This is Vijay and I was using an airtel postpaid number([protected]) since 6 years, but since last 3 months I was experiencing a huge call drop issue due to almost dead signal of airtel at my resident.I contacted to CC (voice and mail both ) and registered complaint for the same(related reference no are PO[protected], Ref20485239, Ref20485239, Ref21564574, Ref21564574, Ref21583915, ref2672499, ref21677131 and some more) .But airtel guys were just making me fool buy giving me different -different date to resolve the issue and I never recieved and call or visitor from airtel to resolve my issue . And after two months of my effort to get it resolve finally I decided to move from airtel and I stopped using all my airtel number and bought some other number(as due to pathetic network I was loosing several important calls on daily basis also voice quality was so bad that it was hard to talk).They asked several times my location info and I provided it. I can't explain their unprofessional service even they closed my complaint without any resolution and any contact to me, when I investigated it then they were unable to describe me the reason. And funniest thing happen when I escalated it to applete level(appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com some more) after several mail trail and a month of false commitment to resolve the service one day I received a mail(over my investigation mail) from applete that my current request is regarding heloo tune not working...what a fun...before few days applete was dealing it as network issue and suddenly it got converted hello tune issue(which I never registered )...I have all the mail trail and in each mail I have clearlly mentioned that for no service i will not pay any bill...but shameless airtel guys are now sending me bill for this number...I am surprise how much nonprofessional a company can be. Now I want airtel to cancel my 2 months bill otherwise I will ask for compensation regarding my business loss due to uncountable missed call and call drop during these 3 months. I had already paid a months bill without getting proper service...
