Yesterday, I recharged my Airtel Digital TV and as per the instructions, kept my set top box ON during the process. But the connection is not working since yesterday, I tried Airtel Customer Care, eventually it turned out that I'll have to pay 150 Rs. if I want an engineer to fix it. So, basically if Airtel is giving worst services, I'll have to pay for it. I couldn't even connect to Customer Care Call Center's employee to talk this through. Also, on Airtel thanks app, I couldn't attach my DTH account and giving a "Bad Request" so that can't help too.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
