    My SIM card 4G is suddenly stop working and no idea to how to activate the same as for using further This is the second time the sim is suddenly stopped working without changing or change the handset This is very humiliate for now all details are put in mobile number we used

      I had just recently change my sim as my earlier sim was not working and always in emergency call only. Airtel retailer near my home told me to change the sim so i did. They had overcharged me by 250 rupees which was supposed to be olny 25 rupees.

            Hi,

            This is to escalate my issue regarding the plan change resulting in an increase of the monthly bill.

            I have been on the Family 799 plan for quite some time now without any issue. However, on 11th Aug, my plan was automatically changed to 999 plan without my consent. No prior consent via SMS or email was requested from me as well. While raising this request through the app on 13th and 20th Sep, ticket id[protected] and[protected] respectively, no resolution was given and the requests were automatically closed with no proper explanation.

            On 25th Sep, I called 198 and was informed that I will receive a call back within 24hrs. This did not happen. I called 198 again on 28th Sep and explained my situation in detail to Sarthak Bakshi (Senior Supervisor) and Abhishek Thakur. However, Sarthak has a very arrogant attitude with no real intention of resolving this issue when I requested for adjustment of excess charge since I have not received any notification via SMS or email even though it shows up in the Airtel system as being sent to me.

            I am not sure who and why, but the 799 plan was deactivated which was working perfectly fine for me. In addition, I have been forced to switch to the 999 plan without any proper added benefits over the previous plan which seems more like bullying. I understand that I cannot be switched back to the old plan. What I am hoping for is an adjustment for Rs 236 (inclusive of GST) for a loyal customer such that I am still paying the old amount that I have been paying so far.

            I have always enjoyed Airtel service and hope that this issue will not dent our long relationship in any way. Looking forward to your prompt and positive response.

              I have an airtel no. [[protected]] which i am using from last so many years. I last used the no.in micromax X751 handset in october 2020 as i'm abroad in now. The sim card was in active till 10 months before. Because I worked my job in Dubai last 1 year. So, the Airtel mobile sim card was in India my home. But now it is showing as sim card registration failed. I need that same number. I will re-submit all my documents...

                  Airtel DTH Connection: [protected]
                  I have installed Airtel DTH with Broadband connection on 27th Aug '21 and it's said it's obsoletely free for 1month and you can change the plan anytime, based on that commitment I made DTH to Prepaid connection on 25th Sep'21 and un bundle the plan. Now I'm seeing Negative balance as -rs.631.17 and customer care not waving off this money. If I need to continue I need to pay rs.631.17 to become a null balance and need to pay again top up money to continue service.

                      Sim stopped working suddenly overseas

                      On 16September 2021 afternoon, My airtel India sim stopped working suddenly. Its been 9 months since I started living in Tokyo, Japan and the network was working just fine. I had done all the essential recharges and kept it active. But on 16th, all of a sudden, the SIM stopped working without any intimation.
                      I used the airtel app to solve the problem initially but it suggested me to contact the customer support. Unable to call back...

                        Hi,
                        I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID([protected])
                        When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.
                        So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.
                        After repeated calls of my request, they messaged me new ID:[[protected]].
                        But they didn't activate it. and newly created customer id showing split account amount 310Rs.

                        I have called and begged customer care to resolve it several times but no use and they always say same dialogue "It will be done in 24 hours".
                        I fed up and i don't know what to do ?
                        Please resolve this issue. If they can't do it they should let me know.

                            My Airtel payments bank has been compromised from a long time and I have been trying to follow up with the payments bank team over email for this. It has been more than 2 months now that they have been strolling over this and have not yet resolved this. I do not understand how this can be accepted with something related to a payment bank which should be dealt with high high attention

                              i registered a complaint on 15 September and its haven't been resolved till now. On asking disconnection and refund of my left valid amount they keep on cancelling my call and neither they providing validity extension for these days lost. Neither they disconnecting their service and providing me refund nor they are fixing the issue .my recharged amount is going waste. Please help

                                The amount 4386.64 was debited from my bank account no. having Customer ID: 70353542 on date 13.08.2021 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was BHIM UPI. After automatic cancellation of ticket by IRCTC due to booking get failed a refund has been initiated by irctc.
                                The refund transaction details as provided by irctc are given below:

                                  I had a few pre-sales queries and hence I called the Airtel DTH customer care. I thought when I select the option for a new connection, I will get a chance to talk to the customer care. However all they do is for new connection enter your pin code. That's it after that the call hangs up.

                                  While this is Okay, it would have been better had there been an option to also talk to the customer care.
                                  I request Airtel to provide that option to allow prospective customers to talk to the representative.
