Reg recharge

Sir / Madam I have recharged for Rs.178 2G internet pack on[protected] afternoon thru Payzap. But I did not received internet connection till night. So I again Recharged for Rs.175 at midnight. What happened to my first recharge for Rs.178? Money was deducted from my account. Pl clear my doubt. I have recharged with 34 rs (340 Local and STD SMS) on 1 Jan 2015. and After then I sent some SMS, but 16 rs has been cut for SMSs. When I talked to airtel customer care (198), they told we have given information on airtel website, but No information was given at the time of recharge on airtel website. Kindly provide my money back, as i could not use given offer on 1 jan 2015, because of lack of information by airtel website....

Broadband connection payment adjustment

Hello tunes services

My AIRTEL mobile number - [protected]. This was taken during 2008. Since then having same "Hello tune". Every month amount of Rs.36 charged to my account. The last renewal of Hello tune was on 29.12.2015 and SMS sent for this. Today again one SMS saying your hello tune has been deactivated and call 543215 for activating hello tune. Unethical behaviour of customer care support.
