Dear Forum Members,
I have recharged for 601/ RS which according to Airtel website says as (3 GB 3G UL, 28 day validity, Post free benefit @ 2G Speeds 28 Days), i used all my 3gb 3g data within say some 10 days, and after that i thought i will be getting 2g data as they in their website, and i didn't noticed that money is getting deducted from my main balance, just today i saw all my main balance gone and and I called the Airtel customer care for details and they say no unlimited plans available in Airetl for me, then why the hell they are showing it in my Airtel Recharge products, both in My airtel mobile app and Airtel.in website, when i asked the same to the customer care executive, they talk harshly that nothing can be done and they say all unlimited plans are cancelled 3 months before itself and they ordered to me to cut the call, never ever seen a customer care executive in any part of the world telling a customer to cut the call, worst experience, Damn their Airtel 4G nonsense, i have been using airtel for years, it's a shame for myself, nearly 200 might be gone from my main balance, money doesn't matter, but the service of Airtel is I am talking about,
