This is Abdul saddam shaikh [protected] I have been told by that you can change caller tune as many as u can in one year in by just paying 280Rs yearly but I just changed 3 & BEEN CHARGED 15Rs each in just one month & also I've told that 4gb data free per month I havent but I have'n't visited a single website but the customercare guys are saying that the data of 4gb is over & you will be charged now on so plz look into this matter ASAP contact me at [protected]

    I have been informed by text message my application has been successfully submitted and processed against portability. The minimum 30 minutes, i may have to switch off my mobile. Post that my number will be activated. It will be close to 48 hours now and still the number didnt get activated. called multiple times but yet not clear, where it get stuck. This is like nightmare if you been travelling to multiple cities, with no alternate number. Trusting the Brand called Airtel.

      With a deep dissatisfaction and frustration I am lodging this complain against Airtel India internet online recharge system. 2 days back I recharged my airtel mob [[protected]] with 3G pack, and deduct money from my account. But recharge didn't happen although I received success screen, and I am not able to use my internet. And they says "It's smart phone network".. all BS. Also I am not able to check as it's shows service not available temporarily. They are not at all care about the customer. I face similar issue 2 months back also.

          On 13 Jan 2016 I had recharged my Airtel number with amt. Of Rs. 151 in which I got 1gb 3g data for 3 days validity. Means it will be expire on 15 Jan 2016 at 12 o'clock at midnight . and also I had Rs 43 as my calling bal. I used my data From 13jan 2016 to 15jan 2016 till 23:55pm then I close my data connection from my handset bcoz I know that if I use my Internet after 24:00 they will deduct charges from my main bal. But after closing my data connection from my handset I received a message from Airtel that 235mb of data bal. Is remaining in my Airtel account and suddenly I received a new msg that my main calling bal is nill after receiving these two msg I call to 198 ext. for complaining of this problem but they said Ur Airtel account is not updated yet for getting information o[censored]r bal. Deduction it takes one hrs to update and told me to call again after 1hrs but I didn't call bcoz its a night time. in morning means on 16th Jan 2016 I call again on the ext. 198 but they didn't gave proper reply when I asked for transferring the call to senior they transfered my call to Airtel dth dept. And cutted the call without giving me proper information abt these deduction again I call to Airtel 121 helpline ext. And request to transfer my call to senior they transfer my call to a lady and when I asked a reply of my bal deduction she said to me that I had used my data connection after 24:00hrs again that's y my bal. Was deducted means my data bal. Is supposed to be nill that's y they deducted my bal. From my main bal. account but I had already closed my data connection 5 min before 24:00hrs...plsss check this complaint and give main calling bal. Back plss do the needful

              I am facing problems with my airtel mobile network since past 3 days. The calls drop every 15 sec or so. It works fine in my office and ither places so it seems the problem is licalised to Vasant Kunj. My husband also has an airtel connection and he is facing the same problem. This is very inconvenient as we are unable to use our phones once we reach home. Please solve this issue asap.

                      I am experiencing network issues near to my locality for almost a month now([protected]). The call will disconnect in between(max 1.5 min) and afterwards it won't even connect (if connected, no voice). I had called their customer care(Jan 03) and they assured a resolution by Jan 8. Since there was no improvement even by Jan 12, I made another call. This time they informed me that they are having some maintenance going on and hence these issues. They weren't able to give a possible resolution date. As of now we cannot even make a proper call. When my neighbor had called them with the same issue, they told him a different reason(that he is not having 4G sim) and hence this problem. I think since this issue is localized, they are turning a blind eye. Even I'm able to make normal calls from my office. But most of my calls are to be made while I'm at home and that is not possible with their current service. I'm writing this complaint in this forum since Airtel customer care weren't able to resolve this issue. Also I would like to remind Airtel that I, as a customer can have a much more easier resolution to this issue by simply switching to another customer(already done that). If you don't want to loose business, better resolve this kind of call losses.

Someone picked it up and is now using the phone as my previous whatsapp display picture and status has changed to someone elses picture. The picture has the name Md Hussain written on it.                             Hi, I hold Airtel Postpaid Number [protected] from last 10 years and from last year May 2015, i have been complaining that there is no network ZERO network in my house. I have sick parents who cannot reach me. What should i do. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR NO SERVICE ? i have emails written to all can please ask Airtel to see howmany times i called customer care to complaint nothing happened till now. Surprisingly see the email list i wrote to all but no use is all the email ID owners just seeing this email has waste. So it is clear a common man cannot fight against a company is it ? then why are we democratic country ? can one officer act on this. Even after writing so many times there is no resolution. I thought at least one out of the email list will help me. I think you all would have not read my email for not bothered to reply or forgot the issue. I have network issue meaning no network ‎ from Airtel. I hold [protected] and I am 10 years old customer from last 3 weeks I am requesting the call back from the managers no one is bothered to call me till date and time. WHY? Haven't I paid my bills duly all these 10 Years. Now when I am not getting any network from you in my home and you guys have agreed that there is network issue why are you BILLING me. You fix the issue nodal officer wrote me an email last 3 months back it will be fixed ASAP. When will this happen. Can SOMEONE take absolute ACTION on this compalint and resolve. Dear Nodal officer, DO NOT remove others from the email. Please fix this issue or waive of my bill. It was told my Airtel manager Shailesh and Kaur not to pay my bill. Why is the bill generated when no network is provided. Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

                              I have Taken the connection on December 25 and the services went well up to Jan 2 and from Jan 2 to Jan 7 there is no internet sue to service outage and now on jan 14 I got a mail stating that I have consumed 40 GB of data out of 60 GB, I was surprised and checked the usage and could see the Data was running round the clock and even there is data download at the midnight also when i have raised the query with airtel they say that our back end team is working and will get back to me I am not really sure what the back end team is working they are trying to prove me that I am cheating them, I challenged them by asking an engineering to come anc check at my house and what are the devices there to run the Data round the clock. and today even my speed has gone down when i raised the ticket they say the enginner would come tomorrow bt in the call I was been told that i would be provided the resolution by End of the day. i really want to lodge a complaint on them. they are really torturing them. I am seeing my self as a big fool in taking Airtel broadband service. Can anyone help me in telling where can I a lodge complaint on them.

                                Airtel customer executive call me for porting a sim in airtel network .they gave me a porting plan, including 1gb 4g data then 2g unlimited, 560 local minutes and 320 std minutes under 299 rental plan .i am ported aircel network in airtel network but they didn't give me any internet plan and their customer executive also didn't receive my call and their service provider is also helpless .so plz help me .I have also call recording of their customer executive.

                                  [protected] acct number. In 7 says 30 gb is exhausted. When first warning came, I called the technician then he said there are 2 networks for the same ip address and both are enabled.one is secured and the other is not secured. He fixed it . After he fixed I have 6 gb left. Now after 1 day, got a message that total gb is exhausted in one day, no one are there in the house and even we came back home and watching gmail for this message. Mere cheating . U guys are cheating wuth the customer. I have given mail to airtel.In and they are not responding at all. I have used bsnl for 1 year with 8 gb. Same way I am using airtel but I am getting warning messages that data is consumed fully. Sarcastic. I did a mistake from shifting to airtel.

                                    I have been using MTS card since 2014 and bought to Airtel 4G in the month on November for enhancing data service, so disconnected MTS and bought Airtel 4G. As there was heavy rainfall and flood in Chennai in the month of November & December 2015, I was initially told by the Airtel front office executive of Valasaravakkam branch that the service disrupted due to rain, I understood the issue as I heard from others that other service providers also was disrupted due to Chennai Flood. But days have passed from 10th December where Chennai was back to normal and I have been writing emails to customer care about poor service of 4G data. But there is no response. Multiple technicians have come to house and they have produced report saying the site where the tower is placed in front of our house is down as there is a issue with the landlord and they are not able to commit a resolution to my issue. Today when I had returned my dongle with the email proof they are not willing to refund my dongle cost of 2290/-. For the poor service of data and loss in my existing connection and frustration I have been going thru needs to be addressed in this forum

                                      I use an Airtel 4G hotspot device, mobile number [protected], in Wakad, Pune. For over a week now, the internet speeds have been pathetic - around 100-200 kbps. I called your customer care and was told that the downtime issue in Pune would be resolved by today morning, but that didn't happen. My work is getting affected big time. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
