Dear sir,
I have an Airtel postpaid plan,
And the family plan of 1349 on respective numbers-

[protected]
[protected] (ISD call charges added)
1.No outgoing ISD calls were made from our side but it is reflecting in our bill (extra Rs 1291).
2. On further investigation by ourselves we found that the international numbers are from 9 different
countries. And all numbers are different, none of the numbers is dialed twice. (pls check attachment)
3. All the numbers are showing spam on the true caller. And they are of the company because for every
unique number of a particular country only the last 4 digits are different. (pls check attachment)
4. Neither we have any small kid to randomly dial the number and speak few minutes with the spam phone
numbers of the country.
5. I tried to call one of the international phone numbers[protected]Poland) from the same mobile
number from which earlier ISD call charges were made ([protected]) but we received a system message -"
SORRY THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NUMBER PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE", so if the service is
off then how can one make these ISD calls.
All the ISD calls reflected in our bill is not justifiable.
Moreover, we have raised the complaint twice via calling 121. And they suggested writing a mail to
address my problem
In the above 5 points, I have given proof for the same. These are not valid charges at all!
