Internet is not working in my airtel sim. I have changed the sim to slot1 and reset my handset but still facing same issue since last 1 week . I am not getting any response from airtel team. Please response ASAP. Very frustrated

    Photo Mismatch in Sim replacement

    My number [protected] was on voter id. Id is 20 yrs old now sim got damaged. During sim replacement its saying live photo is not matching with id. How a 20yrs old id photo can match exactly with live photo?
    They are continuously rejecting replacement.

    Hi I am using your number only for UPI payment. I used to recharge only for 49 now its changed to 79.. so I started recharging for 79... now SMS is stopped with out any information change in the pack. and now asking me to recharge for unlimited. what is this? why are you not charging for the service I am using.. Now I am thinking of porting out from Airtel.. you are customer services becomes only IVR recording speech.. you are harassing the customer with your recharge plans. why cant you introduce only SMS pack alone. is it digital india...

    I dont know whether it is airtel de-registered me from UPI on plan expiry. for only UPI use I cant spend Rs129 every month. If I am not going to get the SMS issue resolved. I will throw the Airtel sim in dustbin.

      I am Siddhartha Kumar. I had taken a new XStream fiber connection with a plan of Rs. 1179 last month (paid about 3500+ for 3 months in advance). I was told that I would be able to redeem my thanksapp benefits for Platinum subscription within a day or 2 after activation but, it's been more than 15 days now and I am still not able to get my benefits. I have complained for the same in consecutive days for 3 or 4 days. No resolution yet. I was suggested to mail my issue at thanksapp.[protected]@airtel.com but, no replies yet. All my trust in airtel is fading day by day. Now, I feel like a fool to be a loyal customer of airtel. I am thinking of wiping out all the airtel connections in my home whether DTH, prepaid numbers and XStream Fiber. You people have got me frustrated with your poor service. I am attaching my mail's screenshots with you.

      And one more suggestion stop misleading people with lucrative but worthless ads on different medias.

      No resolution to the issue yet. Why airtel claims to provide the fastest services and resolutions to the issues?

      If I am not getting the resolution then I would surely put off the fiber services and I am definitely going to sue you guys for cheating me.

        Airtel Xstream fiber broadband connection

        Although airtel Xtreme fiber broadband connection advertising that they provide Unlimited Landline calling with fiber connection.
        But i am facing calling problem with fiber landling calling.
        I had called consumer care to fix it.
        But they denied.
        .
        How can they cheat a consumer....

        Hi Team,

        I am using following services from Airtel family plan under black scheme.

        My primary mobile number is : [protected]

        1.Airtel post paid (4 mobile numbers)
        2.DTH
        3.Fibre+Landline

        Complaint about: Airtel mobile bill mobile charged for my mobile number : [protected]

        1. ISD calls of Rs. 400/- for August 2021 month.
        2. ISD calls of Rs. 2139/- charged for this current bill month (september 2021) .

        where ISD calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers.

        I called there customer care thrice but no satisfactory response i have received till now. customer care exective is saying me to pay the bill which is not relevant to me..

        Even Airtel is not stopping the service for that mobile number.

        Please help!

          Hey I'm adding Money of Rs 35000 through Airtel thanks with add more section through Bank of Baroda debit card into Airtel Payment Bank Account but money debited from BOB account but not credited to Airtel account, it's more than 7 days but money not receive, when I talk to customer care they just told to wait for 2 days ..

            I am getting poor signal strength at my home in Badshahithaul (249199) There are call drops my number become unreachable and very poor signal strength hence 4G runs at 0.9kbps many a times.many airtel users of the area are complaining.

            If issue is not resolved within days I have no choice to switch over

                Not refunding my security deposit for Airtel DTH connection

                I got an Airtel DTH connection in February 2021 paying a security deposit of ₹ 1500.
                DTH Acc No. - [protected]

                It was a terrible decision as the quality of service was terrible throughout. The connection would drop in windy and rainy conditions. Nevertheless, I stuck to it for a few months. Now I have decided to deactivate the connection as I don't need it anymore.

                First, there's absolutely no easy way...

                  Hi, my Airtel postpaid SIM (No.[protected]) suddenly became inactive. I have tried changing handset but of no use. I have a group plan and all other phone numbers in the plan are working fine. I also have activated international roaming on these numbers.

                  I have emailed their customer care 3 times but haven't received any reply. I am currently out of India and hence cannot visit Airtel shop.

                    Hello Airtel,

                    Re -Writing you regarding my Airtel number [protected] has stopped working at a Sudden in UAE. Message coming while registering on Network “Sim got Corrupt”.

                    Please sort this issue as I am unable to do any bank transactions as I am not getting OTP. I am unable to do anything related to banking transactions.

                    This number is already recharged with 1 year Pack validity. I am here in UAE and not able to visit India anytime soon.

                    So please requesting you here again, do the necessary things and do sort out this out of network issue and Sim corrupt issue.

                    Hope you understand and considering my request and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      We got a new gigabit broadband connection on 07/08/2021. But the link has not been activated. We have also requested to provide 3 static IP's on the same day but We have also requested to provide 3 static IP's on the same day but we have not received the static IP from Airtel support till[protected] even after sending several email requests to the Airtel support. We have received the static IP and link activation only after we logged a complaint to the TRAI and Consumer court.

                      We keep receiving the invoice for the period which Airtel has not activated and not supplied the static IP. I would request the support team to have a look at my email communications which I attached with this email and take necessary action and send me the invoice from[protected] to make the payment.

                      The Airtel team has not responded to our link activation and static IP activation issue at the same time the Airtel team is keeping sending monthly invoices the period which Airtel has not activated and not supplied the static IP . How do we need to make the bill payments without using the broadband link???.

                        This is related to Illegal installation of telecom mast in Ganganagar- meerut - Uttar Pradesh, House of MR Tewatiya in L- block.
                        Mr Tewatiaya possess a corner residential property of 2 floors and on the terrace he is illegally getting the installation done for the telecom mast .
                        We are neighbouring residents and have multiple times in the past also raised the protest for this unauthorized and illegal installation of telecom mast. Even after multiple reminders and requests made by residents, MR Tewatiya is forcibly under the influence of power and money is trying to get the installation completed during the night hours avoiding the day light work.

                        As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                        As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                        We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                          I registered a complaint against Airtel on 05 oct 2021 kindly let us know the status of the complaint. As my number has been completely blocked ( outgoing and incoming), I need this information urgently. Your cooperation is kindly solicited.

                          I have called to customer care also and not received any satisfactory answer there your call Center person (Suraj) and he said “I don’t know how your number is blocked and given a complaint no[protected]

                          My number blocked on 4-Oct-21 at 8PM around and till now it’s blocked even I have visited at you service Center at Narayana Vihar Delhi but noting done.

                          I am using postpaid connection of Airtel last 10 years.

                              Dear Airtel
                              Booked ur fibre connection on 30sep2021 after having assurance that connection is available and the sales guy confirmed himself physically by looking at box installed in my area and said connection will be given the next day but as of today I.e 5oct2021 neither sales guy nor ur technical team contacted me .spoke to ur cc So many times but all in vain .everytime cc says engineer will call within 4 hrs but nothing happened.
