We are the customer's to Airtel, from past few years. We have 2 Postpaid and 1 Landline connections. Using in Airtel homeplan.
Mobile1# is in 450 Plan, With local calls Free
Mobile2# is in 149 Plan, With Local calls Free
Boadband is in 450 Plan. Altogether including taxes, we receive[protected] Bill every month. However, Airtel started charging for local calls by just updating their plans internally, without intimation. So they charged around 400+ for local calls on Mobile#2. We were keep on raising complaints to Customer Service, they were assuring a call back to discuss on this from proper authority but nobody calls us but closing the tickets.

We have paid the regular amount that we get every month, how ever this excessive amount to fall as due by tomorrow and current month bill will also fall in the same bill cycle, if they don't make resolution. When we asked for Port-out they are advising to pay the outstanding.
Can someone kindly help on this.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In spite of active pack, sms being sent from AX-ARWINF saying pack has expired.
SMS service is being misused for wrong purpose.
I do not need any reminders from airtel at all for any packs, offers, pack due for renewal or expired.
