is enough balance I am unable to make or receive the call. Customer care is not ready to take any accountability. They are saying we need to recharge IR pack then only it will work and your IR is not activated. Though I am getting Sms regularly. Sad to know that our network provider are so poor in knowledge that they can't even provide the proper solution and leaving no option behind us than to quit both the numbers.

            I have checked everything but nothing works.

              As part of the OFC cabling work, airtel has constructed a pole in front of the building entrance . The place is the location for loading and unloading of materials during people movement in and out and also the location of the new maingate. No permission was taken for this.

                  My father G Jagan Mohan Redddy has been using the phone number [protected] ever since first Nokia phones were released in India, recently since 25th September 2021 the sim card stopped working, when i went to the airtel office i was surprised to know that my father’s phone number was showing some stranger details, i surely remember submitting my father’s documents when we first took the sim and also during the updates of 3g and 4g sims.

                  I submitted all the proofs like 1) gas bill (connection we got it in 2004) 2) adhar card 3) Bank statements. To state that my father is the rightful user of the phone number mentioned earlier but there is no response from the airtel office Begumpet, Hyderabad.

                  That phone number is very important to us, so kindly let me know if there is any way of getting it back. Thank you.

                      Resp. Concern,
                      I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. Today 10/1 i received a SMS from airtel stating my post paid plan has been changed from 249 to 299 starting 2nd Nov. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and spoke to multiple customer care representative but none were able to answer why. I requested them to please reverse the changes and make sure it does not change from 249 to 299. But they refused to do so I requested them to file my complain for the same to which they again refused to do so. This is FRAUD and I have not seen the plans getting changed without users consent.

                      So at last I was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
                      1. Make sure my bill plan never changes from 249 to 299.
                      2. I want you to take some very strict action against Airtel for doing this sort of Fraud.

                      I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.

                          I am Airtel postpaid customer from 2006. I have been charged rs.1858 extra for some ISD calls to some different countries which I have never called. Also those numbers they mentioned in the bill are fake numbers. When I raised a ticket to airtel they closed the ticket saying it's valid call. Again when I tried to connect to nodal officer the call never got connected even single time.
                          Its ridiculous of Airtel mobile services to use customer numbers for some unlawful activities or scam not sure and charging innocent customers. I attached here my bill and my number is {}.

                          We are not fools to call those numbers and deny our calls that too being airtel postpaid customer since 2006.

                          Customer service should have atleast some common sense to understand about the issue raised by customers. They won't raise complaint just like that to escape from paying billa that too being so many years in the same network.

                            Hi Sir,
                            I have been using Airtel Sim card since 2019 and i have a postpaid connection on number [protected].
                            On 23rd September 2021 in morning suddenly my number stopped working then i immediately went to Airtel store for help. Then they told that its a normal sim failure dont worry and they offered me new SIM after taking my ID card and my picture and told me that the number will be activated in 4 hours.
                            Since 6 hours went sim was not activated.
                            I again went and asked then they told that my photograph is mismatched and told me that on your num the photo is of some1 else where as ID card is on my name, address is mine and i have been using it since many time.
                            Then they told me that my SIM profile will be deleted and they will create a new profile and issue me the new sim and it will take 4 days.
                            Its been 8 days i havent got any help and i am facing many many problems due to my SIM card being off.
                            Now the question is that when they issued me the postpaid connection and taken my documents at that time they didnt even checked the ID and photo of the person
                            How could i know that in their system the photo is of different person?
                            Its their duty to check and issue the SIM card.
                            Now due to my SIM being off from last 8 days i am facing a lot of difficulties and my most of the work is on telephone be it of banks or anything without phone its very difficult and i have emailed their NODAL OFFICER as well but i have not got any response.
                            I am feeling helpless
                            I request you that please help me in this case.
                            And i want to register a complaint against Airtel that how can they do such mistakes
                            How could they issue the sim in start only when the picture was of some other person and ID was of mine.
                            I am total frustrated with AIRTEL
                            Please help me in this case

                                I was complaint for my Setup box on 22- sep-21 with ref id[protected] and it has also been resolved on the same date but service engineer has charge Rs.150 from me while my setup box is in warranty and I was also receive messages that -
                                "Hi, service request for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] towards STB issues is 51944523. The engineer visit for you is free of cost."
                                Now I have again complaint for stb overcharge with T52051591 on Airtel company but it is still not resolved.
                                Can you please check and confirm when my issue will resolved.

                                    On 23rd Sep.2021International Roaming for 6 months were purchased for Rs.8998.
                                    After reaching USA on 25th, as the Roaming was not working Airtel Customer Care were contacted to rectify the issue on 26th.

                                    The problem still remains .
                                    Till date Airtel were contacted several times but in vain.

                                    Request to take up the matter with Airtel to resolve the issue.
