My complaint is against Airtel for levying wrong charges on my Postpaid bill.

In November first week, I raised porting request due to increase in my monthly airtel bill and then received a call from airtel retention department
and he asked me to change plan to CUG combo 499 plan with below benefits:
1200 local+std call
300 local+national SMS
1GB 4G/3G data free
but because I was already using 1gb 4g/3g free (post 1gb data stops)@250, so he told me from next billing cycle(5th dec), plan will automatically start and 250 rs data plan will automatically disconnect.
on next billing cycle, it did not happen as told by the executive.
so I again requested for porting and with no surprise, retention dept called back.
This time, my bill plan revised to "alive net cug 499 combo plan" from 10th dec'2015.
but on the current bill, 500Rs charges for internet was levied.
As I discussed with customer care, in 499 combo plan they have not provided 1GB data free benefit.
Also, charges for 250Rs data plan was also levied on the bill.
I was a loyal customer of airtel since last 10 years but now they have become a big fraud.
I feel so cheated! I expect an earnest resolution to this issue!
Please help me out for this.
