I have recharged 175/- for 2G pack on 14.10.15 and i didnt used the total data but it is deducting without using also. Total data deducted by airtel. i again recharged for 175/- on 31.10.15 (Trans id [protected]) and the total data deducted by airtel and normal balance also deducted on 09.11.15. even though i am having less usage they keep on deducting daily and they didnt send any warning sms before deducting from mail balance. last month they have deducted 130/- from my balance. before 6 months when i use 2g pack for 1 month duration, the data not used completely. but i have observed that last six months they keep on deducting the data from my internet pack even though i am not using also. please solve the issue otherwise i will change my network. i am using this network since 2007 but they are charging for data which is not used. this is not fare. someone should interfere and track the stastics of data packages and billing done by airtel then only customers will be benefited. they can go for 4g or 3g but all users cannot effort 3g or 4g. they are trying to charge more on 2g packs and they trying to convert these people to 3g or 4g. please refund my amount.

    I applied for broadband connection, the same day they sent their people to collect the adress proof and instalation charges of Rs 1000. Later there was no reply from their side. After a lot of attempt calling, he replied and said my area is not feasable so Il be getting my 1000 rs back. Now its been more than 2 months I still did not get my refund of 1000 rs.
    Its not just about money, To howmany people he is doing this who knows? This is how people earn money in India?

      Today I have recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs. 98/- for 2G data plan for 28 days through debit card using internet on 09.11.2015. Successfully recharge massage came on mobile with Transaction ID- 997678 but mobile is not recharge with data plan and Rs. 64/- deducted from main mobile a/c for using data. I have complaint to customer care via ref no- CBDMO[protected] on 09.11.2015, time 20.02 but my problem is not yet solved.

        Hi, This is Vijay and I was using an airtel postpaid number([protected]) since 6 years, but since last 3 months I was experiencing a huge call drop issue due to almost dead signal of airtel at my resident.I contacted to CC (voice and mail both ) and registered complaint for the same(related reference no are PO[protected], Ref20485239, Ref20485239, Ref21564574, Ref21564574, Ref21583915, ref2672499, ref21677131 and some more) .But airtel guys were just making me fool buy giving me different -different date to resolve the issue and I never recieved and call or visitor from airtel to resolve my issue . And after two months of my effort to get it resolve finally I decided to move from airtel and I stopped using all my airtel number and bought some other number(as due to pathetic network I was loosing several important calls on daily basis also voice quality was so bad that it was hard to talk).They asked several times my location info and I provided it. I can't explain their unprofessional service even they closed my complaint without any resolution and any contact to me, when I investigated it then they were unable to describe me the reason. And funniest thing happen when I escalated it to applete level(appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com some more) after several mail trail and a month of false commitment to resolve the service one day I received a mail(over my investigation mail) from applete that my current request is regarding heloo tune not working...what a fun...before few days applete was dealing it as network issue and suddenly it got converted hello tune issue(which I never registered )...I have all the mail trail and in each mail I have clearlly mentioned that for no service i will not pay any bill...but shameless airtel guys are now sending me bill for this number...I am surprise how much nonprofessional a company can be. Now I want airtel to cancel my 2 months bill otherwise I will ask for compensation regarding my business loss due to uncountable missed call and call drop during these 3 months. I had already paid a months bill without getting proper service...

        Hello,

        I am still waiting for final reply from your end. By the way now airtel guys wake-up and called me for visit but now it is non valuable for me as after a long waiting(3 months) and several missed call(business loss too) I totally stopped using airtel number.
        So it would be good that don't call me to resolve your buggy network as I removed all your sim and don't want to use it through out the my life..so just close my account and don't ask for pending for useless service, because if i will ask for my losses due to your pathetic service since 3 months you people would be in trouble.You people did nothing to resolve the issue within the valid time frame while I was calling to you guys and waiting for resolution.

          On 3rd Nov. ifiled an application for conversion of post paid service to post paid to my mobile [protected] at airtel retailer at pedawaltair in Visakhapatnam . ON 5TH IRECEIVED AMESSAGE STATING THAT it was unsuccessful due to signature of retailer n d distributor are d same n d number does not exist in FTA(59110 notdone n directed me to contact nearest retailer on 5th. accordingly i contacted d shop on 6th n showed them d message. There was no proper response. subsequently i contacted them several times over phone. so far it was not attended to.do d needful to get my problem solved

But iam getting reply as we are unable to process the request.               Date of the incident 07.11.2015 client relationship number [protected] i have activating 3g internet pack Rs.250/- 1GB data(1024 MB) and my bill period is 05.10.2015 to 04.11.2015. my bill plan is Rs.250 for 1024MB from 05.10.2015 to 04.11.2015. till date i used only 1010MB. But they charged extra rs.672 i dont now that guys cheating all customers making more money very worst airtel network please kindly way off Rs.672. then only i wil pay bill payment

                I have been using Airtel DTH for the last 9 years with multi-connection SD pack.
                Now I wish to disconnect my primary connection and thus called 12150; to which I got to know that I have to return the STB, remote, etc on disconnection.
                I believe that I have bought the STB and if I have to return it, Airtel should refund the price of STB.
                Furthermore, when my STB was not working properly at a certain time, Airtel charged me for a replacement STB.
                Now why should I return the accessories without refund (if STB is Airtel's rental then why would they charge me for fixing the faulty STB).

                  HI iam Aravind I had recently requested for airtel broadband connection and the executive came and collected the details on 23.10.15 and told me i will get the connection within 72hours and also gave [protected] contact number for contacting about connection and i recive a message with my account number and fixedline number(in below i provide all the details)... but still now 9.11.15 i didnt get the connection i called both the coustomer call and the provided number more than 40 times but they are not giving any correct information ..All i need to know is will i get the connection are not and can i give a serious compliant at anywhere even file a compliant in consumer court ..please help me My contact and registered number=[protected] additional number=[protected] my email=[protected]@gmail.com my account number provided by airtel= [protected] fixed line number provided bu airtel =[protected] I hope this will help me as soon as possible

[protected] from last 4 months but at my home i am not receiving 3g network even 2 g is slow .First i was using Vodafone there network was excellent, now ia regretting to shifted to Airtel. From day 1 i am facing this problem .I had send several complaint mail, but they are not solving my problem .After every complaint i just receive their mail our technical team is working on your problem . From last 4 months i am paying for 3g plan . Kindly help me.

                      I tried recharging my airtel number with Rs. 1000 on Airtel website at 12:31 pm on 09 Nov 2015. I received an OTP and approved payment at 12:33 pm and received a message from bank at the same time that amount has been deducted. I received a notification of "unsuccessful recharge" and a transaction ID: [protected] from Airtel. When I called customer care they mentioned that this transaction ID is inaccurate. I gave them the transaction ID "[protected]" that was received when I initiated the recharge. The customer care representative told me that the amount was deducted and there was a delay from bank in approving the amount. I mentioned to her that I received the message from bank immediately then how it can be a delay from bank. Even the unsuccessful transaction message came immediately, then how it can be bank's fault. Then she told that you will get refund within 10 days. This is not ethical to hold someone's money for 10 days and Rs 1000 is not a small amount. An action must be taken against Airtel and the amount be refunded sooner.

                      I received an email stating that the recharge failed due to technical error, but they customer service executive said due to delay from bank's end, not sure why they do not stick to their own point ever.

                        We are not having signals in our south end park, near mansoorabad, lb nagar.

                        We are getting cross mark completely without signals for every 5 mins.

                        Try to rectify this issue and we are complaining from many months but no action was took by the service provider till now.

                        We are paying bills in thousands but experiencing worst problem.

                        Communication is not at all good then how can we think about 4g????????????

                          Dear Sir, we are living in Plot no. 73, Gyan Khand II (Street no. 3), Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. There are about 150 flats in this area. Airtel is installing his tower very adjacent to my home (in Plot no. 72) that can cause health hazards to the residents & specially to small babies. Even i have baby of one year old & can cause serious health problem due to radiation. There is already a mobile tower in this area of any different service provider & this new tower will definitely create pathetic action. Airtel is not even taken NOC/ consent from our registered RWA. On behalf of all the 73 residents we strongly object & want not to install this tower here. I would request to please look into this matter on a serious note & hold this installation.                               I got a call few mins back from [protected] saying that he is calling from Ferns and Petals (www.fnp.com) and he told that the product i ordered for is out of stock and they will refund the money immediately.He asked for my netbanking username and he told that he will connect to IVR mode where i will have to confirm my password.I was about to tell but then realized that its a fraud.I disconnected the call immediately.

                                I recently changed my plan on 31st Oct from 315 plan to my plan 599 coz I was 2G previously and upgraded to 3G. We ve all seen the new 4G ad from airtel, I want to say that it's pure connning. I was better while I was on 2G now forget the speed I have no data connectivity at all. It doesn't end.there I have been following up since 31st but no one has ever resolved the problem. I have requested for a call back and yes, it was promised but never happened. Yesterday may be it was my 8th call and I spoke with Anil Gupta from Mumbai who was the floor supervisor who when asked for his employee id wouldn't give it. I asked for a manager this was 9:30 pm so there was no one who was available but promised that he will have someone call today in the morning between 10:00 -11:30 by now I am sure you know what happened. Well, I got no call. My wife who uses Vodafone has amazing data connectivity on her phone but airtel doesn't even load... Well I wonder where is that girl who comes in the ad, challenging ppl on data speed.

                                  I have recharged my account with local and std minutes but then also when i use to call [protected] airtel no. Gurgaon haryana, company use to deduct balance from main account instead of minutes balance. Also i have complaint for this issue 3 times in the month of october 2015 to customer care but no action has been taken against the same.only they give is fake promises to wait till 72 hours and then no miracle happens..airtel has deducted 100s of rupees from my account .this is totally cheating. I request the concerned person to kindly look into the matter. I shall be grateful for an favourable response.

Very Badly effect from you pepople always in varies situvations.Above is the one issue. Please solve the costomer issues on priority...!!

                                        पिछले कुछ महिनों से एयरटेल के नेटवर्क पर कॅाल ड्रॅाप की समस्या लगातार बनी हुई है जिसके कारण फोन पर बात ठीक ढंग से नही हो पा रही है।साथ ही साथ इधर कुछ दिनो से एक नई समस्या उत्पन्न हुई है जिसमे किसी को फोन करने पर फोन की घंटी तो बजती है लेकिन एक दो बार रिंग होने के बाद स्वत:कट जाती है और फोन रिसिव नही हो पाता है।इस प्रकार किसी से संपर्क नही हो पाता है। जल्द से जल्द समस्याओं का निदान हो।
