Airtel offerd me my name hello tune for 1 month and 1 year subscription.i told them to activate for 1month(12rs) they suddenly activate for 1 year and deduct 150rs from my main balance.with this regard i have registered complaint to airtel they said they solve the problem with in 24hrs and will send complaint no by sms. Then have done nothing....

Didn't get the recharge benefit rs 1000/-

Excess balance to be refund or adjust my upcoming bills

This is regarding SR No. : 66905885. I have not been able to access my Internet since 25th dec, 2015 7am. The request resolution date given to me was 29th Dec, 2015. The customer care executives has not resolved the issue till now and have closed the request with fake resolution. And the Appelate officerhas asked that it will take another 24-72 hours for the resolution. As per one of the executive I have got a new sim on 26th dec, The Internet...

Porting to airtel number is not done after docomo sim deactivated.

My Docomo stopped working on 26th of December 2015 at 11.00 P.M. After that I tried calling the customer care to activate the number, they initially said the transfer is not done yet. When ever I call they give a new reason. After 27th evening call to 59059 is not connecting to the verification departement. My number is not working since last two days. I dont have any communication channel to call. Neither my Tata docomo is working...

Continuous phone calls
