I am writing this email to request your attention and help. Airtel team now a day not providing support. They just creating the tickets when ever we raised the complaints. I am following airtel internet connection request for 1.5 year (bangalore, rajarajeshwari Nagar), they said there is tower problem, within 3months this will be rectified, however its more then 7months no use. Please see my history, I purchased your Airtel 4G connection one year back, for the initial few months your connection worked perfectly fine, later it stared disconnecting frequently, its use to work only after a restart sometimes I should remove sim card a restart to make it work, and also the bandwidth got dropped. I have paid 5 thousand rupees to purchase the WIFI 4G modem and also 2200 rs monthly rent being paid. I called your team several times to rectify my problem, after lot investigation they finally sent a technical enng who confirmed issue with network and asked to speak with your team, your team agreed and confirmed it happening because tower bandwidth problem. They recommend to use the connection 25% wavier on my bill, meanwhile they shall rectify the network problem which will take 3 months. By this time I was so frustrated, I asked them to keep my connection at safe custody and resume back whenever they rectify my problem, for which your team agreed and confirmed to way off safe custody charges. I have waited for 4 months none of your team either called me or mailed me, however they sent safe custody bill. I myself called your team and asked for the status, they once again mentioned to wait for next 3 months. I lost my patience and asked for refund of my router, they suggested to speak at Outlet shop, your shop person suggested to mail you with my detailed history and take the required support. Please kindly help me, I am not interested with refund, please fix my issue and give me a permanent fix. In the meantime, to check I have resumed back my connection, I still see the internet disconnections and bandwidth not even crossing 1MBPS. To be on safer side I have changed my internet tariff to 650 RS (3 GB download). The connection was not working, hence we decided to keep the connection in safe custody, in-spit of fixing my connection, your team is calling us and treating to pay the bill. Thanks in advance, awaiting for a response with positive answers.

    I found Airtel as worst Service Provider. Weak coverage or no network coverage most of the time. Using Airtel 3G but other service provider's 2G runs more faster and Charges High and Customer Support is unsatisfactory. I will never suggest Airtel for any new user. Raised number of complaints but no resolution. It Does not deserve even a Single Star.They are trained to fool you saying there may be problem with your mobile. I am using Apple 4S still I get issues. I find personally Airtel as Costly Network provider. If I talk about customer support they are not interested in resolving the issue. Divya Prasad [protected]

      I has submiteed the complain on faulty airtel device "I bought a 4G wifi dongle along with a new 4G SIM with number [protected] from Mr. Parveen on 21 august 2015.I was a resident of sector 15, Chandigarh and good network connectivity was shown during the demo.Verification and activation was done the next day and I started using it. From the very beginning I started facing problems. On switching it on, it will start working and after a duration of around 5-15 minutes, the internet access would disconnect and would not reconnect. It would reconnect only after the device is restarted.I registered a complaint with airtel.I got a call from technical support and I followed the instructions in resetting the device and then in changing the settings. Even after this, the problem persisted and I was told that this was due to a defect in the device and it would be replaced. There was no further action from airtel after that . I again registered a complaint with airtel with complaint number 65749472 on 18 october 2015 for which also there was no response.On contacting Mr.Parveen I was asked to contact the technical head who said the device will be replaced in 10 days time, which was not done. I again lodged a complaint on 16 december 2015 with complaint number 66758113 for which there is still no response.The device continues to have the same problem . Internet connectivity is there when it is connected to a laptop and it stops giving internet access when used for wifi" on december 23, 2015, Soon after this complaint an engineer from airtel came and replaced the device with a similar looking one. After working well for one week the device started developing issues in that it would give wifi connectivity but wouldnt connect through data cable to the computer. I again lodged a complaint and after much persuasion an engineer came and changed the settings. Now this device is having the same problem as the previous one in that it gets disconnected automatically. It seems many airtel customers with the black wifi device are facing issues while the white device works well. And upgradation to the white device is not possible. I demand a refund from airtel for the faulty device as well as a refund of my bills for the last five months. It has been a tremendous waste of my time and energy in loding complaints and running behind them to get it solved and ultimately ending at the same point.

          Respected sir respectfully i beg to say that. i am using airtel company last 10 years and data pack recharge on my number [protected] every month in last 2 years.. problem arising on airtel side about data package because i have recharged my no [protected] between 6 to 7 jan16. showing offer in my airtel apps and *121*1# best offer 196=2GB 3G but i did not get airtel offer and my remainig data. then i complained airtel customer care sachin(9jan16). he was accept my problem and forwered me ref no. CBNRD[protected]. he said that you recieved remainig data on 12jan16 5pm. but i recieved only 524MB data .. then i complain again for this issue.. but your seniou supervisor GAUHAR miss behave with me and not satisfied me.. he has given me wrong information which is not accepted...so please immediate action ... its urgent.

            Hi, I have requested to change the postpaid to prepaid connection and the same was done on June'15. Unfortunately they missed the documents and next month also i got the bill then i have contacted the Customer care to check it. I came to know that they have missed the documents and i need to pay the one month payment. I argued and send a mail to customer care as well.               Hi All, Airtel team now a day not providing support. They just creating the tickets when ever we raised the complaints. I am following airtel internet connection request for 1.5 year (Ambattur, Ram nagar), they said you have feasibility, so pay now. We will give the connection. After payment they will refunding the amount . It happens 3 times. Now requested connection on December 29 after their support team feasibility but so far no one contacted me. Always asking 24, 48, 72 hours with new complaint id.

              Now the escalation team says "Connection not feasible to building" again refunding. This means, earlier complaints & information are wrong. I paid the money and getting refund 4th time from airtel network. This is almost like cheating customer. I planned to with draw all the airtel related services Airtel DTH, Airtel 4G connections today itself.

                  The below shows today SOA from my account [protected] where the highlighted bill as unpaid. If you look at the subsequent images you will see that you have updated this payment in your system and for some reason it seems it has got reversed. Trust at least now you are clear about the issue and do the needful. Until this moment I am getting the payment reminder before every call and from last few days reminder calls from customer care also.                     I am using Airtel network and there is no proper network for past ten days . When i called them and asked they always telling problem with the phone, restart and check, Even after i tried that, no proper signal. If i called them, they keep on telling rhe same thing. I am paying net charge without even using it. i have still 400MB left out of 1 GB and past ten days no proper network, so i havent used that . In few days validity will get over with 400 MB data left and i need to recharge again. Wat a crap is this. this literally cheating us. Need a change for that. Even if i go for another netwrk also, they are not guiding properly.

                    I shared my number and some people called me, and still i am facing the same problem. All these reply are just fake and to get good name in forum like this. On separate mail they replied like, " network reception is not good in your area, out tech team analyzed the signal strength . to enhance, we have to keep more towers that we cant able to do, lots of process are there. Kindly bear with us " This was the reply i got in a mail for this.

                        So I had requested for a mobile number port for my number [protected] from Vodafone(Kolkata) to Airtel (Karnataka) with a CUG plan on 29th December 2015 . The Airtel agent in charge of the CUG plans in my firm Mr. Shoaib ([protected]) informed me that it would take 7 working days for the port to happen and for me to successfully use the Airtel sim . Over the course of the period I kept on getting various messages from Airtel regarding the status of my port . The last message I received was 7th January stating that my address verification is successful . After this I waited for a few days but I still could use my Airtel number . I called Airtel customer care and was told that all the formalities was completed from their end only thing was Vodafone has to cancel my connection with them for the port to happen. I called the Vodafone customer care ad was told that they had already processed my cancellation and that no formalities were pending from their end . I called Airtel customer care again and spoke to the floor manager ( MR . Kishan) and he assured me that he would look into the matter and provide feedback in this next 24 hours . I just now got a message from Vodafone saying that my Porting request VK132467 dated 7th Jan 2016 due to the validity period of the UPC has expired before it receipt by the Donor Operator . I am at wit’s end and I don’t know what to do know . I am so upset with the services and did not expect this at all from Airtel . All this while I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch to the Airtel point of contact for the Ernst and Young, LLP UB City practice but he has never responded back .

                            Please consider it as an emergency . I got a bill for my airtel postpaid no. [protected] for an amount of Rs:1359 INR, I have been trying to contact your customer care centre for the last two weeks. I didn't get any response from your side. The only answer I'm getting is your server is down. I checked my bill and found that the amount billed is for my internet usage. I'm using your airtel network last 5 year as a prepaid connection but now i was changed my mind & switched into postpaid network i took a Rs-599 rentle plan and another number with Rs-199 ( [protected] ) . your customer Executive gave me suggestion to use the My airtel Apps & how to check your daily data & services by it so i installed it .but your company don"t need postpaid customer i felt like that, now problem is started i have got too much bed expirence by your service & apps .i used 1.2 GB Data on 21 DEC 2015, and your apps also shown 1.2 GB Data, but when i have used 50-60mb data for updation my apps since 22 dec 2015 still your apps shown 1.2 GB Data so it"s not my mistake or your apps fault. i know what is data charges If i used 1.3 GB Data with my rentel plan so why I exceed 4G DATA which will be pay by me as high charges .I cannot pay this huge amount without any specific reason.it"s your Apps faults why i pay for it. i get already complaint with your customer care but your side ain"t any kind of solution. when i reached at your airtel store which is newly open in NAVYUG market at GHAZIABAD U.P so A men suggested to me you can PORT your number sir, i will not help you . what the pethtic services by you serve to customer . Is this AIRTEL COMPANY. if you want to disconnect my number so i ll happy for it .but you will lose too many customer by these feedbeck. i will suggest to my fnds & family don"t move in postpaid network & also i ll follow legal action with your company it"s the totally faults by your employee & apps. The only wrong suggestions by your company executives . I taken is I chose your postpaid network. but now i felt i was wrong i was happy with my prepaid service The same kind of mistakes happened previously from your side with my friend he switched the company network into VODAFONE And i spoken to your official and they helped me to sort out the issue. Now the officials not allowing me to talk to their superior officer. I believe this is your business tricks to cheat the customers. So after a long thought I decided to move to Consumer court for the justice.. I'm waiting for your response. I'm pretty confident that I can prove my side . I recorded all my data usage count.                                 I complaint about Airtel they r regularly reducing/changing ts tv channellist, recently they removed Colors (309) which is not good. We r paying hefty amount for the services n rhey r changing w/o information, should regain the list n shouldn't provide the channels at their will, it should be based on customer's interest instead. I suggest a bill cut off if they do the same continuously.

We are not able to watch the default recorded programs .                                       This complaint is about my mobile number that has been barred from 6th of January2016. Its been four days already still have not got the resolution and the number is still deactivated. I have contacted the customer care, have spoken to all the floor supervisor, the next level to that, have tried contacting Nodal officers, appellate officer, but have not received any help from them. Every time I have called for the number to be activated everyone has given me different timelines and told me that the number will get activated. I have spoke to at least 25 people regarding the same issue and nobody has given me a single reason for why the number has been barred? every time I have got different reasons and people has been so casually taking this issue and it was really a bad and worst experience with Airtel customer care. There were no logs maintained for the issue for which the customer has called 25 times, I have repeated the complete story to 25 people for a single issue. Some of the statements which I have been told by Airtel customer care agents: 1) Has this service barred from Airtel or you have barred it ? 2) Mam we will not be able to help you till Monday as weekends our back end team doesn't work. These statements really showed me the seriousness of the way this big issue is being handled by Airtel team and really not bothered even if you loose your customers . It was really sad to know that if 10, 000 customers are facing this issue as told me by one of the customer care agent, escalations have been raised for that issue, problem ticket has been raised, everyone is aware about the issue still no updates, no information to the customers about this issue. I really don't understand when this big issue has happened and still people are not available to provide you specific reason or timeline for resolution. Never ever expected this kind of customer satisfaction would be provided by Airtel.
