Unknown person Mr Shantanu Choudhury mob no [protected]. bill sent on my address B4/604 Kalpataru chs Sector 8 opp rajiv Gandhi stadium Belapur. to day on 19/11/2015. On said address i am staying for last ten years and apartment own by me. Mob company must verify the address and documents of the customer before giving mob connection. After calling to Airtel complaint cell they refuse to take complaint.

I am not Airtel customer so no question of providing any details. I hope Airtel will try to understand issue raised by me. Some person become airtel customer by using my address (false address) which is wrong and criminal offence company has to check those details.

Branch of mudiali.Irecharge my airtel prepaid number through my netbanking facilities (hdfc bank).Ihave seen my netbnanking recharge plan rs-57 (1 gb 3g data validity 28 days).Ihave called airtel customer care but he said that, no data plan for rs.57/ . I don't know who r guilty airtel or hdfc bank

    I don't know who r guilty airtel or hdfc bank, but i ex-trimly socking for provide wrong offer or wrong information posted at hdfc bank net banking facility(airtel - 1gb data 28 days validity), please please & please return my amount or facility posted offer (airtel - 1gb data 28 days validity).
    Other wise i take legal action both of you airtel or hdfc bank. 57 rupees not a matter but why missed guide customer, why wrong posted add on hdfc bank net banking facility.So please do the needful.

      Its been more than a weak that my landline is dead and my broadband is also not working because of that. Numerous complaints have been made to their customer care as well as their twitter handle. Every time they extend fixing of problem by two days. I m suffering a loss in my work. I don't know what else to do.

        I a prepaid customer of Airtel. My mobile no. Is [protected]. On 19.11.15 At 3.30 PM my ac balance was 49.70. I checked my account balance at 4.00 PM then seen that 45 rupees deduct from my mobile. While I not make any call, SMS. Also not used any VAS service. This is a wrong balance deduction. Please help to refund my 45 rupees.

          I noticed couple of issues in balance deduction from my prepaid mobile. No : [protected] 1) last month i noticed around 35Rupees deducted without any usage by me.( no outgoing call, no messge sent and i dont have data plan as well) 2) this month i observed so many varying deduction of teriff for local calls. there is no such fix deduction. Same number call dialing 2different time deducting from 65-1rupees for local call across bangalore. sometimes i saw it is around 1ruppes. Do you have any rule/plan details or you are just exploiting the customer? 3)today i observed Rs.5 deducted by some love message, which i never expected/activated for. I want please take this issue seriously and repay all these deductible amount to my account again ASAP.

            I recharged a data pack of 5 rs. on 18.11.2015 and after that company has again charged me of 5 rs. why they deduct 5 rs. again...? and after some time they deduct rs.7... while i used the data only for Whatsapp and in download today again they charged me with 10 rs. without any reason why u are doing again and again this mistake i will go now in TRI and file an fir.. thanks Jeetram meena inspector

                Hello My name is Adnan. Recently on 9 november I Recharege My 3G internet Pack of 16 Gb at Rs. 1455 on AIRTEL PREPAID SIM No. [protected]. but after 2 pm My 3G net is not working i cannot open any site or websites which i regularly used. so called customer care of AIRTEL. They Said We solve your problem and wait some days. So i wait and try to checking my internet is working or not but 3G is not working properly. then i called again on 12 nov . they register my complaint and said wait 3 or 4 days technical team will solve your issue. but they didnt solve my problem. so please help me I cannot open any applications or browser and not download any content in my lumia 730 dual and 3G net validity end on 06 Dec 2015.

                Hello My name is Adnan. Recently on 9 november I Recharege My 3G

                call many times. I Call Nodal officer of Airtel Also he said he don't
                know when technical network problem will solve and don't increase my
                validity or refund my money back. My 3G Pack n Validity is wasting
                without any uses. I cannot open any applications or browser and not
                download any content in my lumia 730 dual and 3G net validity end on
                06 Dec 2015. Since Airtel can't solve my problem today is 15th day of
                activation of 3G net.
                So Please help me to get my money Refund or Solving my 3G Net problem
                Increase validity Its urgent. I m Always thankful to U.

                  My number is [protected]. I received an sms informing on an offer 649₹ 5gb 3g data for the validity of 28 days. Since i am a constant internet explorer without a second thought i went for that offer. I recharged my number on 5th with the above mentioned amount via paytm. Transaction detail:- Order no: #[protected] Thu Nov 05 2015 [protected]. Immediately i received a confirmation sms saying 2gb has been credited to my number. But on 18th to my utter shock I found that my main balance is null. All of the sudden i complained the customer care. They said that since airtel upgradation is going on they would resolve it within 2hrs. However before two hours the main balance is credited back. But there was no mention of remaining Gb. Then I contacted again for the same. They said, they will resolve it within 2hrs since upgrades are going on. But i waited overnight to no avail. Then on 19th i contacted customer service centre again, they said will resolve in 48 hrs. I recharged this amount to have uninterrupted service. Now 48hours breakup... Plus this two days... Is it justice? Just for a recharge should we call you and beg you to credit the amount? How long should we wait? Is it customer friendly? If this is the attitude i think to switch the service provider. Who will provide for my loss? Who is responsible for it?

                    I recharged my number : [protected] with 3G plan of 1.10GB for 299 Rs from Airtel site which never got activated although the money is already deducted from my account. Because of this issue my talk time balance of Rs 181 got consumed. called 121, they asked to wait for 72hrs which is really inconvenient.

                    It is really annoying the way Airtel is dealing with this issue, it would be a month and all I got is calls from Airtel verifying the same issue and asking me to visit their local branch now along with the bank statement to prove the money really got deducted, May I KNOW HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO PROVE THE SAME!!!
                    How hard is it to refund 299Rs which you people deducted.
                    I never expected such lame r3esposne from Airtel, if this doesnot get resolve I will definitely port out myt number to some other provider as I dont have patience to chase.

                      I had bad experience when the customer support executive says that the 4G policy has changed and you can not change the bill plan. I have been contacting the customer support for changing my plan on 18th Nov 2015 (Order No:[protected] they said it would change in 4Hours, but it took more than 12Hours. I never get update if my plan is changed successfully, I need to ping them for each time for the progress, in the newly changed plan I didn't get the whole data benefit(I have opted for 10GB plan and received only 580MB).

                      I interacted them twice on 19th Nov 2015 (Interaction numbers: [protected], [protected])and got very unsatisfactory answers. They were very rude and talk like they don't care.

                      I have also asked to transfer my call to senior executive who just disconnected the call(interaction number:[protected]). I was expecting to change of data plan need to done or at least provide correct and true information.

                        Dear Forum Members,

                        I have recharged for 601/ RS which according to Airtel website says as (3 GB 3G UL, 28 day validity, Post free benefit @ 2G Speeds 28 Days), i used all my 3gb 3g data within say some 10 days, and after that i thought i will be getting 2g data as they in their website, and i didn't noticed that money is getting deducted from my main balance, just today i saw all my main balance gone and and I called the Airtel customer care for details and they say no unlimited plans available in Airetl for me, then why the hell they are showing it in my Airtel Recharge products, both in My airtel mobile app and Airtel.in website, when i asked the same to the customer care executive, they talk harshly that nothing can be done and they say all unlimited plans are cancelled 3 months before itself and they ordered to me to cut the call, never ever seen a customer care executive in any part of the world telling a customer to cut the call, worst experience, Damn their Airtel 4G nonsense, i have been using airtel for years, it's a shame for myself, nearly 200 might be gone from my main balance, money doesn't matter, but the service of Airtel is I am talking about,

                              Am recharge 100rs Ec via . Ec was successful done, but after 30 minutes late automatically one message was comming, that message telling .wrong recharge this number so we are deducted in 62rs but am recharge in 100rs . why they are deducted in 62 rs, I called in Airtel customers but they telling you ask to Ec person this your recharge person complaints Ok. Again I go to Ec person place he told me I don't give complaints( [protected] this is Ec person id Please action for this Id, my mobile number [protected]

                                I am facing problem with messege delivery and messege outgoing since last 3 days.calling for support.evertime i was told it will resolve in 1 hr 4 hr 2 hr bt nothing happened.i have very imp transaction pending.cant even get otp.now they have block my number for 121.cant even port my network without sending messege.its very big mess for me. The WORST experience with airtel.

                                  I was an user of reliance broadband till last month and last month i got a call from an airtel executive telling that if you get a new connection we will give you a cordless phonebut its been a month i raised a complaint regarding this to airtel and everday i call airtel but no response from them!!this is fraud done by them!!landline number-[protected] Contact number-[protected]

                                  so this is the case with airtel it has been 20 days since i gave the complaint and airtel executives call us only after i gave a complaint to consumer court!!keep it up airtel
                                  its been so many days my complaint has been lodged please take any action

                                      Hi Airtel Team, Hope for better solution not false statements!! I purchased a airtel 4G Wifi device on 11th oct 2015 nearly with Rs. 2500 from my hard earnings with Rental Plan Rs. 999 with which 10GB data is available at 4G speed after that device will be lashed at 2G signal with unlimited data browsing as told by AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE person. So here is the detailed number o[censored]nethical, unprofessional issues with the prestigious best internet service provider AIRTEL 4G:: 1. On the very second day after address verification, It stops working. We took the device to customer care office at sector-11 panchkula. They did some hit and trials and it starts working. 2. Now for some days, it works fine and after some day 10GB data is consumed after it stops working. It was nothing less than a useless device without any network signals. ( Assumed we bought a show piece for 2500 Rs.) 3. Now I again visited the Sector 11 panchkula customer care office and they discussed the issue and make a false statement that this issue is coming for all the customers that after 10GB data consumption device is not lashing into 2G signal. A very well knowledgeable person hired by AIRTEL told me to wait for a new cycle then it will start working. They have no solution for the issue of network signal not coming for 2G. ** So Did a big internet service provider launches its 4G device without any basic testing? A big question !!! Shameful on their part. ** 4. I waited for more than a week for new bill cycle to start. The day comes!!! But it was just like an another day of shame for AIRTEL 4G service providers. It didn't work. Called too many times customer care representative but the person didn't pick the call. 5. I visited again customer care store after getting free from my job ( 9a.m - 7 p.m.). They told wait for 1 day and we will solve the issue. Its a backend issue and they works till 5p.m. They give their number to recall them in the morning for the issue. Next day, I called minimum 10 times but no response from their end. A VERY DISGRACEFUL ACT!! 6. Next day, again visited the store. This time, they make another false argument that Plan is closed which we took a month before. Now 200/gb will be charged after 10GB data consumption. HELL!!! FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS straight forwardly. But still they have no solution for 2G network signal in 4G device. They asked maximum to maximum new bill cycle will start at 8:30 p.m on that day. ANOTHER MISGUIDE TO CONSUMERS!!! They say this issue will occur every month after 4G data is consumed. DEVICE WILL STOP WORK. CAPTION LINES for best internet provider: FAULTY DEVICE NO SOLUTION DISGUSTING SERVICE BY AIRTEL NO TESTING UNTECHINAL STAFF UNETHICAL STAFF NO QUALITY SERVICE FALSE ADs ON MEDIA MISGUIDING PEOPLE AFTER KNOWING THE FAULT SNATCHING HARD EARNINGS OF PEOPLE. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO, This is the frustration outcomes by visiting the store too many times. If you have any solution or any graceful respect in your own eyes, DO REPLY BACK WITH SOLUTION.

But after which I got to know that the 3g services are not available in Panjim, Goa area. How can you confirm the 3g services when they are not made available from your service providing end?
