I have been writing e-mail since 9th of July regarding the bill amount of my mobile no.[protected], that I had already paid on 24th June which is not reflecting in my account. I had even submitted the credit card statement reflecting the payment. I had written to billing department, nodal officer, appellate authority, visited the airtel store 4 times, still the line has been Disconnected since a week.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I recharged my mobile number [protected] for 598Rs. But instead, the other number connected to the account, [protected] got recharged. Kindly reverse the recharge for the same.

          I requested a new Airtel broadband connection on 2nd September 2021. After a week of Airtel sales person, Mr. Kamlesh Singh, telling me everyday that the connection will be done tomorrow, I got the broadband started on 9th September 2021. I had taken a 200 mbps plan for Rs. 999 monthly. On the day of installation speed test showed that download speed was only 70 mbps and upload speed was 60 mbps. The Airtel technician that did the installation took the picture of speed test and said he will raise a complaint. Since then I haven't heard back anything from anyone. Till date my download speed has been between 40 mbps to 90 mbps and upload speed between 30 mbps to 100 mbps. On top of slow speed there has constant disconnection for 5 to 10 minutes multiple time everyday. The biggest pain has been that for the entire afternoon broadband was disconnected due to outage for 3 out 6 days I have had this connection. All the customer service can tell me is that there is some work happening in my area. 3 days has not been in a row, it has alternate days. I have to use my phone hotspot to do my work and no one from Airtel is willing to provide a permanent solution. I am not sure for what service do they expect me to pay them Rs. 999 every month.             I had done monthly payment for the airtel DTH with transaction I'd S6246984 for Rs. 300. Amount deducted from the account but app is not reflecting the payment. I tried to reach Airtel customer care but nothing helping. For which they are referring back to Bank to consult which is totally unfair on their part to give complete service when I am using airtel app.

                The issue that I have experienced was: I had raised an request to cancel my service (broadband: [protected]) on 27 Aug 2021 and I received a call from an agent named Abhishek where he insisted me to continue the service. Upon rejecting the he offered me 10 days of free rental for the usage of the internal. I tried to reject this offer too but he insisted to give a try. I just accepted and removed the entire connection and wiring. I again called and placed cancallation request on 3rd Sept.
                They accepted and generated bill for 685 for the usage. when they say it's free and why should they charge the amount.
                THis is total fraud and should be notified to department of telecommunication

                It occurred on: 3/09/2021

                please educate your agents to check the complaints and read comments
                and cancel my charges

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  I recharged my Airtel DTH account for ₹ 330/- using my credit card on 9th Sep 2021 and got. Transaction Failed msg. However my Card company said Airtel settled the transaction on 10th Sep.
                  On the same day I recharged DTH again through NetBanking.
                  However until now the Failed Charge amount does not appear on Airtel account and has not been refunded either

                    Broadband Connection Shifting

                    I raised a request regarding shifting of my broadband connection on 6th September 2021 (request no[protected]. But my connection is still not shifted after 9 days of raising the request. I called customer care everyday and they kept me saying same thing that they have escalated the case and my connection will be shifted by the end of the day but it's still not shifted.
                    And not even a single technician have visited on my address till...

                      I have confern my airtel Xtreme box replacement till yesterday night my airtel xtreme box not wrking and after raised complaint engineer visit and he says issue in my box and is replaced but he was says airtel xtreme box is out of stock last 15-20 days and he is not comitted when will be available stock kindly resolve my issue and as soon as replaced my xtreme box otherwies i was chnage in tata sky.

                      Is that true airtel is huge big company he have not a single swap setup box is it poor company .

                        I was not informed that plan will be changed from 299 to 349, I never gave the permission to airtel company to do so. After calling the call centre they replied they have sent sms now a days who has time to go through sms this is the not the way to change the plan u need to call customer if he is ok then u can go ahead & change the plan. If airtel is no longer having 299 plan that’s not my problem. I never gave the permission for change of plan, this is purely cheating the consumer. I don’t want to continue with airtel, request the company to take the bill payment as previously new payment I will not pay.

                          I received below message and the recharge was done under DTH connection. I entered my FIBER ID [protected] only and then it shows recharge done successfully.

                          How it can be possible if my put FIBER ID but it recharged for DTH.

                          URGENT! To avoid service disconnection for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID [protected], please pay Rs. 2829 at the earliest. Pay via u.airtel.in/qCDYxnmC4Opl . Pls Ignore if already paid.

                          I have only broadband connection and I do not have any DTH connection. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference as well. I am sharing the call recording as well in which refund was promised to me.

                          I have broadband connection but recharge was done under DTH connection of another person's account.

                          I live in Delhi but customer service told me that DTH connection is registered for person who lives in Gujarat.

                          I want my money back. That was website glitch who did wrong.

                          I am writing since last month, you can check all my emails. Also, I would request you to LISTEN all the call recordings and see how pathetic people you have hired.

                          I called many times regarding my payment issue.

                          On 6th August, 2021 I recharged my broadband and paid Rs. 2829 and I really don't know how the recharge was done under DTH connection. However, I have only broadband connection not the DTH.

                          Then, I sent many emails and called you as well then came to know that recharge was done under DTH connection not for broadband.

                          So, one of your agents told me (between Aug 23 to 26, I don't remember the exact date) will initiate the refund and I will get within 5 to 7 business days.

                          But I didn't receive the refund and after waiting for so many days, I called on 9th September, 2021 and then agent told me that I will get a call regarding refund and you will get it on the same or next day.

                          I got a call and I shared the transaction ID with her and then she confirmed that I will get a refund within 24 hours on the same source of payment which is Paytm Wallet. Even I got text message for the same as well.

                          I waited for 24 hours and then again called and then your agent told me that refund was never promised to me and it has been denied. He started lying and told me that his system is not working, tools are stopped working and due to this unable to fetch my account.
                          I asked for the supervisor and he denied. Supervisor didn't take my call and agent said that he is not available. I insisted him that I want to talk to supervisor but he denied. And at last, he offered a call back. And I mentioned I need a call at 8 pm same day.

                          I again waited and called them again as I didn't receive any call back from you because your employees did not want to work.

                          Then I explained my story to new agent once again and the agent said that he is transferring my call to the supervisor. And you know what, what you supervisor did. He put my call on hold for more than 30 mins. And he was just unhold and hold the call without talking to me. It shows how customer oriented people you are. If they didn't want to work then you can simply deny na that you don't want to work. WHY YOU HAVE HIRED SUCH RIDICULOUS PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK.

                          And then I disconnected the call and again called your pathetic customer service. Then again new agent told me that my case is open and I will get a refund by end of day before 12 am or by next day for sure.

                          So, I am going to wait for today and if I will not get it then will call you again plus I am going to leave this message on social media, consumer court plus police stations.

                          The world should know how pathetic people you are. And how you took someone's hard earned money and didn't give back.

                          You can listen all the call recordings specially for 9sept and 10 sept. However, I have all call recordings as well and will surely publish it everywhere.

                          I have contacted paytm and they said you have received the payment.

                          Why you people are lying. Refund my money.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have taken internet connection for Airtel Broadband and I am waiting for its connection to be done.

                            I am not getting any proper response from Airtel Customer care team why its taking time for installation. I have done payment on 12 Sept 2021 at 10:17 and I got message that technician will contact you within 24 hours.

                            It has been more than 24 hours and no one has contacted me and I am getting response from technician team that they are not able to see my request yet with them, not sure where it has been stuck and why your technician team is not able to see it.

                            Can you please take necessary action on priority as its impacting my work.

                                  I called the airtel CUSTOMER team and raised an service request on 11.09.201 due to broadband disconnectivity. They took and request and booked an Service engineer visit on the same day around 05:00 pm (IST). I got a call by evening from the service engineer named Vignesh; he enquired about the issue and told me that he will check & will update me within 30minutes but he didn't turned back after that call. I tried calling him multiple times where he doesn't even respond the call. And again I raised an request from airtel app and I got sms from airtel stating that the issue will be fixed by 12.09.2021 & service engineer will visit the site by 09.00 AM (IST). Yet again next day no one came or called me since afternoon. Again I reached the CUSTOMER care and updated the incident, the senior manager committed that 100% resolution for the issue will fixed by end of the day. After I spoke with the CC team, a person named KALEESHWARAN - Airtel Service engineer; he visited the site and told me that he will send the wiring engineer's to fix the disconnection within an hour and asked me to send an SMS for an site visit to airtel team. After an hour no one showed up, again I called this person to send the engineer's immediately then he told that he informed to the engineer LOGESH and gave his number. I called LOGESH multiple times and he told me he will visit the site without fail. He keeps ### that he's on the way but he never came to the site. It's been more than a day and still my issue is not being rectified. Seriously disappointing and pathetic service from airtel. They give loads of crap reasons but they never resolve the issue. They don't value the CUSTOMER so I am planning to change my operator.

                                    I applied for Xstream fiber broadband on 7th September, 2021, made the full payment, even got confirmation messages from Airtel but even after 5 days no one has called for installation. There has been no activity from the Airtel India. The customer support on Twitter is practically useless.

                                      I have been using Airtel broadband services in Chennai. Broadband has stopped working since 7th September 2021 and issue was reported to Airtel the same day. SR[protected] has been issued. I have been constantly following up since that day on a daily basis day and night but issue has not been resolved. They don’t even tell about the issue and simply tell that a callback has been arranged but no one calls back. Since it is a advance rental plan, I am at the mercy of Airtel. Due to covid, I have been working WFH where it is extremely difficult to work without broadband services.
