Dear team this is sameer, i am airtel kolkata circle corporate subscriber and i am continuously facing call drop issue at my billing address residence there is no 3g or 4g signal network works only on 2g signal. I have logged complaint at airtel vide no. [|bal|ref21934874|] but till date no action has been taken i request your office to kindly help me to resolve the matter at earliest sameer [protected]

    Respected Sir/ Madam, I am experiencing problem with My Airtel mobile application, my account is showing four broadband connections linked to my account, I don't know how. I have made a complaint on customer care also, they have told me some ways to solve this, but none of the ways has solved my problem. I have attached screen shots and picture of My airtel account accessed through PC for your reference. My account details are given below: Nidhi Rai Jain [protected] Hoping for a solution.

      I recharged Airtel Rs 98/- 2G internet pack for 1GB. Well, I get a notification from Airtel congratulating me with " your 2G pack has been converted to 3G ". Great! ... Next - Airtel sends notification that my 3G bal is insufficient so 3G surfing is blocked for my account. So I ring up Airtel Support. Let me tell you, there is no support option even after hearing those gibberish computer generated rantings by pressing 1.. 2... 3... options. I treid for no less than 10 times. It was a total waste. Airtel is afraid to even lend support to its customers... WHY? Add to that the fact that airtel leaves only 500 mb of 2G bal for me. To begin with, I wanted a 2G pack, who the @##$ is Airtel to convert it to 3G???? Just to cheat its customers!!! I am totally DISAPPOINTED with this cheating stuff from Airtel. Airtel - Are you listening?

          Sir, I had Rs.166 in my Airtel sim ([protected]) on 22nd November 2015. On 23rd November, I noticed my money was being deducted very rapidly. When I enquired at the customer care, the executive replied that deduction was due to internet usage without an internet pack. I told him I had not activated any internet services on my Airtel sim. After some confrontation, he repaid me Rs.110 on my Sim which summed up to Rs.122. Being paid less, I again spoke to your customer care executive, told him the whole story again, but again he denied and said it was due to internet usage from sim without the internet pack. I again explained him, there were two points. Firstly, I haven’t activated any internet services from Airtel. Secondly, my handset (a cheap Nokia handset), is not compatible to run any internet services. I also told him that I can show my Sim data usage from 22nd November which was 0 bytes. But he was not listening and simply denied to refund me any money. I ask you, what is this charade from your side? First you deduct money and then you behave like I am asking for something that belongs to you. Your executives behave in rude manner. They always tell some cock-and-bull story. In SHORT, I WAS CHEATED by your company, and seriously considering to drag you to the TRAI. I am asking you to look in the matter, and INITIATE MY REFUND. Else I have no other option, but to go to TRAI. I am BOUND to take legal action against your fraud company. I have conclusive proof of your wrong-doing in the form of call records and receipts of no internet-usage and can produce them anywhere you say as a proof. Also, I have already contacted few other people, who you have cheated in a similar fashion. Luckily, one of them is a lawyer. I have already booked an Official complaint on the Online Consumer forum, and am determined to go further. So you are in trouble for sure. Those are enough proofs to corroborate my side. Hoping for a quick response, because I am fed up of your company, with similar incidents in the past as well. I can quote a few, but that is just of no use now.

            I have landline phone of Airtel with call facility at my home for the last one year. On 16.11.2015 at 11.12 a.m. Airtel Customer Executive contacted me offering change in plan with free wi fi modem and free installation, for which I agreed. The Engineer installed wi-fi modem on 18.11.2015 and visited my residence on 18.11.2015 to 22.11.2015 regularly but the broadband could not be started due to some technical issue and he took away the modem etc. with him. As my bill plan was changed w.e.f. 19.11.2015, which I came to know on receipt of bill and contacted Airtel Executive on 29.11.2015 but he said that I will have to pay Rs.1650 for modem and Rs.500 for installation. i asked to go through the recorded conversation on 16.11.2015 at 11.12 a.m. which he refused and closed my call. The executive called me on 29.11.2015 at 14, 45 Hrs from mobile no. [protected] who talked rudely. The behaviour of Airtel Executive is not tolerable even when reverting back from their commitment.                   I bought a new airtel broadband service because I thought it would be better than the BSNL I have. Since day 1, the connection has not worked and now its been a month. I called to complain and customer service pretty rudely stated that if I want I can go ahead and send an email for cancellation. Forget about customer satisfaction, obviously airtel doesn't even care much for customer retention. It's pretty laughable how companies such as airtel put on such a professional front but have none of that marketing prowess flowing down to actual service. If you are considering an airtel connection, please think twice.

                    Hi, My number is [protected]. I had applied for a postpaid Airtel MNP from Vodafone. Now, my Vodafone is disconnected, however I am not able to activate Airtel through 59059. Under networks I am able to see Airtel in the phone. The first time when I called, they said my details are not yet updated and asked me to visit the nearest Airtel office. When I walked in there, they said they were able to see all the details. So I called up 59059 immediately from the office itself and passed on the phone to the Airtel representative. After doing so, they asked me to wait for 4 hours for the details to reflect. After close to 3 hours, I again called up 59059. They said that the details are not yet up. Hence, I tried in the evening but it wasnot connecting at all to 59059! I immediately rushed to Airtel office again, There they now communicated that one can call up 59059 only thrice a day after which all repeated calls will get disconnected. Have been trying today, but again it's not connecting. Please assist at the earliest as I have not been able to make many important calls since 26th Nov 2015 midnight!!!

                      I am not able to change the bill plan online as they have removed the option for that, nor they are changing through customer care. they hv started my plan service through which they are charging exorbitantly high. my mobile bills hv gone almost doubled. they are making us fools through my plan service, they only show that they hv other bundled plans however they don't let u change. pl help

                          This is to inform u that the said no [protected] was closed from last 2 and half month as I was out of country and as I came back today and went for the activation I was said to deposit 6115 rupees and after depositing the said amount I was informed that my number has been disconnected permanently and I have to go through a new connection how can u do so before 5 months and how is it possible that the activation will take 4 days It's a request to activate as early as possible or will be forced to go to consumer court regarding the said problem my complaint no is ot[protected]

                            I along with my wife opted for A2A 15p/min pack on my prepaid mobile. I have been charged at various rates for each call to same Airtel numbers. No consistency at all. Only consistency is most of the calls were not charged as promised rate. Raising a complaint made me receive about 30 calls from airtel asking what i did, how i selected the pack, when did i recharge, send us the screenshot...THIS IS THE INFORMATION THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT ME. Anyway after 15 days of 'Investigation' and timewasting they tell me that the pack is beIng displays incorrectly it should be 2p/sec for 1st 120 sec and then 15p/sec. They suggest its a mistake and they would correct their pack sales information. And funnily they will refund me 59Rs i paid for the pack. I mean you are selling a product incorrectly and you easily redeem yourself by paying me the pack activation cost? Who will pay for the losses? the cost i ended up paying more for each call? This is when i have been an iartel postpaid customer for 10 years! Looting and misleading customers with wrong sales information and then absolving themselves by just paying the pack cost easy!

                              My Broadband & Fixedline service ([protected]) are down from 12/11/2015 till date. Raised complain which was closed w/o letting me know. When I asked them to re-open the same complain which I made it on 12/11, call agents people they can't re-open. Airtel can close a complain without rectifying the issue and give system as excuse.Even after 15 days, no one has called up or had courtesy to respond back on the complain. The ref no or the complain number is 61946808.

                                I was applied for a new connection of Airtel broadband, , after submitting my all documents and paid 1000RS for installation, they said will take 2 to 3 days to get a connection. i was waiting and expecting a call but there is no response. i called up customere care and get to know everytime they said you will get connection by tomorrow before 3 clock, they gave 4 to 5 false commitment, after 15 days they said unable to give me the connection not feasibility in your area.Even i have disconnect my internet connection BSNL which i was using, A lot expecting from AIRTEL, but sorry to say its not ridicoulous.They are the cheating the customer, Have to think of the customer, i will not suggest anyone for AIRTEL broadband connection. without feasibility how you collected cash from customer. I paid 1000rs but i received mail like 500RS will be refund to your account within 20days Land Line No:[protected] TNPC 672279

                                  Hello, I Shashikant have been using this number for the past four and a half years and i just got to know that my sim card has been disconnected due to "NON USAGE" and the number has been recycled.I have validity on the prepaid sim card till December 2029 and even if the connection was being disconnected i think the customer should have been intimated at least in the first place rather than doing it without even letting him know.Moreover now coming to the usage part..I agree that there has not been much outgoing from my mobile phone however if I'm right and this does exist in your records there has been incoming usage on the telephone till 25th of November, So i really have no idea from where the 120 days of non usage thing came into.I tried contacting your customer care and to be frank...the words rude and unhelpful aren't the right adjectives to be used for the way they spoke to a customer.All i have been hearing from your customer care executives is that the number has been recycled..I mean how can you go ahead and do that with out even informing the customer and the worst reason i heard the first time i called regarding this issue was that the documents were not proper..I hope you do look into my case and help me out with what has to be done rather than once again give the same reply that the number has been recycled due to non usage.

                                    I recharged airtel no as I was going to Andaman and people said that only Airtel and BSNL is available there.For net I charge with Re 99/- on 11th Nov15.amount got debited but no recharge happened with a massage of failure. Second day it was successful as detailed below. After 17th day when I opened to make my card payment I was stunned to see that the failed amount has never been reversed by Airtel. This is the result of my trust on Airtel for which I never double checked assuming that Airtel will do well in timely reversal.                                       On 26/11/2015 i have recharged my mobile no.[protected] with Rs.162 net pack, transaction id[protected].the amount is deducted from my account, but i didn't get the benefit, and msg came in my mobile recharge unsuccessful.the amount is not credited in my account and no msg came in my mobile regarding refund

                                        I paid my Airtel postpaid bill of Rs 3630 +Rs 3630. The payment was successfully and the amount debited from my account. But Airtel has not got credited the amount yet and they reminded me again to pay the bill. Please solve my complain in 48 hours otherwise I will go to police and consumer Forum 18602585 against bill desk and airtel. Date of traction 29 /8/2015and 31/08/2015.time 19:58 and 23:20. transaction number is 95247434and 41255474.
